Chick-fil-A

Staff is friendlier than staff at most places in McComb. They take an extra long time to bring orders out even if you order ahead on the app. They have also started making mistakes on orders. Seems like orders would be accurate for the amount of time they take.

Very nice place. Clean, the people very kind, the food excellent, I ask the combo 1 with iced tea. I went on a Saturday at 5 pm and there were plenty of room. A lot of parking there were eating families, I recommend a lot this place.

Woooooo weeeee this place is slow I ain’t never seen a chicken bird felet with the work ethic of these folks… they look like youngns but act like oldns chicken is chicken maybe they were just tired but hey back in my town they pop like a chicken with her head on the loose but look brotherns and sisterns if your here to chill great place if you’re in a hurry and need to get some grub maybe try next door but hey at least they working and not sitting playing Mindscraft sheesh alrighty thanks for listnin have a goodn

I got the spicey chicken sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese and their signature waffle fries. The meal was very good and the service was great. They bring your order to your table when it is ready.

Do not come if you are in a hurry. The people are wonderful! But they have obviously been told to cook to order. I have never been here and gotten my order in less than 15-20 minutes. I even order via the app and click ‘I am at the restaurant-Prepare my Order’ before I am actually there. Doesn’t matter. Note times on the pics. I finally received my order around 9:22

We were at this place tonight placed order to eat in, my wife and I through with our meals before our shakes arrived. We asked two different employees to check on these for us, finally went to counter and they had not even begun making. No apologies given. Sorry want be back.

My grandfather passed away this week and I was sitting at the Chik fil A in McComb balling and typing out a message on Facebook. Unexpectedly one of the employees walked up and placed a stack of napkins for me to wipe my tears with. He didn't say a word... just set them down and walked away. It was a perfect gesture in a moment that needed just a touch of kindness for me today. Thank you Matthew. God bless you sir.

This was my first time to the McComb location, the team members I interacted with Bri & Rebecca were so kind and pleasant! My salad was so good!

Worst drive thru service. Ordered through mobile app and sat I. Line for 20 minutes without anyone saying a word

We would like to give 5's to Blade! We had an incredible experience at the Chick-fil-A in McComb, Mississippi, and I want to give a special shoutout to Blade, one of the amazing employees who went above and beyond to assist our Louisiana Goalball team. We found ourselves in an uncomfortable situation, and Blade's kindness, professionalism, and excellent service truly made all the difference. His willingness to help and his positive attitude will never be forgotten. Thank you, Blade, and thank you to the whole Chick-fil-A team for making our visit so memorable. We are grateful for your outstanding hospitality! Also the team really enjoyed the food! We will be back every chance we get!

Chicken is not my favorite meat, but I do enjoy a good chicken sandwich sometimes. Chic fil a is not a good chicken sandwich, it's a superb chicken sandwich. I was hesitant to drive thru because I find it a bit pricey for a chicken sandwich. It's not! I would gladly pay that amount for something that tasted that good. I bought one on my way to visit family in New Orleans. I couldn't eat the entire sandwich so I wrapped it up and put it aside. About an hour later I was kinda hungry and grabbed my sandwich. It was just as good cold as when I bought it. Be careful though! Ever since I purchased that sandwich, every now and then I think about it and crave another one. I don't recall ever experiencing a craving for a chicken sandwich. Well done chic fil a. Also, the employee that was outside helping with the orders was so nice and so polite. Definitely the best chicken sandwich I ever had the pleasure of eating.

Food was great for our family of 5, and came out quick. We had ordered pickup but let them know we were gonna eat at the table and they just brought it to us which was nice with our gaggle of kids. So the service was tops. There is a really friendly, bright environment. It is clean as a whistle and smelled nice. I think if we lived here I'd be in all the time. As it stands now this will be our i55 stop.

Customer service is not consistent with Chick-fil-A standards. I ordered chick-fil-a chicken biscuit right at 10:30. Despite having several visible, they refused to serve me. The girl who greeted me at the counter attempted to get one for me, and was friendly enough in her initial reception. After a conversation with her co-workers, they decided that they could not serve me breakfast, as it was the end of the breakfast period. While that was disappointing, I was fine with it. Maybe they have a strict rule - not a big deal. However, a guy sauntered up next to the girl at the register, and was rudely dismissive of the initial order, and not the least bit accommodating.

3.5 STARS I've been here around 6-7 times now. The service is great, as expected from Chick-fil-a. Quick and friendly. However, the food is hit or miss. The nuggets at first were great. Lately, they are dark, looked like they were cooked too long or in old oil (see picture. The fries are occasionally super salty, inedible. The southwest salad is good. Spicy . Hopefully, they will work out the kinks .

I have to state first and foremost my family and I love Chick-fil-A. We have never had a bad experience in one up until visiting this one. To say Chick-fil-A in general is a wonderful establishment would be a fair assessment of the organization overall. As for the one in McComb Ms. This place is in a league of its own and by no means the way it wants to be. Our iill fated visit started off with a cashier who seamed completely lost on how to operate the cash register. His lack of ability to speak louder than a whisper caused quite a few issues that we wouldn't learn until later. Multiple staff members either on break or off shift in a lobby that was littered with trash on the floor. To the point when a gentleman walked in (owner or higher up) was picking trash up while said staff members sat there and watched. After about 20min of waiting on our food we found out the cashier put it as a to go order and attempted to call us up to the counter to pick it up (at a whisper). Food missing from our order. One of the chicken sandwiches were undercooked to the point the breading was mushy. The others over cooked. Hopefully after some time this place will elevate to the normal standards of Chick-fil-A, but as of now I would recommend avoiding this location.

Stopped here while passing through on I-55. Great, convenient location. It didn't take me long to figure out this must be a brand new restaurant. The line was long, but they got to my order pretty quickly. They handed my food to me w/in a minute of me ordering, so they we're exceptionally fast. The food was perfect! I would say the only downside to this location was there was no pick-up option on the app, as this is usually how I order, so I was a tad disappointed. But maybe they will offer that option soon after the new wears off. I've been to a lot of Chic-fil-A's, and this one left me impressed.

Great little place in Mccomb. The staff is always friendly and DeeDee the manager is so nice . Definitely glad they are here. Mccomb needs places like this.

Well for starters. Let's just talk ab the fact it took 45 mis - sitting at curbside to get my food. Secondly when I got the food some stuff was missing , and the worker said " I'll be right back with that ma'am " and then clocked out got in his car and drove off so that service was ass. And then when I went inside to get what was missing in the bag the girl at the register kept starting like she had the biggest attitude in the world . She looked like her face was stuck like that bc that's how she looks at customers. AND THEN WHEN I GOT THE MFIN ICECREAM COME ITS WAS HALF WAY ON THERE WITH BARLEY ANY ICECREAM. And yes it is my pleasure to leave this review . Good day
