This Chick-fil-A location is pretty great! It always has a line late at night so be ready to wait a bit for your food. The staff are friendly and work very fast. The food is also pretty good - it seems like it might sit for a bit under a heat lamp so it’s not as hot as it is from other locations. There’s a decent amount of space to sit and eat your food right there as well!

We ate here several times while staying at Golden Nugget. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Especially want to mention Felicia. She was there several times and always very friendly and helpful. Food is what you would expect from Chick FIL a. Had their breakfast biscuit and Cobb salad.

Chick-fil-A delivers the most amazing chicken burgers and waffle fries I know and love - I hadn't been back to the States in 4 years, so coming here was one of the first things on my list. The service is super friendly, and the food always hits the spot. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. Tip: Ask for every flavour of dipping sauce

This was awesome! I don't have Chick-fil-A at home. This is right by the Carson Tower where my room was. Service was so fast and polite. Mad respect for the two women that worked the front counter this evening!

They are just so kind when you answer the phone. I was not sure when they closed so I called and they answered so quickly some places you have to go through AI bot and stuff like that. Whoever answered for me, I give them five stars. They were so kind. <3

Well... This was a failed attempt at some fresh chicken. It turns out I got the over cooked left overs(see photo) portion size is a problem for the price. I won't do that again...

I come here regularly being my local chick-fil-A so yesterday I went in to grab a bite to eat and so I wanted some extra pickles so I kindly asked the sever that was handing out the food may I please have some pickles on the side she replied sure and Hanes me some pepper so I hades it back and repeated I need side pickle she then told me I'd haft to get in line to purchase a side of pickles because they charge so I was a little bothered that they wanna charge me for side pickles but again I went along with it got in line paid 54 cents for side pickles but there was no option for side pickles so the cashier told me she would charge me for cheese but it's going to be for the pickles I said okay in my head I'm thinking to myself I'm pretty sure dairy cost more then the vegetable but hey I paid anyway to only hear the other cashier tell her co-worker that they don't charge for pickles at all of course I've already paid by this point so I proceeded to wait for me order which they the original server made me wait in order for my side pickles I did but didn't understand why if she knew I was going to purchase a side of pickles why not just let the team know and it could've been done with but I waited and what makes it even worse when my order on the screen came up to the cooks in the back the original server that asked me to purchase my side pickles looked at the cook and said oh and you know what that's order is for... Referring to the order of cheese on the screen The Cook replies no as she handing a slice of cheese over to be bagged so the original server finally tells the cooks it's for a side of pickles I got my pickles and the literally gave me 3 pickles for 54 cents crazy so now I'm here because being downtown makes up pay the most for some your food at 16 bucks a combo I'm just not happy being charged for something that's not even in the computer to charge me for.

In still really hungry after ordering Mac and cheese and order Of fries. They gave half a scoop in my Mac and cheese and didn't top off on the fries.

I ordered the egg white chicken grill sandwich which I noticed that the chicken breast is much thinner now than my previous visits. It is literally sliced length wise in half. You now charge more for this sandwich and get less. So unfair and not worth the price. Today will be my last visit to your establishment.

Fast.. Super Friendly & Consistent on dealing with a mast amount of people! I mean people from all walks of life who may not be the nicest. We were in Vegas & stopped in Chick fil A twice & Ms Whitney was our cashier and she was helping us both times. On our second visit today I had to reach out to her and tell her customer service skills are "Steller"!! If she was working in my home town I would be recommending her for a job!! As we picked up our food I mentioned this to the manager! Now about the food so steaming hot I had to wait a bit to take a bite.. which I didn't mind, if I'm purchasing food I want it HOT! This place definitely performs and I highly recommend when in this area.

Too expensive for "baby-size" chicken tenders, an inch long! I'm learning to cook good ol' fashion meals at home!

We have never had issues with Chic-fil-A in the past but this visit was different. If I order your new Pimento Chicken Sandwich, I EXPECT THERE TO BE A PIMENTO CHICKEN SANDWICH IN THE BAG. Toddler was fussing in the car, we had quite a few items, so I did not go through the entire order before leaving. Ended up at home with no Pimento Sandwich, too far to drive back. You can do better.

There was only 2 people in front of me but it took 20 min to get to the register. Ordered a sandwich and a shake. Waited another 15 min for my sandwich, another 5 for them to say they didn't have shakes. I could barely get out of there cause my shoes were stuck to the floor, so gross.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Their food is spectacular and ALWAYS hot, fast and fresh.

I truly don't understand how anyone can give less than 5 stars for this location. I'm here at the golden nugget for the life is beautiful festival and went down to this location to grab some lunch before heading out for the day - and this team is amazing. The line was all the way around the corner but it went so fast - maybe 10 mins to get through about 35 orders. Not to mention when I got to the register, by the time I paid and got my drinks, another lovely woman had my bags in hand ready to go (not at the pick up window, at the pay window!). They were friendly and super fast - everything was in my bag down to the napkins and every sauce I asked for. Im not sure why there's so many rough reviews here because I had a great experience and I'll definitely be back for a quick chicken Sammy!! Thanks guys !

I normally like Chick-fil-A but this time I can't say really anything positive about the place. I visited the one that is inside the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas. First of all, the manager there should probably look for another Job. She looks very miserable and the entire time there no ONE smile from her. In fact, when she served the order, I asked for sauce, and she gave me an attitude said she was the only one handling the orders...ok but all she had to do was grab them and place them in my bag. The I asked for the shakes that I had ordered and again said I'm the only one filling orders. Again, ok but I'd like my order filled since I did pay for the shakes. I ordered chicken strips, and I must say normally they are good but this time they were a little burned and dried. All in all, not a good experience this time around.

I would like to compliment the crew you have here at the Golden Nugget. I have been there for the last 3 days. The employees working there are as polite and pleasant as I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They are also exceptionally fast and professional at getting the orders out. Chic fil A shines above the rest in this part of Vegas!

Check your order ! You probably don't recognize mine, but that's a spicy chicken sammich. I probably had about 3 bites with actual chicken meat. It all hard and tough, and meatless. And they gave me this janky dollar lol. I feel like they didn't like me This isn't a chick-fil-a. 1 star for the mediocre customer service 0 for the food. A mcchicken tastes 10 times better.

Good place for a quick bite if staying at the Golden Nugget. It literally is inside the hotel and 1 min walk to the shark tank pool. Took out 1 star food didn't taste as fresh as the stand alone buildings. Good option for something cheap.

Great customer service. Food was out quickly and our order was correct. Only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the casino atmosphere.

Initially didn't receive one of our sandwiches, and the other sandwich was requested to have a separate side of pickles to avoid a soaked sandwich. Still regardless received a soaked container holding the said sandwich. Made the drive all the way back to have the one sandwich we did Receive wrong to be replaced with a cold sandwich we also got the other sandwich that wasnt even in the bag and a huge side of disrespectful attitude. Lead of the shift, manager, what ever it is ITZEL likes to go by needs to be addressed as well as her entire shift. We didn't hesitate with our order, patience or manners. If you make a mistake at work at the very least take the opportunity you're given to fix it AND FIX IT politely . My pleasure . A joke

Taught fifth graders all day and arrived in on a flight very late. Was obviously hungry. Chick fil A was at the elevator bank. Ordered a salad. Sat down and realized the dressing in the bag was missing. No problem. Went to the counter to ask. After I was ignored by a senior aged lady , ( she was the manager) I asked another staff member. The lady intervened and said I couldn't have one. That it would be 81 cents extra. I said , " but I didn't get one". She said I already got one and go check my bag very condescendingly. I had one salad bowl, one fork, and one packet of croutons. I was told no. I was so upset I told my family that I'm leaving. Last I heard, my sister went to try to get me a salad dressing and she was also yelled at. Which caused my sister to start screaming. And then they called security ( I heard). I had already gone back to the room. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and I'm almost 50. All of the other workers were very nice and pleasant while taking our orders. But not the manager. :-(

This is a good spot inside the Golden Nugget for a quick inexpensive bite to eat when you are in a hurry. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich for around $5 which is not too bad. After I paid I already had the sandwich bag in my hand in less than a minute, talk about quick service. The sandwich was bit small but the flavor and spice level was pretty good.

I love the pressured fried chicken. The best. Enough said. The quality and the service can not be beat.

First time trying Chick-fill-A yesterday at the Golden Nugget. I always wondered what the hype was all about. Well I gotta say, it was pretty good. Sitting in the Golden Nugget hotel eating Chick-fil-A nuggets. The line was fast. The food is good and the people in line even say excuse me and thank you. If you're not gambling don't keep going straight down the hallway with the crowd that are gawking at the fish near the pool. Take a right and follow the signs to the best food in the place.

this location is inside the Golden Nugget. We didn't feel like searching for lunch so we grabbed lunch here. Got a salad (they only had one option here) and a bunch of nuggets ...then shared both got 2 giant diet lemonades (some for now and some for vodka) yum yum. perfect amount of food for 2 and didn't feel weighed down after. prices are higher than other locations and I wasn't able to order in the app (boo).... we took our food back to our room and enjoyed it there.

Went to this Chick Fil A at the golden nugget. Follow the signs or else you can get lost. Was looking forward to trying this place out for over a month or so. So when I was visiting downtown, Las Vegss and I was gambling at the Golden Nugget I told my family let's go here for a quick bite to eat. Hit ti the window and studied the board for a little and I saw chicken nuggets, I was happy a fast and quick bite to eat. I got the meal fries and a drink. The only thing is I couldn't see the sauces as it wad listed on the board it was to smallor my eyesight is getting bad lol. My family got a chicken sandwich and a chicken salad. They both enjoyed it and it was fulfilling. Fries were hot and fresh. Chicken nuggets are awesome way better then McDonald's. Just being honest. Customer service was friendly I just wish she could of told me the saucesfor the nuggets as I am new to this place. Food came out pretty fast as there was a line of people waiting. Will be back the next time im downtownat Fremont street at the golden nugget.

This location is inside the Golden Nugget casino, which was convenient when staying here. However the long lines and inattentive staff made this location lower than the usual quality of most Chick-fil-A's. The chick-fil-A one app and any coupons you may have are also not accepted since this is a "in-house" location and not an independently owned franchise. On a personal note, I admit I was a bit upset as I waited in the 15 minute line for breakfast, and since I stepped up to order at 10:31 and not 10:29 they suddenly didn't have breakfast. Oh well, chicken sandwich it was...

I would give a full five stars if it was easier to get to. The line was short and fast, the people were very nice. Restaurant was clean and roomy with multiple tables. Amazing food of course wish they would be more generous with the dressing packets. Don't forget to try the Chick-fil-A sauce if you never have.

So I was looking forward to Chik fil a since I work 2 blocks away at city hall. The lady behind the let me place my order for two sandwiches....total $16 and some change. Already pissed off because I eat at other Chik fil a regularly. Then she says we cannot accept debit card payments and directs me to a cc machine in the corner. Golden Nugget then wanted to charge me an additional $8.99. Sorry but I'll be damn if I pay a total of $25 for two sandwiches. Stay away from the chik-fil-a at the Golden Nugget. They will gouge you to death.

They offered great food at a nice temperature. They food was up to chick fil a standards . They are short staffed it seemed but the food was fine.

Absolutely worst service at a location...beware...Also don't allow to get points. Extra ice lol he told me not allowed, manager just shrugged shoulders at me. There are many options for chik fil a choose different location. Also extra pickle he told me is additional $2.50 per sandwich, this is ridiculous.

I was surprised when I read some of the reviews. It could be because they didn't meet the lovely lady by the name of Kiesha ! She was exceptional ! She had amazing customer service. She is very sweet and went above my chick fil a expectations . Not only was the food fresh she completely turned my family and my day around ! Hopefully she can help train the rest of the staff to have that same upbeat attitude !

The only reason I did not give this place five stars is because their tables were all dirty, other than that the food was hot and ready fast.

Dirty, bugs, Rats, mice drippings. No sanitation provided. None of the help cleans off tables off sweeps floors, garbage cans over filled.

I went there for the first time and got in a long line which seemed like it would take forever like other fast food places in Vegas, but nope. I was impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff was.

Come on some one had to see the meat was burnt crisp and then make into a sandwich for the drive through knowing it would not be seen until later shame shame shame please try to do do better to us first responders who must rely on take out food on an hour lunch break with no chance to return the sandwich

We went thru the drive Thur today order chicken strips got home all the way with nuggets and no cheese on the chicken sandwich called them they wanted us to drive all they way back up there today to refund the chicken nuggets it was there mistake. When I told her I couldn't go back today she said she couldn't do nothing about it over the phone. She could of offered the chicken strips for another day but what ever. Wow

I love Chick-fil-a but they are rude when it comes to wearing masks in line. They yelled at a customer for not wearing a mask, yet their employees are wearing masks under their nose and their employee literally pulled down their mask to tell customers to wear a mask. (Make it make sense) Plus there's no Mac and cheese at this location. Good spicy chicken sandwich tho

just came to eat. First of all ANGIE THE MANGER was very disrespectful to us when they got or order wrong. Then it came with a hair! She argued with me about no one has blond or white hair! Well neither do we! She blamed her employees for the mess up instead of saying I'm sorry we will make you another one! Terrible attitude when I took my 12 piece back up asking for the other 3 nuggets since 3 pieces were nothing but fried batter with no chicken. Slammed the bag down with a new 12 pieces and was told I got the nastiest glare from another employee (Shemia) as I walked away. UNREAL! I will not eat here again. Isn't Chick-fil-A supposed to have a reputation for friendly staff and good service? Not at the Golden Nugget LasVegas location.

I thought Chick-fil-A was known for its great service. This location definitely gives its name a bad rep. I ordered a spicy deluxe and I said it clearly and they gave me chicken nuggets instead. I went up to the counter to get this sorted out, and ended up speaking to the manager because she was the first person available. I asked nicely about my order, and she continued to tell me that the 12 count nugget was on my receipt and basically said "not our problem" and did not offer to fix this for me. The cashier would have had to even get the amount of nuggets i wanted if I did want them. I work at a restaurant and even when the customer is in the wrong we still fix the problem regards of the circumstance. It's called common decency especially when this was their mistake.
