The staff was very friendly and efficient. The store was very clean and the food delicious! It's an easy location to get to. We were traveling and happy we found the Chick-fil-A!

How was the food at dinner time old and COLD? This is probably the worst cfa in existence which isn't saying much cuz cfa has gone down over the years! Food was so bad I should have paid with fake money then at least it would have been an even exchange! I'm not a mentally slow victim like some who is quick to toss out "racism" every time I'm unhappy like some obviously do, but the manager definitely must be satan

Employee atmosphere isn't very welcoming in the dining area. Drive thru employees are very nice. This is the first chick fil a I see that has the restrooms with a number lock with a sign saying it is only for costumers ?

When they craving hits to have chic fil a nothing is better when you take that first bite of hot fries and hot chicken sandwich. When i say hot i mean temperature. What sucks, is when you not into a fry and it's room temperature . Then when you bite into your sandwich and that is room temperature too. I literally just threw money away going to this location. I couldn't even get through my meal because there was nothing fresh about it.

I can't think of a restaurant chain that has declined as markedly in quality as Chick Fil A. They have unhelpful employees, cold food and your order can be frequently incomplete. Not only that but if you complain, they send you these canned responses like "we can't wait to see you again!" Well, they're going to be waiting a long time for my family. A very long time.

The absolute worst chick fil a I've ever been too, and I don't know why I have gone multiple times. Food order is consistently wrong or missing requested sauces. There is also never a "my pleasure" or "have a good day". Just terrible overall service and will start going out of my way to find a different franchise.

Worker or manager by the name of Pastor T. had a very nasty attitude. When he went to get my ice dream come I asked if he could wrap a napkin around the bottom of the cone. He rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed as if I asked him to spoon feed it to me. This was a very sanitary request seeing that he's going straight from the cashier handing transactions to making food. No I don't want your bare unwashed hands on the cone I'm about to eat. It's not a cup, I'm going to eat the whole cone.

This location needs to be reported to the BBB! I've had recent experiences of completely negligent customer service and racism! I've had my order "taken" but not put in the system while I wait in line (imagine getting to the window to pay for an order not in the system) and had to physically go inside to get my order retaken. Told the cashier of this issue and she told the manager who immediately went outside to reprimand the workers outside but Made no effort to check on me, THE CUSTOMER! he just looked at me again and didn't say anything (I got that vibe from him but after reading these comments iykyk). Today I ordered a delivery for the first time using the Chick-fil-A app. I didn't hear anything for about 30 minutes so I take it upon myself to call and check on my order because it's usually here in 25 minutes. Called the service line only for them to say my order was canceled (no one told me of this, I had to find out on my own). I got a call from them after that call and was told my order was picked up by another dasher (negligence of the workers who are supposed to verify this stuff). They also said the store REFUSED to remake my order?!?!?! Never heard of this every and then they took it upon themselves to issue me a refund rather than credit. I want to eat now not next week. IN CONCLUSION, this location is hot garbage and an EMBARRASSMENT to the Chic-fil-a franchise (look at all the reviews, everyone can't be lying). Please do some internal investigating because this is the ONLY chick-Fil-a I've seen conduct business is such an anti-hospitable manner!

This is possibly the worst chick-Fil-A in existence. The lines are never that long and they always find a way to ruin your order/day. Today 8/28 at 2:50 I went through the drive thru and requested a cool wrap with crispy chicken, there were literally three cars ahead of me and no cars behind me and they told me they don't do that. Every location that I go to does this, without a problem but this location wants to say they stopped doing that a long time ago. This location always has rude employees and the food is always greasy or cold. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Very poor meals today, the line was SLOW and the order was incorrect. When we tried to call we got no answer.

I ordered Chick-fil-A through Uber eats and placed 4 chick fil sauces and 2 ketchup and I received nothing, plus the fries were cold so as the sandwich. I do not recommend this chick fil a. Stingy as fuck.

The workers always seem to have an attitude whether it's around breakfast time or lunch. Normally Chick-fil-A is known for their positive attitude but this place has definitely dropped the ball. Will not be coming back to this location.

100/100 I don't eat Chick-fil-A at all but I had been craving a Cobb salad! I ordered a Cobb salad and it was the freshest salad I've had in a while. Everything was fresh! The quality and quantity was more than expected

The waffle fries are greasy and cold when you pick them up. Store refused to make it right without me driving the fries back to them. First and last time of visiting this terrible location. Also, the drive through is a joke.

I'm convinced that the owner and it's employees at this particular Chick-fil-A are racist one of their employees threw my debit card back at me and when confronted why did she do that she tried to get in my face now I am a license to carry gun toting American citizen and I just so happen to have my gun in my lap I didn't pull it out on her she's not a threat to me I didn't feel threatened at any point in time but apparently she cries wolf alert other people to come at me yelling screaming and all I wanted was my food 10 minutes later I have Dallas Police Department at my door saying that I brandished my weapon front of a 90 pound little girl that works for Chick-fil-A And since this has happened I've been in touch with the owner of this establishment he tells me let's wait 30 days see if I can come back up there and eat then he tells me 60 days so I wait and then I text him again and he tells me that they're short staffed so continue going to the one on Lake Highlands well now I'm just I'm insulted so I'm just here to tell you all be careful because if you're a gun toting law abiding citizen and you just so happen to be exercising your American right then it's a possibility you may end up going to jail just for having a pistol in your car negative 10 stars

Great location just off the highway. They have drive-thru like any Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The restroom was clean and tidy. They have both booths and tables inside the restaurant. They also have a play area for the kids. The people working here when I went were very friendly and fun to talk to. They came out with the food to the table fairly quickly.

Good location, just difficult to get to unless you are heading East on the service road of 635 before Abrams. Also, the area is sketchy with homeless people in the area. The service was great as like all locations. I went inside instead of the drive thru. This location is definitely not as busy as most locations I have been to recently.

Went here last night with a friend to get some dinner and went inside to order. We waited patiently & after a while & my friend got his order I asked the manager if my order was ready. I had been waiting a while. He SNAPPED at me and escalated the conversation. The order was put in the online orders area, he yelled at me like it was my fault. Then, we asked about why the price of the Mac n cheese seemed so high at over $4.00 on top of your order. He kept yelling at us. This guy was a real jerk! We were asking basic customer service questions and got attacked for it. We will never revisit again.

So sad to see a company like Chick-fil-A making employees pay for condiments out of their own pocket! Judging by how cheap they are with the sauce, I'm forced to assume that's the reason...

This is the worst Chick-fil-A, I normally don't check Yelp for fast food, but I wish I had in this case. The orders were wrong, super slow service, and no pickles on the basic Chick-Fil-A sandwich. The only thing it has on it besides the chicken is pickles! Good grief! This place needs an overhaul. Almost every other Chick-Fil-A is a good experience, this one, unfortunately, was not.

This is the stingiest Chick-fil-A and their location setup is somewhat confusing. My wife and I like the honey mustard salad for dipping. This is the only Chick-fil-A that charges you extra. I WISH they had a dipping sauce was flavored oil. Yes, flavored edible oil and high in calories. The salad dressing honey mustard is FANTASTIC. Saying that they will probably make you pay for it. Their drive-through is weird. you will probably have to circle the Chick-fil-A to get into the drive-through. You might be better off going inside or use their app, which I haven't used. Bottom line is that their food is predictable and GREAT! I gotta have my Chick-fil-A! There are better Chick-fil-A in DFW. Give the Mesquite town east operation which is an excellent operation. My favorite in DFW. Then the Rowlette operation is great also, but not able to handle the crunch! Bottom line, do the Mesquite town east Chick-fil-A.

Can I give no stars please. I'll never go to the ghetto for chic fil a. This experience was so horrid I thought I was going to loose it on the short, Hispanic lady Who treated me like a 8 yearly thief. I was totally lost in the parking lot. Cones everywhere for the ordering Line. I got trapped In the ordering line. This same outside employee came at me to scolded me. "Your not allowed to cut in line!" I tried my best to tell her I need help. she kept on yelling at me like I was a deviant Women who wants to steal a sandwich. the lady behind me got out of her car to yell at me for cutting in line. these people are hard core hateful. and chic fi lay will soon know my story. I lost it on them and that never happens to me. I left crying! Never!

One of the best Chick-fil-a out there! There service was great and fast and the people working there was nice.

Had drive through last night Ordered #1 deluxe & a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Drive through was packed about 9 cars in front of me. Line moved pretty fast. Food was in bags, no chic Fila sauce or napkins as my hotel was a short 4 minutes away. The reason I like Chic-fil-a is the sauce & great service Didn't happen. Last light

Everything was perfect. Worker was nice, order was correct, they asked what sauce I wanted and I said the chick-fil-a sauce and they said ok. Got home to find out their is no sauceeeeeeeeeeee for my nuggets. I just wanted some sauce.

The diet lemonade is always spoiled. I guess because people may not order it often so they don't change it or refresh it. Please don't order it. It's soured every single time.

Hello, to whom this may concern. Y'all have a young lady that is pregnant standing outside in 90+ degree weather. I can see in her face that she is exhausted from the heat. Especially since she's standing on her feet for hours I'm sure. . I love this location you guys never get my order wrong and super fast. I just had to let whoever reads these comments know that's going on

If only i had the option to rate no stars but this place is crap. Chick fil la is amazing but this one in particularis down right the worst I've ever been too. Forgot our sauce. No wait actually it may seem as if they are to lazy to supply sauce to the consumer. Order is sometimes wrong and hardly any napkins along with no utensils to give out. Costumer service is also a let down. Rude employees and irresponsible management. DO NOT COME HERE.

This place is a mess there is never an employee to take orders they always wanna run food and drinks one should be taking orders while other should be packing food so over it's literally the second time

As i bit into my chick-fil-a wrap I quickly discovered that it was not food in my mouth but plastic. I was astonished and in complete dismay. I have never had an experience like this from chick-fil-a before and would strongly like my money back.

Chicken? Market salad with scrapes from the bottom of the grill or smoke flavored sandwich meat? Very disappointed in the quality of meat, fairly certain it's sliced sandwich meat. If you don't have fresh ingredients, take it off your menu!

- 1,000,000 stars. This is one of the dingiest Chick-fil-A locations in the entire Dallas area, and probably one of the worst. The employees are slow and incompetent, and they ignore you. I was just recently there picking up an order. I knew I should have just waited to get back to a better area to stop. The manager on duty, who was probably the store the manager, saw me come in and stand at the pickup area and just stood there with his arms crossed and ignored me. No wonder the rest of the employees treat people like dirt. They get that behavior from their manager. Or heck, they could be learning that behavior at home, too. THERE ARE BETTER CHICK-FIL-A LOCATIONS IN THE AREA SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ONE!

Love Chick-fil-A. I frequent this location quite a bit as it is near my office. Service is always friendly, and nothing better than a perfectly cooked chicken breast sandwich and waffle fries. Stay hungry my friends!

I am utterly disgusted, disappointed, and bewildered about the less than superior experience I had a Chick-fil-A on Friday. If I could give this negative stars I would. It's apparent that there standards reflect differently depending on location. The urban community don't get pleasantries such as "how may I help you" and "my pleasure" instead they get greeted with "what do you want" and "what" since when was it appropriate to say "What" at the prestigious Chick-fil-A . Eli the curbside annoyed employee didn't even pretend like he wanted to do his job let alone be at work, and then we told his manager Enrique who made matters worst. He said he just came to this location and was unaware of the polices and said he could offer us a free cookie. The disrespect of the cookie is what did it to me. Chick-fil-A on Forest Lane is below sea level with the Chick-fil-A experience.

Today while picking up kids meals for my granddaughters, I overheard a staff mtg. It was apparently between a district mgr or Franchise owner and the local management staff at this location. Somehow the topic changed from Chic Filet business to politics. While the district mgr was discussing his support for the President it was as if he was telling his management team that there was really no choice; it was DJT or socialism. It is a shame that even in business we have to get our political conversations in. It was also a shame to see a person in authority basically advising his staff of his views in a staff meeting. Would have been much better in an environment were they would maybe be able to discuss their views openly without the fear of reprisal. The new America, not sure I like what has happened to the old America and Republican Party!

Racist! I was ignored and laughed at to my face. The GM removed his mask just to laugh at me and the fact I said my order was wrong. He walked away and never came back but he went to help other people. I've read on here that the manager was racist here now it's believable v the food was horrible service even worse. Go to another location

This is the slowest chick fil a I've literally ever been to. And there's no way to get out of line so guess you gotta suck it up yknow? Shoulda listened to the 2.5 stars it has. CFA prides itself in its incredible customer service and quick lines and service so this was pretty disappointing...

This place sucks, as a former cfa employee, this chick fil a is not as formal as it should be. to begin with, the guy outside came up to me and went straight to "what can i get for you". not even a welcome , i felt like i was at mc donalds (no offense mcd). when i hit the window, the manager repeated my order correctly, but gave me the wrong drink, yall know how much i was looking forward to drinking that dr pepper?? anyways, when we drove off, i tried my fries, they tasted so off, as if the canola oil hadn't been changed in a while. overall, this place sucks.

Honestly tired of this location. The food is always nasty, it's obvious they don't keep the food fresh and just serve the food that's been sitting for hours. EVERY single time I go here, it's gross. I kept giving them chances because I know sometimes that's just how it goes but at this point it's obvious the employees at this location are just lazy. And this is the only location that's stingy with their sauces. Other locations are always perfect, this one is awful!!!

I had gone to this location a few times about a year ago and had less than ideal experiences, so i've been avoiding this particular location. i decided to go to this location a few times in the last month and have had wonderful service. i was particularly impressed at how quickly they cleared out a drive thru line that wrapped around the building, and all of the staff was wonder and pleasant.

Normally never a bad experience with Chick-fil-A however today January 17th around 8:29 pm assisted by Jesus well, that's what the name badge says but my receipt said Carl. Jesus had poor understanding and act as though he was becoming frustrated because he was messing up the order (No bread on the sandwich). I think her name was Lucy, comes over to assist (not so much) She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything. Lucy was very unconcerned and busy listening at Jesus, but aren't you supposed to listen to the customer? Now I don't think that the customer is always right, but in an instance... the customer was correct! If I'm coming to spend my money with you I would like my order to be placed the way that I want. My recommendation is listening skills and people skills to Jesus and Lucy, but if that's not her name I'm sure you can go back to the time and date that I said in the beginning and see who was on duty.

On June 7, 2019, I went up to this location on my lunch break. A nice employee by the name of Karen took my order (Spicy Deluxe with pepper jack cheese) and input it correctly as you see the sticker on my box. However, when I returned to work to eat my lunch, the sandwich was not spicy and there was no cheese on it. I called the restaurant where I spoke to Tammy and informed her of their mistake. Instead of accommodating me and at least put me on a list to get the correct sandwich later on, she said I had to come bring it back up there. I only had an hour lunch break, so that was impossible for someone who hadn't eaten all day to do. I've never had a fast food facility refuse to accommodate me like Chick-Fil-A. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning to the location off of LBJ and Hwy 635 in Dallas, TX. My gas money to do all they were asking would have exceeded the price I paid for the meal. For this to be a place who speaks about their values in customer service, this was not reflected in the service I received today.

This is the saddest chick fil a I have ever been in!!! Not one person smiled not one person looked up and said hi. I felt so sorry for them normally when I order from any chick fil a establishment they are thrilled to see you and serve you. This place needs a big group hug. Pay raise or something to make them happy. But other than the sad faces the food is always good!(;

Wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst Chick-fil-A in the metro area. There is one cashier there that was extremely rude. I work for a third party food delivery company and was getting a customers order. I asked for sauces as the customer requested. The cashier was annoyed that I requested 4 sauces. It wasn't even what she asked, it was how she asked it. Loud and wrong in front of other customers and team members. I filed a complaint and won't be returning to this location. As a delivery driver, we make about $5 for a delivery. And that's fine, but we deserve respect like everyone else. At the end of the day, I was doing my job and she wanted a reason to be a you know what.

By far the worst chick til a on the planet. My order was completely wrong, I called spoke with James who claimed to be the General Manager. Not only did he do absolutely NOTHING for my wrong order, he hung up in my face. I tried calling back to get his full name, he refused to answer the phone. If you can stay clear of this place I would. You don't pay 9+ dollars on a meal for cold fries, and the wrong sandwich. This company is built on "customer service" and this location has zero of that.

Wow. Worst service I've ever received at Chick-fil-A. All because GAEL in the drive Thur. He took my order. And he asked me my drink or 3 times. Pointed at me to drive forward then took off walking. Walked so close to my car that I had to wait for him to get where he planned on taking my order. He then was simply rude. Not Chick-fil-A service in any way shape or form. NOT CHICK-FIL-A SERVICE. I couldn't mistook this for somewhere else. Then he takes the second order and doesn't confirm he hears me but continues to ask me "what else". To the point I had been repeating myself for a solid 30 seconds. Moving forward with placing my order he asks what sauces I want. AND THEN WALKS AWAY. asks me what sauces I want to complete my order and then WALKED AWAY. I had to tell the order out of the window with my head outside to make sure he acknowledged and/or heard me. WTH CHICK-FIL-A. get it together. Then he got my order wrong. Lol get GAEL or whatever his name is together or cut him loose. He give Chick-fil-A and this location and bad name.

I like their food, they are a healthier fast food option, but because I don't like fast food that much and they always have a line I give them 3 stars. I will say that they do get through the line fairly quickly but no matter what time of day you come they are always packed. I only get the egg white grill here so I can't really comment on how their fried items are and usually you can tell the quality of a place like this by how they fry their food. I come hear often though.
