We've been to many Chick-fil-As, and know the usual "Chick-fil-A" things to expect, but this one was lacking just a bit. No one greeted us when we entered, no one came to the counter for a solid minute before someone finally communicated that he would be with us in a moment. Granted, drive-thru seemed to be their focus and where they have the most customers, which I understand. But no one showed us a smile or seemed enthusiastic to make sure we got our food in a timely manner. It took about 10 minutes for the food to get to us, which was two egg white grills and a hashbrown. The food was super hot when we got it, which we definitely appreciated. I think I overheard one of the team members say they were waiting on chicken, which I understand might be the reason our food took a bit, but again, no one communicated with us. Bottom line, this Chick-fil-A needs to communicate to their customers better and more enthusiastically.
