I’m a huge Chick-fil-A fan, and my entire family is too. However, we had the worst service experience at this particular Chick-fil-A. My food was burnt, I’m not sure who’s running this place, but they need to train their employees better. When I got to work, that’s when I saw this. This is so sad and disgusting.

😔😭I found this in my food. I came straight from the location to my house because it's my lunch time and when I took my food out of the bag, I found this inside it, also several times, they have delivered my order incomplete, they do not give me my change correctly when I pay cash, I do not know how they will solve this for me, I live far from the location and I only go for the salad for nothing!!! I have called since I found this in my food and they have not answered me, I am disappointed. It was my favorite place.

The manager interrogated me with a condescending time about my Service Dog and asked questions in violation of ADA Section 504 titles II and III. He asked what my disability was, and refused to let me and my family finish eating our meals until I presented him with DOCUMENTATION to prove that my Seizure Response Dog was trained and certified. The manager is the one who needs to be trained because his questions were intrusive, embarrassing, and were not compliant with the regulations set forth by the ADA and the federal government. My dog was under my complete control, did not leave my side, did not go near it sniff anyone or their children, did not beg at the table, nor did he get in any other customers way at any point in time. The Hispanic parents were not watching their little girls who were running wild throughout the restaurant and repeatedly approached my Service Dog attempting to pet and play with him. He is patient, kind, gentle and tolerant of little children and I would not have been opposed, had the children been accompanied by at least one of their parents who were too busy complaining to the manager about the 'scary' dog, then keeping their little ones away from my Dog. The manager profiled myself, my wife and my dog and was surprised when I produced the documentation he illegally requested from me. My Service Dog King was on his best behavior and out of ALL the parties involved, KING HANDLED THE SITUATION BETTER THAN ANY OF THE HUMANS in this Chick-fil-A restaurant. That was our first time to dinner at Chick-fil-A and my experience was embarrassing, we were profiled and judged by both the customers and STORE MANAGEMENT, our meal interrupted by the unattended little girls and our appetites ruined by the same person whose job it is to ensure that we had a great dining experience and that we would hopefully return to give the company he so poorly represented, more of our money after we were profiled, interrogated, prejudged, humiliated and mistreated during our first and last regretful dining experience at Chick-fil-A. The store manager exhibited poor judgement on multiple levels and so did whoever the powers that be, that are responsible for his lack of training and manners. Shame on you Chick-fil-A for showing your leaders on the front line, in the face of the customer, to profile, embarrass, harass and prejudge a disabled man trying to enjoy a nice meal with his family. Is this how Chick-fil-A treats their handicapped and disabled customers? Does Chick-fil-A have a company policy regarding Service Dogs? The personal and intrusive questions your manager asked me broke multiple HIPPA privacy laws, violated Federally established regulations set forth by the ADA, specifically to prevent this exact type of discrimination from happening to the handicapped and disabled citizens wise rights are supposed to be protected by the Constitution of the United States. I was discriminated against, my rights were violated and I was publicly humiliated. You're manager should be held accountable for the way he treated me, either by somebody in your company, my lawyer, or God himself.

Every time I visit this location something is wrong with my order. The last 4 times I have went there is either something missing out of my bag, something missing of my food, or just the completely wrong item. This being a constant issue shows the lack of care. I have called to voice my concern and still nothing is changing. I love Chick Fil A… this location happens to be not even a mile from where I live. I am to the point where I am willing to drive further to a location that will most likely get my orders correct.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and everything was smooth. My chicken sandwich was hot and fresh, and the staff were polite even though it was busy. Simple, quick, and no mistakes with my order.

Customer service at this location has declined. On my recent visit, there was no coffee ready, and while I waited, I discovered my parfait had only 5 blueberries instead of the usual berry mix. No one informed customers they were short on ingredients. Management offered no apology or effort to fix the situation, and their response felt dismissive. By the time I asked for a refund, a manager tried to justify the delay by saying the coffee was “in his hands,” which only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of preparation and sincerity was very disappointing I might as well go to McDonalds next time

This girl is not cut out to work for Chik-Fil-A she has a very disrespectful attitude. She has no patience for customers placing their orders. Thats not the kind of attitude Chik-Fila should have. She needs to learn customer service. Thats not kind of people Chik-Fila should want or have in their store or the drive thru. I will not be attending to this location! Dat Nguyen definitely needs to be paying attention to the people that he hires. I definitely expected this location to be way different than any other location due to who runs it, but I guess not. Guess there’s really no amount of money could change his employees customer service. Please do something better Dat.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not order from this location. The staff is careless and not attentive to their orders. I ordered from here and had half of my order left in the store. When I called back to get a resolution nobody cared and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for the way things went. I was left on hold for 5 minutes and had to call back and request to speak with a manager who also could care less for my issue. You have lost a customer in me. I need to see chick fil a hire better quality employees and be more diligent when providing services to paying customers. Do better.

This place is usually on top of stuff. Seems like my order came out piecemeal. Had to ask for my beverage and napkins. If this is the worst of it, life is still fairly good. All trivial complaints at the end of the day. I am very-much a regular here and will continue to be on a constant basis. Scott, one of the managers, always takes time out of his busy day to greet me with a hearty hello and handshake. Definitely a lost art in most other retail venues. The other employees are friendly as well. The premises are clean and well-maintained. Don't pass up an opportunity to eat here.

Absolute delight. I love how you know exactly what to expect. My favorite item is the chicken sandwich paired with the Chick-fil-A sauce. We even got to see the Chick-fil-A cow, which made the visit extra fun.

Not a fan of the chicken sandwich. It's odd because I enjoy their chicken nuggets. The waffle fries were decent. What wowed me was the chocolate fudge brownie and vanilla icedream cone. The chocolate fudge brownie was rich and moist. The icedream was rich and creamy. Both are a perfect treat for a warm day. The establishment was kept clean and customer service was fast.

This has to be the Chick-fil-A with the slowest drive thru I've experienced. And it's consistently slow. I moved to the area three months ago and keep randomly giving it a shot and it's every time. The staff is super friendly, but they need to find out what other chicfilas are doing to get things going, especially on the busy times. The tea is always on point! However if I get two drinks they always give me a two drink - drink carrier, which is just awkward as most cars have two cup holders but there is no way to gracefully carry a two drink - drink carrier or set it in your seat without tipping over, Seems like a waste of cardboard. Again, friendly staff especially the morning crew, but wish the drive through was more efficient like other locations.

Ordered catering/delivery from this Montgomery Plaza location for delivery today at 11:00 for an 11:30 lunch. Received without the fruit cups and any sauces for the chicken nuggets. Called and was on hold for 10-15 minutes as they were trying to find my order. Was told "sorry" can I deliver them as soon as we can. Arrived at noon for an 11:30 lunch - too little too late. No real apologize other then "sorry" and no attempt to appease (knock off some of the price, etc.). Lousy customer service Will never order from this location again and heard from others atlocation my business that they mess up a lot. Told to order from the Stockyards location to get it right.

Customer service is horrible! Lack of everything. They always take long and employees just never seem to be happy to greet their guests.

Fire this manager as fast as you can. 25 minutes in morning drive up waiting for a 4 count mini.

This chick fil a is the worst in the area. It's the closest one to all of medical district and everything between quality control to customer service lacks. Immensely. They take forever to get your food (even and especially if it's a mobile), they fail to deliver any orders placed directly through them, they don't answer the phones, and their store manager is not good at running the store. I waited two hours for a delivery order that never showed, I called the store multiple times and kept getting hung up on, and they provided no solution. So I got not food and have to wait on my refund.

Ordered a sandwhich meal here, the bread was much too thin and soggy. Messed up on the sauces by giving us Polynesian instead of bbq sauce. Not the best experience

This is the 3rd time I have ordered after 7pm and my order has been messed up. Going during lunch or breakfast is fine, but don't expect to place a mobile order and night and it to be correct

Genuinely the worst Chic Fila I've EVER been to. Rude staff and terrible customer service. Would recommend going to another location. Never again!

Timer set on this double line drive thru situation. Rush hour is evidently at 2:30 as well. From start to finish of a very long line... 28 minutes 45 seconds. I liked it better when humans were taking the orders and a single line...Slowest then was 7min.

Hands down the WORST location in Fort Worth. They act as if they are bothered by customers in the drive through. They will skip cars and when you let them know at the window they act like they are bothered to take the order at the window. The people they hire at this specific location suck!

Service was amazing. However, it looks like I just received a large chicken tender for the chicken on my biscuit. It's not proportioned correctly. There's more biscuit than there is chicken. A little disappointed.

The rating is for the lady that at 3:00 today was standing out at the drive thru taking orders. I can not remember her name but her attitude was absolutely amazing even though it is cold enough to get uncomfortable after awhile standing outside. She made great conversation while taking the order and definitely gave us a good laugh when ordering! This is my 3rd asking for the Southwest Salad with no tomatoes and no corn please and this time they gave me fried chicken with tomatoes and corn. I don't know if the service just doesn't bother to get the order correct or if they don't listen. I ask for the same thing at the Presidio Junction location and they get it right every-time. I waste my gas every time returning the salad just so they can get it correct.

Good food and service. Food is always fresh and fast service. Best managed fast food franchise.

Went to get my breakfast - bit into my chicken and saw this. Never coming back. Very disappointing and majorly grossed me out.

Due to covid service has really dropped at this location. I placed my order thru the app and got it for in restaurant pick up. The wait for pick up was at least 25 minutes which is horrible especially when their menu is made for quick service. Also for being known as a restaurant with high cleaning standards I'm kind of disappointed that they have yet to open the lobby. Very dissatisfied visit and this location has lost that Chik fil A flair.

As I read through other people's reviews, I realize how spoiled and entitled we have become as a people and a nation. There's millions upon millions of people in the world that don't have access to clean water or fresh food, and here we are nit picking about the most unimportant little things. I feel ashamed to be a human sometimes. The food is good, the service is friendly. 5 stars.

just got delivery thru app with door dash. nugget scramble burrito with chocolate shake. imagine my anticipation. it all egg nugget crumbs no hash brown. and no salsa!!! dat wtf?!

Absolutely the worst Chick-Fil-A location in America. I am convinced that the people running this one must have came from Whataburger because it is THAT slow. Whataburger at least you know ahead of time that you will be there a while, but Chick-Fil-A? No other location is like this. Efficiency is one of the companies best attributes, but it is almost like this franchisee stayed home hung over on efficiency day after staying out too late. Here we are with five people with iPads to take orders on, but the only thing happening is two taking orders (both in the same line) while the other three sit around talking. Talk about a waste of resources. Breakdown: One star because you have to leave at least one star. Second star because it is Chick-Fil-A and legit food. Zero additional for this location because it is that worthless.

Don't expect to get breakfast here after 10:30am.... I seriously love chick fil a but this location is horrible..... 8/20/21 I waiting in line for 10 mins and once I was able to place my order the lady switch the menu and said we are done serving breakfast.. SO ANNOYING. I don't understand why this location is at 10:30 but others are at 11am???

Every time I've came to this location I have the worst customer service, point blank, they need to have a couple meetings about hospitality

Oh my gosh. I'm a huge Chick fil a fan! I eat it 2 or 3 times a week. I've only eaten at this location twice but NEVER AGAIN. It always seems so packed but it's because they're so dang slooooow!! Tonight we had dinner at the Montgomery Street location. It took about 20 minutes to get my number 1 that was not special ordered. Just a #1! My sandwich was SO dry! I tried to eat it because I hate to complain! But I just couldn't. I took it to the counter, again, I had to wait. There are no customers at the counter but me but they choose to ignore me for several minutes. Finally I just speak up to the girl right in front of me that didn't want to help me. She asked me to wait to talk to the manager. Lordy! At this point I'd really like to talk to the manager! A few minutes later the girl just walked up with a new chicken sandwich. I guess the manager didn't want to deal. So the new sandwich was just as dry! I have never had such a dry chick fil a in my life! Even the buns weren't fresh. Both of my Burleson locations have spoiled me. They're fast, fresh, moist and delicious! Never again at this location. So sad. :'(

Wow!! Is this Chik-fil-a heaven?? The interior is very nice (they have fresh flowers at the table?!) and extremely clean. The service is fast and all the employees are attentive, friendly, and professional. They come by, refill your drink, and remove your trays when you're done. The food is high quality and in good quantity. This location of chik-fil-a has basically raised the bar and I'm very very impressed. Great job and God bless you!

Why have 3 lines funnel down to 1? That is super slow... especially when you have less people taking money than you have lines. Won't be back.

Why Chick-fil-A is always raging busy and there is always a drive-thru line baffles me, however one great thing about this location is the line moves quick. On my most recent trip, I came to claim a free breakfast entree through the mobile app. Chick-fil-A always has promotions every now and then so get the app for free stuff. I ordered the new breakfast bowl and scanned the app at the window and was on my way. Comes in a heat safe bowl and you get basically their breakfast menu stuff thrown into a bowl with some eggs and a packet of salsa. lol. It's about what you can expect except just with some eggs and cheese. Though I felt my egg ratio was more than the hash brown and chicken. Wish I had a little more however I feel that's always the Chick-fil-a strategy, they always leave you wanting a little bit more.

Love the service and the quality of food...usually. We always come to this location mainly due to convenience but also because of how great it is! Typically the food arrived fast and hot(chicken sandwiches) but this most recent visit the sandwices actually came out cold... barely warm. It was kind of alarming really. They still tasted fine though so I guess thats okay haha.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! First off they will not get your order right. And even after you've waiting in the dinning room or drive thru they'll make you wait again even though they are the ones who messed up your order. So unprofessional and ignorant. Thank you for wasting my lunch break and money. Now I get to go back to work hungry and upset.

I've been through the drive-thru.. I've been inside. This really isn't the restaurant's fault but the drive-thru line is always HUGE! (Which is kinda funny, cause they have a lot of bad reviews yet someone must like it cause it's always slammed!) The food is just like all CFAs. I like that you can actually eat somewhat healthy at CFA vs other fast food places. Their fruit bowl is literally the best thing I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. (Maybe a touch overpriced but hey, you can't win em all!) If you do wanna eat healthy get the grilled chicken sandwich (protein style?) and a fruit bowl. Boom!

No complaints here. I've been here several times and both the service and food are always great. The inside of the restaurant is very well kept and consistently clean. I placed a pretty large order for a work Holiday party and they were able to prepare it without any issues. If you have a cell phone, download the Chick-Fil-A app. This allows you to place pick-up orders as well as earn points with each purchase for rewards. As a bonus, you randomly get emails for free breakfast sandwiches/chicken-minis at least once or twice a month.

Always have yummy food. And I love how much they support the community. One time let me have some leftover cardboard boxes to help move from my apartment.

This Chick-fil-A is very efficient but be warned THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ICED COFFEE. Iced coffee is one of my favorite items from Chick-fil-A and my chicken minis just don't feel complete without it. So I'll have to drive to another location to get my breakfast fix. Overall this is a pretty decent lunch location even though it gets crazy busy.

I always drive through this location when I'm staying downtown. Foods always fresh and correct. Team is friendly from order to drive out!! Tonight ridiculously busy but didn't miss a beat! Thank you all!!! High five to the team.

I've never waited at a chic-fil-a for SO long when I mobile ordered especially. Half of them were just messing around.

Today Friday the 6th of January I arrived at chick-fil-a. The time was 9:45 I was about to walk in when the doors were locked and a bunch of teenagers were just standing there and staring at me I told them to open the door. They refuse and said they are closed. I pointed to the door which is stated that they are open from 6:00am to 10:00 pm Monday to Saturday. Then they were just ignoring me. So I left to write this review down. You need to hire some serious people not kids.... or at least one grown person as manager to look after these kids you employ.

This place has been going down since it open. Today my wife and I went in to eat there. The food was good. We had to search for a table that was clean. Most of the tables were dirty,and I pointed it out to the person that brought our order to us. This person did nothing about it. I noticed that a couple that had their food brought to them, also mentioned the dirty table to the server. The server then cleaned the table while they were seated. Another family came and sat, and the mother cleaned the table. Will not eat there again.

I love Chick-fil-A it has such good qaulity and has amazing food i think that chick fil A is the place to go if you ever want a quick food stop and i really recommend it

There was nothing special or bad about this place. It was a decent experience and exactly what I thought it would be. A friend and I came here to have breakfast. She ordered the chicken biscuit with hashbrowns and get chick-fil-A sauce. She thought the biscuit was too dry and needed more butter. She was happy with the hashbrowns. I ordered the egg and chicken bagel with honey. The bagel was tough but it was filling and delicious. The honey did not stick to the bagel well. So weird. Decent meal no complaints to come back.

The food was great as always. Erika was an awesome order taker and she also brought us the food gracefully. She was also nice enough to chat with us. Will come here again.

Don't pull up if they tell you to, they will have you waiting forever by the tree. Politely let them know you were first and the others behind you can wait.

I would have added 2 more stars if the servers weren't so rude at approach and they did not provide a breakfast menu when asked for it. How do you expect us to know what we want at a drive thru tent with no menu?

I have frequented this location 3 or so times a week for the past 1.5 years and never really had any major issues. Sometimes they forgot a sauce or missed an order of fries, but never anything major. A few days ago I went by for my usual order and apparently, the franchise owner, Eugene, has dictated that the location will no longer be able to make well done chicken nuggets. For all of you out there who have never had well done Chick-Fil-A nuggets, this is a PSA. The only way to eat your nuggets is to eat them well done. Try them once and I promise you will never go back to regular nuggets. Regular nuggets are straight nasty compared to well done nuggets. Well done nuggets should be the standard. For this very reason, you should NEVER GO TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A LOCATION. The franchise owner, Eugene, is single handedly depriving the West 7th area of well done Chick-Fil-A nuggets and for that, his business should suffer!!! Please stand with me in solidarity and do not eat at Eugene's Chick-Fil-A. EDITED TO ADD: I understand this Chick-Fil-A gets very busy and perhaps to reduce wait time is choosing not to accommodate special requests. However, the wait going through the drive-thru still runs between 12-15 minutes, if not more. Given this, I am very certain that there is plenty of time to give my nuggets an extra dunk in the oil pit. Additionally, staff could keep a few orders of well done nuggets on hand to (fail at) reducing drive-thru wait times. //end rant (but seriously, I'm not coming back until Eugene brings back the well done nuggets or sells his store to someone who can do better)

I went to the Carroll St location on 3/1/18 and ended up going inside because the line was so long in the drive thru. One of the managers who was bagging the food sneezed in her hand and continued to bag food. I was disgusted! I will not be going to this location again.
