I have had Chick-fil-A takeout many times but never ate there in the restaurant. What I saw from the moment we walked in was incredibly excellent customer service. I've been to high-end restaurants that don't have the kind of service that this Chik-fil-A did, they were just superior with their level of service customer service. And of course, the food is always outstanding. Because it's Chik fil a, but an A++for the service at this location.

This location has become completely unreliable. Out of the last 10 orders, 6 were incorrect, which is unacceptable—especially considering we order from this Chick-fil-A 4 times a week for our office team. Management is the biggest problem. When issues are brought to their attention, they are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. There is no effort to correct mistakes or make things right. The most concerning incident was being sold a salad containing allergens that were not disclosed or prepared correctly. When this was reported, management refused to replace it or offer any resolution. That is not just poor service—it’s a serious food safety issue. We spend significant money at this location, yet customers are treated as if accuracy and safety do not matter. Until management changes and basic standards are enforced, I cannot recommend ordering from this Chick-fil-A.

I came here for lunch on Friday while doing some holiday shopping at Costco and the Tower Shops. I haven't been here in a good while because now I go to the one over by Target, as it's closer to where I work and live. Anyway, it was an enjoyable and pleasant experience, as always. I didn't have to wait long in line and my food came out in a timely manner. The food was great and warm, like always. There's really not much to say except "keep up the good work."

Had a really uncomfortable experience in the drive-thru. The employee taking my order (Kyle, brown curly hair) was rushing me, giving dirty looks, and had a bad attitude the entire time even though I was polite. As I drove away, I heard him mumble a curse word toward me, which was extremely disrespectful. This behavior does not match Chick-fil-A’s usual customer service standards at all. Definitely disappointing and made me not want to come back.

I usually enjoy coming here, and the food was great as always. Unfortunately, during this visit my experience wasn’t the best due to a rude interaction with a staff member named Mya, which left me feeling uncomfortable. I may have been having an off day as well, but the interaction made it worse. I wanted to share this in hopes it helps improve future customer experiences, because the food and location are normally enjoyable.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Was greeted as we walked in the door. Line was short the cashier was very friendly. Ordered the chicken Cobb salad. Everything was extremely fresh. Hostess walking around and came over to check on how our food was And if we needed anything to please ask. During our meal the sweet lady cleaning up the tables came over and offered hand wipes and mints.

What a busy location with so many choices for quick food all around it. Long line to pickup food. Long line in the drive through. I was very impressed with the employee Janet who was happily and efficiently doing her job. . She went out of her way to greet people at the register and those entering the door for their pickup order and she gave us all the options including the full greetings. Another employee was actively cleaning up all the garbage. I'm going to assume management is working hard keeping everyone happy. The vibe was great and another employee just came to take my tray. They didn't even give me an option to tip at the register and the service was better than most other places that include service.

Upon entering the parking lot I noticed the common trend with all the Chick-fil-A eateries - a long long drive thru line. I strategically park my vehicle in a space where when I leave I wont be blocked in by cars in the drive thru serpentine. The eatery is spotless with a light religious theme crosses affixed in various places. I order quickly the spicy chicken bisquit with the super happy cashier woman and loved her conversation. Within two minutes my food was in my hand and excitedly sat at a table to enjoy my meal. I always pour siriacha sauce on my chicken to get an added kick. The bisquit was fluffy and was a perfect compliment to the spicy chicken. The gender assigned bathroom was being cleaned by staff and loved it.

This is one very busy location because of the location on University drive and being close to the local college campuses. I ordered my food on the app for in store pick up I arrived a little before the lunch crowd filled the parking lot. The parking entrance was redesigned a while back and it totally made the traffic flow so much better. I walked up to the counter for my food pick up. I was surprised that ALL of the condiments need to be ordered on the app as they are not available to self select, they are behind the counter. I guess it cuts down on waste but you are limited to two sauces per food item. Service was good though I thought my food was not hot enough when it was handed to me. I was happy to see the correct sauces were in the bag. The restaurant was clean and I did notice the manager asking the seated patrons if they were happy with their meals.

One of the better and friendlier Chick-fil-a outposts that I've visited. Even during midday and mobbed with lunch crowd they were fast and smiling. The only real complaint is the nightmare traffic direction and lanes in the parking lot. Double drive through lanes back up into the regular parking lot. It can take 15 minutes just to back out of your parking spot

I'm obsessed with the waffle fries and their signature sauce. Whether it's breakfast or lunch, it's consistently good. Bonus points for the clean restaurants and quick drive-thru!

This is MY chic fil a of choice. Do they always get it right? No! But they will smile and treat you with dignity. I go here often and I think it's one of the better chic fil a's in the area. The spicy chicken sandwich could be cooked a little longer, I've definitely gotten it a little raw before. Make sure you have your sauce before you walk away. My favorite part of this chic fil a is the staff, they are very kind.

I have stepped foot in this store only once! The first time I had Chick-fil-a, a friend picked up food. The second time I had Chick-fil-A, that is when I visited. My old job ordered us breakfast several times from here. Recently, hubs and I have been ordering breakfast via DoorDash and having it delivered. We have no problem picking up food but this location is a deal breaker for us. The parking lot and drive thru is a shit show! I have never seen this location dead. I am in the Tower Shops often and I pass by here most days. The parking lot is always full and the drive thru can extend on to University. For the most part, our orders have been relatively correct. Sometimes they are cheap on the sauce or do not put the correct amounts in that were requested. The staff were good from what I could remember, especially working in a place like that! The store was clean when I visited. The food is always good, sometimes it arrives cold either their fault or whatever delivery service we use. Like many locations, make sure you have an extra 20-40 minutes to piss away and do not wait until you are starving to order!

I was just here to pick up food for my family and I. I don't mind waiting at all, but they ended up telling me 15 minutes later they are waiting on fries. I ordered a large fry for my family and this is what I got. I called to ask about it and the lady told me that I'm wrong and that it was full. Thanks for your bad service. Love this restaurant, but I'll be finding a different one to go to from now on.

was in Davie and went to Costco and was hungry. I saw a chick-fil-A nearby. I knew it was fast and good. I like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, boneless breast of chicken seasoned with a spicy blend of peppers, freshly breaded, pressure cooked in peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips. Also available on a multigrain bun.

4-29-22 8:00AM This location was a first for me as well as ordering breakfast. The drive through was backed up which is their trademark. I parked the car and placed my order on the app. Please note their app I give it a 10 it even had intelligence and picked up my location. Otherwise my food would have been in Sawgrass the last location visited. Once inside I waited a couple minutes and got my order. Vanilla shake with whipped cream and a cherry, hash browns and chicken on a biscuit. So the food is delicious only thing hash browns nothing special like their fries so next time will order a fruit salad as a side instead. Also no hot tea? Odd thus I ordered the shake and decided to live a little lol.

This is the first time I ever have anything to say about the customer service at this Chick-fil-A. The three people at the window to on the outside one on the inside., never acknowledge me never said hello never said one minute while they were preparing my food. All I heard about was the upcoming trip to Colorado for the girl inside the window and the guy outside the window was asking about Morgan Wallen and how they didn't wanna work today I'm just floored because if nothing, the customer service is typically very good at this location but not today. Do better guys when service starts getting bad at Chick-fil-A do you know it's all down from there. AND.........they forgot my granola for my parfait.

Cockroach crawled out of my wife's salad. I ordered on the mobile app and when I showed up I saw my food on the counter. I had to wait over 5 minutes while the 20 employees behind the counter actively avoided eye contact with me. Finally, I got someone's attention and they got us our food. We decided to dine in, so we started looking for a table. After the 4th dirty table, we finally found a somewhat clean one. That's when my wife opened up her salad and a baby cockroach came scurrying out. The manager refunded us the salad and brought us another but we turned it down. Didn't realize until later that he didn't refund my meal, but I had definitely lost my appetite at that point. Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be pretty reliable and clean but now it's just gross.

This location is the BEST! The customer service is outstanding. There was a friendly women who helped my family get situated. She brought over a high chair for our youngest daughter and asked if our daughters can have stickers, which we responded yes. She brought over stickers, hand sanitizing wipes and disposable place mats. She also told us about a family friend video we could watch, by scanning a QR code off the wall or off the tray. Every so often, she would check in to make sure we didn't need anything and offered "refreshers" on our beverages, which was a cute way of saying "refills". The restaurant was spotless. From the tables to the restrooms, everywhere you looked, it was clean. I actually needed a little help clearing off our table and one of the managers came by and helped me. Talk about service! Getting into the restaurant to park and getting out of the restaurant to leave, was a breeze. If you've ever been to the location in Tower Shops, you'll know what I'm talking about. Even though this location isn't the most convenient location to me, I'd drive the distance knowing I'd have another great experience at this specific Chick-fil-A.

Two lanes for speedy service.. covered area with fans where menu is located, however there are employees outside taking orders to expedite service.. this has been the fastest Drive thru that I've ever experienced..Overall great experience..

We went for chicken and biscuits...nice and fresh as is the ice tea. The lady Bobbie is great, customer focused and nice, she's a great start to the day. I forgot my cell phone...ran back and they had it right there for me. The only thing this morning some tables needed wiping which is unusual. We'll go back, can't beat their delicious chicken.

I go to a lot of chick fil a's and this was the worst experience. The drive thru line wraps around the building and it took me over 10 minutes to get my food, after I ordered. That's a really long time for a drive thru! When I finally got to the window, they handed me the wrong food..twice. They finally got it right on the third try but my chicken was flat and crusty. Yuck. Do not go to this location!

The worst chickfila in Florida. Consistently the worst over the past 3yrs that I've been here. Plan to spend at least 10mins in the drive thru, no matter time of day or length of line. Customer service isn't great and they hardly ever say "my pleasure" which I feel like is a Chick-fil-A trademark.

Great drive thru set up for COVID19! First yes they are open! There are 2 lines so the wait time goes fast I would say we were totally thru the line paid and had our food in 10 minutes! The order was correct and piping hot. Definitely fresh food that has not been sitting around forever. The flavor was spot on for Chick-fil-A. The person that took payment had on gloves and held the card reader out while you tap or swipe your card. No touching at all. Then to the window to pick up your food. This person also had gloves on when they handed us our food. If you want a break from cooking I highly recommend chick-fil-A. Everyone was also very nice and every single person had on disposable gloves. Check them out they have their stuff together especially with everything going on.

12/11/2017 - So disappointed today with my Cobb Salad. It was not fresh, the greens were old and soggy. It also had a chicken breast from a sandwich cut up and added. It is supposed to be their nuggets sliced and served hot. My boss salad was fine but we asked for Avocado Lime Ranch dressing and they gave us Creamy Salsa. This was the young lady outside mistake and not the cashier as you can see from the receipt. I never check my food because this is the first time this has happened. We come here 2-3 times a week at least. I am usually always happy with the food and service but today I was hangry!!!

i ordered a 12 piece nugget on my lunch break at work. i bit into the first nugget and immediately realized what the inside looked like. promptly, i spit it out. i'm sure the other nuggets were fine, but my stomach turned so much i couldn't finish the rest.

Of all the fast food places, chick-fil-a is my favorite. This location has great service. No one trains their staff like chick-fil-a. They should train the employees at the nearby restaurants . Salad is consistently fresh and the cookies and cream milkshake is heaven.

I've visited this Chick-Fil-A location a few times over the years, and they haven't been the most consistent. There's typically always a decent line, which moves swiftly, but the cleanliness and quality of service always differs. Specifically today, I was serviced through the drive-thru and despite declining their offer to 'upscale' my medium meal, I was still charged and given a large meal. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed until we had already pulled out of the Tower Shops center. We were also offered whipped cream and cherry for our shake, and received no cherry? Sometimes they're great and an exceptional example of that Chick-Fil-A experience, but most times it's just an average fast food experience. I've had better with other locations.

This is the only Chick-Fil-A in the country that I have ever had a bad experience at. The line is always ridiculous no matter what time you come. The line itself isn't the issue because we all know that Chick-fil-a can clear a 20 car line in 10 min and never mess up an order. This one on the other hand takes forever and the line set up in ridiculous. It always goes out into the shopping plaza parking lot blocking traffic and there is no one outside taking orders or directing traffic. After the long wait my order was still wrong. You can't even park and go inside because of the drive thru situation you will be blocked in.

This location was recently remodeled last year to accommodate the traffic. I have to say that the customer service and the attentiveness in This location is commendable. I times my car for the drive they , I was 20th in line. Which sounds horrible but o received my order in less than 20 mins. They have 2 lines to order for drive thru and you're greeted with staff with a printed menu you can look at. They are fast and efficient. They never forget my sauces and they have never messed up an order. One time the line took longer and expected and they gave out brownie coupons to the cars! Amazing! FOOD: as usual A+++++ my go to order is the spicy chicken deluxe with chili fil a suace! CUSTOMER SERVICE: A+++++ I cannot complain one bit COST: $ - $$ SERVING TIME: 20-25 mins during peak hours. Regular times 10-15 drive thru AMBIANCE: causal OUTDOOR seating: yes - you can bring your dog PARKING: private parking can get full sometimes

Hello, Waited in a 35 min line for the cashier to misunderstand a Med Mac & Cheese for a Med Fry. When I got to the receipt lady to pay for my order I asked her to repeat my order she then said two Med Fries I told her it was supposed to be one Med Fry and one Med Mac and Cheese. She had already swiped my card but could have corrected the issue right there and then but told us to just ask for the Med Mac & Cheese at the next window. I then asked for the Mac & Cheese at the next window the cashier at this window was really nasty demanding the Med fry back as if I had just stole them. To top off the great customer service I was charged an additional petty $1.13. This is not how you treat someone who waits a 30 + minute line. Thank you.

It has been a WHILE since I've been out of the house, but going out for Chick-fil-A was WORTH IT! And with this whole quarantine, I was surprised to see that their drive thru line was just as busy as usual. I placed a mobile order and opted for curbside pickup to minimize the amount of contact with others and was pleasantly surprised with their procedures. The employees that bring your food to your car have masks and gloves and use large storage bins to help them carry your drinks and bags of food. The employee that came to our car took extra caution and allowed us to grab our own food and drinks from the storage bin, which was nice because it eliminated one extra touch point from their end. Our food was delivered in a timely manner and the employee that delivered our food also waited for me to check my bags to make sure I had all my items before returning to the building to grab the next person's order. I already loved this Chick-fil-A, and seeing the extra care they took during these times, made me fall in love with them even more! Good job Chick-fil-A! Keep up the great work!

I am a red status chick fil a member so I give them chances, but this one is by far the worst I've been to. Very slow drive through and pre order service and staff was not friendly. Also I stood for about 15 min waiting for my food and I'm not sure if it's because Black people are at times invisible in establishments but all the people around and behind me were asked about their orders, while I had so stop someone to ask about mine -which again was ordered through the app prior to my arrival. My frosted lemonade was left off my order and when i went to get it, it was melted as if it was sitting for the whole wait time. The other day I was in the drive through line for about 30 minutes and I didn't start at the end of the line, so there weren't that many people in line. Please get better service at this chic fil a.

I had called to replace wrong sandwiches. They did not answer. I was with a group of 8. Three people didn't eat. I tried calling to replace them. They did not answer. We threw them away. Gave them a call back. Said that unless I had the sandwiches that They couldn't help me after they neglected to answer the phone. Wouldn't recommend. Lady on the phone was really mean.

This chick-fil-a is the WORST! Literally every single time I order food there, they short me on the fries every time. Like i swear it's a prank sometimes it's that bad. Order a large fry and it is LITERALLY the amount of a small fry or LESS. And it's every single time I get food there. Got it today. Got home, opened the bag, and large fry, less than half full. Order a medium fry, same thing. It's like they fill a small fry bag, and just dump them into a large container like "that should do it. NEXT!" It's crazy. And it's every time. I love Chick-fil-a but they need to get some sort of oversight committee to watch the fry fillers lol.

From the moment I got in line the young girl taking the order was very dry. Didn't repeat the order and never said my pleasure. Which isn't a big deal but I just knew this couldn't it. I ordered two kids meals and scanned a brownie from my rewards off my wife's phone. Which when I got to the window one of the kids meals didn't have a fry and I was missing the brownie. I told the young lady I'm missing my fry and brownie. So she hands me a bag with a brownie and another bag with more chicken nuggets from the kids meal. I then tell her I didn't need another nugget but a fry. She now has a attitude because they can't read the screen and get the order correct. I try to avoid this place at night time and I suggest everyone else do the same. Just a big headache.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! After a long day of work just now, I stopped to pick up dinner. Get allllll the way home and a sandwich is missing out the bag. Frustrated and exhausted, I had no choice but to go alllll the way back because $4 for a sandwich for my son is hard to just say "forget it". On the way back I called and spoke with a manager to vent about the day I had and how the icing was put on the cake because my order was missing something. She instructed me to come back and ask for her. I get allll the way back, some guy who said he is a manager just came to my car. I told him everything I just mentioned and all he said was GIVE ME THE RECEIPT AND ILL GET THE SANDWICH!! Didn't bother to apologize or anything. So I told him well a lady manager wanted me to specifically see her, he just brushed me off and told me where to exit. I'm so angry.... and the drinks spilled in my car on top of all this... and the replacement sandwich had a hole in it
