Another great experience at a Chic-fil-a. The order taker was very friendly and helpful. We were there at lunchtime, and they were still just as quick as any other time. The food was as we had ordered and it was hot and fresh. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious chicken meal.

As usual, this Chick fil a is very good like most of them are. I went at lunch on a weekday and ate inside. It didn’t take long to get my food. Clean and courteous employees. I highly recommend. They have an inside playground for the kids.

Usually this location is top notch, but the last few times it’s been not so great. I waited over 15 minutes for a salad that I ordered as a carry out, and this is after ordering it 15 min ahead of time while on the way… The next trip, which was today, I ordered a side salad and added two eggs that I had to pay extra for and they are nowhere to be found. $2 later and no eggs, basically just a container of lettuce. Order efficiency needs to be improved upon.

Not to happy with my local Chick-fil-A today ordered through drive through when i get home i opened my sweet tea to take a sip when i was putting my cup down i noticed something black in the ice when i pulled it out with my straw it was a dead fly floating in my ice usually it’s something that never happens but i never expected it from my local chick fil a they always do good with my orders

Once again go to the drive thru and my fries are cold and a large order is half full and 2 chicken sandwiches are so tough they can’t be eaten. This chic fil a seems to disappoint more often than not. Was hoping for a simple dinner but now cooking something edible.

Haven't been to our own Chic Fil A in a while since the drive thru struggles routinely. Went tn, got home, missing salad dressing. This is the only location I have been to that routinely cant get it right.

I always love Chick-fil-A. My chicken minis were perfect. The only thing I missed was I never heard anyone say "my pleasure". Not that I require it, I just found it interesting nobody said it.

I dislike drive thru restaurants that put people outside to take orders it's truly pointless when I have to pull up to menu board and wait anyway. Especially if its cold out and the young lady is freezing and they won't turn the heaters on untill it gets below 40 thats what happened this morning she was literally shaking so much i had trouble putting my card in the machine to pay. I wonder if the owner or manager would make their own child stand out in cold with no heat.

If I could leave no stars I would .... EVERYTIME I stop here they mess up my order . After spending $20 and having THREE people repeat my order to me I still got half way home and realized they gave me the wrong order .... Don't waste your time . It's gone WAY downhill .

Food is amazing, Service is quick and kind, the ambiance is perfect for a lazy day or night and is a perfect place to eat when you're with friends that get hangry

They have been skimping on fries and the chicken breast they put on the sandwiches. Prices up, amount of food down. Don't much like spoiled kids that work there either.

We moved from Cornelius to Denver NC a little over two months ago and have picked up lunch at the Chick-fil-A at least five times. Drive through is extremely slow and it's not unusual for it to take at least 15 minutes and this is for a relatively simple order. Drive through is very narrow and it get congested fairly easy. Would suggest an alternative but most Drive Throughs in the area are very slow as well.

I remember when CFA was fast not only in the drive through but inside as well. Appears they have lost their desire at this location to service people inside as I am currently standing in a line with 12 people ahead of me and only one lone cashier ringing folks up. The drive through seems to be well over staffed. Lock the doors if you don't want to serve people inside. It would've saved me a lot of time this evening as I would have chosen a different fast food joint.

i bought the strips and got these strips that were spicy. I like the chick filet spicy strips

I normally eat at Chick Fila 3-4 times a week at the Denver, NC location but I am about done. Having these high school kids working behind the counter who have no respect for anyone is exhausting. They either want to stand around and get paid for doing nothing or they lack respect for older patrons and are pure lazy. And then the manager on duty wants to make excuses for these teenagers after she claims she is the store manager when really she was only a shift manager. I have spent a small fortune at this location and I am ready to close the wallet over these teenage employees and lack of supervision. Shannon, the owner needs to send in secret shoppers and see what goes on at her store and the money she is losing from these teenagers giving away her food and treating older guests like crap.

I absolutely hate that I gave this CFA a second chance. It is the slowest CFA I've ever been to. I do not know if they are just understaffed for months or what but they need to close this location. You come and expect to be in and out in ten minutes or less but it is definitely a twenty to thirty minute visit each time.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I am a HUGE supporter of chick-fil-a but I cannot support this location. It seems more often than not something is missing from our order. Today EVERY SINGLE FRIE ORDER was missing. THREE of them. We live over 10mns away so it is no easy feat to drive there and back and repeat because they messed up. We called in, at this point I think they can drive us our fries, and they DID NOT WANT TO FIX THIS in any way. Absolutely no solution was offered. This is wildly unacceptable and we will not be back

I really like Chick-fil a but the Denver location is not good. The staff is always friendly and nice but the food is so disappointing. The last few times I ate there the bun for the chicken sandwich was stale and crumbled when I bit into it. Additionally, the chicken was cold. I was also disappointed that when given a free chicken sandwich via email I couldn't get the grilled chicken. It had to be fried. I will avoid this location in the future.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU in the morning or right after breakfast!!!! The line is ridiculously long and SLOW!! This is surprising because Chick-fil-A is known for efficiency. Previously, I would never hesitate to get into a line at the drive-through because they know how to move it along. But today and on most recent visits, it has been horrible! People were actually backing up to get out of the driveway. I've never seen this before at Chick-fil-A. Lesson learned.

I really like this place but honestly they have got to get it together on their mobile orders. All I ordered was a drink, 30 minutes in advance, get there and sit for 12 minutes in the heat before I walk in and see 3 curbside people standing there next to orders along with my drink. Don't have mobile curbside if you can't handle it. And yes, I used the app correctly. What is going on at this location? Apparently they need more training or a new manager!

This chick fil a was good when it opened but for a while now this is the worst chick fil a in the region for being slow... the slowest wait for every type of order of any fast food restaurant...

If I could give 0 stars I probably would. Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I live in Denver but I would rather stop at another location on my way home because it would be 3 times as fast. They never have anyone outside and all the kids inside have no clue what's going on. Other chickfilas I see the workers being quick and I swear this location moves like sloths! Do better!

I don't know how anyone can give Chick-fil-A less than a stellar review. All of my interactions have been positive, although, ​at times, I have to wait my turn. This visit was no different. I actually had my daughter order and pay via her mobile app so that I only had to pick it up. I parked right in front of the door, and entered, as they were finishing up my order (she wanted it to be hot and fresh). The order was accurate, even down to the number of sauces requested. The staff was​ courteous and I was quickly​ on my way. No complaints from me or my daughter. I appreciate the considerate patronization.

I must be Spoiled by all of the other Chick-fil-A's that I go to because this one is struggling on comparison to the vast multitude of others. The last few times I have been through the drive through The wait has been so long in comparison to other Chick-fil-A's. Not to mention when I get to the window they have not had my food ready and ask me to pull ahead and they will bring it out. They have no in dining so not sure what the problem is but the problems are at least consistent. Please just try to at least get the sauces in the bag as requested. #keepcomingbacknotgetting better

I love Chick-fil-A for breakfast and the employees at this location are always great. I don't have an issue with the speed of the service like others but what I do have an issue with at this location is them over cooking the biscuits! The biscuit crumbles into pieces when you try to eat it. I go others Chick-fil-A's and rarely have this issue. If I have time, I will drive to the next closest location just to get a soft biscuit.

Went to get chickens biscuits this morning, pulled up to drive through and sat there while four cars went through the other side. I finally pulled up to window and asked why we were never waited on and was told the girl on that lane her headset died. I could not make that girl understand that they need to turn the light red on that lane to red, she just kept repeating the girl that runs that lane her head set isn't working. Only went there three times as long as it has been there and every time it has been an issue. Now I know why I've only been there three times. Rather drive to Mountain Island chic-fil-a.

Food is consistently good, but why is the drive thru so slow? I realize there are starving children in Africa and it is totally a first world problem to say such a thing. I'm almost ashamed. But since we are talking about Chick fil a, and fast food...Chick fil a everywhere have always been extremely fast. The one in Cornelius/Huntersville has it going on. Maybe its the covid? Dunno. That chicken keeps me returning tho.

Fast & Friendly as always!!! No one does it better Even though this particular restaurants drive through is "extra quirky" they still do a fantastic job of getting you through quickly.

Love this Chick-fil-A! The people keep me coming back! They can be busy, but curbside is great and makes my trip quick and easy!

I am local in the Denver area and this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Double lane drive Thur does not make a difference. Out of the 10 times we have been to this location no matter how busy it's a minimum of 15 min sitting in drive thru. Way too slow!!

Well me and my child where on a walk today and tried to have lunch here had two hundred and twelve dollars cash in my pocket . Kayli the manager Finally come out . So I'm going to order our lunch. She says no use chick Fila one app I tell her I have cash . She say too bad how can I not pay cash at your store it's stupid fix it . Look at Twitter soon I'll be posting

My husband is a truck driver. He stopped at this location this morning to get his breakfast. He was unable to go through the drive through with his 18 wheeler. He walked up to the door where you pick up a mobile order, trying to place his order there because he doesn't have an app. They had him waiting in the POURING RAIN just to tell him they can't take his order. we have been to this location before and they have not had a problem helping him any other time. It's unbelievable how little respect they show for an essential worker. Shame on you chick fil a.

This place gets slower and slower and the quality of food is not up to Chick fil A standards No sense of urgency and don't care if you drive off without your food because of the inefficient staff

Katie and team saved our Saturday night birthday celebration. We thought we had placed a catering order to only learn it never went through on the app so when I got to this location to pick up my order, I didn't have anything. Katie was so extremely sweet in offering me solutions as I was telling her I was trying not to panic. Not one time was she ever annoyed, or frustrated with me (like most people have would been), but instead so caring and genuinely nice in proving me all of my options. As soon as I picked my options she asked me to hold real quick because she wanted to tell the kitchen ASAP to get them going so I wouldn't have to wait longer than needed (how thoughtful is that?!). Katie - I cant thank you enough for your kindness and I am forever grateful for you and the wonderful kitchen staff.

As usual for the brand this is a great restaurant. Consistent and always fast. Bring our little guys here to eat and play quite often.

This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A I have EVER been too. I feel there is enough people that work here that it should not take 15 mins to get one sandwich This is the 2nd day it has take longer 10 mins. Yesterday's drive thru was 30mins!!! Please work on the speediness

Slowest Chic filet I have ever been to in my life. It is consistently slow, as this is the only one I go to on the way to my work.

Has to be the worst and slowest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to in my 20+ years of life. It is insane how long I waited in the drive-thru line just for fries. You can't get out after you're in it. Definitely won't ever go back here... at least not for some years. Seriously Chick-fil-A??? Horrible. And this on a weekday afternoon or evening. Never going back.

Slowest and most inefficient drive thru experience I've ever had. Food tasted awful & I only got 7 nuggets when I ordered 8. Never going back to this location. Disgusting.

Always a wonderful experience! They some how manage to hire extremely helpful, friendly and polite employees. Very accommodating to me as a vegetarian too which can be very hard to find food at fast food restaurants. This location is still fairly new and super clean. Nice little indoor play area for the kids too. Bathrooms are clean. They even have a modern farm table as one of their seating options.

I love chic fil a, but this is the worst run chic fil a I've ever been to and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. It's always slow....seems like they are struggling to even take your order.

Dealing with a condescending manager isn't exactly how I want to spend my morning. Bad customer service experience today. Won't be going back to This chic fil a.

My family was so excited to get a chick-fil-a in Denver. This one started out so well, but what happened? I watched a manager try to shove trash in an overflowing trash can and then sit down and chat with a friend for awhile while I had to balance my trash on top of the other trash. Order is consistently wrong. No one ever checks on our drinks like other chick-fil-a's. The one in Huntersville has always been my sons favorite place to eat, anymore he prefers Zaxby's.

I thought the first time was a fluke when I received bad food. I tried it again last night and the food is really bad. The nuggets and the fries do not taste like chick fil a brand. Avoid this location.

The best service ever!! The first year had slow service and drive through but they've improved GREATLY. It takes them no time to get your food to you! Love this local Chick-fil-A!

So glad Chick Fil A Denver has finally opened!! Very clean, tasty, and your typical excellent service you find at Chick Fil A restaurants. Not sure what they do to their sandwich buns at this location, but they are exceptional.

It would have to be Sunday for this store to be any slower. Have been many times and at different times of the day and the common theme always is slow, very slow.

This is the second time I have had a problem with the Chick-fil-a in Denver NC. First if you order a meal you have to get a coke or tea to drink, you're not allowed to have a milk or juice. Second I was there yesterday with my 2 grandchildren both were very tired and the line long. I was in line waiting when a young lady came out and started taking orders from the cars that were in the left lane. Which was putting the people in that land ahead of the people in the right. This was not fair as I had been waiting my turn like everyone else. If you are going to do this then you need someone in each line taking orders, or she should go to a car in the right line then a car in the left land.

DO NOT GO HERE, you will be disappointed. Should have trusted the 2.5 rating, but instead I have this Chick-fil-A a chance. I called in advance to requested two chicken sandwiches - I like them cooked extra well done, for 12 minutes. For several years I've asked for the sandwich prepared this way at restaurants all around the East Coast and had never had any problems. This Chick-fil-A confirmed they could fulfill the request on the phone, yet when I arrived they told me they could cook it only for a fraction of the time I requested because "they could damage our machines" and "we have a quality standard to uphold." I spoke to a man named Dave and he was dismissive and condescending. Not at all in line with the quality service I've received from Chick-fil-A in the past. The "well-done" sandwich looked no different from a normal sandwich. Now that I've taken the food home, we were given one fry when we ordered two AND the fry box is hardly filled halfway.
