Love the vibe from the workers here. Food always comes out quick and cooked well. So thank you to the crew in the back as well as the front. They are always on top of making sure you have everything you asked for and asking if theres anything else we need. They come around all the tables more than once. They are all super nice and friendly. The place was kept well and clean. There were only a few tables unoccupied which were cleaned off already. We had a kids meal included in the meals for our group which had some card game in it. We decided to play and I thought it was neat for the place to handle that. The other customers didnt mind either because they saw family bond happening and being there at this location everyone couldn't help but to just be happy there. Eating some good food with some good people. Surrounded by them too. Overall a great place. Definitely recommend this location. Experience never fails to always be awesome.

⭐⭐⭐ Three-Star Review I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times through the drive-thru, and unfortunately there’s a consistent issue with missing items in my order. This happens almost every Friday between 2:30 and 4:00 PM, which makes it frustrating when you’re expecting a quick, reliable stop. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due — whenever there’s a mistake, the staff is always friendly and quick to fix it. The customer service is solid, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and professional. Overall, the food is good and the team is kind, but the order accuracy just isn’t consistent during that time window. If that improves, this location would easily earn a higher rating.

Great service. Dan Cathy has a first class operation and wonderful food. The young staff that works there doesn't just serve food they also do wait type service by consistently checking on your satisfaction. Wonderful!

Been eating st this chick fil a for the 4 years since it's been here. Amazing environment food is piping hot delicious For today's visit this girl Alex brought me my food and was checking on me to see if I need anything. And saw her picking up people's food. She was very happy I told her I was writing this lol. Chick fil a keep it up and hire people like Alex I love her energy!! Also get the app I got a free spicy sandwich as a gift and my lunch today was only $6 (LG fries and LG soda included)

First of all.(picture) The chicken we were served is pitiful. We are black. We need nutrients for Lords sake sadly. We came to the Chik Fa lay for chicken strips and instead, we got chicken foot. I feel disappointed. The people are wonderful and respectful yet seem to be in such a rush. If you aren’t ready to work a long shift don’t work at all!!!!

Alex is the best I have met for this hospitality business of serving a client. She works correctly and sensitive to her work performing everything correctly as pleasing a customer goes. She just made sure I was getting the best service by going to my table often. Alex the black female, got the gigs for teaching and instructing workers on how to serve the client better, so the client when leave the restaurant they think in come back. She is perfect to instruct workers on how to make the client having a better experience in being served.

The workers here are awful so must come down from management. I order nuggets and fries at breakfast time throughout the country at other chick filas with no issues.. They have to make the nuggets for their chicken minis anyway. The two girls refused and said not until 10. It was 955. Go to any other chicken fila with better customer service.

I can’t say enough about the service we received from CFA. They truly are a company that teaches above and beyond service. Thank you for helping me with the chicken noodle soup while my wife was in the hospital!!

There's so really good things at Chick-fil-a and some not great. Salad: Their salads are a good size and it will definitely get you full. If you are particular on some of the topper ingredients, not to worry, they all come in their own packet anyhow. You can also choose any dressing you want from their list and you don't have to stick with the dressing the salad originally comes with. Grilled Chicken Nuggets: While the taste was ok, the number of pieces you pick seems more like the same piece of breast meat and they simply chop up more pieces. There is an inconsistency in the grilled nugget. Dining area: It's decorated more than your typical quick serve. Dining area was more or less clean.

My favorite Chick-fil-A. Like most fast food restaurants, they have an easy to use app. You can either choose to use the double lane drive-thru or pick up your inside. Dining room is fairly clean all the time. I've used both their drive-thru and their dining room. Service is always friendly. Food is always at room temperature.

As I am watching every girl in the place touching either her hair or her face (beyond gross), and as all of the guys are loudly joking around, I vow never to return. Where is the manager? And now I just walked in the door and realized they gave me the completely wrong order!

Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Did you know that they bread all the chicken in the store and the salads are made fresh. If you don't want to stand in line you can scam your table number and order and they will bring the food to you. Eat more chicken.

Why is it this place can't follow an order. They ask you if you want sauces in the drive thru and somehow they never make it into your order. It's not that difficult. The sauces make it taste better.

This location does not follow directions, they do not put the sauces that you specifically request in your bag. Make sure you check your order before leaving. This has been happening to me for months now and I'm tired of it. DO YOUR JOB!

There is a staff member name Max in the lobby who is doing an exceptional job the is so attentive to all the customers it's like he knows what you need before you can ask he made our experience awesome and I will return just to conversate with him I hope he makes it to management because he is the definition of great customer service. Came and bought meals for the family and was completely disappointed in the Centennial store. The chicken was thin and dry..

What is going on with this place? 9/10 times, my sandwich is good but the waffle fries lately have been inedible! They obviously are leftover and sitting out all day; they're cold and hard as a rock. I don't know how anyone can serve those to customers and think they're good or acceptable. Additionally, I never see an actual adult working here, it's fully ran by teenagers. This location used to be great and now it's obvious a manager over the age of 18 isn't anywhere to be found. Needs a complete overhaul

Came for lunch drive-through Sheaylin was the sweetest I had kept changing my mind and we had a full car all trying to order all at the same time. We tryed the new peach frosted lemonade so good!! All the staff is winder with at this location. Will definitely recommend coming to this location over others!!!

This location has really gone downhill. Everytime I go through the drive thru something is missing. The quality of food has also been on a steady decline. My last visit the chicken strips was literally the same size as a packet of honey. Look at the picture. It's ridiculous.

Normally good service recently have gone during my lunch and get stuck waiting at curbside and having to get off to grab my food. Today my frosted coffee had this pink stuff in it as i drank it. Will not be returning ended up late to work one day and wasting my lunch break waiting for ONE frosted coffee the next day. Did not even have time to eat. Spent 30 minutes just to get my order

Much better experience today! Everyone was friendly! My sauces were right! They were friendly and efficient Inside. The normal experience. I have decided fries and chicken is best. - As not to easy to mess up. That and a sunjoy!

These are some good quality sandwiches! I stopped here on the way home and grabbed a sandwich for a family member and I got the chicken nuggets for myself. The nuggets are so good, you can tell that good quality chicken is used. The waffle fries are a hit too. My favorite thing is the frosted lemonade. This is probably some of the best service that I have received in a while. The cashier was super kind and helpful; patient also. There weren't too many people inside on a Friday afternoon, but there were a lot in the drive thru. I have never seen a more efficient drive thru in my life! KUDOS to all the employees :)

This place has gone down hill. We will not be retuning. The last two times our order has been incorrect. My daughter opened her Sandwich when it wasn't the correct order and we found a hair! It is small, but there! Absolutely disgusting ! We tried to call the number on the receipt 702-540-4588. multiple times to inform them of the situation and no answer! The mailbox was full as well. Poor customer service. Misti Cunningham is the operator of this Chick-fil-A. I hope she is paying attention to the reviews and takes actions!

Today they didn't put the chicken in my breakfast bowl. Last weekend they didn't even put it in our bag. My husband had to go back to the store and ask for it. My daughter's fruit bowl is 95% bad apples and today's yogurt parfait has had her on the potty all day!!! So no more! And it's clear I'm not the only one experiencing issues by the rating.

Came in the other day and it was so busy, but the worker Derek was great! Was super nice and efficient.

Me and my wife come here when we're on this side of town or getting our Toyota service across the street. They always get our food right and the staffs are friendly.

Chick-fil-A is a fast casual chain restaurant that focuses on chicken dishes. There is finally a location in the Northwest Las Vegas, Centennial Hills area! It's a brand new restaurant located next to California Fish Grill and the Flowing Tide Pub. There is spacious amount of parking spots available and drive-thru is an option at this location. We placed a pick-up order through the Chick-fil-A mobile application. It was a breeze to use. We ended up selecting the following 1) Chicken Fried Sandwich with pickles 2) Chicken Nuggets 3) Waffle Fries When picking up the order, you have the option of walking in or go through the drive-thru. When you place the order on the application, when you go through the drive-thru, you provide them the application order number and then the team member will provide you the meal. It was pretty easy. The Chicken Fried Sandwich with pickles was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. I would order it again! The Chicken nuggets were flavorful and tasted fresh! The Waffle Fries were good, crispy and not too over seasoned. The food was great and the service is quick at this Chick-fil-A location.

The young man that helped me name is Jay.... excellent customer service.... we've told me to try the new sandwich that I knew nothing about....I am very impressed.

Really disappointing to order online, go inside and get our food carry out l, drive all the way home and missing a Fn meal.

I randomly decided to try Chick-Fil-A after craving it one night. I never ever really think to get Chick-Fil-A, but i'm glad I did! I ordered through the app and was able to customize my order however I liked. I got the side salad and added a few extra toppings. Their Avocado Lime Ranch is addicting. I also got a side of the nuggets, which are a classic. You can't go to Chick-Fil-A and not get any nuggets! I got it with the Chick-Fil-A, Buffalo and Polynesian sauce. They did forget a few sauces which is sad, but not the end of the world. The drive thru was fast and everyone working was nice. You can't go wrong with their customer service!!

Service is quick and employees are friendly but they forgot my honey packets for my biscuit sandwich and had I not asked the girl that handed me my bag, they would have forgotten my coffee creamers as well...this is why I have trust issues lol

I've never had any issues with my order until today. We ordered 3 meals and a salad in which we only got 2 of the 3 fries. We ordered the 8 piece chicken nugget meal and it was more like a 6 piece meal. Chic fil a is one of our favorite fast food joints and experiences like this makes me not want to return.

The worker named Gerry is such a doll, she asked us what we're up to today and brought us a little cow for my daughter because she had an eye appointment today. She called it "her big day". She also offered us a placemat and wanted to bring us water. She is always greeting everyone and keeping the area clean. She also swept under our table before we sat down just to make sure it's perfect. She deserves the best!

Just got home to notice one whole meal was not even put into our bag! Unbelievable how you gonna forget the whole meal but serve the drink!

DRIVE-THRU: The service was excellent! The food was fast, hot, and delicious. Our drinks were not at all what we ordered and we couldn't even drink them. This was a serious inconvenience.

I'm not a fan of fast food. But I do love CFA, especially at this location. Staff and service are always efficient. Orders are accurate. I usually order the spicy southwest chicken salad, but request plain grilled chicken instead of the spicy . The two drive thru lanes move quickly. Parking lot and drive thru are clean. Employees are friendly, helpful, dressed professionally and appear enjoying their assignments. Inside is a relaxed and clean atmosphere. Key tip....do yourself a favor and order a vanilla cone. Hands down, they are my favorite, so rich and custard like. It won't disappoint. Also, the unsweetened tea is always freshly brewed and so delicious.

I generally like Chick-fil-A, but this time they lost me. If I order the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, and it is on the receipt, THEN IT SHOULD BE IN THE BAG WHEN WE GET HOME. We had a large order, could not check all the items in the drive thru, and mistakenly trusted them. Too far to drive back and fix it. Do better next time Chick-fil-A.

Fries were soggy and I order thru the app and push when I got there so I don't know why. I order four large fries. Beside that there was a hair in the frozen lemonade. And the bag I got my food in ripped open why didn't they double bag it ugh.

Service is inconsistent at this store. We always order 32oz-quarts of Chic fil a's Ice Dream ice cream. It is the best!! Containers we paid almost $6 each for were a little more than half full! Half! Didn't notice til half way home. We must check at the drive up EVERY TIME. Waste of money! We got ripped off tonight. CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDERS WHILE THERE!!!! UPDATE: Changed 1 star to 4 stars. My daughter called chic fil a and complained to manager-Tiffany said she will comp 2 quarts of ice dream at next visit. THANK YOU!

Honestly the service just keeps getting worse. We placed an online order. Went to pick it up, NOT A SINGLE ITEM IN THE BAG WAS CORRECT. I understand mix ups can happen but who is checking the receipt on the bag to make sure it matches the contents inside?

I'm from the South, where Chick-fil-a is on every corner, and I am used to unparalleled customer service that most locations pride themselves on. This location is disappointing, to say the least. The girl, Ella, that took my order in person in the drive thru, was rude, and when I asked if they had a menu I could look at, she replied with, "Um, we have chicken nuggets, strips, and salad." Really? I just wanted a visual so that I could make up my mind. I asked again and got the same response. I could see the laminated menu hanging near the drive-thru menu board, but she had me so far back and wouldn't let me drive up to it or get a menu. Needless to say, I won't be back to this location. Expensive God's chicken should come with impeccable service. Amen!

This is a newer location and excited because it's closest to my home. With that said the drive thru Lane isn't ever too long. They are efficient with the drive thru orders and you are able to pay with the live person and then just wait to pick up your order. The frosted strawberry lemonade is my go to drink and I enjoy the cobb salad.

Fast and friendly service! Spicy southwest Salad had fresh crisp lettuce, with beans n corn. The chicken did have a good kick to it. Chicken sandwich good as always with perfectly cooked waffle fries To top it of had a refreshing Sunjoy drink. Half tea half lemonade

High level of service, on par with the brand. Good food too. I like the number 6 with grilled chicken nuggets. It's a great gluten sensitive option. No playplace for the kids tho.

Just wanted to send a huge shout out to the amazing worker with Red Curly Hair who helped take our order yesterday 4/19/24 at 8pm. He wa courteous, efficient and very attentive. Thank you!!

Yesterday was the worst experience I could have ever had. We ordered curbside pickup, and it was given to us right away. However when the food was given to us they gave it to us in one bag, mind you it was a big order. 4 sandwiches, chicken fingers, chicken nuggets and 3 fries, all places in one bag. When we checked it one of the sandwiches we ordered was missing. And the bag had a hole in it and was leaking buffalo sauce as they had thrown all the sauces at the bottom and our food on top. When I went inside one of the employees just gave me a bag to and threw the bag with a hole in it inside the plastic bag. The manager was there and didn't even bother apologizing for inconvenience, instead his employees were kinder and apologized multiple times. And gave me my sandwich that was missing. Then on the drive home, we take a sip of our sodas and the sodas were flat. We call and the manager offers to replace the sodas, and we had to request the fries be replaced as 20 minutes had passed and we were needing to return to get our order correct and the fries were now cold (our whole meal was cold, but we did not request the whole order be replaced). The manager on the phone next tells us that the dining room is closed and we need to go through the drive thru to get our fries and sodas replaced, there we spent another 15 minutes. By the time we got home a whole 45 minutes almost an hour had passed by and we were eating our cold meals. And to top it off the sodas replaced were still flat. We won't be returning to this location.

I stop eating Chick-fil-A once I realized the food was fake. Close some locations and offer top quality product. That's what made the company successful in the first place.

While everyone makes mistakes, this the Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to and I have been to several throughout the United States. Normally Chick-fil-A rolls out that southern hospitality but don't look for that here. I was thinking it was just a one off but I have had several of those. For example, I place my order and up size it large but you give me small. Another salad but no salad dressing or utensils. Workers placing derogatory names instead of your name. I reported to the manager and his response was okay and thst the person must be having a bad day because that's not their usual demeanor. Make sure you verify that your order is correct before paying and after you receive your order. You want to ensure what you have ordered and paid for is what you're receiving. To the owner of this location, you need to sit down with your management staff to ensure they're properly training people and that your way workers are not using derogatory names for customers in lieu of the customer's name. Don't be so desperate for an employee to take a space that you're hiring anyone that had no idea what customer service is and how the Chick-fil-A brand works. This also happens when you have a teenager manager who has no idea how to be a manager or do the job properly. Retrain all employees including management, so that they are not rushing and repeat the order to ensure the customer gets what they're actually ordering in using condiments and utensils. My suggestion to potential and existing customers is to skip this location at its current state since it's evident the manager doesn't know what they're doing either. The seating area inside usually appears clean but the staff don't pay attention to the trash as it's always overflowing each time I have been here. They do offer outdoor seating on a small patio. I have only seen thst used once and it was for a child's birthday party. No military discount is offered here.

Everything is good about Chick-Fil-A. Very well run restaurant. We go frequently. I like the chicken deluxe sandwich the their sauce.

As big Chick-fil-A lovers, we've been coming to this location since it opened over here in Centennial at least once a week! You can tell the quality of the ingredients are high-tier, the employees care and work hard, and the inside/outside of the restaurant are consistently up-kept and maintained clean. Their employees are friendly and efficient especially new hire Katie we just met in the togo line! Keep up all the hard work everyone!!

Not much to say. Just happy there is a chick-Gil-A in centennial. Service is always great. The drive thru is kind of weird, like there is no window, people will just walk up and bring your food to you. Come here at least twice a month.

As always the food is good and served Very timely, this particular chick-fil-A deserves a shout out for its exceptional service to the customers. I have visited all of the chick-fil-A and I have to say the food is always hot and the service makes this place an enjoyable experience.

This location needs to go back through training on food prep cause you not gonna give me soggy, burnt looking fries and tell me that's how it's supposed to look. This was told to me by the manager on shift tonight. I see he wasn't paying attention in training. Started eating my sandwich and it tasted like they haven't changed the grease in forever. I see why people think chick fil a is nasty cause they need to do better.

So I guess when I order extra ranch for my Cobb salad the kid in the parking lot interprets that to mean "no ranch" because that is what I got. So I'm home with a dry salad and zero ranch. So Mr Fil-A if you are going to have kids taking orders you need to train them on what the food they are selling actually is. No ranch :-(
