Great place to get your quick lunch. But there aren’t too many people here for dinner, even at Saturday night…I guess the price is bit higher compared to other fast food places. Salads are great.

What a great team who all had awesome morning attitudes! Nothing like getting a catered order on time, fresh and served with a smile. Thank to Alex for the morning confirmation call and the evening crew for going above and by taking the order. FYI if you weren't aware a bring your buddy for breakfast promo is happening at this location. Enjoy!

Parking was free and close to the entrance in a private lot. Service here is phenomenal! First time experience at a fast food restaurant where a staff member came up to my booth and asked if everything is okay. Never had anyone come to my table at a fast food restaurant to check up on their customers like that before. Came here today for an egg muffin with bacon. Always a fan of their bite sized circular hash browns.

WENT THIS PAST MONDAY DURING BREAKFAST I ASKED FOR A SPICY CHICKEN DELUXE COMBO AND INSTEAD OF THEM GIVING ME A TABLE THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO ASK IF IT WAS FOR DINE IN OR TO GO SO THEY ONLY GAVE ME MY RECEIPT AND HAD ME WAITING FOR ABOUT 15 minutes and my fries were cold and had to go towards the counter to pick up my food when I was clearly planning to dine in instead of them taking my food in a tray

I went last Thursday to redeem a free chicken sandwich but they claimed they never received the order which was fine. I understand that sometimes the app can be a little wonky. The manager/shift lead was rude and accusatory, claiming that we had cancelled the order. She blamed it on us rather than trying to help us. Shout out to Joseph though, who was incredibly nice and professional throughout the whole encounter!

We’ve dined in and drive-thru .The burritos hash brown with chicken nuggets , scrambled eggs is really good. It fills you up. The market salad with nuggets or chicken strips is also good.The structure is good size, plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. The service is courteous and friendly. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stall’s close to the front entrance with ramp.

Got the deluxe sandwich with American cheese. You have the option of different cheese or no cheese. I wanted to try the nuggets since I’ve never tried it and they have an option to order a small one! It was delish but a bit saltier than expected for me. They were quick. I ordered online and told them I was here and 5 min and my food was ready!

Chick-fil-A obviously has a great employee- training program. ALL their employees are so polite, friendly, helpful and professional. It's such a pleasure to eat a meal at Chick-fil-A.

I believe I can soar I see me running through that Chick Fil A door I believe I can fly... Quick fly thru for some chicken sandwiches. They do have an indoor playground on site but we didn't take advantage of it this time. 5/5 Food Warm crispy fries and a cool lemonade go along great with a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. (Sorry no photos I ate them along with the food) 5/5 Service Very prompt and courteous at this location. From scanning the app for rewards to the my pleasure at the end. As mentioned above there is a playground on site. 3.5/5 Parking It can get tight with Krispy cream next door and the drive thru traffic pattern takes spaces. We didn't park this time but it can get chaotic. Overall a solid Chick-fil-A location that will having you walking thru the door or spreading your wings and driving thru. Psalm 145:8, God bless

I don't come in very often, but every time I did, the food was always not only made perfectly, but arrives quickly, customer service is excellent, Store seems to always be sanitized daily because it still looks clean from the day they opened. Very friendly environment every worker there is adamant of saying "my pleasure." And always asking me if I need anything. And I think my favorite part Clean restrooms . 10. Stars if I could.

My order was wrong but I decided to eat my breaded chicken bites anyways. I had ordered the grill chicken bites. Service was great. My husband had the deluxe chicken and enjoyed it. There are plenty of seats and it is really clean inside. The trash is monition sendored but we could not get it to open. We will be back.

Came in to pick up an order, waited 10-15 minutes before staff even acknowledged me, while they were joking around, chatting, and looking at their phones. Stark contrast compared to other Chik Fil As.

Decided to try breakfast items at chick-fil-a of city of industry. I am unaware they open at 6:30am! I used the app to order and pickup from drive thru. It's pretty quick and service is good consider how busy it is at this location. Restaurant's drive thru is a little bit confusing, but it's to eliminate traffic so it starts at parking next to the parking of the restaurant. The decor is modern fast food. I love the bread on the minis they are soft, sweet and complement the nuggets well. The iced coffee is smooth and tasty; I just like stronger ones. Will be back to try more

Went to chick fil a today and I was extremely satisfied! The food is delicious but the customer service was above and beyond. Mia Diaz took my order and she was so polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. It was my first time trying chick fil a so she was recommending me things to try and she was very patient with me and my questions. Service workers like her need a raise ;)! I will definitely be coming back here at this location.

I decided to stop by and grab a quick bite before heading back to our destination. This place was convenient right off the freeway but the service was amazing the girls that took our order made us feel welcome. It was cold outside and it was the perfect amount of heat , warmed us nicely. My spicy sandwich was awesome triple pickle was delicious!! Will definitely be back.

Great location to grab a quick salad through drive through. Usually lunch is packed with people. There aren't much traffic after 7pm and I got my meal within 10 min.

I love this location so much, the inside is always kept clean! Their employees are super nice and have the best and FASTEST service. I didn't even get to sit down and they were already done, with super good hot food. Forever love them

Andrea I think her name was... it was whoever was doing drive through had the biggest attitude I've ever experienced or encountered. She was not listening to me at all. I've ran restaurants as a manager for over ten years so I know how things work and how things should be handled. That being said it being chick fil a I should make the managers aware if it was anywhere else I wouldn't care but I know this company has a reputation of the best service. My children feel so calm and happy here and the workers are always the best! That being said, I will explain what happened so management can correct this so other customers don't experience her attitude. I ordered at the wrong location, so the lady taking my order said she will contact the valley store in city of industry and that it's pending so the payment doesn't go through until she puts it or approves it and that I don't have to pay that I've already paid. She also told me to cancel the order so I did that. So when I got through the drive through she is saying I have to pay again. A total of $24 instead of the $12 I originally paid for. I showed her it pulled it out of my bank. So they lady probably shouldn't have told me to cancel it since she was going to contact valley. I paid anyway. Idk if I was already one step ahead of her and that she was confused but I must have struck a nerve with her, being a manager I understand workers need to be on the same page they can't be telling people two totally different things. Clearly she hasn't learned that yet that the team needs to know how transactions work and to tell customers the same thing. So I said you should probably explain with whoever told me I don't have to pay and tell them the policies because you two are telling me two different things. I didn't say it with an attitude just factual. Some people don't have money to spend $24 when they were only trying to spend $12 I showed her my bank account too that it was taken out. And she actually argued with me. Instead of saying oh sorry I will make sure we are all on the same page sorry for the inconvenience instead she argued. Went back and forth it was ridiculous she was still stuck on my payment for the longest time when I was saying the other lady told me something different she is unaware of the policies. Just not listenting at all it's like I was talking to a wall. So then when I got my food she said obnoxiously for me to have a great day wonderful blessed rest of my day I don't know what it was exactly it was ridiculous. I was appalled but that because that's mocking God. This is a Christian company and I'm a Christian to say have a blessed day obnoxiously is a sin before God. So then I said well you really need to be listening to customers and as I drove away she shouted you should listen to! My mouth just about dropped to the floor. It was so ghetto I hate using that word but it was crazy like I was in crazy town. Felt like I was on a camera and it was a prank. Also I ordered the chicken minis four count it also says on the bag. And I got a ten piece nugget instead. Idk what is going on with that store today but I come here all the time with my little children and I have never encountered any rude workers. They think the workers here are awesome and so nice it's their favorite place to eat. The workers are top notch here like on another level. They always help me when the kids make a mess they are so sweet about it and that's really helpful to a mom with toddlers. I feel so comfortable here so I don't understand what on earth happened. Thank goodness my kids weren't with me that would have confused them. The bag says Andrea was the server. I didn't even get a receipt for my rewards as well.

Service is great and the place is clean and comfortable. After a long day of work, I decided to take my family to a serene pause here. The people here are friendly to help and the place is very nice and clean. Thank you for giving us a great night.

I was working in the area & stopped by for a quick bite to eat, there was no one in line and the cashier greeted me as soon as I walked in. She took my order & was super polite, order was ready asap! This location was very clean as well. There is ample parking available as well.

Recently tried the new seasonal cherry berry frosted lemonade and it's amazing!! As always, love the friendly service here. Never any complaints. When I go in the drive thru, they are so nice and apologize for the wait time being long. Forgot to mention this is a nice quiet spot in the mornings because they have free WiFi. The tables are big, clean, and stable. Not sure about outlets.

This location is always clean and workers are always welcoming! The employees always offer mints and hand wipes when I dine in.Food is great,I usually order a spicy deluxe with a Dr Pepper. 5/5

We had a great experience at this location. Ethan (asst. manager) gave us exemplary customer service. We felt like we were at a regular restaurant not a fast food one. I highly recommend you stop in there next time you're craving Chick-Filet!

Came back a third time to this location (but first time doing drive thru) and I have to say, this time everything was not only perfect but the food was so fresh: the spicy chicken sandwich was piping hot, the fries were crunchy but soft on the inside, sweet tea was 110% sweet just how sweet tea should be, and last but not least, in contrast to my first frosted lemonade at this location (which had a strange, bitter aftertaste) the frosted lemonade this time was perhaps the thickest, perfect balance of sweet and tang. The frosted lemonade is that one item at Chick-fil-A that varies widely in how it's made: the texture, the amount of soft serve, the amount of lemonade, etc as it can sometimes come out watery but this one was the best frosted lemonade I've ever had. Kudos to the staff and the manager for holding it down and their positive attitude. Thank you !

I love this Chick they have the sweetest gals working there. They work so hard. I feel bad for them, they get sooo busy, especially the ones who work the drive through, sometimes there are people that hold up the line, one time, actually a few times, there have been people that just take forever, you can tell they've received they're food already and they have these poor gals grabbing this and that for them. I've been inside the store listening to rude people outside, these girls are running around grabbing this and that for them. People need to go inside the store instead of holding up the lines. Lines are for people on lunch or that need to get out of there quickly. This chick is so clean too the ambiance is so nice. Great employees!!! Super nice and very helpful!!! Thanks Chick HH!!

Came to this Chick-fil-A for lunch today and went inside to dine in and was immediately greeted by the workers! The girl who took my order was very sweet and even recommended the new seasonal items! The dining area was very clean and was even offered a refill on my drink and offered mints and hand wipes as well! Not to mention my food came out super quick and fresh! Will definitely keep coming to this location! :)

Incredible food, and the staff is very nice. I also like the ambiance, it's much better than any other fast food places.

I've only been to chick fil a a handful of time, I now plan on coming often not because of the food but because the service is exceptional! I come in with my little ones and all staff makes me feel comfortable always offering help beyond just serving me. Lizbeth has been such a pleasure every time she rings me up remembering my name and order, she offered help to my table with my food, later someone came to check on me while I was dinning. I was so very impressed with the cleanliness down to the high chairs. They have sanitize wipes and a place mat ready for your little one and the play place is just the right size. I plan to spend more time and money here just knowing the safe and comfortable environment my family is in.

What a clean restaurant with such kind staff. I ordered my favorite the #1 and my meal came quick. The chicken sandwich and fries were really good. They cooked the fries a bit longer than usual so they were extra crispy as was my sandwich. I needed a refill on my iced tea and the staff quickly came to my rescue. At the end of my meal, staff came by with a basket full of mints and hand wipes. Great way to end the meal!

As Franchise places go this one is pretty good. Great approach to managing drive-thru decent wait times.

I don't know why my wife is not a huge fan of Chick-fil-A like I am. I remember years ago when one of the other dads from my son's soccer team and I were talking about how we should go to the CFA near the soccer tourney we were playing. Another dad overheard and was like "yeah, that's awesome, I love...." but before he could finish his sentance the girls were like "what is it with guys and Chick-fil-A"? So what is it ladies... do you not like CFA. I mean there are always plenty of female clients when I go or is it more of a guy thing? My wife only goes because she knows it makes me happy. AND IT DOES. Only one thing I ever order and that is the classic. NOT spicy just the classic with pickles. Sometimes the waffle potato fries but that's it. The place is always clean. If you go through the drive thru it seems like they have 5 people working out there. And of course, the employees are always so friendly and professional. I think CFA does a great job hiring great employees and keeping them happy because it reflects in their attitude.

The interior is clean, restrooms are available, and there's a drive-thru for convenience. The staff is friendly, and I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. The fries were good, and I really love the yogurt here!

Everyone is so nice and they greeted me as soon as I came in! The person taking my order was so patient with me and helped explained the menu to me in detailed when I asked. The food was really good and really quick! I will come here again

This Chick-Fil-A always has amazing customer service and all the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. The food always come out super fast and is always fresh. If there ever is a problem with the order (which rarely happens) the workers are super helpful and understanding and they get the problem fixed right away. On top of all that, the environment is always super clean and neat. If there is a dirty table or crumbs on the floor, the workers are quick to get it cleaned up. Over all an amazing place to eat and enjoy yourself!

This Chick-Fil-A offers a great and memorable experience all in one. The service was excellent and the food came out very fast. The employees are all very attentive and the store itself was very clean.

The only fast food restaurant that's gluten friendly. The grilled chicken patty, grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries are gluten free. They offer gluten free buns at extra charge. I just had to assemble the sandwich by myself from delivery order. Chick-fil-A really makes the best fried chicken, no other fast food restaurants can compete with it! This is my go to restaurant for fast food delivery!

Today my family and I went through the drive-thru for our lunch. Unfortunately when we got home, we realized one sandwich was missing. I called to see what our options were to which the lady I spoke to, Erin, was very helpful. She made sure to send me a text to show proof of the sandwich and even offered a dessert for free. When we went back, all of the workers were sweet. Their customer service never disappoints and I'm grateful it was quick and easy to solve the situation.

I love chic fil a...but no longer coming to this location. Staff is really friendly and I understand it is busy, but my fries have NEVER been salted at this location. Like no salt at all. I don't know if they run low on salt or why they're rationing it, but even after asking for my fries to be salted and asking for an extra side of fries because I had hope they were salted this one time, my fries were...you guess it...not salted.

This is my fourth time getting the veggie wrap and every single time I get it ONLY from this Chick-fil-A the tortilla is extremely soggy so nasty, to the point that my wrapped ribs so now I'm just eating it without the tortilla some of the salad is a little soggy as well . Smh I've complained multiple times but they could never get it right here, the last time they refused to give me my refund and I had to get a salad instead smh

Went to chick fil a to try the new pineapple dragonfruit drink and decided to also get a large fries. My boyfriend happened to looked inside the paper back and saw a small spider or some type of bug. My boyfriend was holding the bag the whole time and did not touch the car floor. We've called the manager said he was gonna send a text but I never received any text and I called at 11am. I believe that this matter should be taken seriously. And be aware to always check inside.

We've been to this establishment many times for breakfast, we've ordered many menu items and always been satisfied. The interior is spacious with booths and tables. Customer services are really good always friendly courteous and attentive, Just an example, I accidentally left my iPhone on my tray the other day and dumped it in the trash. One of the employees was kind to retrieve it for me and I appreciated that. There's plenty of parking with the handicapped stalls at the front entrance.

Leaving 5 stars for John the employee here. Everytime we've been here John always looks like he's working hard while staying kind. He always looks happy to help. I had to call and actually get his name after dining in because I felt like his hard work should be recognized.
