Worst Chick-fil-A ever! I prefer the one in Hapeville!!! Camp Creek location is the closest to my apartment so when I order on DoorDash I always get my food delivered from this location. They will either deliver with missing items or give you the wrong food! My kids love Chick-fil-A but this is the last time I’m ordering through delivery. I wanted chicken tortilla soup they gave me chicken noodle soup 😡😡😡

My wife and I used the drive thru, our order was placed promptly but it went downhill from there it was no sense of urgency when we arrived at the window so we pulled up and waited for our food the wait wasn't that long, after receiving our food proceeded home which is only a five minute drive only to eat the meals and find out both sandwiches were dry as desert sand. Very disappointed with the food quality, for what it cost to eat at your establishment I expect the quality of food to be perfect at anytime of day. Very disappointed

Absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Extremely rude staff that seemed focused on doing nothing more than rushing you through the line and shoving the wrong food at you. When I told them it wasn’t my food, I literally received an eye roll from the young lady. Food was subpar, but that’s not even my concern. The fact that they treated customers as if we were an inconvenience was the craziest thing I have ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A.

This Chick-fil-A has definitely gone down hill. Surprisingly drive thru goes fast when they know which car the food goes to. Food was horrible fries were old and chicken was crispy. Why would you sell someone crispy chicken tenders? I really wanted my money back but I had 3 hungry kids that were ready to get home. Please check these orders and ask yourself would you eat it before you sell it.

First visit to a Chik-fil-a in Atlanta, this was pretty sad. Food is good, but order was wrong, missing items, given my drink without a straw, etc... Expected better in Atlanta, the Chicago Chik-fil-a locations are far better than this.

Not sure what the problem is with the operation at the Chick-fil-A on Camp Creek Parkway. Things do not seem to be running very efficiently here. There are approximately 10 people standing off the side waiting for their order . I personally ordered a number one meal about 15 minutes ago and still have not been served. I asked one employee to check on the status of my order and that was five minutes ago….. no communication and no food. Not even a smile or a merry Christmas. Definitely not the typical Chick-fil-A experience that I am accustomed to. I would avoid this restaurant in the future if I was you . I forgot to mention there’s trash left out on the tables. The employees seem unmotivated and lack enthusiasm. Truitt Cathy would be disappointed . Merry Christmas y’all 20 minutes later I spoke with the manager. He said, “ my apologies, sir. There’s something wrong with our system.” I said that’s OK just give me my money back. He gave me my money back, but no incentive to ever return here again.

This place is a hot mess! I have never seen any CFA like it. Every single time I go there something is always missing from my order. & this time I ordered the kale salad & a vinaigrette. Get to the window she tells me it will be extra for the dressing, I pay & STILL put it in the bag… get home to realize, they didn’t even give me my drink . You have to keep you’re good eye on them

I came here to talk about one of the food service employees. Her name is Shan. She was taking orders for everyone outside in the drive thru. It was extremely cold and despite that, she was very professional, kind, and thorough. I really appreciated her service!! Working outside in the cold is not easy! She deserves a raise!! (Her & EVERYBODY working in the cold)

the worst chick fil a i ever been to! 30min in line. prioritizing orders in line & the line never ends up moving very frustrating experience

I needed food on the way home but I had to GO really badly after being in traffic all afternoon. I was not about to get home and be hungry so I went to the only place I knew I could be in and out in a few minutes. Chick fil A never fails with moving the line quickly and smoothly. I arrived at 5:53, my order was taken at 5:55 and by 5:58 I was pulling out of the line, headed home to tinkle lol. Its always gonna be Chick fil A for me.

What is this a kids meal chicken biscuit? I've never gotten one so tiny before. What the hell you should be ashamed of yourself.

I was so happy I did not have to go in the store to get a drive-thru order corrected! Everything was good and hot. The fries do taste a bit soft but I am pleased with the quick service and hot food. This is a very busy location that have many taking orders outside to minimize the wait.

Pretty solid service. I ended up getting what I usually get at Chick-fil-A which is the spicy chicken sandwich. Their drive-thru is incredibly backed up so I just went in and got my sandwich ate it and left so that I could catch my flight right away. The bathroom is absolutely filthy and the inside ambiance has a bizarre assortment of characters. Almost like something out of a crime scene. But it was reasonably close to where I needed to be for my flight so I don't have any major complaints. They have plenty of parking in a lot which is free and the service was friendly and quick. The one hang up I have about this place is what I asked for my receipt it was as if I was asking for the moon and three different employees had to work on printing it out.

Service was great in drive thru but fries were cold. One set was fresh, the other not at all.

This is probably the worst chic fil a I ever been to in my life and I think I've been to every chic fil a in the United States. Just absolutely terrible. Horrible service, they are rude just plain rude

This Chic-Fil-A is always busy with a line wrapped all the way around the building and sometimes on the the street. However, given it's location you might expect that. I try to avoid it when I can, but I was starving and hoping to get something quick to eat for my Mom and I. I placed my order in the app, so I just needed to pull up and let them know. What I ordered: Chicken Biscuit w/ Cheese * 2 Strawberry Jellies Coffee * 4 French Vanilla Creamers Sausage Egg and Cheese Muffin The GOOD news is: I received all the food I ordered and the Chicken Biscuit was perfect. The BAD news is: The Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffin was over cooked with the egg browned. I've never experienced that before at a Chic-Fil-A. And, to top it off I did not receive any of the condiments I requested. Instead of Strawberry Jelly (I received Grape) Instead of French Vanilla Creamer (I received Half & Half) I didn't request sugar because the French Vanilla Creamer is sweet. However, Half & Half is not. Overall, not the worst experience - but enough for me to avoid this place as something similar has happened in the past. If I was notified beforehand I could've made adjustments and lowered expectations. Unsure if they ran out of my requested condiments or if they just didn't care to get the order correct. Either way, I should have been informed. If you're wondering - Will I be back? Highly Unlikely

I've been to this location many times throughout the years. Never had an issue...customer service is GREAT! Breakfast Scramble is my go to for breakfast.

I mean who doesn't love Chick-fil-A. I'm always rushing to catch the breakfast in the morning, but even if lunch makes it around quicker than I expected. I bet they still have something on the menu you'll love. What I can say is this Chick-fil-A tends to have a really big line which is not unusual for Chick-fil-A's, but at first the inside wasn't open for quite some time and they have just got back to opening the dining room. I'm excited to return back to the inside and always a number one fan of Chick-fil-A. I think the only downside could be wanting it on a Sunday.

This location is always packed. They tend to forget items from your order. Before driving off please besure to check inside your bag. They seem not to care at all at this location. Chick-Fil-A is known for their over the top customer service. Not so much here. I will go to the cascade location

Food was completely wrong they messed up my order then I saw a roach going the bathroom and when I got in the bathroom this couple was in the stall getting freaky like wha!

Worst experience ever. Was rushed through the driveway with half my food missing. The fries they gave me look like someone ate half of them and there were none left in the bag. Sandwich says no pickles and cheese and there were no cheese on the sandwich and it had pickles on it. Called the store to rectify the situation with no response or return call. I am very dissatisfied with this chick fila.

The service was not up to Chic FIL a standards. They had forgotten my shake and then didn't apologize for it or for the extreme wait to get my shake. I expected at least an apology. Plus I seen several people who ordered after me receive their shakes Ina reasonable amount of time.

This the worst chick fil a ever !! Currently in line and been in line for an hour...it's like 3 lines wrapped around the building. Very unorganized

This is the Chick-fil-A closest to my house so I'm here quite often. Since covid started the line has been wrapped around the building about 3 times and they still manage the drive Thru pretty well. This location sits in a plaza close to other business so when the line is especially long like during rush hour it can back up into the street. The line moves pretty quickly once you've gotten in line and the service has been pretty consistent everytime. Sometimes they do mess up my order or forget my sauces but it's understandable since there's only one drive thru window with no inside service so I just park and go up to the door so they can fix it.

This happens to be one of the worst one of their franchises. Every single time something is a miss. I can't believe it is an actual Chick Fila. I have traveled all over and visited a store and never have I ever experienced no where near the things I have at this one. I have no words but WHY?????Like now why is my corn for my salad black? Corn in very yellow. What did you do to it?

Chickfila at Campcreek, you're going to get the Chickfila experience. Great customer service, Good food, prepared fast. This location is always busy. Lots of customers in and out, no matter what time of day. But they generally do a great job of keeping things moving so the wait is not as long as you might expect it to be. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been on more occassions than I can count. Parking can be a challenge sometimes because during peak hours, it's like everyone in south fulton decides to eat at this particular location..the inside of the resturant is always clean and the staff is professional..

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building like a boa constrictor. Just to get in the line took some maneuvering. I placed my order on the mobile app and curbside was not an option although there are numerous parking spots set up for curbside delivery. The employee who took my order seemed frustrated by the sheer volume of cars they were attending to and the typical friendly greeting was lost on me. She turned out to be the same traffic conductor at the exit of the parking lot who directed traffic into drive thru lane and out of parking lot. When I placed my order, I ordered CFA sauce and Ketchup and they were not included in my order. Although my order was brought to the car, I still had to wait to get out of the line for a few more minutes and stop by the window to pick up the two cones I ordered for my son and me. Although this is the home of the original Chick-fil-A ( which by the way is closed for renovation [and the purpose of this trip]- not mentioned on Chick-fil-A's website which I checked before planning this visit) the service was lacking in several areas. My entire lunch break was spent waiting on the food on drive thru so I suggest you travel to another CFA if time is not on your side.

I've been to this location twice for carry out and they are so kind! I appreciate that breakfast is open til 10:30am and food taste amazing. I always get the chicken n biscuit meal. Again they are welcoming and best Chick-fil-A experience by far. Definitely check out this location!!

I had lunch there on Monday 6/12 and was very impressed with the the staff and food. The staff was very friendly and worked as a team to serve customers. The food was delivered to my table hot and was up to the standards that I have been used to with Chick-fil-A standards. I would recommend this location and was surprised with its low Yelp rating.

I love Chic fila, I am frequent different locations all the time in multiple cities and states and unfortunately the one closest to home is the one that always let's me down. I do mobile orders and 9 out of 10 times they get my order incorrect and I have to go back for something. It is very frustrating, I would love for the person who does the mobile orders to just take a few minutes to make sure the orders are correct..

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. 1. The restaurant smelled like the fragrance in a restroom. 2. The cashier had a bad attitude. 3. I was dining in but had to retrieve my food from the counter instead of them bringing it to me. 4. I ordered a small Mac n cheese. I received a tablespoon of Mac n cheese, the nugget of Mac n cheese was rolling around in the container. The manager gave me a new container of food but didn't apologize. 5. They were pre-filling the cups with lemonade, therefore, the lemonade I received was diluted because the ice melted. The best thing going was the young man cleaning the lobby, he asked me if I had everything I needed.

Your drive thru is poorly engineered, and one of your employees kept asking me to move my vehicle which didn't make sense at all for efficiency or safety. There's no where to go but forward in your drive thru line and she kept asking me to get behind the yield sign. So frustrating and unnecessary. I left the drive thru line because I refuse to be treated poorly for a chicken sandwich.

This location keeps the line going pretty fast! I have nothing bad to say other than the people at the window needs to be more detail oriented and pay attention to orders because they gave me wrong orders plenty of times but because it benefited me, I took it as a blessing from the Lord above *smiles*

I went to this Chick-fil-A today. I went inside to order the kale crunch salad with a few toppings on the side. Mr. Oliver, I guess one of the manager's, comes out to tell me with the kale crunch salad you can not order any toppings with it, OKAY, I clearly do at other Chick-fil-A's, but whatever! Then I get my food they didn't put my salad dressings in my bag, nor the seasoned tortilla strips, crispy red bell peppers, or the chili lime pepitas like I asked, then they forgot to give me my drink. (My goodness!!!) Here's my issue, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, I get it, but when I go back to inform the young teenage employees at the front, please don't look at me like I made the mistake you all did. What happened to I apologize, I'm so sorry, here you go. Where is the amazing customer service at this location???? Get it together Camp Creek Parkway. Mr. Oliver make sure you give some customer service training to the young employees at the front, they can make or break your business. Anyway, back to my side of town I go, where I can get amazing customer service at the Turner Hill Chick-fil-A in Lithonia GA. You will get a smile, kindness, good FAST food, and a my pleasure lol. I am big on giving amazing customer service; therefore, when I don't see it, it truly rubs me the wrong way. If you don't like your job, you can ALWAYS look for something else. Hopefully, if I have to go back to this location, I can get better service next time. Also, the cashier Jaleasy, from the receipt, didn't have everything I ordered on the receipt correct, that was the problem, but when a customer tells you where you all dropped the ball, say I apologize, and give them what they ordered with a pleasant attitude period. #customerserviceskills101

I have been to lots chick-Gil A this is the Worst one yet People seen lost and when you go in store to see why you have not received my Order the Manager gives you attitude last time I stop here took me over 40 min to get my order

This location is always busy. Expect to wait upwards to 20 minutes in line sometimes just to take your order. Customer service in the drive-through line is hit or miss sometimes you can get a friendly smile that you're used to with Chick-fil-A and other times you can get the I don't want to be here attitude but the food is always the same. Make sure to check your order because they are human and make mistakes sometimes my order has been wrong but they fixed it swiftly.

The food is always fresh, but kinda slow ....considering the location and volume, its always crowded here so it's kind of expected. They have 2 drive thru lines, but that doesn't seem to help the line. This area is extremely congested; the way this marketplace is set up is really ridiculous.....I really don't like having to buy anything in here after hours or on the weekends. Other than that, the food is good.

I keep saying I will not eat at chick FIL anymore for a bunch of reasons but I will start with the quality of the food and how it's positioned. I think Polynesian sauce has 200 calories. That's an entire meal. I realize that they don't necessarily brand themselves as a healthy brand of fast food but they know people believe that they are healthier than other fast food chains. Fine. If the masses arent doing their research OK. But when I asked for a nutrition guide so I could make a comparison before I made my order.... I was asked for which food item??!! Well...i need to fing compare so that's what I need. Instead a woman printed out an individual sheet from.her register that had one item on it. I asked for the sheet Bc I had to dig forever to find out my salad that I was planning to order had over 1000 mg of sodium. They need to come up with a better way of informing consumers that WANT to know how much sodium there food has. I appreciate the posted calories but being thin isn't my only concern. I'd like to be alive to look at my scale. If anyone knows how to get a full nutrition guide please let me know!

Jan 1, 2019, was the first time I experience McDonald's customer service at Chic fil A (Camp Creek). The young girl first words were "name? go ahead with your order" I was shocked. I had to look up at the sign ensure I was in the correct drive thru. I wanted to inform her, you're working at the great Chic fil a. I ordered anyway. The young lady standing outside handing out the food at the drive thru window was having a joyous time laughing and speaking with her coworker standing inside. Not acknowledging customers. Day 2, January 4, 2019 I experience almost the same customer service upon ordering. Except the young man handing the food out was a little more tentative. However, this time Chic fil A was out of Polynesian sauce? how can you be out of the most precious sauce there is? That's almost on the border of being out chicken . and my fries were soggy.

I ordered from the app because it's supposed to be quicker, right? Wrong. Not only did it take forever for my food to come out, but my fries were cold and they brought my drink with no straw. Very inconvenient when you're driving. To top it off, I asked for a water and they gave me a sprite. This may not mean a lot to most, BUT WHEN YOU'RE A DIABETIC, these little mixups matter. And it didn't help that the person delivering my four had an attitude. Did not live up to Chick-fil-A standards at all.

I honestly don't know why I keep coming to this location. Granted it's right by my house and I love Chik Fila A but do yourself a favor and keep driving to another location. I keep hoping the last time was just a bad day. They get my order wrong every time it's honestly crazy. Ensure you check your food before you drive off. The line is always crazy long so today I decided to use theirs curbside order. I've been sitting here over 20 minutes and have yet to receive my food wtf they were better off not even having this. This is the saddest chik fila I have ever been to and I honestly think they are tarnishing the brand's reputation

We eat at chick-fil-a often especially when we travel because of its consistency. This is by the worst Chcik-Fil-A we have visited. Customer service is subpar. We had the counter people argue with us about our order. Then they still got our order wrong. We watched multiple other groups that ordered at registers after us walk out with their food. There are lots of other fast food places in the area, try those first.

I have frequented this location many times however it was during lunch ours. Food was always fast service always good and staff polite. Today was the worst experience I've had at any chick fil a ever. The line was unorganized, ordered weren't being taken in one line as it continued to move. Someone even cut over in my lane from the other lane and was blowing her horn to get someone's attention because her line was also moving but no one had taken her order. Once my order was taken, after I had to roll down the window and ask if I was to wait at the menu board to have my order taken, the line moved pretty quickly as normal. I was in no hurry so I was unbothered by the unorganized way in which the line was moving. However the disappointment came when I received my food. I had to ask for ketchup after I'd asked for it during my order and it was repeated to me, my food was cold my fries were mixed with old fries and my nuggets were also cold. I hadn't eaten all day at this was 4p in the afternoon and I looked forward to my meal. It was the most disappointing experience I've ever had with any chick fil a restaurant I've gone to and I travel a lot for work so that is saying a great deal because I've frequented a lot of chick fil a restaurant. I will say the staff was very polite.

Won't be visiting this location again! Found hair/lash in my Mac and cheese! This location is always crowded no matter what time of day you come as well! Visit at your own discretion

I came in the morning. The line was super long but the staff was friendly and brought my food out quick. Can't beat that. The parking lot had a gridlock tho and it was very hard navigating out the parking lot. Check out my food blog on instagram @eat_monnie

Placed a mobile order about 20 mins prior to arriving, but still sat at curbside for 20 minutes waiting for it to come out. There were 2 cars there before me, all of our orders came out together. Whatever system they use is inefficient. I had only placed an order for myself, and shouldn't have to wait until everyone else's big order is ready just to get mine, and vise versa. The drive thru was nearly empty, would have just saved time doing it the old fashioned way.

First off you guys, I have the chick-Fil-a app so that I could order ahead of time right? So I get there and they're like, "Our system is down, so you'll have to pay again in person" so I'm like okay but it says here Oder went through. So y'all at this point I go ahead and pay once more. (Luckily I had my card) so NOW they tell my to pull up and wait for my order. I do so. I get home to check my receipt and they also charged me extra outside of my app order. I've seen a lazy crew like this before here didn't last long, now here we go again. Also I tried calling and they left me of hold for longer that 25 minute...(yes I waited with my phone on speaker) they picked up said wait for the manager and left me on hold once again. I'm currently on hold once again. Overall...customer service and management is crap at this location!

I prefer this Chick-fil-A over the one on Cascade Road because the service is consistently great, and regardless of how long the line is, the staff gets us through it quickly. During peak times, they have staff outside on tablets taking orders, taking payments, and distributing food, which eliminates and reduces long waits. My food is always accurate and hot and every one is always pleasant. I stopped by a few times last week for the soup because we were under the weather. I love the Chicken tortilla soup, and my toddler loves the chicken noodle. Both were hot and tasty. I noticed that they have a new fish sandwich (seasonal), so I may try that on my next visit.

Camp creek chick fil a was so rude today. I was doing door dash and we have to call and tell them we outside but it was so busy so I guess that why they was rude but I called and tried to tell them my order and the spot I'm in and once I said the name they hung up with out saying anything twice so I had 3 workers come to my car saying the wrong name and waiting 15 minutes for my food and still didn't get a my pleasure once I said thank you... never had that happen before.

The representative had an attitude. We ordered our food before breakfast ended and sat in line for 10 minutes. They will typically still give us our food, but the employee was rude and asked if we wanted lunch at 10:37AM! I will not be going back to this location. I totally understand they have time schedules, but if you order before breakfast ends via the app and get there within a reasonable time, you should still get your meal.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I was picking up an order and arrived at about 10:40, it's now 11:30 and I've yet to receive my order. 3 people have come to ask what order mine was and still have not gotten the order. And this is such an easy fix too. HAVE MORE PEOPLE ON SHIFT! There's too many customers for the current staff to handle. Do better please because all the other Chick-fil-As are and you ruining this name

This place wasn't too bad... I thought the lines went pretty quickly with the amount of people waiting in them, and the food was good. Only three stars for the attitude of the employees.
