A wonderful franchise full of nice employees! This food has potential but they really need to cater to a healthier crowd. The population loves delicious foods but today we seek Healthier options! I hope CEO and Team takes in consideration to my review and 60 million views. Keep up the good work guys 👍

I ordered chicken soup, chicken strips, and a salad. In my salad, they put pork. When I took it back and told them I don’t eat pork, they changed it. But while I was eating, the manager (black lady) came to me and said I must learn how to order. I explained it was only my second time at Chick-fil-A and that I had already told their employee about my order, but she kept repeating that I must “learn how to order.” I told her that I don't have any problem to pay if she was willing to charge me, but she walked away. I found this very unpleasant and unprofessional, especially without asking any questions first. This was only my second time eating at Chick-fil-A, and it will also be my last. I would never eat at Chick-fil-A again, even if I were hungry and had no other option.

I mean as far as fast food places go it's okay. I don't understand the craze. There was a lineup to get in the drive-thru.

Christian was polite, attentive, and handled my order with care and a positive attitude. It’s clear he’s already embracing the Chick-fil-A culture of kindness and professionalism. we arrive to the speaker box and we were welcomed in a friendly matter. after that, we arrived to the window and were greeted by a team member who seemed like he did not want to be there. No core four at all, no warm welcome, no engaging at all. the whole time while we waited for our food, he kept his back toward us and left the window open which is okay, but the rest of the team members were drinking their drinks in front of a customer, and had their airpods in. the gentleman than gave us our food and when we said thank you, he said “yup” instead of the usual my pleasure. this whole experience was very rude and honestly giving chickfila a bad name.

Unfortunately, this location for Chick-fil-A is one of the worst in the area we live in, and unlucky for us it’s the closest and still a drive away. This location does not represent the Chick-fil-A brand well at all. We’ve ordered here around 7 times or so in the last month and of those seven orders about four out of seven were not correctly packed for us in the drive-through line. - Given a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular chicken sandwich. Doesn’t work for those with stomach issues who can’t have spicy food. - Chick-fil-A sandwich completely missing from the bag even though I paid for it and it’s on the receipt and on the sticker that’s on the bag - Chick-fil-A biscuit not in the bag, even though it’s on the receipt and on the bag packing label as well - And no sauces given multiple times even though it’s on the receipt and on the packing label for the bag Manager told me to call next time, but I have called before for these issues several times and no one ever answers the phone. Considering we only have ordered here a handful of times over the last month and almost all of our orders were wrong, the accuracy of the people packaging peoples orders is absolutely abysmal at this location and unacceptable for the Chick-fil-A brand. At other locations you usually don’t have to check every single bag given to you in the drive through line. Looks like at this one you will have to order they will take your money and not give you anything or give your wrong products. Taking money from customers and not giving them the food they paid for IS STEALING. There is no excuse for a Chick-fil-A having such bad service whenever it comes to what they’re paying for in the drive-through line. DO BETTER.

Long time customer, first time complainer. Question: Whats going on with the sizes of this chicken in my sandwhich? This chicken cutlet would be better described as a chicken sliver. When I think of chickfila , I think of thick juicy chicken and my expierences recently have been far from it. Not worth the money at this point.

Very busy lunchtime crowd. But with chick fil a. Always worth it. Same great food. Fries were hot today. Service great. Atmosphere great…loved the music. And love the rewards app

Ordered via CF app. They Brought food to table. Service excellent! Food hot and tasty. There was an error with one item. Staff went so above and beyond to make it right. So nice to see such great service and good food in a nice clean atmosphere.

My wife had to run into work to drop off tech equipment and I decided to ride with her. it was time for lunch so we decided to drop by Chick-fil-A for lunch. I opened up the app and preordered to save some time in the line. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries and lemonade. My wife decided on the grilled chicken wrap with waffle fries and a Diet Coke. Chick-fil-A has the reputation on knowing how to take care of their customers and move the line of cars in a very efficient manner and today was no exception. This is a very busy location at lunch but the drive-thru was moving quickly. We gave them the name on the mobile order and were told to move forward. Our meal was correct and prepared up to the standards that Chick-fil-A is known for. My chicken sandwich was wonderful as well as my wife's grilled wrap. the cilantro lime dressing took the wrap over the top. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch from Chick-fil-a and will stop in again soon when we're in the area.

This location must have terrible management. The lines are always long. They take your order outside and you wait. Get to the window to pickup your order and it's wrong! Then they ask you to pay the difference for their mistake. Poor customer service!

When this was brought to the managers attention they didn't pay a bit of attention and claim that they did not have a handicap parking spot or aisle by the exit of their drive-thru but I never said it was by the exit of their drive-thru it's by the entrance of the building why would handicapped people enter by the exit of the drive-thru that just underscores how completely moronic the management at this restaurant are. The associates urge you to break the law and make you pull forward over the handicap aisle so that they can take your order when they are busy I brought this to the manager's attention and she acted like it was not a very big deal I have very little confidence that she will even talk to the girl about it so I'm taking it to the Publix attention now... I'm also going to do a corporate complaint. By the way if you do what the associate says and cover the handicap aisle in the parking lot you can be fined over $500 so I suggest that you not listen to their associate when they urge you to break the law.

I have visited multiple locations and have ordered chicken strips and requested that they be cut up. Every single time my request has been met. No questions. No pushback. Simply done. On Tuesday, December 3, I went to this location. Placed my order. And was given the strips uncut. When I asked the manager (Shana) why other locations cut them up she started to explain that every location is a franchise. I interrupted her and cut her off as she wasn't hugging me reason but an excuse, If a location can cut up the chicken for a salad, they can cut it up for the strips. If one location can do this, then everyone can since they obviously all have the same equipment. The request wasn't unreasonable. The request wasn't outside of her power to fulfill. The request would not have bankrupted the location or the corporation. No one would have suffered bodily harm or died as a result of simply cutting the chicken. The bottom line is that this person, a manager, simply didn't want to. She placed a higher value on rules and procedures and "how we do things" than simply making a customer happy. Yes, I yelled at her. No I will not apologize nor regret it. She was being unreasonable. She should be commended for doing a phenomenal job at making me feel that my request was unreasonable. She should also be commended for insulting my intelligence given that it's no secret that chicken is cut up for both the wraps and the salads. Shana should pursue a career as a fire marshal or code enforcement. She clearly holds dear doing things "by the book." She may smile and seem nice but ultimately she's a fraud. "Service" is not about simply following the rules and checking the boxes. It's about creating an experience. A memorable experience. Should I mention her that I'm under doctor's orders to eat 190g of protein a day and that having the chicken cuts makes all of that much easier? Should I mention the amount of money that I've spent ordering this? I had this meal 4x a day during the month of September. Frequently in November. And now occasionally in December. Shana should be reminded of Chick-Fil-A's core values. . . . We're here to serve We keep the needs of our people and our customers at the heart of our work, doing what is best for the business and best for them.

Great service they accommodated me when I came in a little bit almost to closing, but I've been across Chick-fil-A's all across the nation. I've never had somebody tell me I can only get five per meal. I'm already paying like $10. Plus Thank you God bless.

Buyer beware the chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-a in general are not consistent. I continue to be disappointed and receive an average of approx 2.3 oz of grilled chicken. These are prepped at the back of the house. Not sure why it's not closer to the size it's suppose to be. "How many ounces is a Chick-fil-A chicken breast? Okay, well, you probably knew that, but unlike Chipotle, Chick-fil-A uses chicken breasts. The average cooked Chick-fil-A grilled chicken weighs four ounces -- and your average chicken breast doesn't.Jun 29, 2022" Also I always order as it's pictured and just realized today that they actually charge extra for the fancy bun lettuce and tomato . This place is EXTREMELY busy for lunch! The drive-thru wraps around the building twice. It's best to find a parking spot and walk in and order your food. Even better if you order on the mobile app before heading over there. This probably sounds normal to any Chick-fil-a veteran. Overall, the service is pretty fast and staff is friendly. They've messed up our order a couple of times but were able to resolve any issue within a couple of minutes. The food quality is what you expect from any Chick-Fil-A. During the pandemic, they do not allow any indoor dining. My go-to breakfast is the Chick-Fil-A Mini's meal and my go-to lunch is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo (Not the deluxe because I feel the cheese, lettuce and tomato takes away from the chicken flavor and makes the entire sandwich bland).

I really had a terrible experience with Burnadet and Shanya. I am big on customer service and treating people how I would like to be treated. It really upset me that when I looked at my food, it was cold and old. I called burnadet and she told me the only way they could do something is if I brought the food back? How.... I'm back on the clock. Then Shanya told me that the fries are cold and no longer fresh after 3 minutes and what we do when we leave is on us. Food should at least be warm not cold and old. What I expected was to rectify this issue and write my name down so I can come back after work and get my food but they told me that the only thing she could do is credit my app and that's being nice. I would have apologize and told the customer that I will be happy to fix your order as soon as you get here. I could see if I had ordered the whole menu but I just ordered an 8 count combo. Sara from the care team took care of me and was nice.

Sara was a very kind and polite lady. My boyfriend ordered me some dinner since he is away for the night at work and when I got there she asked me if i had another card and I told her unfortunately I don't I didn't order it. Thinking I wasn't going to get my food I checked my hoodie for my phone and told her I accidentally left it at home and she it was okay. She gave me my meal for free and I apologized to her letting her know that I will make sure this doesn't happen again. I also really appreciate how she was kind enough to help me out, this dinner was a cheer up meal since I had a bad day at work and I'm very grateful and appreciate of how she handled the situation. I will definitely be paying her a visit to pay it forward to her.

Welp, this is disappointing. Found a hair in my food and some of the salad was welted, most likely old.

I ordered my food online. I arrived and put on the app that I arrived, then stood by the pick up for a while because I thought someone would be notified that I was there by the app. No one greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Then I got my food, which was the part that upset me. My fries are half empty. The chicken nuggets are almost all super small........ Just not a great experience at all.

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A fresh hot friendly, tasty food and a plus when you use the app I'll always take points on my purchase, and the free rewards are always welcome

Dumba$$ idiots, I wasn't even in a rush but apparently they were! I was looking forward to eating my chicken sandwich with colby jack cheese and extra pickles after donating plasma, but when I opened the sandwich there were no pickles not one! I would have let the two top buns slide, but really, you forget to add pickles when I said extra pickles?!

We stopped here for a late lunch on a Monday. Even around 2pm on a Monday, this place was slammed. Initially we ordered ours "to go" because there weren't any tables open for our 6-person party. BUT, by the time our order came up, tables opened up and we dined in. I have to say, sitting at the 2-top tables towards the restrooms are a little stressful. While trying to eat on a teeny tiny table, people are walking past us on both sides. I felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable. I was a little surprised this Chick-fil-A didn't have a play area too. I think it's the first one I've been to which didn't have one. Disappointing for the kiddos. Two things that are great regardless of the Chick-fil-A location are: the service and the food. The workers were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Always going above and beyond. The food was great as well. Some of the items we ordered included: a Southwest salad, a spicy chicken sandwich meal, nuggets meal, kids tender meal and kids nugget meal. Food was hot and fresh.

This is by far the most mismanaged location in the DFW area. The line attendants are out of sync most of time which actually delays the drive thru line even more. Employees are nice, it's simply just not managed as well as others. Also, I quit coming here for a few months because one of my nuggets had a HUGE LARGE bone in it, clearly visible and should have been caught before it boxed up to a customer. The only reason I come here is because the location is nearest to my ofc. I suggest avoiding the location if you can!

I love chick fil a! I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich for breakfast but I was craving a chicken biscuit today. The staff are always nice. The price, which today was $5 and some change, is up my alley! If you haven't tried it yet, for lunch, get the cool chicken wrap, and this is important guys, the avocado ranch dressing. It will change your life, I know it did mine! And the Chocolate chip cookies...get a pack!

This Chickfila always has a long drive-through line and I never understand why people don't just do mobile order since it is WAY faster. I always do mobile order & curbside pickup. Super quick. Never had to wait more than few minutes. Food is always fresh, hot, and the delicious Chickfila quality everyone loves.

If your interested in trying out the drive thru from hell, stop by the Irving, MacArthur location! What I love is it goes from like two lanes, to one lane, back to two lanes, then one lane or some crap. I felt like I was going to get flipped off when I was finally trying to get to the infamous drive thru merge. That's just getting there into the parking lot! I have seen cars parked on MacArthur which people are trying to get to the freeway on a 6 lane street! As for the food I mean it's good for the price, chicken is usually tender at most locations I have been to. Just gets boring going there all the time. It's a once a month or two thing for me. I have yet to try the mobile pickup service which I observed however since the lot is so busy I'd be afraid to try it much less actually go in the place.

This drive thru is the slowest ever they need to retrain their employees or something. Extremely slow service. Friendly happy employees but need to pick up the pace

Longest line I have ever sat in in a Chick-Fil-A - line of customers with wrong orders waiting to be let back into the dining room should have been a clue but I waited anyway. Ordered a gluten free sandwich and paid extra for the gluten free bun - got no bun at all. Warm Arnold Palmer. Manager was on site but it clearly wasn't helping. This location needs a lot of work!

My order is always wrong half the time. This is the "McDonald's" version of Chick Fil A. Drove home just to see I got the small baby ass kale salad when I ordered the large. Also paid more for less. Called just for them to ask me if I wanted to drive back up there after I got home; NO, I want to sit the fuck down after working. Damn. How hard is it? Wasn't hard to charge me more for less. The hell am I going to do with this little ass salad with 12 grilled nuggets? Pisses me off. Ugh

I love Chick-fil-A and this to me is one of the better ones in the DFW area. They are fast efficient and the staff here is friendly and helpful and get your day started right. My favorite breakfast food here is the chicken minis which are basically chicken nuggets tucked away in a honey butter biscuit that is delicious. They come in a 3 count in a 4 count I always get the fork at just to make sure I have enough to keep me going until lunch.

This Chick Fil A has the WORST drive through and parking lot I have ever experienced. Do NOT waste your time coming here as it's a more of a pain than it's worth.

Drive thru is slower than a whataburger at 3 am on a weekend. It's faster to drive up the road to the other chick fil a. Have gotten my order wrong multiple times but the wait is the worst when you are used to other locations being faster than a Texas highway

The only chick fil a that I know that does not have it together for long lines. Not in a hurry at all. Food is good but half my lunch is spent in line. I don't know any other chick fil a that's like this.

I like chick fila but the line at this location is always ridiculously long. And a lot of time people don't understand how the line works and they end up blocking the drive through exit waiting to get in.

I am a fan of their sandwiches. That being said. I had the worst chicken sandwiche from this particular location. I usually go to the one at 635 and MacArthur. For whatever reason they were not available on the app. I'm at work. Need a quick place to get lunch. Order through the app. Make my way. This is right after 5 pm. I figure it might be a little wait. Get there it is busy. NP I'm ok with a that. Since I ordered through the app I go inside. Have to wait a few before I'm waited on. The first girl can't find my order. I check my app to make sure I sent it to the correct store. I did. Still she can't find it. Another person comes over. I show her the app with the order and location. Oh now she finds it. Wait a few more minutes. Finally get my order. Have to rush back to work. Eating the fries on the way. Warm and a little soggy. Not to upset though. They are good. But for 5 pm at a busy store kinda of sucks. Get to work. Open up the sandwich and I am not happy. Looks like the chicken has set for an hr. Hard all around the chicken. Tear it open hard and dry. Frigging pathetic. It's the location. Never had this issue at the 635/MacArthur location. Pure trash. Threw it away. Disgusted. I also bought an 8 pc nugget. Those were tasty. Saved me from starving and going to get food elsewhere. SMH

Love Chick-fil-A. This is the absolute slowest and most inefficient location I've ever been to in my life. Waited 25 minutes in the drive through line and once you're in you can't get out. There is another location 5 minutes up the road - go to that one instead; you won't regret it.

Breakfast crew is terrible. Worst CFA experience that I've ever had. Order is wrong every morning

Maaan. In the last two weeks I've had some strange problems with this morning crew @ the drive thru. I order a sausage egg biscuit meal and end up with a chicken biscuit with no hash browns. This has happened TWICE!! Not cool because even I went back i was given problems with getting the correct order. I work in the area so it's close but who wants to go back to correct an order?!

This is a small, decent Chick-fil-A that was ok in vibe and service, and the food was great. It just lacked the very friendly vibe of others I have dined at. My egg-white chicken sandwich was very good and their small, round disk-like hash browns were good. The sriracha sauce was excellent. The coffee was so hot, I had to ask for ice on my way out to drink it.

Is this normal? Someone definitely needs to explain this to me or at least a refund! Someone should let the owner know that this is what we are getting.

Their waffle fries are amazing and that Chick Fil A sauce? OMG! No words. My husband loved their spicy grilled chicken sandwich. We used the app to order last time and it was easy to use and got our order fast. I usually skip the drive through because it's always packed and just go into the store instead.

This Chick-fil-A makes me hate going to any Chick-fil-A. I work in customer service and everytime I come to this Chick-fil-A I get an attitude wether it's in the drive thru or in store. I never see a manager around and they always get my order wrong or never give sauces even after asking. Drive thru takes longer than Starbucks no matter the time or how many people are waiting. I just have not received a true Chick-fil-A experience since 2010 they've gone downhill.

Please do away with all of the crumbs in your fries when you serve us a large fry we only receive five waffle fries every time and the rest are just edges they are really hard to eat. we cannot enjoy our waffle fries if half of the container is all crumbs please stop serving crumbs. Maybe you all use a scooper but can you please use tongs so you can avoid picking up the crumbs instead you will be picking up all waffles for our meal. Please respond.

I have moved around a lot and have never had any issues at other locations. At this location I have had my order wrong at least 3 times & have never gotten a smile or a "my pleasure" from an employee there. Seems harsh I know but Chick Fil A has a certain standard that just has never been met at this location. I read another review that said this is the "McDonalds of Chick Fil A locations" and this couldn't be more true. Can't wait for the other location to open up after renovations- I will drive farther for a good experience!!

I have been on the Keto diet for some time now and it works for me but this morning I wanted to cheat just a little. How disappointed was I to stop at this Chick-fil-A on my way to the office to only find that the hash browns served were hard and immensely over cooked. I guess there's really no joy in cheating!

I love ChikFilA but this place almost never gives you freshly made burger and fries. And I always avoid 12-1pm due to how busy they are. Avoid drive through and get the app for pickup as the line is always long.

Honestly, it's in your best interest to not come here. Any of the other chick fil a will be quicker and make up for the lost drive time it takes to drive away from this one.

My mom and I live right down the road from this location. We don't like to frequent this one as much because it's just never really up to "Chick-fil-A" status. This is like the McDonald's of Chick-fil-A's. Also, my mom has had food poisoning from this location twice now. Sure, it happens once, some bad chicken slips through. But twice is just crazy. As a former Chick-fil-A employee, I know first hand the rules and regulations and find it crazy that bad chicken has made its way through. But I'm also always disappointed in this location's employees, the restaurant's cleanliness, and lack of hustle. It's Chick-fil-A. You have to move quick. We won't be back to this location. It should be shut down honestly. Or maybe.. new management?

I have been into several branches but this place right here have the crispiest hashbrowns... yummeh..

When to get breakfast 09/15/22 and ask for a spicy chicken on egg muffin and instead got a sausage with muffin , how hard could that be there is a different between chicken a patty sausage and the muffin was burnt , I needed to take medicine and wanted something quick and different for breakfast , but wrong, get to work and very disappointed .

It is a good Chick-fil-A, kind and fast service (much to expect from Chick-fil-A). I'm typically hard on Chick-fil-A's due to my 2.5 years of Chick-fil-A experience. I did not feel especially welcomed as I came through the door. I do truly expect a good Chick-fil-A welcome and smiles however I did not receive that other than from the kind man who expedited my food out and asked if there was anything he could do for me. Buying for my lunch I used a tax free exemption card and knowing that Chick-fil-A's typically accept it I knew that the manager/shift leader would have to step in (it's a pretty confusing process of steps). Regardless of the result (they only tax exempt for catering) I did not feel greeted by the managers or team leaders. All in all it was a good experience but nothing that isn't unique apart from any other Chick-fil-A. Thank you for your fast service and I applaud the expediter for his kind smile and hard work! Keep at it!

Consistently the worse C-f-A around. Ordered two meals, got home and kids meal missing. Had to drive back kid screaming because the server at the drive thru was busy chit chatting with a coworker. Go inside and had to wait 10 minutes to get the missing food - no apology. Go elsewhere.

25 minute wait in the drive-thru for 2 kid meals and a sandwich. It was 7:15pm, but I'd expect quicker service. They know what to expect. And they forgot my drink. Subpar. Not worthy.

I've been a long-time customer at this neighborhood Chick-Fil-A and I've never Yelped about it until now. While this isn't a KFC-type of restaurant, Chick-Fil-A offers their chicken done in various ways. Whether done traditionally in a bun, in a biscuit sandwich for breakfast, in a wrap, in a soup, by themselves, whatever. I loved their chicken sandwiches...both regular and spicy, with their hash browns and/or waffle fries. While this particular location gets packed during lunch hours on a weekday, you'll find their food is worth the wait.

Big fan of this location. I went through the drive-through just the other morning and was out in my way in 3 minutes. Always love how I drive away hearing, "my pleasure!" Definitely will always get my service. They stand for everything I believe.
