Very quick service, staff is very friendly and easy to talk with, food was excellent, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo for myself and a regular chicken sandwich combo for my wife. You need to ask for the additional toppings like the lettuce and tomato for an additional 20 cents each plus the mayonnaise which was no charge for.

A review for Chick-fil-A? "My pleasure"! No drive-thru delays here - might be a line though, but it moves quick Always worth the wait 😁 I inhaled the new BBQ bacon chicken sandwich, spicy. A nice new menu item, definitely recommended! Staff is fantastic, as always.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A is incredibly kind and welcoming! The employees were so nice, and even the supervisor was very friendly and helpful. However, the wait time was much longer than expected—I felt like I was waiting forever. I understand that sometimes things get busy, but it definitely seemed slower than usual. Also, one of my fries was green, which was a little concerning. I really appreciate the great customer service, but I hope they can work on speeding things up a bit in the future!

Three times I've placed orders on the App only for them to never accept or start the order even after I had parked in the parking lot. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Management clearly isn't pulling it's weight.

This location is a 20 minute drive from my house but we still make it multiple times per week for the deliciousness. I gave the atmosphere lower stars because they are in the middle of a busy food court. But there are usually plenty of good, clean tables near the pickup area. Ordering ahead saves plenty of time but I do recommend always double checking your order. It's a busy location and mistakes do get made often. I have taken home incomplete orders several times before initiating the double check rule. But the staff is always on the ball, always polite, always generous, and almost always efficient.

Chicken tenders are appropriately named. They were juicy and tender on the inside with a nice crispy outer crust. Their sweet mustard sauce is not only a great accompaniment to their chicken tenders but also a great dipping sauce for the waffle fries. Give it a try.

I love chick fil a, hands down the best fast food franchise but mall chick fil a’s always put me in doubt. This place served me 8 of 11 awful tasting sauces. All the polynesian, ranch and honey mustard were expired the only one that seemed to maintain its taste was the chick fil a sauce. The entire meal today was just questionable from the lemonade to the grilled nuggest, fries etc. never gain(had my girl smell the nuggests and she gagged 😂that says enough)

Been here 8 times and 5 orders were incorrect! Ordered chicken cob salads last 3 times and the salad included lettuce ends! Who prepares a salad and includes that part of the salad???!!?!!??

This location honestly sucks and the quality of the food is just terrible. You're better off going to the Chick-fil-A in Norwalk. This is the second time I've ordered a salad from here and they would constantly fill up the container halfway with salad. They wouldn't even fully fill it up and half of it is literally missing, today I asked them if they could make another one because they did not put enough contents inside and they still gave me the same thing, charging full price for this half done garbage is absolutely insane. Fast food workers shouldn't complain about being respected when they can't even do a good job At making food. 0/10.

My boyfriend and I received free chicken sandwich voucher from a hockey game we went to. We are not from the area but we went to the mall the day before to explore and saw they had a chick fil a. We quickly ordered our food on the app (free sandwiches and a large fry) I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. Our food was ready in less than one minute. Our food was hot and fresh. It was a great snack to have before going to another hockey game. It was the weekend so tables in the food court was scarce but we found one! Hats off Chuck Fil A!

It's nice that 3 people asked if they could help me while I waited. But I stress maybe someone could help the one person on ice cream when it's extremely hot out. The ice cream is good but it's a lot if air. The price isn't bad but again a lot of air

I love your food and my kids and I go there every time we go to the mall if it's open, I get the salad they get their kids meals and everyone everyone's happy with the food and the service

So I might have to take a break from this location. The staff is super friendly and now that the mall food court has only 6 choices chick fil a is swamped. This time the spicy chicken sandwich tasted less fresh and was a bit cold. The chicken was tough as well. I still ate it. There were less fries in my large fries order than usual. The chicken strips were good but not as warm as unusual. Good quality has gone down here. Not sure if it's chain wide or just this location. So 1 star the food is overpriced for such average quality.

Was at the Danbury Mall after Christmas and the hubby was craving Chick-fil-a. I am usually not a big fan but went along. We get there and there's a huge line like 25 people. What mostly impressed me how the workers managed the crowd. There were at least 3 people taking orders on the line and by the time you got to the counter, the food was packed and ready to go. It was so fast. My spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries were delicious. Nice and hot and crispy. The pickles in the sandwich were surprisingly good. The only thing I would do in the future is to ask for lettuce and tomato on the sandwich.

I really like this Chick-fil-A. The people are really nice. Even though there is a long line sometimes, it goes really quickly. The quality is perfect. You can ask them to make waffle fries without salt.

This is an exceptionally well-managed Chick-Fil-A. Despite a huge lunch rush on a summer Friday and a large/complex order on my part, I was in line for less than 30 seconds and waiting for my food for less than 2 minutes. They also hooked up it with the Chick-Fil-A sauce and gave me a BUNCH.

Super quick to get my food. The only issue was my grilled chicken was still giving out a lot of water so the sandwich was a bit of a mess and wet when eating. Other than that customer service was good, and food was fresh and hot.

I had to get visit the Danbury Fairfield Mall to get my Apple Macbook fixed and need to get a quick bite. Well lucky enough, I saw the all trusty Chick-fil-A store when I looked at the mall store directory. Quickly enough I pulled out my cell phone, brought up the Chick-fil-A app, and I put an order of my go-to fried chicken deluxe meal with a coke less ice. In about 7-10 mins was order was ready to be picked up. You can't beat that! This place can get busy but they keep the line moving and the employees always have a smile on their face.

I wanted to add a review after seeing how the manager interacted with customers while I was waiting for our food, and then when he offered to help carry my food tray to a table, WOW! Better service then I've found at many high price restaurants. Not a huge fan personally of the food at Chick-Fil-A, but service like this in a fast food mall food court needs to go noticed.

Came From upstate New York and heard of Chick-Fil-A but first one I ever saw so decided to try it. Service was a bit slow they take orders fast but waited for almost 10 minutes for 10 nuggets fries and a peach shake and an ice coffee. Nuggets were over breaded and rubbery, waffle fries were on the cold side of warm no where close to hat, peach shake tasted like vanilla with pieces of frozen peaches in it instead of fresh peaches. Best thing was the frozen coffee Typical fast food experience would only go back to try a Sandwich but after rubber nuggets I won't expect much.

This is the best Chick Fil A restaurant that I have ever eaten at. The chocolate shakes here are some of the best out there. Every single one is made up to perfection. Additionally, the service here is very fast, friendly, and willing to give you some extra condiments if you ask. The portions are also better than some other Chick Fil A locations that I have eaten at. The chicken here is noticeably larger and juicier on some of their sandwiches, and everything here is sure to fill you up at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is at this mall and hungry after a long day of shopping.

Delicious! This Chic-Fil-A is inside of the mall. So you will have to walk to get to it... Yes that's right we came to this mall just to eat at Chick-fil-A. The food was great and just like my other experiences. I appreciate how you always know what you are going to get. The food was hot the chicken was crispy and the bread was soft and delicious. I got the spicy chicken deluxe combo with fries and a lemonade. Their lemonade is homemade so it's a must have for me when I come. My husband got the cherry Coke which is also good. The line can be long but they did have a good number of cashier's so they move you through fast. Either we didn't hear our order or they are just that good because a man who looked like the manager came over and delivered our food where we were. No idea how he knew who I was unless they add a little description or something but it was cool! I appreciated that! So in summary go eat here. Chic-Fil-A continues to amaze me. Keep this up Chic-Fil-A!!!!

Here's the deal... I was skeptical because this location is inside the Danbury Fair Mall and some of the other eatery options are not the best. However, I believe it's a company standard across the board to give excellent customer service because I've never had an issue here. I work in the plaza next to the mall and we order through Uber eats, DoorDash, Postmates, etc. Chick-fil-a is an option we like to get once in a while depending on our mood and current rotation schedule. This is second to none and our favorite thing to order on DoorDash because they have NEVER missed anything on our orders. Our order is always right and perfect. If ask for 3 mayo packages BAM they're in there. Chick-fil-a's attention to detail makes ordering a painless process.

I'm generally not too much of a fan of Chick-Fil-A because I have no Chick-Fil-A close enough to me to really care about the brand. However, although I've gone out of my state to get to your Bloomington location and found myself heading to the Danbury Mall, after seeing the mess of long line (and only forgetting just how quick the response is with the mobile app until later) when I got off the escalator (and the order placer person's kiosk location standing just there), I really totally forgot about Chick-Fil-A. Although I went to Nathans for supper (right next door inside your mall) because they didn't have such a long line, when I wanted something else after I was done, my brother mentioned that there were good cookies - if I was to order through the app. I had the app on my phone, and although I craved another deserty item (your brownies), I actually had the ambition to order. I looked over and saw the line almost clearing, and put in the order for two brownies (not just the one, but so I didn't look dumb ordering just one - had to get two). Although the app was rather low in terms of order status information - only alerting me when the order was finished being prepared - I was able to communicate just how close I was - but being directly in back of the planter with th long table - I don't think really mattered too much. I utilized the buttons that I had present to let them know, and with other orders they were also dealing with (some apparently were other mobile orders), I did have to wait several minutes for mine - and I was okay with that. The brownies were lukewarm, but were well packed in two individual wrappers. I expected them to be somewhat warm, so I don't know what went on - but careful to anticipate a better arrival time so I neither have to wait or so that my products don't get cold just waiting. I remain skeptical that Chick-Fil-A will become a go-to spot, if there was ever one closer to me in Northern Dutchess Co., New York State (where I live).

What can I say about Chic Fila that everyone doesn't already know. It's the GOAT. I've always been impressed with their consistent level of service and quality and this location was no different. While I don't eat from here anymore (change in dietary restrictions), when I did order from here my go to was the spicy chicken sandwich. Beautifully cooked chicken breast with a great level of spice, further accentuated by the melty pepper jack cheese. Crisp pickles complimenting the sandwich perfectly, paired wonderfully with either ranch or chic fila sauce. I still go here with my brothers (who remain ardent fans to this day) and the quality is as great as it was a few years ago. Chic Fila, thank you for gracing my little town with your presence. God speed.

love hitting this chick-fil-A up every time I go to danbury mall. It has become a favorite and I love their original chicken sandwiches and nuggets this by far is the best chicken place ever

My first time to a Chick-fil-a after hearing about it for years, and I was not disappointed. Their grilled nuggets are the best I have ever had, and their mac and cheese beats KFC easily. Their chicken sandwich was one of the best I have had from a fast food place. Over all, I would say they have well earned their reputation.

So even though it's in the mall it is always packed but they move fast everybody's friendly and you know how good a Chick-fil-A sandwich can be good value for the money

I was at this location last night and honestly had a very weird and un usual experience. While waiting in line the women came over with the tablet to take my order and told me to give my name at the register. When I approached the register I paid for my meal and said thank you as the young man handed me my receipt and he did NOT reply "my pleasure" I than stepped to the left of the counter to wait for my food, once I got my food I said thank you again and did not get the usual "my pleasure" response either...Not to mention I drive over an hour almost every time just for chick fil a. Maybe I'm over thinking it?

Great staff, great food! Come here at least 2 times a week, never disappointed. Get the app for points that can be redeemed for free food and also free rewards on Mondays! A lot of people don't know but sometimes there will be a survey on the receipt. If you take the survey within 2 days, you get a free sandwich! Doesn't get better than that (:

It's Chick fila what more is there to say Great tender nuggets hv'nt had the milkshakes yet or in A long time but another good two courteous quick staff I think the Nuggets are getting smaller though with the spicy chicken sandwich and everything else to appeal to my palate

Let me just reiterate: I'm not usually a fan of fast food. However, I'll make exceptions if I'm either A. Starving, or B. Having Chick-Fil-A withdrawals. So now that we're clear, I will go ahead and begin recommending this place to everyone I know that digs fast food. I've been to the Brookfield location and there's nothing wrong with it. Yeah sure it can get busy, but it's still a new establishment and that's what happens. I've never physically eaten at the one in the mall and have just gotten take-out the one other time I stopped by, so this is a new experience. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with bacon, waffle fries, and a drink. The cashier was super polite and directed me where I needed to be to pick my food up. My other friend who was with me got his food before I did and didn't receive a straw on his tray for his drink. The manager walked over and gave him a straw without even asking, smiled, and thanked him for eating at Chick-Fil-A. I was impressed, especially with the manager himself noticing it. The closest seat we found was way over in between the railing and the play place for kids. We dug in and everything was delicious. Within about 10 minutes, one of the Chick-Fil-A employees came over from across the mall and asked us how our food was and if we needed anything else including refills. This is a public mall and I've eaten here on numerous occasions while being employed here back in the day. I've never ONCE had someone from any food joint come over and ask how my food was. Unbelievable customer service for a fast food restaurant. Everyone else in the food court better take notes, Chick-Fil-A is going to start taking over. I'll be back when my withdrawals kick in.

We just moved here from NY and haven't had Chic-Fil-A since we left South Carolina 4 years ago. So glad to have one close by. We have been here twice in one week and the staff are absolutely the friendliest and sweetest. Delicious and I'm so glad they offer grilled nuggets. We will be back again for sure!

Living in upstate New York there are no Chick Fil-A restaurants around so the closest one is here in Danbury Mall. This gentleman from chick fil a was cleaning up around the food court when he came over to our table and asked us how our food was and if we needed anything, (refills, sauce, etc). Nobody's ever done that at a food court before and considering we drove exceptionally far for our lunch, we appreciated it that much more. Thank you, Abe (: and thank you Chick Fil A (:

Excellent- The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to people that never had it before. The food is amazingly delicious and the staff is nice and talkative. The people behind the counter ask you if you would any sauces for your food. They even come out from behind the counter to ask you how your food was and if you would like another refill on your drink.

Mall closing at 6, got to the counter at 6:03. They wouldn't make chicken nuggets for my 3 year old. Seriously pathetic.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon at lunchtime. The line was super long, but ordering was quick and easy thanks to the roving employees taking orders on tablets. Ordered, paid and had our food in less than 5 minutes. The food is tasty but not cheap for the amount you get--$17 for two sandwich/fries/drink combos. The waffles fries seemed undercooked to me. I wouldn't make a special trip across the road for this place because it just wasn't an eggs-cellent experience.

My toddler loves this place. We love to come back because everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. They messed up my order once - instead of grilled chicken nuggets I got fried nuggets. I brought it to their notice and they apologized with grilled nuggets.

Wonderful chicken sandwich, the best choice for a quick meal at the Mall. Very friendly and professional servers add to the experience. The recent criticism of this chain by heavy handed lefty politicos who have urged a boycott gives me an added reason to visit Chick-fil-A more often: nicer people. 5 Stars plus!

They have never disappointed!! Right now it's summer and you might see a long line and get disappointed but wait... sometimes they will come out and get your order or if they don't they go fast! The food is always fresh!

I went to chick fil a for dinner tonight I had a spicy chicken sandwich which is what I usual get but this time it taste so amazing I could eat it 1000 times.I love it the best experience ever at a fast food restaurant.But this time I didn't consider it as fast food. Amazing.

I should start out by saying that while I've been to this location many times, I haven't been to any others. I've tried a bunch of menu items, but I'm pretty stuck on the southwest salad right now. As I'm sure you know, the chick-fil-a sauce is out of this world. I would put this sauce on everything if I had the chance. The staff here is a bit hot and cold, a gentleman, I believe named Earl is outstanding, but others have been a bit unfriendly or bothered by any special request (like three different kinds of sauces - nothing crazy) .

Today I went online and placed a catering order for my son's 17th birthday. After I ordered I called the restaurant to confirm.. and the manager picked right up, he had a record of my order immediately and was very reassuring that they would have the order ready and complete when I needed it. I was taken back by how accommodating he was. Right before we picked up I called and added waffle fries to the order. The manager, again, was very helpful and complied immediately. All i can say is that everyone at the party LOVED the food!! The adults were shocked at how fresh and amazing the chicken sandwiches were!! And they tasted Amazing!! The kids loved the nuggets and the waffle fries (that I had added!!) It was a great experience. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Everyone was so happy!

Good service every time I visit this location. Never had any issues with my order or with my food once I'm ready to eat it.

Food was fresh and the manager was super friendly. He even brought the food to us with two great big cups of water! On a super hot day this service was greatly appreciated!

A quick and easy place to grab a bite to eat. Friendly staff. They even sang happy birthday to a staff member and gave him balloons.

I like chick-fil-a but this is horrible! Not busy ordered chicken sandwich with just lettuce. Small fries and a large fruit cup. No drink came to $11.25 ugh. The sandwich had 3 chicken nuggets rather than one nice chicken filet. The fries were soggy and I had 3 potato ends which were gross. The fruit salad looked good until I moved things. Some of the apples were bruised and sour. So so let down.

I've never met a more courteous and enthusiastic group of employees. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A before but I will definitely be going again. I went close to the end of the day and I work retail so I expected a tired group of teenagers who didn't care but what I got instead shocked me. Kudos the the employees and management staff, you're a cut above the rest. You've gained another customer today. Keep up the good work!

Love Chick-fil-A! Line moves much faster than you'd think, food is hot and fresh, I love the chick-fil-A delux with bacon and large waffle fries- CFA sauce in a cup- little bit of dipping heaven! Eat here all the time! So much healthier than any other fast food! LOVE CFA!

This is the best food court restaurant in the mall. Chick-Fil-A is the best place to grabs a quick but or even a dinner for a family. It seems that this is a fast food restaurant but it's not, its pretty much a fast restaurant. They serve their food hot and quick with anything you want. Once I asked for honey mustard and they gave me a HANDFUL! A WHOLE HANDFUL. The staff is amazing being caring, fast, and attentive. They have never messed up my order. They also ask for your name which makes grabbing your food faster without having to remember a number or listen for the long order you made. Brookfield's is the exact same thing but this is a little less crowded with a little more sitting room. It is very hard to get a refill here but they still give you it. There is a very limited breakfast menu with the only thing you can get is Chicken Minis and it's better to go to Brookfield for breakfast but it's the same lunch/dinner menu. Enjoy your chicken!!!

I was in this mall for the first time and wanted to get something to eat. When I saw Chick-fil-A, I didn't have to look any further. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and because I had to wait a little longer than usual, I got a gift card for a free meal next time! Wow, I'll sure come here again.

This was definitely not my typical Chick-fil-A experience. It is located in a food court and they have no line management system in place which causes initial confusion. They employees are not as friendly as they are at other Chick-fil-A restaurants and they move really, really slow. A simple chicken sandwich (very tasty btw) took over 7 minutes to receive from the time the cashier handed me the receipt. This was in part due to the slow kitchen, but also due to a chatty employee who was playing with a small child instead of running food to the line of customers waiting at the pickup. There is a way to balance things and these employees simply do not know how to multitask. If you are a mall employee looking for a quick meal, most of your break will be spent waiting in line to order and then waiting again to pickup. There are plenty of other options that are much faster than this restaurant. Once they work on the speed and friendliness, I will update this review, however this was a below average visit to a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
