Dear [Chick Fil A / Customer Service],
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your location. I placed a mobile order and, upon arriving, was directed to pull ahead while other customers who ordered at the speaker were served promptly. Despite waiting patiently, I was not acknowledged, and those other customers received their food and left before anyone even addressed my order.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened; it is the second time this week alone. This repeated experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who expects reasonable service.
Given the inconvenience and poor service, I would like to request a full refund for my order. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly so that future visits meet the standard of service I have come to expect.
