Poor delivery services , VERY small portions of food , they “ allegedly don’t charge for the delivery but at the end an. $12 .00 order ended up paying $23 .00 ( including their charge for “ packaging “ which is the same one they normally use .

This place is the most welcoming chic fi la I know of the food was absolutely incredible and everything about it was fantastic I loved it . P.s pretzel club 🔥

I had ordered a market salad and it came out like this all grayish and spoiled chicken

Worst experience! Carol was EXTREMELY RUDE! The restroom stay locked and need a code to get in .I work in construction and simply asked Carol if I could wash my hands prior to eating my lunch (who wants to eat with dirty hands?) She was rude in telling me I need a receipt 1st in order to use the restroom. I assured her that I was eating lunch but just wanted to wash my hands. She finally opened the door with an attitude! It’s not “what” she said but “how” she said it. I will NEVER return at this restaurant!!!!

I happily spent $24 on breakfast for 2! However, the drive thru attendant was rude and impatient when I placed my order. My tots were cold and stale. The lemonade was very watery and they gave a large lemonade with barely any ice. I mean to rushed for poor food preparation is absurd.

Was greeted at speaker and Began ordering the nuggets then fries, was told “hold on” with a rude tone of voice. Finished ordering. Pulled up to the window, there was barely any acknowledgement, no smile, drinks just being handed with the window open however the employee at the window returned talking to other employees with a different attitude, more positive, friendly, smiling. Spent about $44 on food and drinks just for the drinks to taste watered down and bland. But hey at least food was fresh and hot and had enough sauce.

Idk if they don’t have proper training or a strict enough shift manager but every single time I come here they mess up something on my order. It’s getting so annoying. ( I shouldn’t have to check my things ) I ordered a cookie yogurt with no fruit got a plain yogurt. And my nuggets were cold 🙄

When going through the drive through employee doesn’t even look at you when he hands you the order he gives you his back and is more interested in what other team members have to say then the customer
