I always have a great experience at this location. I love the customer service that is displayed from the employees here. Special Thank you to Ms. Cassandra (Auntie San) for her continued welcoming spirit. She is always upbeat and in a good mood. She definitely makes my day every time I come through the drive-up line. We stopped at this location while traveling on a Saturday around lunch. The entire staff was warm and friendly. They politely greeted us, took our order and our food came out correct, fast, and hot! Great fast food experience!

If other fast food restaurants used the Chick Fil A method of service WITH the politeness of their staff, I would frequent them more often. That being said, this Chick Fil A has always been a good experience. The food has always been fresh and hot. The salads have been fresh and tasty. The young people working there are always polite, knowledgeable and friendly. A smile can be the difference between a plain dinner after a hard day's work and a nice dinner. Other chains should follow.

I used to enjoy this location but I've realized that they refuse to get my healthier option orders right every time. I have had to argue with their staff multiple times over my lettuce wrapped sandwiches. I have to order lettuce wrap with a deluxe sandwich that comes with lettuce add extra lettuce and they STILL REFUSE to make my order properly or give me what I'm paying extra money for. Look at the picture of the exact order I just mentioned with only 2 pieces of lettuce ALTHOUGH I PAID MY MONEY FOR MORE. The lettuce is practically cooked because there isnt enough and their managers would rather argue than give me what I pay for although im a signature customer until over a year from now.

My first visit to this location. They are fast. I love that they have a drive truck strictly for mobile orders. You can get in and out and on with your life. This is an innovative idea. I wish more places wold do this.

Was dinning in, was waiting for 10 minutes, my name was not called, I get used that you coming to chick fil a and getting a tasty food, which is tastes the same at every location, I was with 3 friends, and we all agreed that here food taste different (not in a good way) fries felt not salted, burger felt kinda raw, and coke was not sweet, I don’t know how that’s possible but it is true, Customer service was okay, but because of a different taste, I’m not coming back to this specific chick fil a. Actually couple hours later wanna add that me and all my friends stomachs hurting a lot after this food, it is actually so bad, never ever, coming back there

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru at 10:27 AM, well before the 10:30 AM breakfast cutoff. When I got to the window, I was told my order had been canceled without warning even though I was clearly there on time. No one offered to remake my meal or even explain why it happened. It felt like they just didn’t care. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to value customer service. If breakfast ends at 10:30, customers arriving before then deserve to receive the food they paid for not to be dismissed like their time and money don’t matter. Do better.

Hate to update my review. But I tried to give this CFA some hope by keep trying it. But they have consistently messed up multiple times now. It's sad to see poor quality at a place know for its quality. I was super excited to get the grilled spicy deluxe sandwich since it's back on the menu but was let down. The bun tasted old and dry. The lettuce tasted like it's been on the sandwich all day in a warming drawer. There wasn't even a tomato on it and then my fries were extremely cold. I hate to be harsh but I worked at a CFA for 8 years so I'm aware of how busy it can get. But hot steamy lettuce and a dry bun isn't that hard to avoid. Unsure if I will continue to give this CFA business.

what in the world happened to the quantity/quality of the food here? It seems to so many restaurants are doing the bare minimum. When I was there, the employees were all standing around the door. They hand out food about six different people asked me what my name was for my order. Now in front of me, they already had three cars pulled up and wanted me to pull up. Where was I going? There was no room to pull up anywhere to do anything. The piece of chicken I had was so thin it seemed like it was a smooshed down piece of bread. Which ultimately just made it cold because it was so thin. Chick Chick-fil-A and Wesley Chapel yeah I have to get it together.

Anyway - we already know you can't spell Atlanta without Chick-fil-a. This location has added the mobile-thur. Have you tried this? Basically allows you to bypass the drive-thru line. Which was great cause we were just ordering shakes. Are you like most of us? And you know your true love and all your family members regular chick-fil-a order? Even my pup has a favorite order. Been really enjoying the new menu items. I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant move across the street before. Well done!

Placed an order for pickup on the app. I chose to walk in and get my order. Upon arriving and attempting to walk into the restaurant, the doors are locked at 9:30pm when the store closes at 10pm. The drive thru line is long which is why I elected in store pickup up. I'm not waiting in the drive thru line and would like my money back. The option to pick up in store should have been removed from the app if it wasn't an option.

They moved this location across from the old one(smart move) it's definitely more practical now. Customer service 5/5 my food 3.5/5 my fries were cold but my chicken nuggets were seasoned and hot! my lemonade was flat as if it was sitting for awhile Overall 3.5/5 .

This location is always fast and reliable. I've never had an incorrect meal or issue. The food is consistent and the customer service is always excellent. As most Chick-fil-A locations, the inside is clean and kept up with. I frequently visit since I live down the road from this location and I will continue to support this location for as long as I live here. Pro tip: use the app and choose the mobile thru line for pickup. Super fast compared to the normal line!

Uhhhhh, Thank you? I'm used to waiting a long time at this chick fil a, and I'm used to order mistakes - they forget something or the like... and I take it in stride. But, gosh, today I was delivered a sealed, ice "coffee," that had literally less than 2 inches filled. Have you no shame? ‍ Let me know next time, give me a refund without me having to ask, or gosh- just make some new coffee, but do NOT send this out of your store. This is embarrassing...

This chick-fil- a was superb ! Unlike others around the city I was treated with extreme care and quick service ! Drive through line : 10/10 ( be prepared that once you enter you can not turn back ) Customer Service : 10/10 ( Efficient and friendly ) I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A for the quickness and staff . I usually go to the dwarf house but they are always out of food and typically a 20 minute wait ! The staff here are also much more pleasant . Thank you

Arrived today at 744 am..purchased the breakfast meal 'sausage 'egg biscuit 'with orange juice..the breakfast sausage patty wasn't fully cooked it tastes raw'my biscuits wasn't fresh it tasted reheated...the cheese on my breakfast sausage patty wasn't melt'and was cold....the best part of this breakfast was the great tasting hot hash browns..won't return for their breakfast ever again.. Ill stick to their chicken sandwiches..

My orders never come out correct. ALWAYS FORGET MY SAUCES. I can't DoorDash this place anymore because I never get it right. I order nuggets and fries and get no sauce at all even when it's labeled in BIG letters on the ticket. They do not take the time to check your order. I rather drive an extra 25 minutes to a better CFA.

Horrible customer service. Can't even ask for extra sauce because they have an attitude. I ordered in the app but forgot to add ketchup so I asked for it at the window and they did not want to give it to me because it wasn't on the mobile order.

Went there to try the new spicy chicken biscuit. It was a very long line but worth the wait nevertheless. I forgot to order a Oreo milkshake so once we got up to the window I tried to do an add on for a shake. I dont remember the name of the lady that was at the window but she responded in a rude manner saying that they weren't, "taking any add on orders right now." And that if we wanted to add on we would have to either circle back in line or park and walk in. I just felt as if the customer service could have been way better and handled a lot differently.

This CFA is different. Customer service not what you expect from CFA and their miniature chicken thigh in the breakfast biscuit they tried to give me had to have been a joke. I asked for a normal size piece of chicken and she said that was normal for them but did agree to a new one and threw that in the trash! The iced coffee was gross too. It's a shame that the neighborhood it's located in dictates the level of service at an establishment. I expected more from CFA.

I went to Chick-fil-A today. I ordered a yogurt cup a medium fry and a medium Arnold Palmer and when I got my drink I don't know if I'm living in the real world or they were out of ice. Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A my drink never has ice in it, they give me 10 little cubes of ice. I am always so unhappy when I get my drinks from Chick-fil-A I don't know about y'all but I need ice in my drink. Everybody is not the same. It's the worst when it's hot they give you a whole drink with five knobs of ice. It's so ridiculous unless I request light ice or I request no ice I would appreciate it that Chick-fil-A put ice in my cup. I'm trying to call the store to contact Someone,is an act of Congress.

I've tried SEVERAL TIMES to give my local neighborhood franchise a chance, but it just seems they can't ever get it right! I've used the drive thru, dine-in, curbside, and delivery service and ALL have failed me! Against our better judgement and slightly because of the weather we decided to order on the Mobile app! What a mistake that was! I do think it would be worth it to consider another build-out to open the lot up! The drive thru line jams the whole place up and it's confusing for the staff to find you for mobile orders! I hope that hey can improve with time!

I can understand why they have a 2 star rating, and I think that's being generous. Worst CFA experience I've ever had. Was told the woman at the drive through window couldn't possibly hand me my bag of food (which was sitting 3 feet from her) and instead I would need to park car, unload all the kids, bring them inside to get my bag, and then take them all back outside and get everyone back in car seats, etc. Oh, or I could submit another $45 order (without being refunded for the first one). If you are considering this stop, I highly recommend driving right past it to a different one.

This is right off of 20E. It's drive thru is normally packed, so we went inside and our experience wasn't good. It took 10mins for the cashier to quit talking to what I'm assuming were her classmates and take people's orders. Then it took another 10mins to get our food. My fries were soggy, as they weren't completely cooked. The guy was so overwhelmed he basically threw sauce at me when I asked. The floor was very slippery and overall it wasn't very representative of the service ChikFilA is know for. The only thing consistent was them saying "Welcome to ChikFilA". In addition, the setup outside is awkward and cramped. There's a little room to go around the building and park but it's so tight because of the drive thru and there's a cement separator Won't be going back anytime soon!

Great customer service but who is telling the staff to be so stingy with the sauces? I ordered on the app and the options for the sauces said I get at least 2 for each entree and for each side but when I picked my order up there was only 2 sauces in the bag and that was for my entree and side so I asked for some honey roasted and honey and they only gave me one of each. I always have to ask for more sauce twice

I occasionally visit this Chick-fil-A when I forget my lunch. This time however I did a no no. I redeemed my Chick-fil-A coupon for iced coffee. I'm not normally a coffee drinker but I thought why not try something new, and my day was ruined. I'm not sure the amount of sweetener and milk that was used in this drink, but it took me over the edge. Overall this restaurant deserves a B. The service is amazing, I get in and out with easy, and the food is consistent. Pitfalls, the iced coffee had too much caffeine, sweetened, and dairy. I'm not a fan.

Christ...so we did a Mobil order and had to circle the building to pick up the order. When we get to window, they were not able to locate the order, but that was amusing to the two young ladies at the window who laughed in our faces about not being able to find the order. After sitting in the parking lot, a young lady brought out half the order, but forgot the drinks. When she returned to get them we realized there is no silverware with the order, and no sauce for the nuggets. I HATE SLOPPY SERVICE...DO BETTER!

I ordered breakfast from Chick-fil-A on Friday August 21st. The driver left my order on my door steps in the rain and it wasn't even in a bag. The hash browns were open and the drink was half empty. My whole breakfast was ruined. I reached out to DoorDash and all the rep would credit me was $4 when I paid $19.06. I am beyond frustrated.

I never stop at this Chick-fil-A because I already know anything off Wesley Chapel is BS decided to stop here tonight wait in line for 45 minutes for a sweet tea lite ice with lemon and a brownie! sounds very simple, when I got to the window can't find my order then the girl says oh they never put the brownie on you order, I said fine I'll pay with cash well I only take card at the widow the customer service there is disgusting and it's sad because it's black owned. The sweet tea isn't even that good, with no lemon might I add. THIS MY VERY LAST TIME. They need to go out business!

this cfa is awful i accidentally placed it through the mobile app for carryout but i was in the drivethru, this darkskinned male with glasses tells me i would have to go inside to get it. after parking my car and heading inside, the same person who tells me to go inside to get the food gives it to me. what is the point of that?? you still gotta grab my food from inside regardless. once i get his name i'll update my review i'd recommend going to the cfa on turner hill, not this one. the one on turner hill actually has employees with brains & gives proper service

This was the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever went to ... I'm from Louisiana and came to Georgia to visit.. and stopped here.. I'm like let's go to chic-fil-a because they are perfect and you get your food HOT!! Not this one, my root beer was watery, and my nuggets and fries were cold.. ice cream melted and I spent $40.61 for food all the food was cold didn't understand why.. and in Louisiana this is the main reason I love this place.. u get fresh and hot everytime...then if anyone know this location once u drive through u have to leave out of the parking lot to the street. So u don't have the opportunity to really turn around and fix ur issue.. welp never again..

I placed my order on the mobile app waited 20 minutes to pick up in the drive thru. The employee had my food sitting outside when I pulled up to her, mind you it's like 10 degrees outside. I ask dor the manager which took her a few minutes to come out, I expressed my grievance with and asked for a refund. she left and didn't come back. after 5 minutes of waiting I go in to speak to another who tells me it's been refunded, so I asked for a receipt showing it was refunded. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHICK-FIL-A ON WESLEY CHAPEL.

I absolutely love this brand, even though I'm vegan with limited options. There's a few options to making your purchases.. mobile, drive-thru, walk in-take out, and walk in-dine in. They even have young people on the drive thru to take orders on tablets. Parking is easy enough and they have special parking for mobile order pick ups.. here they bring your order to your car. The food is always fresh, delicious and visually aesthetically appealing. My favorites are the Kale Salad, Waffle Fries and Lemonade. A few of their entrees may be "veganized" by holding the meat/dairy. Chick Fil A also has outstanding customer service. Staff are usually polite, accommodating and friendly. On this occasion I was slightly annoyed when I drove up to the window to pick up my order and the young lady said, "are you Pat?" I said, "yes"... and she replied, "just a minute Pat". Then I said, "I wished staff would address older guest with a Miss, Mr, Sir or M'am". The young lady hear me, but gave me my order with a "here you go Pat!" I hope Mr. Wilson, the owner, will re-teach etiquette this to his staff.
