We stopped at this location while traveling on a Saturday around lunch. The entire staff was warm and friendly. They politely greeted us, took our order and our food came out correct, fast, and hot! Great fast food experience!

Was dinning in, was waiting for 10 minutes, my name was not called, I get used that you coming to chick fil a and getting a tasty food, which is tastes the same at every location, I was with 3 friends, and we all agreed that here food taste different (not in a good way) fries felt not salted, burger felt kinda raw, and coke was not sweet, I don’t know how that’s possible but it is true, Customer service was okay, but because of a different taste, I’m not coming back to this specific chick fil a. Actually couple hours later wanna add that me and all my friends stomachs hurting a lot after this food, it is actually so bad, never ever, coming back there

One of the most inappropriately loud locations ever. Yes, they are on point with their greetings, but there were several instances of workers "welcome to chick fila, YEA YEA YEA"....Like come on, really? I felt rushed and controlled. I was greeted again at the counter after being greeted already, before i got close to the counter was asked my name, as I began to state that i only wanted a tea the cashier responded give me a minute as if I was rushing him, but I clearly wasnt. Then ending the interaction was asked if that was all even though i had repeated I only wanted a tea. The whole interaction and atmospher was just too much, too loud, too unnecessary. Workers singing badly out loud. Just too much.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru at 10:27 AM, well before the 10:30 AM breakfast cutoff. When I got to the window, I was told my order had been canceled without warning even though I was clearly there on time. No one offered to remake my meal or even explain why it happened. It felt like they just didn’t care. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to value customer service. If breakfast ends at 10:30, customers arriving before then deserve to receive the food they paid for not to be dismissed like their time and money don’t matter. Do better.

Chick-fil-A has a reputation for being very professional and high quality. Last several visits have not lived up to reputation. Items missing from order and employees playing around. Get back to what you’ve established!

I had a terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A on Wesley Chapel. I ordered a #1 large with a frozen dragon fruit lemonade and a large fry and specifically asked for a receipt. They told me I’d get it at the front, but it was never in the bag. When I realized I never got my points for the order, I tried calling the store—no one answered. So, I went back in person, and instead of resolving the issue, they told me I would have to call a manager. If no one answers the phone, how am I supposed to speak to a manager? Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but this location was a complete letdown. Do better!

My mother went to the Chick Filet in Wesley Chapel on last week and order a sandwich she was 1/2 done and realized as she was biting it was several pieces of hair in her sandwich. She went back and they offered to fix her another meal & told her the staff wear nets she said absolutely she will not be eating there again & they gave her money back. Bad customer service when you’re telling them what your staff does & a customer showing you what she sees. These fast food restaurants are no longer taking pride on what they are servicing their customers please beware

The food leaves something to be desired, there is a noticeable lack of seasoning on the chicken, the fries (like all fast food) aren't usually fresh, the tenders have too much grease at times and I'd recommend a peach lemonade with no ice cream.
