Chick-Fil-A is consistently a great dining experience and the workers stand out everytime I visit. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the workers genuinely seem to care about providing a great experience. Even during busy times of the day, the workers still manage to keep the atmosphere pleasant.The commitment to customer service builds trust and makes you feel valued as guest. Their food is made with high quality ingredients, and you can tell they take pride in their food preparation. Some foods that show this are their chicken sandwich, which is crispy and perfect seasoned. Another great food is the waffle fries, which are crispy on the outside and soft inside. All their drinks are refreshing and a great addition to any meal. Overall, Chick-Fil-A combines excellent service with delicious food, which makes it a reliable choice that many people love, including myself. The only thing I would change is to adjust the prices on the food and make it more affordable.

i must've visited on an off day or i was just lucky because i pulled in to the parking lot and noticed the drive thru line was empty. i made my way over and there were only 2 cars waiting to get their food. my order was taken by a very nice girl but i didn't catch her name but she told me it had been a slow day as well. the drive thru did start to get filled up as soon as i drove out but all the food we ordered was delicious, hot and ready very quickly.

I had a great experience. First, I was so impressed with Naomi she was so welcoming! Above and beyond. I've never been at chick fil a for breakfast she suggested a grilled chicken sandwich that had eggs it was perfect who would think eggs with chicken 🤩 any how it was perfect. Also, the rest of the team that had interaction with the guest also were so above and beyond offering refills and follow-up on guests. So, thank you for having a great TEAM 👌 Thank you, TEAM Lisa

Never experienced a Chick- fil- A with horrible service. If you don't believe me, just visit the Norwalk location off Firestone in CA. As we walked in Savannah (Manager) taking customer order(when she finished, we were the next customers, she turned around walked away. Never looked our way, never greeted my 2 kids or myself. Which my kids are the ones that wanted to get out and eat at this particular establishment.)( Then Bordeick another manager) taking drive thru orders and simultaneously walking back and forth on his cell phone from the front of the store to the back, back to the drive thru, not once but multiple times came to the exact register we were standing near, never greeted nor acknowledged us at the same time look right at us. He walked around like he had a chip on his shoulder and was the coolest thing to walk the earth.. As A few minutes pass and out the back Savannah appears with a gallon of tea, which at that moment she says "we'll be with you shortly".. never a greet(Hello, sorry for wait, ect.) as she proceeded to place a 'date tag' on the tea and returns to the back with the tea. Mind you, the restaurant is Empty, no urgency in acknowledging/ assisting customers, at that moment I felt the tea was more important than saying hello! she had just assisted an elderly couple 'the only ppl in the restaurant, besides us'. Then turns and enters the back like a pipe was leaking(fast), Not a few seconds but a couple minutes pass and then returns "WITH THE TEA" she's walking as shes in a flooded room. No urgency, no importance, just as if she didn't care we were there. I will also reach out to corporate, however if anyone in corporate feels a sense of exaggerating please review store video and get an understanding for yourself. This IS and WAS completely UNACCEPTABLE and never once thought, I'd, yet MY KIDS experience this at A Chick-fli-A. I'm glad through My MANY great experiences at Chick-fil-A, I informed my kids these are not the values Chick-fil-A hold and assured them that if we go to any other Chick-fil-A, It would not be the same!! I decided to take our business down a couple miles to the city of Downey(Firestone blvd)another Chick-fil-A. with positivity and gratitude, we were greeted quickly, with amazing service throughout our stay, we sat and enjoyed our meal. Thank you Chick-fil-A for the standard you Value, with those standards, I'm comfortable writing this review.

This place just gave me the biggest scare of my life. I always get the Grilled Nuggets for my 2 year old little girl because she loves them. I got her the 8 count Grilled Nuggets and I put her on her little table with her Nuggets and I heard her making a little sucking noise at first and then the little choke sound and she gagged a little, I immediately went to check on her and she had this plastic piece in her mouth. I was shocked! I can't believe these people that work there did this to me. Please check your kids food when visiting this location.

It seems every year that passes by the service quality goes down and the wrong orders increase. I remember this location was the place to come for the great customer service and the quick drive-thru. Now the new staff they hire have no greeting skills, and it seems they are doing me a favor when they take my order and then get it wrong too. I’m not sure if the owner just doesn’t care or the current manager just can’t manage the staff. It seems the better location to go now is on Firestone by the Target.

My friends and I went to Chick-fil-A a few days ago and the food was delicious, and the service itself was incredibly amazing. I totally recommend this restaurant because the employees are so nice and as you walk in, will happily greet you with a warm smile. The employees make me feel special as they ask if I need anything and are always happy to help. I just love to order the chicken nuggets as they’re so crispy and good, along with the fries and I also just love to also get the fruit punch. On my visit to Chick-fil-A, I told one of the employees it was my birthday, and I got a free ice cream cone! I was so happy they gave me one because I love ice cream! If you’re looking to go to a good restaurant by yourself or with some friends, definitely check out Chick-fil-A, thanks!

I go to this CFA all the time and have never ever seen anything like this. It’s the closest one to me other than the one on imperial, but i have had great service here up until yesterday. I got a salad for my mom since she loves the grilled chicken salad, she had opened the salad and was enjoying it up until she almost finished her meal and saw not one but TWO flies in her salad, it was disgusting and very very disappointing considering the salad was not opened until i had gotten home. super upsetting and will now be going to the one on imperial.

I have never had a bad experience here. The vibe inside is busy ~ as most Chick Fil A's are, but clean. Can't complain about the interior appearance at Chick Fil A.

I'm not sure if this is something new, but on a recent visit, the cashier tried to charge me for carbonated water. I asked for 3 for my boys and I to go with our meals and he rang me up for 3 Sprites. The atmosphere at this location is horrible as it is constantly overrun by kids from the high school. On many occasions, some of the high schoolers are smoking weed in the patio area

I dislike this place, the few times I've tried a chicken sandwich my gut was in pain. Twice I've said no cheese and I got cheese. They were nice enough to replace it but driving back during a lunch break is a hassle and a waste of gas. My kids love this damn place. That is why I am giving it 4 stars.

The staff are so nice and friendly but the service is bad. This chic-fil-a is always packed so I give them the benefit of the doubt. The guy that handed me my food was a teenage male that was incredibly high. As I pulled up in my car to the window he walked into my window lucky my window was down but the fact that my car was still in motion while he was putting my bags in was hilarious. He was so high he couldn't open his eyes. then walked away from the drive-thru window and the chic-fil-a teen girl staff member was laughing at his behavior while waiting for him to grab the rest of my food. The fries were stale/ freezer burn. I'm not angry just disappointed . I expect this kind of behavior from McDonald's not Chic-Fil-A

HORRIBLE LOCATION FROM THE FOOD DOWN TO THE SERVICE ! Messed up half my order and what was received was so cold and old my dog wouldn't have sniffed it ! Made a complaint and the manager TEXT me to interrogate me instead of at MINIMUM trying to take accountability or make it right ! Nobody thinks to store away a chick fil a receipt being that it's fast food you usually don't return that! But I guess with such a poorly ran store I should always keep my receipt !

I always wanted to try this place and I finally tried the gluten free chicken sandwich. I have to say I was so disappointed. First of all, they gave me the bread in a separate bag to make the sandwich myself. You would think they would at least warm up or toast the bread second the chicken smelled really funny. At least I can say I try this place, but I won't be going back.

This isn't a review for this specific Chik-fil-A, this is the one I go to mainly, but Chick-fil-A in general is just so much better than other fast food restaurants! I mean, their APP ALLOWS YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU PICKED THE WRONG LOCATION! I use so many restaurant apps and I've had issues with ordering food at the wrong location without being able to switch to the correct location in apps like Rubio's and Chipotle, but Chick-fil-A made it super easy! I'm so happy that they did this because now other fast food restaurants will probably do the same. Chick-fil-A is honestly just great at everything they do!!

FAST & EASY! THE WAY ALL DRIVE THRUS SHOULD BE! CANT SEE A MENU SO PULL IT ON YOUR PHONE! This was our first time here and it was great! The Cobb salad is a bit steep at $10.00 but isn't that how the world we live in? A burger or sandwich is half the price of something healthy-ish. But that's a different topic for a diff day. LOL. The sugar free lemonade was amazing, I added sugar free crystal light and it tasted even better. We ordered 1 regular lemonade, 1 crispy 8 pc chicken, 1 salad, 1 diet lemonade for $22.00 and it was delicious. The drive thru was 10 minutes! We already running late to a movie, and their quick service got us there on time! We asked for a bunch of sauces, and they gave them to us with zero questions asked! MC DONALDS COULD NEVER! I'll definitely be back for more at this specific location! Thanks again, CFLA for the best first time experience.

This place was horrible ! We ordered 25 min before anyone was inside and a large crowd appeared and everyone in the crowd received their food order before us. When I went to speak with a team lead they seem like they didn't care and without trying to accommodate me they simply refunded me.

I don't know how are they making these little girls managers who think so immature, that can't properly handle situations. (EVELYN) is very rude and unprofessional. She thinks because she is a manager she can mistreat clients. She leaves you talking very unusual for a manager to do. So if you need to talk to a manager there she is not caring for what you need to say. She handed me the food and then says I shouldn't take it off her hands a certain way. I think there was a misunderstanding but she never cared to listen to me instead she said she is not going to argue with me. That tells me, she was arguing with me since she brought the word argue up. Then I asked her can I speak to someone superior than you she says there is no one. I told her I was going to yelp her and call headquarters and she reply with a go ahead. They forget that if they loose customers they loose money. So customers should be treated with respect. I think she is not happy working otherwise how do you explain her behavior

At times I go to the drive thru here and let me tell you the employees are so sweet and respectful, it's very organize I love that and it's one of my favorite food places to go to with my family ! The food is delicious, never had my order wrong . The ambiance is nice as well

We arrived at 5:47 pm. on Christmas Eve and was told by manager, Evelyn, that although they stated they were closing at 6:00 p.m. , they would not serve us because they wanted to "go home early. " Excuse me? isn't that why you are closing at 6:00 instead of your regular time? I told her that she was unprofessional and that they should honor their stated closing time. We drove all the way there and our time is valuable. She didn't care. I told her I would be calling corporate to complain. She could care less. Evelyn and Chick-fil-A. Step your game up. Get orders right when you do let customers in. No more soggy waffle fries. And oh, by the way, stop being so stingy with the BBQ sauce. Be better during the holidays. You are welcome.

Good size parking lot since it is near a Target. Got myself a Frosted Coffee at the drive thru. $5 and some change. Line moved pretty quick and my drink tasted well like an iced blended mocha. Cashier was super friendly and it's nice to have another chick-fil-A off a major freeway.

This is my favorite Chick fila. It's brand new, clean, has amazing restrooms, and everyone who works here is amazing. There are two lines for drive thru and lots of parking. The owners are amazing and give back to the community. Looking forward to eating more chicken sandwiches here in the future. Happy Yelping!

I am so upset with Chick-Fil-A in the City of Downey, my son won a certificate for excellent student at Dotty Middle School. I took my entire family to at Chick-Fil-A. I was going to purchase Family meal for five. My son went ahead in front of us to get his free sandwich as he was told by two employees. Then he was told he's not able to get anything. The employees said they never seen this certificate or card for the free sandwich, in a very unprofessional manner. My question is what's the point of the motivation for my son winning something, and it's not follow through the establishment. Kids should not be played around like that with these rewards. This is Chick-Fil-A is very unprofessional.

First off, let me say the cashier Angel was great. No problems or worried with him. Normally, I never had a problem with Chic-fil- a but today was different. I had 4 different orders on one ticket, and I needed them bagged separately because they were going to different places. I explain to Angel, he understood and made sure it was on the receipt. However, as my food was being bagged, some young lady in a black shirt( upper management) sarcastically stated, " oh, I just love these, don't you guys just love these?" That was rude af. Like come on now, it wasn't super busy, all order where basic. Just some advice for the young lady, be quiet sometimes, you don't know where those customers you're talking about are (I was right at the register in ear shot). You setting horrible examples for the newer employees to follow. I see why this location has the reviews that it has.

Sometimes you crave the simple things in life, like a warm hug from a dear friend or your softest blanket to cuddle with, and sometimes you crave a really good and plain spicy chicken sandwich! That's where Chick-fil-A steps in to provide warm and comforting food in times of need. Now, it's no lie that Covid-19 has caused the usual drive thru wait time to increase tri-fold but it sure is worth it when you bite into that juicy and flavorful chicken! Also, don't forge the crispy yet soft waffle fries to boot! We will get through this crisis together, one new at a time!

Worst customer service ever! The food is always awesome I don't think anyone would deny that but the customer service here is HORRIBLE. I was in the drive thru and had a big order ($90)- it was a Friday and I thought I'd get some of my students some Chic Fil A before the 4th of July break. Everything was handled well enough considering the size of the order. When I got to school I realized we were one sandwich short. I proceeded to give all the students their food and made my way back to get my sandwich that was shorted (Spicy Deluxe). Upon arriving to the drive thru I'm greeted by an order taker. After telling the order taker that I've been shorted a sandwich, she hands me off to a superior (I'm speculating but she looked as though she was running the entire crew outside). A few moments go by and the two have a conversation on the side, presumably discussing how to fix this problem. The original order taker comes back to my car and asks me to turn around, park my car, go inside the restaurant, and tell ANOTHER person that I've been shorted a sandwich. Why? Why not just bring the sandwich out through the drive through? There's at least 6 people doing exactly that to multiple cars simultaneously. This was a classic example of "not my problem, have someone else deal with it" at the expense of the customer of course. When I enter the restaurant and tell person #3 that I've been shorted a sandwich (which btw at that point I furnish my receipt showing my $90 order) she hands me off to another superior. Another conversation is had on the side as if this is a big deal. Superior #2/person #4 then approached me, hesitates and asks for my bag of food. I tell her that I don't have the bags of food since I already dropped everything off to my kids. She then tells me that she'll allow this ONE TIME exception as if I were the one asking THEM a favor. At this point I'm fed up. I calmly but firmly tell superior #2 that buying another sandwich is NOT A BIG DEAL, but the fact is, I was shorted a sandwich. Why is this so hard to fix? Just get me a damn sandwich... you would think that showing her my receipt she'd be sympathetic at least a little bit. She resisted everything as if it were her own store and her own money. When I finally received my sandwich no apology was made by ANYONE- not management not workers, NOBODY. As if I were swindling a sandwich. Chic Fil A you're way better than this. Retrain these people ASAP on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The moral of the story that seems to be lost on everyone who handled this situation is simple- just give the customer their food and don't make a big deal about it. Now there's a negative comment/rating on your already struggling Yelp reputation at this location which will probably be followed with a phone call (yes I know, I'm going FULL Karen on this). This should have been an easy fix, instead incompetent and impractical people (including management) decided to blow this up like it was a big deal. Date/Time of visit: Friday (7/2/21) @ 12 pm

If you don't want to come to a location that is busy and loud do not come to this one Regardless, I was already here there an online order had a bit of a tough time finding a table because a couple of them do not have numbers on them, but was able to sit right across from the online pick up table and one of the ladies told me the table number, which happened to be 13 Had my meal minding my business. Everything was good properly prepared, condiments necessary on the plate, but on my way out the same person who handed me my food and help me with the table also took my trash. This huge I know that I was not the only person that gets that type of treatment. I'm sure that it is an all-around thing and that is a big thing. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much for the time and experience today this just needed to be recognized. .

I want to take a few minutes to appreciate Mr Francisco (Frankie) for his sense of urgency. I was waiting to place my order and he quickly took my order and also took my payment even before I got to the drive thru window. Typically with fast service you tend to receive mediocre type of service but this guy made me feel like I was at the ritz Carlton!! Thank you for getting my order right, recapping my order and for also being patient with a few changes I made to my order. Take care of this guy, he's what sets this location apart from the other chic filas in the area.

To arrive at 9:20-935 pm But at 9:41 it shows being prepared We called as it says contact restaurant and no answer Always have a problem with this one when using the app Not happy at all spent $60 bucks And bad service

Was just there and someone screwed up my order so I went back in and everyone is just so nice and friendly. They were able to fix my order. Two ladies helped me but I do not remember their name and the only name I have on the receipt says Josiah Borg and cashier Noemi. Thank you for being very nice. Recommend this Chick-fil-a at this location.
