Chick-fil-A

I have had Chick-fil-A takeout many times but never ate there in the restaurant. What I saw from the moment we walked in was incredibly excellent customer service. I've been to high-end restaurants that don't have the kind of service that this Chik-fil-A did, they were just superior with their level of service customer service. And of course, the food is always outstanding. Because it's Chik fil a, but an A++for the service at this location.

This is literally the only time I’ve ever been to a chick fil A and had a bad experience. I eat at these because the food and service is always top tier. I order from the app, pull around in my own lane and am ready to proceed. I’m made to wait for multiple other vehicles to order in line. I end up a few cars back from when I pulled in and of course they had large orders. My food was ready to go, sitting at the counter waiting for everyone else to go. I get my food and the biscuits completely deteriorated into crumbs. I know they’re soft but I couldn’t eat it with my hands and I’m not a picky person. The chicken was not fresh at all. Literally the only time I’ve ever been to one of these and had a bad experience. Will avoid this store from now on.

The soft deep crunch of the deluxe chicken sandwich is reverberating around my head. The waffle fries offer an exercise in restraint. Yes, this is a fast food restaurant. But I feel treated so well here. Better than at so-called "hip" places. The food comes out fast and hot. The sweet ladies in the front are so kind. They came by my table and cleared it and also offered me a refill. Thank you. This place gives me a hint of the old America.

Ryan the store manager was exceptionally help when it came to deciding with a quick catering order. I am thankful Ryan made my job easy. Ryan is a good listener who was welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Drive through. Ordered a combo meal. Everything on my sandwich. Team member asked if I wanted pickles. Yes. I get home. Hamburger bun nothing on it but a big piece of chicken and one pickle. Hungry and 😡 😞

Weekends, rush hour, lunch and dinner times can be hectic at this location and other locations. Keep in mind his location requires patients. Heavy traffic to the nearby Costco and shopping plaza creates tense situations during the times listed above. The staff is friendly and ready to serve. The second closest location is South on University before Sterling. This can be a great alternative. Have a great day, stay safe!

Always a solid choice! Chick-fil-A never disappoints — the food is fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is always polite and welcoming. I’m obsessed with the waffle fries and their signature sauce. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, it’s consistently good. Bonus points for the clean restaurants and quick drive-thru!

Drive through- Ordered a chicken cobb salad which usually comes with field of green lettuce leaves, corn, bacon, tomatoes, cheese and dried peppers. A sweet tea and small waffle fries. I received a salad with romaine lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. No chicken 😕, Hard cold waffle fries. Come on guys do better. Your customers should be able to rely on you to pack the order correctly hot and fresh. All ingredients listed on a menu item should accompany the order unless a special request is made. If you're out of an ingredient please advise the customer. This is becoming too much of the norm with fast food restaurants now a days. I want what I'm paying for not be rushed out of the drive thru line to get home and be disappointed 😒
