They're always fast and friendly, but you'd think you'd get the whole slice of cheese if you're paying more for it LOL!

We’ve dined in and drive-thru .The burritos hash brown with chicken nuggets , scrambled eggs is really good. It fills you up. The market salad with nuggets or chicken strips is also good.The structure is good size, plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. The service is courteous and friendly. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stall’s close to the front entrance with ramp.

Got the deluxe sandwich with American cheese. You have the option of different cheese or no cheese. I wanted to try the nuggets since I’ve never tried it and they have an option to order a small one! It was delish but a bit saltier than expected for me. They were quick. I ordered online and told them I was here and 5 min and my food was ready!

As usual, Market Salad is my favorite. Missing something, fresh small flowers decorations with vases. Almost all Chick-fil-A have fresh small flowers on each table. 😉

I placed my mobile order for 6 people after I arrived in the parking lot. The ETA was 5 mins it will be ready. They were quick and fast.

With Me, this was great. Service was spot on. In and out of there nice. Order was nice, and helpful making my choices.

The server was very helpful. We got the food quickly. I got the grilled chicken sandwich combo. I enjoyed the Chic-fil-A waffle fries. However, I did not enjoy the sandwich. It tasted like it was going stale and the back was crumbling, so I didn't eat the bread, just the grilled chicken. I have had this before, and it did not taste like this. Hubby got the kids' meal for our lil one always enjoys it. Also got their cookie, which is always good. Chick-fil-A need to check your buns and make sure they are not expired, please.

My first time ever walking into this establishments. I am very impressed with everything, for the quality of service the prices are excellent. I will definitely recommend this location. The staff walks around ensuring that your drinks are topped off as well, the meal was great as well. This location has a kids play pen, definitely a plus for parents with small children. Parking your vehicle is not an issue here at all, plenty of parking. They even cleaned the parking lot here as I type. Having been here I will definitely reevaluate if I go anywhere else.

Decided to try breakfast items at chick-fil-a of city of industry. I am unaware they open at 6:30am! I used the app to order and pickup from drive thru. It's pretty quick and service is good consider how busy it is at this location. Restaurant's drive thru is a little bit confusing, but it's to eliminate traffic so it starts at parking next to the parking of the restaurant. The decor is modern fast food. I love the bread on the minis they are soft, sweet and complement the nuggets well. The iced coffee is smooth and tasty; I just like stronger ones. Will be back to try more

Service is great and the place is clean and comfortable. After a long day of work, I decided to take my family to a serene pause here. The people here are friendly to help and the place is very nice and clean. Thank you for giving us a great night.

I was working in the area & stopped by for a quick bite to eat, there was no one in line and the cashier greeted me as soon as I walked in. She took my order & was super polite, order was ready asap! This location was very clean as well. There is ample parking available as well.

Recently tried the new seasonal cherry berry frosted lemonade and it's amazing!! As always, love the friendly service here. Never any complaints. When I go in the drive thru, they are so nice and apologize for the wait time being long. Forgot to mention this is a nice quiet spot in the mornings because they have free WiFi. The tables are big, clean, and stable. Not sure about outlets.

Came back a third time to this location (but first time doing drive thru) and I have to say, this time everything was not only perfect but the food was so fresh: the spicy chicken sandwich was piping hot, the fries were crunchy but soft on the inside, sweet tea was 110% sweet just how sweet tea should be, and last but not least, in contrast to my first frosted lemonade at this location (which had a strange, bitter aftertaste) the frosted lemonade this time was perhaps the thickest, perfect balance of sweet and tang. The frosted lemonade is that one item at Chick-fil-A that varies widely in how it's made: the texture, the amount of soft serve, the amount of lemonade, etc as it can sometimes come out watery but this one was the best frosted lemonade I've ever had. Kudos to the staff and the manager for holding it down and their positive attitude. Thank you !

What a clean restaurant with such kind staff. I ordered my favorite the #1 and my meal came quick. The chicken sandwich and fries were really good. They cooked the fries a bit longer than usual so they were extra crispy as was my sandwich. I needed a refill on my iced tea and the staff quickly came to my rescue. At the end of my meal, staff came by with a basket full of mints and hand wipes. Great way to end the meal!

Phenomenal service from all the workers, made sure everything was great. Shoutout to John. He made sure we got our orders right and on time. Literally under a minute. Me and my friend love you John

Absolutely amazing staff!! Me and my partner stopped by here for some dinner and the cashier was very sweet and patient. Our visit was already amazing but it really went over the top when Mia, one of the workers, checked up on us. It's not something you really see in fast food. I was so surprised! She was so pleasant and provided us what we needed. The food was great as well per the usual. Overall I would recommend! :)

Ah, yes. The classic chicken sandwich. The combo is also good too, the one with bread, chicken sticks?(I think) And fries. It tastes sssooo good. The garlic bread is insanely good. The service team is also nice. YUMMY FOOD!!!!!

The interior is clean, restrooms are available, and there's a drive-thru for convenience. The staff is friendly, and I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. The fries were good, and I really love the yogurt here!

We've been to this establishment many times for breakfast, we've ordered many menu items and always been satisfied. The interior is spacious with booths and tables. Customer services are really good always friendly courteous and attentive, Just an example, I accidentally left my iPhone on my tray the other day and dumped it in the trash. One of the employees was kind to retrieve it for me and I appreciated that. There's plenty of parking with the handicapped stalls at the front entrance.

shrinkflation anyone? Small spicy chick biscuit sandwich. Kitchen packet is bigger than the chicken. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down.

Visit this place three times a week, friendly staff, the only issue would be the broom, is extremely loud

Great and very efficient drive-thru service, employees are ALWAYS very friendly and welcoming and the egg white grill sandwich with hash browns is AWESOME!! This is my "Go To" place for a quick and healthy breakfast when I simply don't have time to sit inside and contemplate life

I don't know why my wife is not a huge fan of Chick-fil-A like I am. I remember years ago when one of the other dads from my son's soccer team and I were talking about how we should go to the CFA near the soccer tourney we were playing. Another dad overheard and was like "yeah, that's awesome, I love...." but before he could finish his sentance the girls were like "what is it with guys and Chick-fil-A"? So what is it ladies... do you not like CFA. I mean there are always plenty of female clients when I go or is it more of a guy thing? My wife only goes because she knows it makes me happy. AND IT DOES. Only one thing I ever order and that is the classic. NOT spicy just the classic with pickles. Sometimes the waffle potato fries but that's it. The place is always clean. If you go through the drive thru it seems like they have 5 people working out there. And of course, the employees are always so friendly and professional. I think CFA does a great job hiring great employees and keeping them happy because it reflects in their attitude.

This is my fourth time getting the veggie wrap and every single time I get it ONLY from this Chick-fil-A the tortilla is extremely soggy so nasty, to the point that my wrapped ribs so now I'm just eating it without the tortilla some of the salad is a little soggy as well . Smh I've complained multiple times but they could never get it right here, the last time they refused to give me my refund and I had to get a salad instead smh

The only fast food restaurant that's gluten friendly. The grilled chicken patty, grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries are gluten free. They offer gluten free buns at extra charge. I just had to assemble the sandwich by myself from delivery order. Chick-fil-A really makes the best fried chicken, no other fast food restaurants can compete with it! This is my go to restaurant for fast food delivery!

Went to chick fil a to try the new pineapple dragonfruit drink and decided to also get a large fries. My boyfriend happened to looked inside the paper back and saw a small spider or some type of bug. My boyfriend was holding the bag the whole time and did not touch the car floor. We've called the manager said he was gonna send a text but I never received any text and I called at 11am. I believe that this matter should be taken seriously. And be aware to always check inside.

Where's the "chicken"?. McDonald's has more chicken in their fake nuggets. Paper thin something, was the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever had...if it were the Mceedees $1 chicken, I would understand but come on. Service was ok, definitely not the usual Chck-fil-a outstanding standard. The manager walked by my finished tray without asking to take it which really surprised me. Leaving 5 stars for John the employee here. Everytime we've been here John always looks like he's working hard while staying kind. He always looks happy to help. I had to call and actually get his name after dining in because I felt like his hard work should be recognized.

I placed an order that included a grilled chicken club. It was to have no tomatoes and a buttered white bun (instead of the multigrain bun). I had a reward for it. After scanning my rewards I was told that I owed 33 cents. This is a surprise to me because I have a reward. The woman said to me that it was because I subbed the multigrain bun for a buttered one. I've done this a number of times before at other locations and in the app and typically since the buttered one costs less than the multigrain one, I end up saving money. So I explained to her why I was confused and she said, "You can speak to a manger but, you'll still be paying 33 cents". Which I found a bit rude, but I said okay and drove forward. Before I reached the window, I came across another woman in line who stated the same thing as the woman before. I explained to her my confusion. So she proceeds to show me her tablet and when I tried to point out to her that her tablet also shows that $0.90 was removed, I guess she thought I was going to steal it or something, because she cuts me off and says "It's going to stay right here". After that, I finally get sent to the window and the guy tried to explain to me (nicely) how I'd owe $0.33. So I explained for a third time that it shouldn't add up to me owing anything. If anything I'd be owed $0.60. Eventually I just paid and left because it's not about the $0.33. It's the principal. Not only that, the women were rude and the manager never came over to speak with me even though she was standing nearby.

I ordered the #2 the spicy chicken sandwich. Got overcharged for the deluxe chicken sandwich I don't like lettuce or tomatoes on my chicken sandwich. After I had already paid she ask what type of sauce I would like? So I said avocado lime dressing. Then she says it's going to be 50 cents extra now I don't mind paying extra but I wasn't going to use my card again for 50 cents she could have told me that before I paid. Fries were cold never coming back again quality and service is down and prices are going up what's up with that chic fil not.

I went thru the drive-thru for my order. Line was surprisingly very short so almost drove straight up. I ordered my usual, 30 piece nuggets, a chicken sandwich, 2 frozen lemonade, 1 lemonade no ice and 3 waffle fries which I asked for crispy. They told me they don't crispy anymore . I'm kinda bummed about that because their fries done crispy is the BEST!!! Got my food quickly but they forgot my Polynesian sauce for my nuggets so had to park and go in and get them. That was kinda inconvenient to go in, that's why I went via the drive-thru. I would've given them 5 stars but they got bumped down because 1st of all, no crispy fries and I had to actually go in to get my sauces. Other than that, the other food I ordered was delicious!

Loved coming to this chick fil a Morning manager was very helpful and got our food pretty fast. The eating area was large and clean , As we left we were offered a sample of the mini sliders (can't say they do this everywhere it was just a kind gesture) . We'll be back .

Breakfast until 10:30 AM Service was nice and quick. The place was clean. I ordered to go. Ordered the spicy chicken meal, comes with the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle potatoes fries and a drink. It was delicious. Remember to ask for your condiments. Gotta try their sauces.

Small breakfast sandwich but very satisfying. Fast and quick service no line or wait was in and out. The establishment was very clean and they have a lot of good food. I normally come on lunch but I enjoy there breakfast just as much!

Usually I get the fruit chicken salad take-out once a week. This time I don't know why but the chicken is extreme spicy and salty. The chicken was not cut. It's a big piece. The salad also doesn't have blue cheese this time (it should be included). It is weird and inconsistent with what I ate before.

Overall, I've never really had any issues with this Chick-fil-A. We usually get the same food, which is a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and chicken nuggets for our son. Although they have made a mistake in the past, it's very rare and we go here somewhat often. It's hard to find good drive-thru fast food in our area, so we usually default to here or In-and-Out. Anyway, service is always pleasant and the lines aren't too slow when going through drive-thru. I think some downsides for this location is that entering the drive-thru line can be a little challenging since there can be a lot of cars in the area during rush hour, and you do have to know how to wind through the maze to enter. It's not totally intuitive if this is your first time going here. Also, some things about Chick-fil-A in general, and not specific to this location, is that prices have gone up, so if you haven't been for a while, expect to pay quite a bit more. Also, don't get their "grilled" chicken. It's disgusting and basically just boiled in water.

Bought a salad this morning and had a bad smell went back told the manager i think Yesenia and she gave me an attitude because I did ask her if she could make me a new one I didn't ask for a refund just a new one because the chicken was. Not tasting good , sorry chik fil A for your one bad manager since everyone else is always friendly, hope your corporate office reads this but I will also forward to corporate maybe they will be more understanding about me not wanting to eat a salad with a bad smell and taste to it ..

The Lord's chicken never fails! Who doesn't like chick-fil-A? My trucking route brought me to the area. I was craving a chicken sando. No matter what location, they're always clean and staff is super nice. My food was fresh and delicious. I hope my review helps this location. Keep up the good work.

Good service and they are fast The parking is usually packed so I park by the mall then walk over Drive through is always busy but the wait time isn't too bad but a lot of cars. Closed on Sundays

2nd time here, after a unusually good experience the 1st time... True to brand nature, just super lackluster, no flavor, no decent spice. Sandwich and fries were lukewarm at best(sandwich more since it's insulated) but again, definitely off today. Other than nice young lady who held door for me entering, the energy was not there, and the end result showed, no bueno!

Just ordered a medium fry for carry out. The workers were so kind and attentive. I literally got my order in one minute!!

Been enjoying CFA since 1995 when I was in college in South Carolina...long before CFA was here. This review though...not about this restaurant. It was good and food is always solid. Been eating this for many many years. But I'm worried. Seems like CFA will "Jump the Shark" with the Pimento cheese chicken. Dont break what isn't broken!

Watered down soda, pieces of breading instead of any chicken for chicken nuggets and burnt ends for French fries. They want to charge 40 for two meals and can't even make it right! Don't waste your money garbage ass chick-fil-a

I am very pleased with this salad for the outstanding flavor it provides with the clash of the fruit and the grilled chicken, not to mention the recommended apply cider vinaigrette dressing they provide for us. The service was very satisfying and smooth, I will most definitely be back to try all the other salads and great food they provide at this location!

I chose chick fil a this evening to try their new chicken I've been seeing on social media, and wow not only was the new chicken amazing and fresh, the employees really made me feel that I was priority, made sure my drink was always refreshed. They went around and offered me mints and hand wipes to make sure my hands were clean. Overall great experience at this location would 100% come back again!

Service was TERRIBLE they got my eazy order all wrong then when I came all the way back they still charged me which should of been COMP! NEVER THIS ONE AGAIN NEVER

We frequent this location quite often and never crossed my mind to write about the quality of service and food here until yesterday. We went through the drive thru, and when the worker couldn't locate my order I knew somehow I had messed this up and it so happened I was not paying attention when placing our order through the app and I totally placed it at the wrong location. The workers were so gracious about the whole mixup, told me to just sit tight and they'd remake the order. I love how the staff was so in sync and remedied the situation so graciously, it sincerely made my day. Thank you for the outstanding service. Quality of food has never been an issue here in our experience over the years. They have yet to get an order wrong or forget an item but seriously, so thankful they are always on point!

This location is consistently good, my favorite location. Everytime I've visited, my food has been perfectly cooked and served at the right temperature. The last time, I visited after watching a movie at AMC and we mobile ordered. Our food was prepared on time and was delicious. They're always busy but it's worth the wait.

I love the chicken strips and the fast service. You can order on the mobile app for drive thru and when you get there, the line is really long because of covid. But they are so efficient, you will be in and out in no time. Minus one star for portion consistency. A lot of the time my fries don't fill the entire carton. I don't know if this is because of the shape of the waffle fries, but I hope they start doing quality control on their portion sizes. I upgrade my meal to a large and pay extra but don't get what I'm paying for. They also don't give napkins.

When I'm in the mood for fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my go-to spots. This location is conveniently located right off the the 60 freeway, and I've lost count of how many times I've been here throughout the years. If you've somehow never had Chick-fil-A, please do yourself a favor and order a lemonade and try all of their dipping sauces. My favorites are the chick-fil-a and sweet & spicy siracha. I typically order the 8-count nugget meal in an attempt to be a little more healthy by forgoing the bun, but everything on their menu is delicious. Overall, this location is consistently clean and provides excellent customer service. The staff is always friendly and the assistant manager, David, is especially helpful! Sending a special thank you to all our "essential workers"!

Went to the drive through today, everything was fine. Got home and took out my fries to see this. I ordered and paid for large fries, may as well have paid for small fries. I come to this place regularly and this is the first time I experienced this

I am very disgusted with chick-fil-a. I called the store to let them know that I would like a refund on the food I purchased because I found a dead fly at the bottom of my salad and they refused and told me corporate would handle that. How hard is it for the manager to provide a refund for an unsatisfied disgusted customer ? I tried calling the number they gave me 1866 cfa 2040 and no one ever answered. So it looks like they won't be taking care of this situation. Now I'm leaving a bad review. 0 stars, worst customer service from manager / employees.
