I just feel like if the point of a Cobb salad is the egg & online even says one sliced egg then giving customers half of ONE egg in a salad is beyond me and wrong. I understand eggs are high right now okay well up the price for the salad but don’t give me half an egg and call it a Cobb salad. I’m highly disappointed. I’ve had about 3 salads in the span of a month to see if anything changes or if I’m just getting bad salads and nothing has changed

Everytime I come here my order is messed up or not completed. The last time they completely forgot my 12 count nuggets. I spoke to a really nice manager and I picked up my food the next day and it was resolved. However, today we decided to get a 30 count nugget family meal with 4 fries and cookies. Well, we only got 25 nuggets. It’s really frustrating to pay for something and not get what you are promised. We will be going to a different location next time and hopefully those employees can count.

lol my cat 😂🩷🐈 I went through the mobile-order side of the line and it was fast because I already placed my order. You just scan the QR code at the sign. It gives you instructions on the CFA app. I really love CFA because they currently have this game going on where you play it and WIN FREE FOOD/DESSERT/DRINK. So far, I was able to win FREE chicken nuggets and a brownie! Check out my receipt for proof :) I usually order the cob salad and Oreo milkshake from CFA. It is always good.

Went through drive thru where there were 3 people outside and managed to still get skipped then order 2 twelve counts and one had only 9 nuggets

I ordered curbside. I got the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuit sandwich. My son got the Chick n Minis and hash browns. The food came out on time and hot. The coffee was hot and fresh. Great and friendly service.

Was in the line this morning wasn't sure if they were inside or outside cus they do usually have heaters.i pulled to far up to make an order for the speaker..was told to back up, was trying to but the lady behind me started beeping cus she wasn't moving. So I pulled up to the window to the order. And was told that had to drive around to give my order and wait . I've worked in food service I could have given order and waited in the front 🙃 it's ok though we ended up leaving to spend our money else where

The best I’ve been to. Staff was EXTRA courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond for the perfect order. Super clean! Food make with extra love lol

Sat in the drive thru for over 25mins before i got to order..

I seriously just wanted to have a Texas experience but like many other Chick-Fil- A, it was typical going through their drive thru. I hardly go to Chick-Fil- A so I'm unfamiliar with their menu. I got the most basic and asked them to just give me what they thought was their favorite sauces. I got their basic Chicken Sandwich and tried their Polynesian, ranch, chick-Fil- A and barbecue sauce. My favorite? I think just their regular chick-fil- a was good enough for me. It went well with my chicken sandwich. As far as Customer Service, they were very helpful.

my son ordered lunch on the chic fil e app after I picked it up and took it to him. He ordered something else so I took him his lunch and went back to get the food he ordered. they threw the food in the trash and told me I can't get a refund because the food was sitting there for 30 minutes. They said they took the time to make it so they can't refund it or remake it because their end was fulfilled so I'm out of no food and no refund so basically they took my money! never again will I go to chic fil E.

Updating a review from over a year ago since the restaurant recently went under major updates for both staffing and construction. I have noticed that the speed and quality of service as well as the quality of the food has significantly improved over the last few months. Since reopening I haven't been disappointed -- a complete 180!! As a person with a gluten allergy the options for fast food is super limited and I am please with the improvements and have added this Chick Fil A back into a frequent stop.

I recently tried their breakfast and there was no disappointment for me. I'm not sure what I was expecting to be honest but I definitely enjoyed my breakfast bowl and the hash browns. They could definitely use more work on their iced coffee or cold brew is how they presented it, because it was straight dookie! Like a lot of other places, they put more ice than the actual product but theirs did not have any type of flavor which sucked and of course its in a small cup. I'll share pictures once I'm done with this review.

They were closed for months for renovations only to take out the play place. We'll be traveling to the other locations from now on. Very disappointing.

So I'm eating my Cobb salad and I find this jagged piece of plastic in my salad. I tried calling Chick-fil-A I was sent to voice-mail. Now that you can see it better than me trying to explain this. Maybe I can get some answers on why this plastic is in the salad?

I kid you not, every time we've gone through the drive thru or ordered online/UberEats, they've ALWAYS forgotten our sauce! Thankfully we've started buying the sauce at the stores but still. Also, the line is always long and the parking lot gets congested during busy times. The waffle fries are never crispy and always soggy. Never been impressed by this location.

I have to give them 5 starts for speed. The drive thrus we're busy, but I got my food pretty fast. But wow... I am disappointed in the value. 1 star for the amount of food for the cost. Those nuggets weren't even the size of a quarter and they charge $6 for 12 tiny nuggets. I'm not expecting fine dining, but come on! What a rip off! Disappointing family treat. We don't get to go out often and the time we do, there isn't even enough food for everyone because we were expecting the nuggets to be a little bigger.

Thank you Chick-fil-A (Killeen) for not providing a fork for my salad and forgetting my son's juice box. Worse experience from the get go. From now on I'm sticking Cove's Chick-fil-a

This chick-fil-A was very clean and the customer service was very on point. Dine in with da family and food was ready in minutes.. food was hot and delicious. I would recommend this place

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately every single time we come here something is missing out of our order or the food is so burn/stiff we can't finish our food. We keep going back hoping it was just an accidental thing but it is an all the time occurrence. Tonight when we went we ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with sprite and the chicken sandwich meal with a sprite. The chicken nuggets were so over cooked I ate one and it took me over a minute to chew fully to swallow. The chicken sandwich only had one pickle on it and it too was way over cooked and our sprites were out of syrup. All around was just a not pleasant experience. If you're thinking of going to a location don't pick this one. Make the extra drive for better food to get your moneys worth.

By far the superior location in this area. They've made some changes and they're on it now! If you live in Harker Heights, drive to Kileen, HH is WAY more expensive and they can NEVER get your order correct, also slow as Christmas...this location is worth the extra couple of mins to drive. Cheaper than the extra gas you spent.

went through drive thru this evening. Girl took our order. Roommat got fries and large sweet tea. I order a number one, chicken sandwich, fries and a half and half tea. Well we get the teas and fries. She never ordered my #1 and I got a half tea and lemonade. Well let the young man know and he brings me the sandwich only. To me if I order a number off the menu that means the combo meal! so disappointed as I have eaten chick fil a since the 80's at the original dwarf house in Hapeville, Ga. Tried calling the restaurant but got nothing but automated, no human.

Very slow. It took close to 20+mins in the drive through for two cars. Seems understaffed and those that do work there look like they lack direction of what they're doing or what needs to be done.

The staff is friendly I'll give them that but they always get my order wrong. Every time I've gone they've forgotten things or gotten my drinks wrong. It's disappointing. Also sometimes the chicken tastes... off. Not sure what that's about.

I want to curse so bad but I'm not gonna do it. This place has the worst delivery team i have ever seen I'm my LIFE!! 1 whole hour to deliver some that's 15mins away. And the casually strolls up like he got here in a decent time frame. Save yourself the trouble and don't ever pick delivery. You will literally die of starvation messing with them. It says 1 star but it's really -1.

Andrew was incredible he was super sweet and I love his hair lol I love that you guys hire such a great staff. He even told us about the survey. There was a mixup with my kids meal coupon but Myell was super sweet and took care of it. Beautiful staff. Thank you guys so much. -Nirvana

Something is definitely off with me after i ate here yesterday. Ive been to this location 4 times in a month (gross i know) because I just moved here and its close to my house Well the first 2 times i had the salad and it was great. The third and fourth time i got spicy deluxe sandwich meals and my husband got the cfa deluxe meal. My son got grilled nuggets We ordered our meals with unsweetened tea and there was no ice in it. My spicy deluxe sandwich was supposed to have american cheese and it had pepperjack even though the box said american * . Still ate it because i was hungry. Well the fries were soggy. They had 4 people on break . This was yesterday. Im sure they werent super busy if they had 4 people on a break. My husband said it must have been "the b crew" working The food just wasnt hot. Wasnt good, was very disappointed. The grilled nuggets felt like they were in the warmer too long (texture was off) Im sick of this place. Not only that but i feel like absolute crap now. I felt spicy all day after i had the meal. This chick fil a is not up to standard. I worked for chick fil a for 3 years so i know what the food should taste like. After how i feel today (curled over, heart burn, feel like im gonna have an ass splosion) i dont want to return to the establishment. Im excited to have beans and rice at home once i feel better.

Unfortunately people don't really write many reviews about having great experiences. My experience with this chick fil a has gone downhill each time. Suprisingly, their drive thru orders were more competent than their dine in. Dine in workers have been nice at the counter, but order is never 100 percent right. I contacted this restaurant about an order that was made and they said they couldnt find it. Chick fil a is supposed to be based on customer service excellence: this location is lacking That. I gave my name and my husbands full name as well as the last 4 of my card . I understand that things sometimes go wrong but our fries were cold, grilled nuggets rubbery. Spicy deluxe sandwich was made with pepperjack (not what i wanted) i wanted american My toddler had diarhea : im sick to my stomach i cant eat anything , i even took a pregnancy test, thats how nauseous I am. My husband has diarhea too. The way that Jay dealt with the problem was very non chalant so i had no choice but to contact corporate instead. Very very dissatisfied. Will not go back to this location .

I love CFA but this location has gone downhill and doesn't proved the level of service or food that you expect from CFA. I will be driving to copperas cove or Harker Heights from now on! I placed a curbside order at 1015 for 2 breakfast meals and coffees, there is no reason that it should take 29 minutes to receive my order! And then when I get home, my piece of chicken looked like a chicken strip instead of a filet, so disappointed. This isn't the first time this location has taken forever to bring out the curbside order... I ordered a few days ago and did carry out and it took over 20 minutes to get my food also, the people that walked in and ordered got their food before I did, so what is the point in placing your order ahead of time if it's going to take longer?

This restaurant sucks!! Even if you order curbside they still take at least 15 minutes hell sometimes it takes longer than going in the drive thru and I end up going inside to see why my food hasn't been brought out and it's just sitting there on their counter

There's always a long line at chick fil a so I wasn't shocked or upset. I was actually really happy with how fast the line went, they have employees out taking orders and they get your food at a decent speed. I will say I've gone through the drive through and then went inside and ordered carry out and going inside is MUCH faster!! Very friend staff, and very good food!

Play Area: Thank you for this indoor play area! My daughter loves to play and be around children. I love taking her to the park but the Texas heat is brutal. This place allows my daughter to burn off that energy in a secure and air conditioned space. Food: I didn't grow up eating this but I've grown to like it. My favorite is the chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce and waffle fries. Delicious. I've also tried their deluxe chicken sandwich and it was one of the best tasting chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Service: Amazing! The manager always walks around the dining area and asks how everything is going. She'll bring out more high chairs and refill your drinks. The staff will bring your food to you, refill drinks, clean tables and are very friendly and courteous at all times even when it's packed. The only downfall to this place is its always busy around lunch time. Parents just like me are taking their kiddos for lunch and then play time in the play area around the same time. Expect a pack dining area during lunch with parents and kiddos everywhere.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location has the worst customer service I've experienced. Today I was assisted by a very rude employee by the name of Xavia who rushed me through my entire order and gave an attitude when I told her what to omit on the sandwiches. The interaction continued to be very sour, specifically when she reached for my card (method of payment). Please note that we are going through a pandemic and are trying to have as minimal contact a possible. When asked if I can swipe my own card, she responded in a very rude tone "go ahead". To top it off, she got frustrated with me when the card reader gave an error every time I swiped the card. This was a very disappointing experience and I truly hope Management sees this as an opportunity to train and re-train staff on how to properly treat customers. It was truly "my pleasure" leaving this review as it might benefit others and once again, create an opportunity to educate their staff.

This is the WORST Chick-fil-A we have ever been to and we have been to many, many in our time. HORRIBLE customer service and when we asked a question, the guy was so RUDE that he didn't hear us, got an attitude and then as we pulled down we heard him say with an agitated voice "oh my GOD". We never complain, never have any issues, and having worked in the restaurant industry, I am pretty understanding about a lot of things. SO thankful there are other, better Chick-fil-As nearby. AVOID this one.

Chick fil a never disappoints...the staff are ALWAYS friendly and inviting...even if the order got mixed up they still serve you with a smile

Don't get me wrong i love chick-fil-a. But this location's employees are over the top in your face annoying. Also, there are way to many employees in the building most of them were just standing there because there was not even enough room for them to move around behind the counter. Do not go inside the building if you don't want to be bothered every minute.

You would think that for the price, the food would be bigger or better. I like Chick Fil-A but I could have easily went to MacDonald's or somewhere else and got a chicken biscuit. The only thing they don't have is the Polynesian sauce.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich, I told the lady to NOT put pickles on my sandwich because I have allergies. When I parked and started eating my sandwich I found pickles on it. This is not the first time it's happened and I'm sure it's not the last time. Really the WORST chick fil a, WORST customer service, unfriendly people and always getting the orders wrong.

My husband and I go to this CFA very often and usually we love it but I'm very disappointed. All I wanted was a chocolate cookie (my husband got two sandwiches) we ordered it and paid. Very disappointed no cookie, we turned back around and was like "hey forgot the cookie" and they were like "idk what you're talking about we gave it to you"..... nope no cookies in the bag. Glad McDonnalds is on the way home because they never disappoint with their chocolate cookies.

Easily the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Something always gets messed up or they take forever even if nobody is there and they never. The managers never do anything about the problem even after I have personally told them about all the problems I have had here. All in all this place is very happy being a horrible restaurant.

I've never had an issue with any other Chick-fil-a until this one. I'm not so much mad as I am disappointed, I have literally never been wronged by a Chick-fil-a until now. I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple order of 3 items, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 1 large order of waffle fries for me and my wife. Somehow they managed to mess that up. Now I'm sitting at home with 1 sandwich and 1 order of fries. This was my first and also my last visit to this establishment. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.

No clue why it should take 15 minutes to get curbside order when there was quite literally only 5 cars in the drive through. Ordered 10 minutes prior to rolling up. People were jetting through the drive through line in less than 5 minutes. Don't get me started on the first experience here when they gave me the wrong salad and drink not once, but thrice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. WORST one I've ever been to. Ridiculously long wait in the drive through, order incorrect. Just would have avoided this place all together if I could have. I've had breakfast during the weekday and Saturday lunch regularly with my toddler. Staff is always great and friendly. Someone tell Becki she's super awesome! I saw that lady on point today during lunch rush. I saw her running around doing all sorts of tasks (not just perched on a register). Food is generally good, it's been slightly cold sometimes, other times they've given me "extra" since a 4ct was up instead of a 3ct. Thanks! Patrons can sometimes remind you of the people of Walmart, but it's to be expected I guess.

There is always a line here, but it is MUCH faster than any other fast food location during the rush hour. Curb side pick up is very slow, I feel like there needs to be improvement there. But this is one of the best Chick-fil-A's I've visited. They always give plenty of sauce if you ask. I always leave with hot fries and nuggets. And my order has yet to be wrong once.

Yes, yes, it's fast food, and maybe the greetings and behavior are mandatory ... but, it's refreshing to eat a quick meal somewhere in a clean and friendly environment. I love their chicken breakfast burrito and the fact that their food always seems fresh. The employees are all well-groomed and polite. Overall, the food and atmosphere make this an easy choice.

Decided to come here for lunch the other day with my mother who likes their sauces. We ordered Two 4 piece tender meals and a 12 piece nugget. At the window I asked for a couple extra sauces, and the lady putting the order together said NO we only give 6 at the most. Not sure when that policy started but damn if her attitude that bad probably should get another job.

Me and my wife ordered 30 pc nuggets, a medium waffle fry, a vanilla shake and a cobb salad but didn't receive any of the Chick-fil-A sauce we ordered. No fork. No straw. No napkins. And it didn't even taste fresh like every other Chick-fil-A. Get yourselves together and give ppl what they order fresh and all the condiments and utensils.

We stopped in for Christmas pictures with Santa and the cow. I guess we missed the cow, but my kids had a blast and the entire staff (Santa included) were super friendly. I'm hoping next year they can have Santa stay an hour longer as it's somewhat difficult to make it between 4-6pm when you work a FT job.

I enjoy chick fil a a lot. My husband and I placed a mobile order for two large fries. We walk in and do not get greeted. So we proceed to go underneath the pickup sign. There we wait for three minutes before an employee approaches. Once the gentleman realized we were standing there, I told him we had a mobile order and gave him the name it was under. He then proceeds to the back and comes back up front and acts like we weren't there. Finally after five minutes of talking to the first gentleman, a manager comes by and i told him we were waiting for a mobile order of two large fries. He kindly goes and gets them for us but forgets all the sauces. So we had to wait for the first gentleman to grab the sauces. It just seemed like he didn't enjoy his job one bit!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Every time I go to this location the employees are always rude and my order is always not right. I'm so disappointed because I love Chick Fil A but this location is just horrible.
