I went to this Chick-fil-A today.
I went inside to order the kale crunch salad with a few toppings on the side. Mr. Oliver, I guess one of the manager's, comes out to tell me with the kale crunch salad you can not order any toppings with it, OKAY, I clearly do at other Chick-fil-A's, but whatever!
Then I get my food they didn't put my salad dressings in my bag, nor the seasoned tortilla strips, crispy red bell peppers, or the chili lime pepitas like I asked, then they forgot to give me my drink.
(My goodness!!!)
Here's my issue, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, I get it, but when I go back to inform the young teenage employees at the front, please don't look at me like I made the mistake you all did.
What happened to I apologize, I'm so sorry, here you go.
Where is the amazing customer service at this location???? Get it together Camp Creek Parkway.
Mr. Oliver make sure you give some customer service training to the young employees at the front, they can make or break your business.
Anyway, back to my side of town I go, where I can get amazing customer service at the Turner Hill Chick-fil-A in Lithonia GA.
You will get a smile, kindness, good FAST food, and a my pleasure lol. I am big on giving amazing customer service; therefore, when I don't see it, it truly rubs me the wrong way. If you don't like your job, you can ALWAYS look for something else.
Hopefully, if I have to go back to this location, I can get better service next time. Also, the cashier Jaleasy, from the receipt, didn't have everything I ordered on the receipt correct, that was the problem, but when a customer tells you where you all dropped the ball, say I apologize, and give them what they ordered with a pleasant attitude period. #customerserviceskills101
