It was my first time ever trying Chick-fil-A, and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was very friendly and pleasant, even though it took us a long time to decide what to order. We had to ask a few questions because we weren’t familiar with the ordering process. The burgers we had were very good too. Thanks for the great experience and delicious food!

Drive through guy sighs loud enough we all hear him as he takes an order. Completely butchers the order. Pretty sure dude is racist against latino because he was very rude about how he asked us to repeat the order several times. Asked for no blue cheese. Got to pick blue cheese off a salad because he didn’t ring it up properly (probably when guy sighed at us). Salad still taste like feet. Chicken nuggets dry. Forgot granola. Forgot dressings entirely (even paid for two extra). Definitely nobodies pleasure at this location.

I came up here twice. Everybody was helpful. Everybody was working. Everybody told me my pleasure. I believe it’s required in their contract to say that. The food was good along with the service.

We visited Vegas for a week from England, our hotel was across the road and we came almost every morning for breakfast. The staff was amazing and really polite and nice. Food was fresh and if anyone from the uk is visiting, don’t forget to take back the chick fil a sauce home 😢

The employees were so nice to extreme , the meal was ready in less than 5 min, i felt so welcomed , the best Chick fillla i ever been.

Over the top service! I had to drop these guys a review, because I stoped in for quick lunch(which was quick and didn't take forever), and I was greeted while standing in line, checked on when my food was delivered to me, extremely polite and offered their services should I need anything else. And when I was about half way through my meal, some came up and offered mints or a moist hand towel. Thank you for being so friendly.

I had a mobile order and approached an extremely friendly young man, Joseph, in the drive thru. He was so kind and thorough with repeating back my order. Such a sweetheart and a hard worker! Give this kid a raise!

It took too long for them to deliver the food and it was all soggy chips . Also the bun was dried a vegetable in deluxe burger weren't fresh.

Found this in my shake and almost broke my tooth this place usually is my go to place but my last few orders have been horrible...

I stopped in around 10:40am on a Saturday and was hoping to get one of their chicken / egg burrito things. You put some hot sauce and that bad boi and you've got a winner. Unfortunately they put a stop to breakfast at 10:30am so I had to go with lunch. Completely unprepared for the moment, I went with the grilled chicken club which has grilled chicken, bacon and cheese. The grilled chicken is actually good and it doesn't make you feel terrible like the fried chicken lol. The bacon at chick fil a tastes and looks fake but is ok I guess. Overall it's a pretty boring sandwich and I wouldn't get it again. I don't think it's worth $10 by itself either :/ Service and the ambiance here at this location were standard.

Unbelievable! A grilled chicken, wrapped in a wilted lettuce leaf and a small, unsweetened iced tea came to $9.31! If I had purchased the full meal with waffle fries and a sweetened soft drink, it would have been cheaper. So crazy trying to locate restaurants that offer healthier options that aren't overpriced.

Drove 20 mins to my hotel and was missing 2 of my 4 sandwiches. 5/18 4:45pm in the drive through. Ridiculous inconvenience during a trip

When I look back on my earlier years yelping I would have to visit Arizona, California, or Utah to eat in a Chick-fil-A. Fast forward to 2023, and they are all over the Las Vegas valley. The new locations keep on coming. Including this one. Being one of the newer locations, this Chick-fil-A is in the shadow of The Palms, The Gold Coast, and The Rio. It was from The Palms that I arrived at this Chick-fil-A. With the exception of a signalized intersection at Flamingo and Hugh Hefner Boulevard, it is a relatively easy walk from the Palms east entrance. What can throw off pedestrians and motorists is that the back of the building faces Flamingo Road. When I arrived around 11:30 A.M., on Tuesday, January 3; it was relatively busy. As usual, the line moved, and a friendly lady at the cash register took my order. I have been impressed by the service at Chick-fil-A. The friendliness is on par with In-N-Out. In my opinion, the Chick-fil-A leaders can teach some of the Executives competing with them Customer Service 101. Where inflation is bringing some of the fast food chains main staples to over $10, a value meal at Chick-fil-A still costs very close to but less than $10. That went for the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Meal that I ordered. Costing less than $10, I was impressed with their signature chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The Chick-fil-A and honey mustard sauces that I poured on top of the chicken complemented the the delightfulness of biting into the sandwich. With it, I had my diet soda of choice Coke Zero. In similar fashion to the Chick-fil-As that I have been to, the restaurant was very clean. Speaking of clean, they have noncontact trash cans. Now in an unsimiliar style to Chick-fil-As, there drive thru was not crazy busy. This location seems to have more than usual pedestrian traffic thanks to three major resorts being a close walk away. I give this Chick-fil-A: 4 Stars. Being that this isn't the closest Chick-fil-A to me, my return factor is a 3 out of 5.

Asked for extra pickles about 3 different times and they gave me 1 pickle on the side. Typically have a good experience here but who ever is taking orders literally sucks.

Usually good hot food. If not, they always remedy any and all issues. Great service. Ample interior dining area. I just wish they would service bicycles in the Drive-Thru.

Came in today because E they were offering a free chicken sandwich in their app today. Got a large order of fries and a sweet tea to go with the free sandwich. Placed my order online and they bring your order to your numbered table. Quick and easy. Thanks for the free sandwich!

Just had a spicy deluxe sandwich for the first time. I have to say that it was the best fast food chicken sandwich that I've ever had. Definitely going back for more.

Definitely recommending this place for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. My favorite item is their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. The chicken is breaded, deep fried ... tender. I like to order a meal because it includes a side and a drink. For side, usually I get the criss cut fries. Very good portion, not greasy at all. You can choose a sauce based on your preference. For drink, sometimes I prefer the Lemonade instead of a soda. Their lemonade is delicious! I wish they include a refill on it! Service is usually very quick. Employees are super friendly. I always forgive them for not being able to put my name down correctly! No hard feelings! As long as my food comes out correctly! Usually, I use their drive through due to being in a hurry all the time. But when I choose to dine in, their dining area is always clean and spacious. They even have their garbage cans touch less! Be aware that they are open Monday through Saturday, close on Sunday!

When you place an order PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG. This location always messes up your order. There's always 1 item missing from your order!!! I live nearby and so this is the store I always go to, it's such a bummer that they've never improved on their order accuracy!

We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 2 box of nuggets 3 fries and they gave us all hot sauce

oh I love Chick-fil-A. I've been going here since I was a teenager in Colorado. I was real happy to see them opening here in Las Vegas so this one is right next to where I work and it's a great escape during lunchtime to go have a chicken sandwich with lovely workers who will come to my table and refill my drink for me as if it were a regular sit down rest the kids are super nice. The older folks are so helpful. This will become a regular spot for my lunchtime for my stash here at the office on Spring Mountain the inside is quiet and enjoyable you can read or work on your laptop. Whatever you need to do I'll probably be back next week.

Chick-fil-A is normally a consistent good service. However, my last two visits here have let me down both times. Each time, they were confused as to which one was my order. Tonight, they must've not rang it up right, they rang me up at the window, and gave me the completely wrong order. It seems like they were just pushing food out as fast as they could, and really didn't care if the orders were right.

Worse service ever. Nobody knows what they are doing. Dont stop here. Better chicks around the way.

No Christian values here, refused my 80 year old mother to use the restroom as she begged to be let in and then had an accident in her clothes. No kindness or human decency here.

I have deliveries and it's right beside my house so I'm in here all the time. Every single time I've been in here, the employees ignore tf out of me. If I'm purchasing, they will walk away from the register when it's my turn and do whatever without saying a word, and when I'm doing deliveries, they will let me stand there for 5+ minutes and act like I'm invisible. People that come in after I did get helped before me and even tho they **always** see me enter and stand in the appropriate spot, they act like they haven't seen me at all... and have the nerve to be rude when we do speak. Food is great, service is pathetic.

Decided to dine in at this location yesterday. Ordered 2 #1 Chick-Fil-A meals with waffle fries and drinks plus an additional 2 CFA sandwiches to take home for later. We sat down and waited for our food. The staff seemed a little disorganized, but there were employees walking around and picking up and wiping down tables. When we got our food, we only received 1 order of waffle fries. I walked back to the main counter and spoke to the girl who took our order. and had to explain a couple of times what had happened and that I just needed my missing waffle fries. She turned around in a bit of a huff mid-sentence and went and got the fries. I'm glad I was watching her because some of the fries fell all over the counter and she scooped some of them up with her hands as if she were going to throw those in the little bag, she had the waffle fries. As she turned around and saw I was watching her closely, she quickly ditched them back on the counter and swept them away with her hand (maybe into a waste basket? Not 100% sure). After seeing that, there is a 0.0% chance I will ever come back to this location again. In all of my years of going to CFA (since the late 80s in Arizona and Utah), I have never had an issue resembling this. The food is still yummy though, that is the only reason it got the 2 stars. 2 stars.

Friendly service and very clean. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a small fries. The presentation of the sandwich was nicer than any chik fil a I have ever been to. I loved how perfectly sliced and placed the tomatoes were. I just wish the honey was restocked. The bin was about empty and only had one packet. I like it on my fries.

I have celiac and they were super careful about cross contamination. Aaron was on it and knew exactly what to do. It was fast and fresh.

I ordered via the app and lightning fast a nice lady brought out food as my app said it was ready. Got the food back to the sportsbook as we were watching basketball and it was still hot! Spicy chicken sandwich- DELICIOUS, the niggets - Tasty!!! Grilled chicken sandwich- Accurate order - absolutely... Easy in and out of the parking lot. 5 stars for this visit! I door dashed the cobb salad and other items for co-workers. As usual, the salad was great. They never cease to amaze me with great service and food quality.

From getting cold food, to getting half our order, this place just flat out sucks. Usually, I don't check the bag before I leave the window during a drive-through order to be courteous, but for now on, I might have to always. For the at least the fifth time I have not received part or a percentage of order, causing me to have to return to the place I just left after getting home just to eat. Insane.

Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in my life. I never knew that Chick-fil-A could screw up a drive-through. I always thought they could run a drive-through better than anybody... But the people they have working at this Chick-fil-A in the drive-through are the most incompetent people I have seen at a drive-through ever. I honestly did not think that could possibly happen to Chick-fil-A...

Super disappointed in their breakfast. I had heard amazing things about the chicken biscuits and wanted to try them for the longest time! Finally had a chance to stop by and grab some during breakfast hours and was so so disappointed! What a waste of time. The bottom of the biscuits were harder than rocks. The chicken was cold. The hash browns were good...I'll never go back for breakfast again.

This is my first time at this Chick Fil A location. It is located right by the Palm Casino and across the street from the Gold Coast Casino. I am a fan of Chick Fil A sandwiches, fries, blue cheese salad and their frozen lemonade. This time I tried the grilled club sandwich and the peppermint milkshake. The peppermint milkshake was outstanding! Lots of chocolate chips and it doesn't have an overwhelming peppermint taste. the grilled Club Chicken Sandwich was a different story. They had d posters out front advertising the sandwich. I ordered mine without tomatoes which means that they would usually make it right then and there. The line moved fairly quickly and by the time I reached the front I was handed a cold sandwich. I literally had to check the Patty to see if it had been cooked since it was so cold. The cheese was just slapped on. Obviously the Patty wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese Usually can't go wrong by pulling into a Chick Fil A! Don't know what happened here

Glad they've opened up a few minutes from the strip! Always excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. If you're staying at the Palms or Gold Coast, you can literally walk here and shouldn't take more than five minutes! The workers serve with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your order. I'll be back for sure when in town. I was staring at the Bellagio and saw from my Penthouse that they were a short drive from the hotel... besides room service was going to take over an hour and my wife was hungry AF.

Honestly this chick fil a sucks. It is by far the worst one I've ever been to and they're hardly ever busy during the times we visit. Every. Single. Time. They cannot get our order correct. There's always an issue or an excuse as to why we have to REDO our order or why our sandwiches were made incorrectly (ask for no pickle, end up with no tomato and double pickle like how???). I'm not sure if it's because everyone is young and somewhat ditsy but Jesus christ the owner needs to take a close look at who they are employing and allowing to work the window/take orders. Unfortunately this is the closest location to us so we'll keep coming back hoping the next time is better than the last. Pray for us!

I always had good experiences with other locations but here at flamingo is at its own league. Please take an look at my large fries. Wow, enough said! Never coming back here again. It's too epic for me!!

Stopped in here twice during our out of town stay (as it was walking distance from our hotel). The first visit I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, no bread and no lettuce and I received my order with bread and lettuce. I was already back at the hotel so oh well, I made it work. (I hate lettuce, it waters down the whole experience). The second visit I ordered the 12 piece nuggets. I checked before I left to make sure that my sauce choice was correct and it was. However, they were completely out of the honey/bbq sauce packets as well as the delicious mints that you grab on the way out. So sad. Of course I'll keep going to Chick-Fil-A as the food is tasty, but they definitely have some tweaking to do.

I'm familiar with Chick Fil A locations across th east coast and southern states. This location doesn't disappoint. Friendly staff, in-restaurant seating open and clean restaurant and bathroom. I opted for two app orders and pick up but wished I went through the drive through just to experience the misting fans they have set up for staff taking orders.

This isn't my local restaurant, but I do come here quite often. I've always received good service and quality food and super friendly employees in the drive-through. What more can I ask for? This is a good location to stop by as you're leaving the strip and heading home. Keep up the good work guys and I'll see you soon!

Honestly I don't know why it has such a low overall score. It's not the fastest fast food but it's worth to wait for it My favorite is spicy deluxe sandwich. They never mistaken my Diet Pepsi with a regular one - this happens all the time at the other chain. The sandwich is hot, fresh and delicious. Waffle fries are always good too. The drive through service is always good. I would reccomend as a quick option to eat.

First off: Classic Fried Spicy Chicken Sand-which slapped as always. :) however, the chicken soup soup tonight was off. It's normally perfectly balanced with broth & veg but tonight it seemed as if we got large chicken mush. :( Bleh

Customer service great! I haven't eaten the food yet; but this guy outside taking orders; can't remember his name; but curly hair... He understand good customer service. I can appreciate that. I live right down the road from this place, so I'm always driving by or driving through it. There is nothing like a good chicken place that really cares about the quality and service you are given. Today we ordered the number one which was a chickens fillet meal and a chicken wrap. This was my first time trying the chicken wrap and it wasn't too bad. I highly recommend you give the avocado lime ranch a try, as you get a tangy ranch flavor that is like no other. There are always many people they're working, so even if the lines are long they go by fairly quickly. Don't ever get intimidated by the length of the line. One thing I am always bad at, is remembering that they are closed on Sunday. A very inconvenient for me when I need my chicken fix, but a great value for the company to keep as it is a day of rest. If you are looking to try Chick-fil-A, give them a try! I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed.

This is a pretty new location. It's my go-to Chick-fil-A restaurant whenever I'm in the Las Vegas area. As with all Chick-fil-A locations, all of their employees that I've interacted with have always been well-trained, friendly, and courteous! That's a breath of fresh air for a fast food restaurant. With the pandemic, I've only gone through their drive-thru. Save yourself some time and place your order with their easy-to-use mobile app prior to coming here. The drive-thru breaks into 2 lanes where they take your order before merging back into 1 lane. The majority of the time, the right lane moves faster. I seem to always get stuck behind a newbie or someone ordering for 20 people whenever I go to the left lane. Probably just bad luck. :) The food here has always been great and the quality that you would expect from any Chick-fil-A.

Order Number 2101461 I am very unsatisfied with their customer service. When it was my time to order, Itzel the team member had an attitude taking my order. After paying for my order, she said she will bring it to me, I looked her in the eye and said THANK YOU, she did not say another back. She walked over with my meal and I said thank you and she walked away again without saying anything. My spicy chicken bun cold, pepper jack cheese really cold. I walked my sandwich back to the counter to inform her that it was cold and showed her. She continued with an attitude. I am new to Vegas and a regular to Chick-fill-A. Horrible experience at this location. I strongly DO NOT recommend THIS LOCATION. Do business elsewhere. It's not worth you money. By the way I am a regular at 9370 Scranton Rd, I appreciate the SD location they have Phenomenal customer service. I drive 23-25 mins.

I love chick Fil-A but this was garbage today. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Got no ketchup or salt that I asked for. Got a deluxe sandwich, not what I asked for. I'm pretty sure this bun is from two days ago. Cold fries. If I wanted crap food I would have gone to McDonalds. Third time ordering from this location. Third time order was wrong.

Well, we are fans of CFA but this service was poor. We ordered 5 meals via drive through and had to park and wait for our food(which is fine). However, our drinks were wrong and we only received about 3/4 of our order. My husband had to go back in 3 times!

They always mess up my order! And for some reason they never give Fil a sauce. Worst place ever

I just love the chicken here at chick-fil-A. Been to this location a handful of time since it's been open and the service has always been good, workers are patient, nice and friendly. Right now it's only drive-thru here because of COVID-19 but it's pretty fast, I've never waited in line for long. As for what I get here, I always get the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickle with ranch and spicy buffalo sauce. I will be back for sure chick-fill-A never let me me done.

It's Chick-fil-a. Do I even need to review it? If Chick-fil-a ran the country, the country would be more efficient and the overall happiness of Americans would improve exponentially. I've never had a bad meal at any of their locations anywhere and their food is always fresh and delicious. I could copy and paste this review and add it to every Chick-fil-a in the world and it would still be accurate. Having a bad day? Eat some Chick-fil-a!
