Order took forever. Got my wrap in the drive through, drove to my destination, and boom! Look at this atrocity! I thought a wrap was supposed to have all the food on the inside?? Not the outside?? What’s the point of a WRAP if it isn’t WRAPPED? Never returning.

Busy location and a bit of a strange set up. I don't know what the big box inside next to the cash registers is for...but it is really in the way. I've never not had an order at Chick-fil-a not come with sauce, but this one didn't...and it took awhile for me to get someone's attention to get some. Food was good as usual.

One of the nicest Chikfila restaurants I’ve been able to visit. Multiple team members greeted me. Food was ready and brought to my seat just as I was sitting down. Hot food that was delicious and delivered with a smile. Next time I am in Las Vegas I will be back.

First. I went into pick up a mobile order, it was just a meal and a small drink very simple it was not busy at all, there was hardly any people there. People that work there were just standing there idle not acknowledging me waiting for the one person who did ask me if I was waiting for an order lol. then I finally said yes lol and I had to wait longer my app said the order was ready I finally get my order and while I'm standing there I decided I want to try the new lemonade but the service was so slow inside i decided to go through the drive-thru but that was almost 15 minute wait for a drink and I asked for no ice a large lemonade that's it I end up waiting very long for the drink I finally get the drink and then I leave cuz I'm in a rush after I take a few sips I realized the drink HAS🥴 ice in it you had one job I don't understand why Chick-fil-A hires all these "outstanding" children and they say my pleasure just to get the order wrong it makes no sense all this front for a horrible execution the service was slow the employees were not good...the lemonade was good I can't wait until Chick-fil-A is fully automated then it would truly be my pleasure❤️😏✌️

Service was Great! My daughter us a regular, she Loves the #1 meal. However, I ordered a bowl of their Chicken Noodle soup, and I would give it 1 star. No flavor, did not see hardly any chicken, the noodles were in tiny pieces, and it was more like a porridge then a soup. I gave it 4 stars because my daughter raves about the meal and service is exceptional. Just don't order the soup.

Excellent location and service. We had the grilled chicken sandwich and one fried with their waffle fries, Mac 8 cheese, and a peach shake. Got a brownie to take home but it was so good we ate that too. Everything was excellent as usual and the prices are fair. Great parking and very clean bathrooms and clean inside. With the outstanding de temp at 113 degrees, the peach shake was very refreshing. Highly recommend

As a regular visitor here funny as I'm from the UK but travel to Vegas often I love the service here and the staff are amazing. Keep up the good work. 🍦❤️

I ordered 3 fries,3 chick fill sandwiches, 6 chick fill a sauces. When the person handed me my bag she said the sauce and ketchup was in the bag. That led me to believe the fries were in the bag. When I got home, no fries,no sauce, no ketchup. When I checked the receipt, I wasn't charged for fries, but I was charged for the sauce I didn't receive. From now on, I'll drive out of my way if I want this food for some reason, but honestly, I think I'm through with chick fill a.

I'm from the Atlanta area so I grew up eating Chick-fil-A and I love it. Yesterday, however, my wife and I went there for lunch and I was really disappointed. The service was spectacular as usual but the chicken in the sandwich just wasn't the same. It was smaller than usual, it was dried out and seemed kind of stringy. I'm thinking they may have recently changed vendors. If that's the case, please Chick-fil-A, go back to the original.

Just drove into Vegas and this Chick-fil-A location is conveniently located right off the freeway. Ordered on the mobile app, and food was ready quickly. Team member Robert was super friendly. I liked that they also have a touch free trash receptacle. Restroom was relatively clean.

I had the spicy chicken combo and it never disappoint. I saw the cobbled and it looks good, next time I will try it. The place is busy but consistent. Very helpful customer service.

A brief stop over on our way out of the place where "What happens here, only happens here". This is a very busy place. To err is human. So, be patient and vigilant on your order. Bon appetite and enjoy...

There's cones everywhere directing you and how to get into the drive-through. It feels like you're at the airport. Just a little joke, it was fine. I had to try the new sandwich because I saw it on instagram, and it does taste good. Prices were a little expensive, almost eight dollars. I don't think I'll buy this too often. That was just the sandwich, not even a combo.I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich, and they were going to charge me a 1.75 extra. I canceled that, but it was good because I didn't even need the extra sauce it was enough. The chicken was Krispy, and the bun was soft. Just like I like it. It was a little spicy from the jalapenos, so if you don't want them, just take them off. You should give a try. I think a shake would have been good to get with the heat from Sandwich.

Thank you for letting 2 cars cut in front of me despite the fact that I was the only one waiting for nearly 5 minutes. I'll drive a little further next time for a better location. 1 star.

Absolute garbage location. These restaurants are usually so great, but this one fails on every level: 1. Ordered a sandwich meal, just chicken and cheese. Received the sandwich with pickles on the bottom. 2. Wife ordered a nugget meal, with extra pickles. She received none, and the line was so long we could just go ask for some. 3. We ordered it as a dine in, we got everything in a bag. If we wanted a bag, we would have said we wanted it to go, morons. 4. The dining room was filthy, see picture attached. Not only that, the trashcan was totally full. Meanwhile, several employees were just standing behind the counter, doing absolutely nothing. So tired of this crap. Either do your job, or don't work.

This was close to the McCarran (Why not Harry Reid?) Rental Car Center and a Starbucks which was super slow, so I opted to order a breakfast sandwich here instead of at Starbucks. I made the right decision as I ordered, walked over and got my food quicker than my coffee (which I ordered first). Great Delicious Sandwich prepared quickly. What more could I ask for. Just don't be tempted to hit up the Starbucks next door.

Stopped by for a quick snack. The drive-thru line was not long but we were in line for about 7 minutes to get our food. FOOD (1) 3 piece chicken tenders (This was very very good! The pieces had a crisp on the outside and the meat inside was juicy and tender. Would definitely get it again!) (2) Grilled Chicken Sandwich (This was okay. Nothing great, just grilled chicken in a sandwich) (3) Diet Lemonade (First time trying it but didn't care for it much It was more sour than sweet and wasn't good.) SERVICE The employee who helped us in the drive-thru was nice and friendly as well as rhe employee who brought our food to us. I would recommend this Chick-Fil-A!

on my receipt it says 9 chick fil a sauce and 5 bbq. got 2 chick fil a and like 1648 bbq. if u can't count u shouldn't be working in food service. this is ridiculous i had to eat my meal while RATIONING my chicken fil a sauce. extremely disappointed. wtf. hate this place.

Service was the greatest service I've ever had at a restaurant the whole team working at 4:30 on Monday the 6th needs a raise. They all perfectly matched our goofy energy while still being professional

Been back a few times and raised my review to 5 stars. I've been all-in with the biscuit morning sandwich combos. The "tater tots" are for the win too! Fabulous service and hospitality from the morning curbside crew of Esther and Jason!

This place is always packed! I always order ahead via the app to rack up points and when I arrive they always have my order in que. I wish they still did curbside pickup for delivery orders since the lines inside and outside are always so long but that is gone now. Service is always great here and very friendly. They manage to get through long lines quick. And usually with a smile. My go to is the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of the kale crunch salad. The food is pretty standard and you know what to expect. I'm not a big fast food eater but this is pretty much my only regular fast food spot, so that says something. :)

Oh I always go through the drive-through at this location the food is always good the service is a little slow because it's very busy it is near the south premium outlet in close to the freeway but they do the best they can and get the food through the drive-through going as fast as they can but their customer service is always excellent and food is always hot when received.

The service was incredible! Paul's energy was unmatched, super nice and very funny! The food came out quick and the fries were fresh out the fryer!

I have been going to Chick-fil-a for years. First in Philadelphia and now here in Las Vegas. I have never had a bad experience until now. This was the worst service and I must say I was very surprised. I ordered the original sandwich and drunk. My sister ordered the nuggets. Since we were on our way to the airport we decided to eat in the car. To my surprise I opened the package to the smallest chicken sandwich ever. Mind you I was just there on Saturday so I remember what my sandwich should look like and the attached picture show something completely different. Then there was the cashier, Benjamin. Very rude young man. I was trying to scan my app for the points and he completely refused to help. I tried to scan it three times and he told me it worked and said it didn't. I was right. I think I will stick to the one closer to my house. Never going here again.

I came here Tuesday night and received awful service from a young man in the drive thru lane. To start, he never greeted us. Just handed us our drinks which were both wrong. We waited for him to come back to our window and informed him it was the wrong drinks. Instead of speaking to us or apologizing, he just took the drinks and handed us the food. Still not even speaking. He had a blank expression on his face as if he didn't give a crap. He remade the drinks, never giving us straws and just gave us the drinks and walked away. No "my pleasure" "have a good night". Nothing . Just threw the food at us and walked away. Throughout this interaction, he NEVER spoke one word to us. Silence. I've had better customer service experiences at Wendy's.

Worst service I have ever had. This is the first time that a Chick-fil-A has given my order away wow it's happened before but they apologize. They look for me, but this time didn't happen so everyone else getting their food except for me and I was what the hell is going on, go to to the cashier to see where my food was and they're like all we gave your order away. That's all.

Worst service Chick-fil-A I've been to. Had my coworker place an online order that I would eventually pick up and bring to work with me. However when I approached the pick-up table, I was surprised by a plus sized bald manager, and greeted with "I've been calling your name 3 times, where have you been?" As if that matters in the moment, I'm here to pick up the food now, I didn't request for commentary in my online order. And I especially did not expect this coming from a manager.

I came to this location which is by far the best location in Las vegas. I had a reward for 3 piece strip of chik. Somehow it didnt come up on my account ehen i was at the store. I reached out and Patrick the manager contacted me to replace it which was awesome. Im here now and told John the manger what happened and he make it right ... Great customer service always and a shout out to Patrick and John Both for being so great!!!

What's up with Chick-fil-a in Las Vegas? This chain has been the gold standard for excellence in their industry for quite some time but this is now the second location in Las Vegas that has fallen far below expectations for us. The other location I won't dine with again but this one was less egregious. Due to the pandemic, we've hit the drive-through here many times but had never dined in until yesterday. To be fair, the food quality was completely up to their high standard and their drive-through service has been as well. The dine-in experience though? Not so much. The first problem is that they refused to help my wife with her rewards points. She eats there a lot and has quite a few. She wasn't even trying to redeem them, just claim the points for our dinner purchase. They flat out refused to help her and told her she wouldn't get them after we spent $40 on our meal. No real explanation was offered other than she should have presented her card earlier in the transaction. When using the drive through, they ask you for the app and make sure it is entered. Secondly, this restaurant was dirty and gross. Every garbage can was overflowing to the point that we had to just leave our stuff on our tray and set it on the garbage can because we were unable to fit it into the tiny hole on top of the cans which had garbage flowing out of it. This wasn't just one garbage can, it was all of them. There were no paper towels in the men's room and none of the tables had been wiped. We were in the building for more than half an hour and didn't see anyone wiping tables at any point during our time there. We had to wipe our own table and there was a pile of garbage left on the table next to us. We did however, see a bunch of employees sitting at another table laughing and having fun together. The good news is that there are other great chicken joints in town that have comparable pricing when taking portion sizes into account. I personally recommend North Towne Chicken and Houston's Hot Chicken. Both have awesome food, friendly and helpful employees as well as clean facilities.

Chick-fil-A has completely fallen off their chicken nuggets. Their salads aren't as fresh as they used to be and I'm very disappointed with management. They are all trying to get over on customers. Terrible and sad

By far the worst chick-fil-a I've been to the workers move slower than a snail in syrup and the drive thru takes a year and a day to get through even when it's not busy

Stopped on our way to Utah for breakfast , and I was so impressed. The location was spotless (even cleaner than our hometown location in Orange County, CA). I was offered a high chair for my toddler with a stick-on table mat (they had these prepped on all the stacked high chairs). I went to the bathroom after leaving my table and when I came back, the high chair was already cleared and re-stacked. Great job to their team members! Cute decorations for Christmas still up. I wish I would have snapped a pic.

Nasty asf they should start wearing hairnets. I take two bites of my sandwich in the dark and I end up almost swallowing two strands of long hair.

I know it's just "fast food" but this was on of the better Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been too! It was clean, everyone was super nice and the food was super hot and tasty! Special shout out to Pedrion (really hope I spelled his name correctly), for being so polite and kind!

The customer service at this location was absolutely superb. I have zero complaints in that aspect. And that's also what the two stars are for. The food however was trash. I mean every morsel of my food was complete and utter garbage. It was cold, it wasn't cooked properly & the portions were small. It looked like they gave me 2 or 3 actual fries & the rest were just fry crumbs. So the next time someone suggest Chick-fil-A for lunch. It's going to be a hard pass for me:(

Disappointing to come here at 11:09 pm when the hours on line say 11:30pm !! Closed , doors locked and all done . Fix your website so people don't drive all the way here to get food after a long day at work

I've never given Chick-Fil-A a negative rating but listen, the food was cold and the customer service was horrible. The line wasn't bad but there was no sense of organization here...there was about four cones and cars were coming from every direction they possibly could. I would say, please do better with the coordination of the traffic and please use common courtesy. Thanks

I just had to make this review because the service is consistently bad. I live nearby and visit this location frequently (at least once a week). They constantly mess up my order (missing food items, no sauce, etc.) and they even have a bad attitude. Not only do they not offer the same great customer service that most chic-fil-a's do, but they don't even offer standard customer service. They have bad attitudes and don't even respond when you say thank you. Horrible.

Went to this location after picking up a rental car and it was just okay. The service was a little slower than I'm used to and they can't do extra-crispy food at this location which is very unfortunate. If you're right by the airport (or the car rental hub) it's very close and convenient. However there are better Chic-Fil-A's in the valley that I would recommend over this one, especially in Henderson. It also can be a pain to get in and out of depending on where you are going to. The dining room is open back up again and it's nice and spacious, so that's a plus!

One thing I really like about Chick-fil-a is that they have very efficient drive thrus. Having the employees directing the cars outside usually makes the lines go super fast. This location does not have the drive thru process figured out AT ALL! My husband and I have been sitting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and are nowhere near the order window. There are two lines and one seems to be moving so much faster than the other. We picked Chick-fil-a for lunch today because we have an appointment to go to and needed to grab something fast. Now we're stuck in this line with no way to get out and are probably going to be late. This location needs to figure things out.

Ordered 12 piece chicken meal, fast friendly service drive thru. The order was received correctly s as d was delicious.

I'm a regular when it town on business. Leaving the airport for site or heading back to the airport from site. Fast, easy and efficient service and never had an issue with the food quality for breakfast or lunch!

Came back to write another review because I was absolutely blown away by the lack of care this CFA has. I've previously gone here & have had a terrible experience. I stopped by again to give this location another chance. The girl asked for my name & mocked me when I pronounced it. I spelled it out & looked past it. I asked if they had guac at this location. I have worked at CFA previously & some locations are known to have it, mine did. It didn't hurt to ask, so I did. She looked at me like I was crazy & proceeded to ask her other Team Member if they had it at this location. I told her never mind because I figured they didn't have it. She then proceeded to say "Yeah, I ain't ever seen no Mexican in the back making guacamole." I was beyond offended. I am not one to feel targeted or offended, but the level of arrogance from her remark left a terrible taste in my mouth. They also got my order wrong to top it off. This location needs to be reevaluated.

Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Consistently getting my order wrong. Consistently poor service. You think Chick-fil-A drive thrus are fast? They are! Just not here. Think Chick-fil-A service is friendly and cheerful? For sure! Just not at this location. Pay for large fries, get medium fries. Pay for mac n cheese, get a medium fry instead. Want a specific item? They're out. "Have a good day?" Not at this location. It's "Name?"...then they hand you the bag without a word or a smile. Then you get home and your order is wrong more often than it's right. I even asked for no pickles and they literally put pickles on my sandwich and then removed them from the sandwich and gave it to me. Just put that sandwich back and give it to someone that wants pickles, for real. Gonna give me the vinegary pickle bun? What the heck? Forget getting any napkins. This Chick-fil-A needs to repent for theirs sins. Have never been so disappointed in a Chick-fil-A. Has to be one of the worst Chick-fil-As out there. Love eating Chick-fil-A. I mean, I was willing to go back several times after these terrible experiences. So I do love me some Chick-fil-A, but probably shouldn't risk it with this one anymore. It is on Las Vegas Blvd tho, so if you wanna gamble with your fast food experience then go for it. I'll probably wait until they open another location near us. Crap-fil-A *poo emoji*.

If I could leave no stars I would but this was the worst experience ever on today. I sent my daughter to pick up breakfast that was incorrectly prepared on Monday, August 28, 2023 . Please keep in mind I called in on yesterday at 10:32 AM to report that the order was incorrect and I need it to be replaced and I need my money back because it made no sense that I was inconvenienced. Mr Henry Cho I'm confused at the fact your staff is not more professional than what they are. The hiring of people that are not able to read; with that being said on yesterday, Megan answered the phone. I told her what my problem was and while I am explaining to her that my order was incorrect, She hands the phone off to George at least that's what he said his name was George. George then stated to me that he would provide a CARES activity , saying that my order was to be corrected and a refund made to me. Today August 29, 2023 my daughter return to Chick-fil-A at 7:47 AM. Megan greeted her and told her that she would correct the order but no refund would be made my daughter explain to her that's not what my mom was told on yesterday. Megan then said, "well I can't do that is what her response was, that's not how we do things", then she proceeded to get out right disrespectful with my daughter calling her ratchet telling her she was rude, threatening to call the police on my child because our order was wrong. It went on and on while my daughter was standing there waiting thinking that they were correct in the order there was no food being made. I have been supporting this location since they open I have met Mr. Jeawon Lee Director. I have met Mr. Henry Cho. I know that they have not went to this level to hire people that do not provide good customer service or that choose to racially profiled people, for no reason help me understand why this had to happen over two breakfast sandwiches really sad. Also Jason witnessed this interaction and said he could not correct Megan.

Oh my goodness!! So I frequent this place and as a food influencer and frequent customer I must post the funny, not so funny humor in todays working class. So my total was $9.09. I handed the girl $20.10. She freaked out because she had typed in $20.00 and couldn't do simple math of 11.01 as change so she proceeded to have to call a manager and was perplexed by the experience and remained confused and felt uncomfortable even after the manager because the computer said $ 10.91 in change and how could she have to give me $11.01 for which she still failed on the .01. Mind blowing

Not good. Super salty. It's only a little better than McDonald's at this point. The fry's are ok. The salads are ok. That grilled chicken sandwich is so salty and the same goes for the fried chicken sandwich, nuggets and strips. I don't go anymore. Not sure why the big change.

This is by far the slowest chick fil a. We have been so spoiled with all the other locations. We are stuck in the drive thru like for 30 minutes

Never had any issues with the food or service at this location. Always friendly kids. **ONLY COMPLAINT** They need to put some heaters outside, the least this company can do for staff. It's as cold as 50-30 outside in this weather.

Most inefficient Chick Fil-A I have ever seen. If you can picture the worst most poorly managed restaurant establishment in existence, this place will actually exceed your wildest imagination. Not sure if there's something in the water in Nevada but I haven't regretted choosing a fast food restaurant more so than coming here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It's another Chick-fil-A in Las Vegas, NV and the food is very good. We went through the Drive thru and the customer service was on point. The food was prepared as we ordered it and the food was hot.

We placed an order waited for 23 min. There was no one in line where we walked in. Love the food but the service was not the best

As expected, GREAT - we ate inside. My only hope for improvement is for the employees to empty the trash more often. It was spilling out of it's can and becoming the trash version of a Jenga game. Quite the eyesore they passed by while delivering our food (thank you), she headed back to the front counter without addressing the Niagra Falls of trash. Thank you Chick's for the wonderful post VGK win meal! We will be back!

After a workathon of moving and work, it felt so good to sit down and enjoy the mouth watering taste of Chick-fil-A that have my taste buds saying chick-fil-yay. Abutting the crossroads of Las Vegas Boulevard and Interstate 215, this is the newest location to open in the valley. And from what I see, this is the largest Chick-fil-A that I have ever laid eyes on. This Chick-fil-A shares a parking lot with one of the newest Las Vegas Starbucks. It shouldn't be a surprise that I ate here after Starbucks. What is a surprise is that the dining room was open. Throughout the pademic, from my observation the dining room was closed. Since the height of the pademic in October 2020, this was my first time dining in a Las Vegas Chick-fil-A. When I stopped by around 11 in the morning on February 1, 2022; I was greeted by a rare sight. A relatively dead Chick-fil-A. This was the antithesis of the scenes years back when the Police had to patrol traffic at the newly opened Henderson and Eastern Avenue locations. The overhead menu which held an impressive selection of breakfast and lunch/dinner items was much more populated than the place. At the counter which is confusing to order at on account of the fact that it needs an "Order Here" sign, a friendly employee accepted my money. She presented me with an order sign to put on my table. A few minutes later another friendly employee delivered my food to the table. Every employee was friendly. In the middle of my lunch, one of them asked me how I was enjoying my meal then refilled my beverage (free refills) with Coke. Speaking of beverages, they serve Coke products and they do not have a Freestyle machine. Now back to the crowds. When I advanced through my lunch the place went from dead to busy. I get the impression that on a weekday, that business picks up around 11:30 in the morning. I got the impression that a lot of the guests were both locals and out of towners. The Chick-fil-A Deluxe was exceptional. What In N Out is to burgers Chick-fil-A is to chicken. Both fast food icons currently serve full combos for less than $10. For maybe 50 cents more than the standard Chick-fil-A meal, the upgrade is definitely worth it. To compliment the sandwich, I topped it off with their Chick-fil-A sauce. To the right of the sandwich were the delicious waffle fries. After visiting one of the newest Chick-fil-As in Las Vegas, their food and service had me saying "Chick-fil-yay!" Hopefully I will be saying it in the future.

Terrible service. charged me twice for order i placed online and made me pay again in store.

They completely discriminate and disrespect ubereats/doordash drivers. Witnessed it a couple of times where some drivers got preferential treatment while others were completely ignored. If you disrespect gig workers, it's the same as disrespecting the customers that placed the order. And so unappreciative towards people that are helping your business with delivery. These idiots have put a wall where gig drivers pick up orders from that has no reception at all, and once in a while one of them will come out and only help the drivers they like and completely ignore others. Last night, I made a complaint to the workers there about this, and was met with unreasonable excuses, then the manager comes and gets in my face, I told him to back off many times until he backed a little bit. He probably wants to spread covid or other types of disease. He was a complete douche bag.

Order my food and it took over 20min to get my food. I love chick-fil-a it's good but this place needs to step it up with other locations!
