Standard Chick Fil A, however the beautiful front end girl was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the service that I received from her. So much so, that I upgraded to a meal. Even though I just wanted 8 popcorn chicken bites & a drink.

Workers were kind but didn’t speak great English. It was pretty difficult to communicate. I’m usually good with accents too. I noticed many other customers were having issues. It lead to them getting our order wrong but no big deal, it was still good.

The staff behind the counter is completely clueless. There is no line to order but you have people waiting over 25 minutes for their food. I see chicken sandwiches that are lined up just waiting for them to bag them but they are so confused and don't know what to do the one in Yonkers is so well organized this place needs more staff or better staff not sure is so well organized this place needs more staff or better staff not sure

My wife and I stopped in to get lunch and couldn't believe there was a Chic Fil A here!! However when we ordered we ran into an issue on our end, had nothing to do with Chic Fil A. We could not fix the problem no matter what we did. It was unbelievably embarrassing, to say the least. A young man here named Isaiah not only figured out what the problem was, but he fixed it, and made sure we were ok. I can't explain how grateful we are!! He told us to not be embarrassed, it wasn't a big deal, and that we'd be ok. My wife and I are so grateful to you, for seeing the problem, and fixing it. And if you read this Isaiah, your name means "God is my salvation" in Hebrew.

Even though this Chick-fil-A is located at a rest stop, it really holds up to the brand's usual standards. The staff is super friendly, quick, and polite exactly what you'd hope for on a long drive. The food quality is consistently good, just like you'd get at a regular location. The chicken is always fresh, the fries are hot, and everything is served fast. It's become a go-to stop for us when driving up north reliable, clean, and satisfying. Definitely worth pulling over for!

I had a great experience here and the fried chicken sandwiches I got with waffle fries were delicious and fresh! Arianna was super sweet and because I didn't know what sauce I would like, she just gave me one of each to try lol They have salads and nuggets and healthier substitutions as well. We ended up stopping here on the way upstate and we would definitely stop here again! The inside was clean and open with a couple of other options for food and drink. I'd come back!

This Chik fil-A is in the Ardsley travel plaza. Northbound side. Burger King, drive thru Starbucks and shop also are here in this renovated travel stop. Since it is the only one in the county so far, there is a line to order and then a line of people waiting for food but it moves quickly. I only waited 5 minutes. Juicy chicken sandwich, very good Mac and cheese. The best for fast food Mac and cheese. They offer seasonal shakes. The pimento cheese honey chicken sandwich was wonderful. That needs to come back; it was seasonal, why I don't know. Get there early for biscuit sandwiches. They should offer biscuits all day, not just for breakfast. Next to Bojangles and Churches, they have the best biscuits. Quick and helpful service. Very new and clean inside. Soft chairs. Charging stations. The sauces do NOT have high fructose corn syrup. At least the honey mustard and BBQ do not, a plus for me.

Now that, Chick Fil-A on Central Park ave is open and soon to be open another location in Scarsdale, I dont have to pay the toll any more to grabs some chicken sandwiches at this location, the food is so addicted , i would pay the toll on the major deegan and stop at the center, but this location doesn't sell the chicken tenders, not sure why?? The ordering process is simple but the wait for the food will take a While. Good thing it's inside the gas center , the bathroom is there . You can dine in, they have spaces . In the early morning , it's not crowded or packed, but later in the afternoon it gets a bit bonkers inside . It's a great idea to grab some sandwiches and fill up the tank before heading north for a long road trip or get away , there's not much chick fil-a further north after passing Ct but you would have to exit the expressway to get to their restaurant.

I love Chick Fil A but this one is terrible. Staff just hangs around doing nothing when should be taking orders or making food. They don't live up to the amazing customer service Chick Fil A stands for. The food ain't even that good for them. First time here there was nobody on line I walked right up & waited 40 minutes for my food.. this place is a joke, go to the 2 on Central. Much nicer and so much better

As of now this is the worst Chick Fil-a experience i've ever had, food, service everything was bad, unskilled staff that literally had their back turned to you, orders taken wrong, frozen bad bread, nothing was right and they don't care, they are literally playing in this place .

By far the slowest Chick-fil-A that I've been too. Not enough staff. They don't expedite the lines and plus you have to pay the toll to get here. The toll is cheap but the wait isn't worth it. I could have ran to the 1 in Washington heights and ate by now.

I am a fan of Chick-fil-A in that I will have it every two months or so. I work now in midtown in close proximity to the 42nd street location and I have also worked in Norwalk where there is a large CFA store with drive through option. Both of these locations are examples of great efficiency, especially Norwalk CT. The workers move with purpose, they are polite, and there is a hop in their step. My experience last night at the Hastings on Hudson location which is on the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) was the complete opposite. The facility was understaffed as upwards of 20 people waited in line to order food. Only one of the 5 registers was staffed and there was one person acting as an expeditor - bagging food and distributing it to customers. There were 5-6 other employees visible in the kitchen..... The employees all seemed as if they were sad and miserable- as if this was the last place they wanted to be. They moved with lethargy, and they appeared to be pained by the experience of doing actual work in hospitality and helping paying customers. Although the wait was too long, the food was fine- similar to what the other CFA locations provide but I think it is such a sad narrative on current society. People, including kids, don't want to work or they take jobs and just go through the motions. It is written all over them in how they move, their expressions.... I can only image how much the investment was that went into building this brand new location- only to have it spoiled by unmotivated, uncaring, lazy individuals...... terrible.

DONT COME HERE!! I know you want Chick Fil A. I know there isn't another one nearby. I know you're even willing to pay that toll just to get some waffle fries. BUT DONT DO IT. DONTTT DOOO ITTTT Long lines (We waited 2 HOURS!!!). They dont accept ordering ahead, the app, any rewards. We had free sandwiches and brownies to claim but that was useless. They "Close" an hour earlier than advertised just to be done with it. They're just a mess. Just don't do it. You've been warned

You're gonna namastay for a while if you come here. Waited 45 min for food and it looked like people were getting their food out of order. One of the employees yelled to ask people to move back and said it's because she didn't like how close people were. When people moved back she's said namaste. Not a professional experience.

Two stars because the food isn't bad and the customer facing employees are pleasant and professional, but overall the experience is HORRIBLE. Long line, long wait for the food, and then the order came out wrong (ordered grilled nuggets with honey mustard dipping sauce and got fried nuggets with the house sauce instead). The register and pick up area was so crowded and unbearable that I didn't even bother to complain about my order being wrong in fear that I would have to go through the same experience twice in the same day. Never again, I will just go to Burger King next time as they seemed to have their operation under control and functioning efficiently

i love chick fil a but this is horrible service. all of the workers are horrible, especially Nunu. She takes her job as a joke and doesn't take orders and just walks around complaining to everyone. She is filled with so much attitude. There has been a few nice people but this place needs a fixing in the staff. it gets crowded but that's not their fault.

Just prior to closing, my girlfriend and I stopped at this location after her work day and my afternoon arrival to JFK Intl. Airport. We were both hungry after long days and this location did not fail specifically because of an employee named Marie. We were told by other employees that they would not serve us 10 minutes prior to closing. Marie, instead, walked up to us and said, "Y'all can still order" and allowed us to order despite other employees repeatedly trying to convince us not to. We left with a bag full of hot food and kind, parting words given to us by Marie. Marie, I hope you see this review and know that we are blessed to have encountered your kind, helpful, warm presence. May you have the best day, week, month, and year. Your blessing set the tone for our trip and, throughout, we kept thinking about how grateful we were! If we are in the area again, we will stop by and order! Hope you'll be there so we can say, "Hello". God bless.

I went there all excited for the first time I had a gift card and as a first responder is as well supposed to be address for a discount they did not except the gift card which was a Chick-fil-A gift card. They did not give me my french fries they did not give me my shakes. I had to wait there as a franchise. How do you not accept your own gift card?

By far that worst dinning experience ever. I love Chick-Fil-A but this particular location is HORRIBLE and lacks everything. The staff is beyond clueless, inexperienced and lack any kind of professionalism. The management avoids the customers at all costs. They will cancel your order or simply never give you your order, If you do get your food it's always wrong and the lines are beyond ridiculous. The wait can be up to 2hrs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL, PLEASE STAY FARRRR WAY. Corporate needs to step in and make changes fast.

This Chick-fil-A and their staff claim that they are a " non-corporate", some BS -excuse of a chik-fil-a. They don't accept mobile ordering, pickup orders, or even CHIK-FIL-A GIFTCARDS. I'm surprised they accept cash or credit cards! Service is slow...they know they have so many customers on a daily basis but they don't prepare for it. Every time I stop there, SOMETHING is missing from the order, so check your receipt. Employees do not say it's their pleasure to serve you; well it's not my pleasure to visit this location.

Over an hour and twenty minute wait twice, both times I went. It seems like staff and managers poorly trained... worst Chick-Fil-A experience ever. It would of been quicker to drive to NJ and back. Do not come here. It will be a long wait. Staff give out food one customer at a time. It seems that nobody is able to multitask. Workers are clearly frustrated
