Never been here before. Was struck by how busy it was both inside and out. It must be good if there's a line just to get through. The service was good. Very polite. When we received our food it was pretty good. The salad was substantial enough that I was able to take some for lunch the next day and still have some left over. Another thing that struck me was fresh flowers on the tables. This is not your average fast food restaurant! If you have children, the play place looks too small, but it is available nonetheless. Overall I think it is a nice place to go, and will probably go back. Next time I might try something else on the menu. My son offered me a waffle fry which I have to say was pretty good, certainly better than INO or McDonald's fries.

So I’ve never been to a chick fil a I was in town today and decided to try them and I was blown away by the service I received from a fast food restaurant the staff was extremely polite and helpful even came around when I was eating and asked if I needed a refill or anything else you don’t get anything close to that at any other fast food restaurant the food was also delicious I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was perfect it was hot when I got and had just the right amount of spice. I can’t wait to get one in my town but until then I’ll be back every time I’m in Fresno or clovis

We went there at lunch time and even though the place was super busy, they took our order and we got our food super quick! No mistakes, everything correct and hot and delicious! It was clean and bright inside, even the restrooms were clean! Pleasant staff, great customer service. All good!

Ordered two spicy south west salad under Sky (even misspelled into Sty in silver SUV) in the drive through when home the drive home is 45min to 50 min away to see my order was wrong got the wrong salads! Tried calling no answer this isn’t even the first time this happened had to call a couple times to get a team member luckily I was able to get told to return within 7 days and to pick up a replacement I really looked forward to my salad 🥲 but thankfully I can look forward to lunch salads thank you! When I pass by for work thank you 🙏🏻

OMG, this was my first time eating here, and I was so glad I decided to wait in that line. The line (by fashion fair in fresno) is so long and looks intimidating. I thought it would be an hour wait, but I waited less than 20min! The servers stand by the line and take orders so it goes quicker, and the lady was so patient with my kids and I as we asked questions about the menu. I will definitely recommend this place and I will go back in the future!

The parking is a disaster. I understand they’re trying to make a sensible way to do the drive-through, but if you’re coming to dine in, beware. For instance, the handicap parking space must exit through a coned area. Good luck with that! If the food and service wasn’t so good I probably wouldn’t come back.

Great restaurant- I love the Chick fil A at fashion fair. Their service is great and always friendly. The food is great too!! I also appreciate their recognition of members of the military past and present. I have an 83 year old vet friend who was taken aback by the kindness they showed at their latest military appreciation event. If a chick-fil-a were to go out of business it would surely be this one. I haven't gone here for some time due to issues that were always happening when I would go when I lived near by. I stopped to try it again after all it's been so long they can't be that bad still, right? Wrong. Continuing the series of "the times I was disappointed with chick-fil-a" same thing as in the past. Small portions. Wrong items. Service isn't even that good. But what can you don learn from my mistake. Avoid this location. ***update*** Manager responded but seems like she's used ChatGPT in the past and honest from the wording and I can see that in the comment she left too. A little weird to have someone running a place like that but using ChatGPT. I hoping she'd at least reach out via message but man ChatGPT really?

Mediocre Luke warm food with hard buns that crumble when you take a bite out of them. Stale cheese when you peel the bun back. Almost $40 for 2 people with a an overly sweet strawberry lemonade. Whoever made that in house strawberry lemonade please retiree before you give everybody diabetes. Did not enjoy my food at all. Only reason it get a 2 star is because of the semi salty fries which were the only things me and my girl finished...won't be to another chik filet anytime soon Update: I feel so much better now that the manager replied with a such genuine response. Shoutout to Kailey L the business manager. Who probably has a college degree who can't even respond to a comment without using ChatGPT. Then you tried to edit and delete it before anybody saw...you were honestly better off just not responding. What a joke you are. You just made me update my rating from a 2 star to a 1 star. Thanks!

Definitely need Blackstone's location to reopen, cause this spot is getting WAAAAYYY too busy! We stopped here on 4/11 on our way back from Monterey, needed something good to eat, so why not stop at a Chick Fil A. I hate to say this about one of my favorite foodie spots, but I miss my main location. This was not up to par. Ambiance was crazy inside! All the seats were full, drive thru line was out into the parking lot, people were everywhere! People were lining up inside to the front door and not moving for anyone. Had to use the restroom and had to push through a couple of guests just to get by. We happened to order curbside pick up, yes we understand it is gonna take a min due to the higher wait times. But I didn't expect to get cold food. One Luke warm sandwich, cold fries and an unsweetened lemonade later. I was disappointed. Fortunately Jess's nuggets were fresh and her Mac and cheese was warm. But it was just my food unfortunately that wasn't fresh. Yes I could've went inside and waited to get it remade, but with how busy it was, I wasn't going to go through that. Especially after being in a car for over 4 plus hours and ready to get back home. I don't want to knock this location, especially because it was a busy day. We will of course be coming back anytime we're in Fresno until the Blackstone location reopens. Just hope the next time I come down, I'm not getting cold food.

Currently (due to other location's temporary closure) this is the only Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Fresno. During mealtimes, the drive thru is quicker than curbside. Always friendly and patient employees. Clean inside and outside. And food is always tasty, especially with the variety of sauces, dressings, and other condiments.

I usually eat at Chick-fil-A twice a week while traveling for work, and I've never had an issue ordering fries with no salt -- until today. I stopped by this location during lunch and ordered my usual: a #7 with fries no salt and a Sunjoy. To my surprise, the employee told me they couldn't make fries without salt. That's something I've never heard from any Chick-fil-A or even other fast food restaurants. Everywhere else, they simply cook a fresh batch, drain the oil, and serve the fries unsalted. It's a basic request, especially for people trying to be more mindful of their sodium intake. I was honestly amazed (and disappointed) that this particular location wouldn't accommodate such a simple request. For a brand known for great service and attention to detail, this experience fell short. After speaking with the manager, she told me that it's the operator of this specific Chick-fil-A that does not allow this service of fries no salt, extremely unheard of and needs to be revised but the manager I spoke to was extremely nice and hospitable, but this operator is just not health conscious for that reason I probably wouldn't come back to this particular location

For what they offer and how they serve, I believe they merit a five star for 'Fast Food'. We have had their fries and signature sandwiches. Nobody can beat their Chick-fil-A chicken and their 'sauce' (a little smokey & delicious). I just wish they had a VEGAN version made out of tofu! SERIOUSLY! Their lemonade 'Frosty' is delicious too! I recently read that they are #1 for their (fast food) mac & cheese, so I wanted to try it. The other Chick-fil-A in town was out of it, so we came here. This seems like a more efficient location. PLENTY of workers (ALL POLITE) and the drive-through moves very quickly. Yep. I can see why they are #1 for (fast food) mac & cheese. It had nice orange pieces of cheddar in the cheesy mix! It was very good and so was their 'Kale Crunch' salad. Both were satisfying!

The experience was made thanks to Stella! You can tell she's a very hard worker who takes pride in her job and gives you nothing but laughs while in the drive-through. This time around my food order was actually spot on and super fresh, so that was a plus. I got lucky and there was absolutely no line which created a fast service which I loved and was perfect.

I always mobile order from this Chick-fil-A because I'm not patient enough to wait in the long drive-thru line. It's super convenient, and my food is usually ready pretty quickly. For the most part, my orders are correct, which I really appreciate. However, there have been a few occasions where a condiment was forgotten or I received the wrong item. Because of this, I've learned it's a good idea to double-check your order before leaving. Despite these minor issues, the food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always polite and friendly. Definitely a solid location overall, yet very busy!

Ive been loving Chick-Fil- A (CFA) for a while now. My usual stop is in Bakersfield. My first stop here at the Fresno location on Shaw ave. My comments are specifically for this Shaw location. Some immediate differences: 1) Where's my chicken? Almost laughable the petite size of chicken I received. First ever of this junior size. Now maybe the prices have dropped. Idk. Maybe the company is helping us watch our calorie intake. Could be. But if prices have not dropped.... Why is my usual Spicy Deluxe so.....small? Never has happened in the other locations Ive visited. Next up........ fries 2) Not as fresh here at the Shaw location. Heavily fried. Extra greasy. Not planning to come back to this location for these reasons. Maybe it was a one-off but I visit CFA weekly for a while now and this is a first. The adage "fool me once shame on you..." applies imo. Best regards.

I rarely go to this location, but I've been there 3 times and each time my order has been wrong in some way. I don't know who the manager is, but they aren't doing a very good job of training people to take orders correctly. Since it was the third time this happened, I actually called the store. I wasnt mad when I called, but I was absolutely pissed off by the time I hung up. Definitely sticking with the Blackstone &41 location from here forward. They get it right every time without fail.

As a restaurant owner, you should be ashamed to hire this incompetent manager, since the main reason people come to this store is for the sauces. Unbelievable. This was one of my worst experiences at Chick-fil-A. Apparently when I made my order it was a mobile dining order. I sat in my car for over 30 minutes for my order to be delivered. When that never happened I went inside and the staff and for me that the order had been waiting and because it was a dine in order it wouldn't be delivered to my car. They proceeded to redo my order so the french fries were hot however there was no Chick-fil-A sauce for any of it. I was a bit frustrated tired and hungry so when I realized there was no dipping sauce I was too far to turn back. Chick-fil-A is always busy please make sure your order is done correctly . I'm sure a normal occasions service would be great but on this occasion this was the worst.

Very sad I have to write this...... usually have a great experience when I go to Chick-fil-A...... but this time made me never want to go back again...... For starters the guy who took our order in the drive thru was rude...( no big deal maybe he had a bad day)......the girl who handed out food off to us was having a ball talking to her friend through the window laughing and talking about how she "ate a customers salad"...... (no big deal ) I didn't think anything of it..... Until I got home.... My salad was missing, and my soup BOWL was a cup. I let my family eat their food as I returned to get my salad..... I called the restaurant to inform them about the mishap. The "manager" who answered the phone, Jared said he would handle it when I got there and to just walk up to the manager station and he would be happy to fix the problem.... I get to the restaurant I go right to where Jared told us to meet him.... And he's standing 2 feet right in front of me literally on his phone, facing me, and picking his nose.... Yes his nose..... multiple times as he's deep into a conversation on his phone.... Soo much that he doesn't even acknowledge me for an awkward two minutes. As I stand there waiting to see if he's gonna notice that I'm standing there. He turns around and proceeds to laugh and fool around with the entire staff behind him. I'm talking like eight people are standing there. Cracking jokes, laughing while orders are going out wrong and a guest is standing right in front of him. Finally somebody who looked like an actual manager saw us and asked if we had been helped. We finally got our order and I guess to make up for it they thought giving us these rock hard cookies would make up for it. I watched Jared pick his nose and then count his drawer as I proceeded to leave. Which means every single bill and coin he touched had his germs all over it.... I work in the industry, I understand things happen.....but this was absolutely not ok. I do not want boogers in my food or on my change back. Gross.

Be prepared for a small wait on the weekends after 4. Getting in the lot has a little traffic. I did curbside order and they don't start the order until you arrive at the area which is to the left of the restaurant or right in front when you are looking from the fashion fair mall. There were about 8-10 cars in the line but that can go pretty fast as they are efficient. Ordering online was easy and I get points.

I stopped here yesterday for an early dinner. I arrived a little before 5pm and ordered a #1 Deluxe meal with Colby Jack and no pickles. I upsized only the Fry and opted for a Dr.Pepper as my beverage. They scanned my app & took my payment in line. I find this company to always be efficient with their operations everywhere i go so I appreciate it! Thank you for a delicious dinner once again!

So disappointed! My bun on my chicken sandwich was soggy and falling apart. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy and inappropriately overcooked. And the pickle they threw on the sandwich was old and crusty. Chic Fil A is overpriced, over-rated, and over crowded. Save your time, money and hunger craving and go get you some ANGRY CHICKS!

After hanging out at the mall, we decided to stop at Chick Fil A,. I had not been here in awhile. Ordered a double chicken sandwich with large french fries and drinks. My girl got what she wanted. She loves Chick Fil A more than I do lol. Food was good and decent. I was a happy camper. Nice staff, and clean place in the shopping Center Mall. Loved it, and cant wait to visit again.

I was in the mood for chicken tenders, and I saw the online ordering option for curbside pick up, and I decided to give it a chance. Just after I placed the order (7:14pm), I saw the instructions to go to the store and check in there, with no offer of how long the wait would be. Weird. I at least like the option to select a timeframe, or know that the food will be ready in an approximate time. So I was already a little annoyed, but I figured they would give me a time when I checked in and I was trying this out. So I headed to the store, carefully maneuvered the parking lot (and I mean Carefully-It's DARK, there are people everywhere, and cars going every which way too, so take your time). I found a spot, and plugged in my number. The website updated and said that My food was being prepared and my card was being charged. Again, no time estimate, so I was even more annoyed. Especially since my card was charged now, so there was no going back. I was sitting there second guessing my choices, and trying to convince myself that there was a reason I NEVER came to Chick-fil-A ( My thoughts are always, it's too busy and too expensive), and this would make a third reason. I saw two associates running around the parking lot with safety vests and plastic containers. I was waiting about 10 minutes and looking around at all of the cars in the drive thru, in the curbside and the many people heading in and out of the restaurant. I sighed and turned my car off, because I knew I would be here a while. I checked the website again, at about 7:28pm, and the status changed to "a staff member is on their way with your order". I was looking around and then all of the sudden a sweet lady showed up at my door and asked for my first name. She repeated my order and handed it to me. I was very impressed and grateful that it was quicker than I anticipated. I don't like the system but 15 minutes for chicken tenders and fries, was not bad overall. THEN, I tried them. OH MAN!! If you have never had the chicken tenders from this place...you need to!! I don't know what they do, but that chicken was hot, moist and had such a great flavor. The fries were hot too. In the moment, I was still annoyed with the ordering system, that I was annoyed that the food was so good!! :D haha! The taste of the food won over the process. Only downfall is that to get the sauces you have to order them when you are ordering the food, and I forgot that. :( So don't forget to order the sauces if you are using the online ordering system. And be prepared to guess when your food will be ready. LOL

7 cars in line was a 20 min wait. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 sides just over $40. Only been to Chick Fil A 3 times and they are terrible. Apparently they don't add sauce to sandwiches. We ordered on the side. They forgot all sauce and we ate 3 dry sandwiches because the girl at the window was annoyed we were trying to confirm our order. Also no napkins or forks for the sides. Really do most people shovel Mac and cheese in their mouths with their hands. Wife and daughter split Mac and Cheese and both got sick by the end of the day and blamed the Mac and Cheese. $5 for a small fruit cup should be criminal. My crazy dry chicken sandwich was junk. I just don't get this place. I did try one bite of my sons dry no sauce spicy chicken and it was good. Still to pay over $40, wait 25 mins, get no sauce, forks, or napkins is pretty bad.

This is my first review ever!!!!! Okay. So this was my first time having chick fil a and let me say it was a pleasant experience. The person who had helped my family and I was Leslie or Lesley (I forgot their correct spelling) was super welcoming. She literally ate fr. I had gotten the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and girl, I ate that UP!! LITERALLY TOO GOOD. Might have to doordash some of that rn The atmosphere of the place was chill. But it was also pretty noisy and packed! But it wasn't unbearable at all. I just wanted to let first timers know it's really really busy. But they're also really quick with handing out the orders. Will be back again. 10/10

The employee who gave me the order could care less when I asked her a question. Just went back to the window to grab the next order. Soggy fries, and a large is definitely not a large- felt like I was at a McDonald's drive-through which I hate. The 3.3 star rating unfortunately is true for this location. Placed an order online for curbside pick up on June 19, 2025 arrived at 7:05 three minutes later the order said ready and will be coming out shortly. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my chicken breakfast sandwich with a coffee there were maybe at most three cars that had gone in the drive-through and got their food really fast as I'm still waiting for this order that is supposedly ready. Finally, one of the coworkers comes out walking very slouched shirt not even tucked in not looking professional to work hamnds me my food and says there you go and not in a polite manner as I'm on my way to work I open the bag. Yes, the chicken sandwich was in there but not one sauce I ordered two Chick-fil-A sauces and two ketchup and didn't get Not one of them when the ticket clearly says how many sauces on the bag This is why I missed the river park location because they were always very professional and brought your food in a timely manner. Absolutely will never be going to this location again. Standards have gone downhill. Would give it a zero stars if I could.

I ordered food for curbside pick up and arrived at 0430 to pick up the food. The option to place the parking stall number was not working in the app so I decided to enter the business to advise them of the issue. They advised me that they would bring it out to me "outside" when it was done. I told them I would be in stall 15. I waited for 40 minutes, I entered inside and saw my bag on the table, with food cold and beverages completely out of taste with melted ice. This is a clear issue because I was advised it would be taken to me outside and I told them the exact stall number I would be waiting in. Instead of taking it to me, they decided to take the lazy route and just set it on the table while I waited patiently outside, not taking any consideration to advise me that my food was ready. I already live extremely far and this was one of the only opportunities I had to enjoy chick fil a. The food was not enjoyable and it was definitely not up to par.
