Dear [Chick Fil A / Customer Service], I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your location. I placed a mobile order and, upon arriving, was directed to pull ahead while other customers who ordered at the speaker were served promptly. Despite waiting patiently, I was not acknowledged, and those other customers received their food and left before anyone even addressed my order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened; it is the second time this week alone. This repeated experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who expects reasonable service. Given the inconvenience and poor service, I would like to request a full refund for my order. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly so that future visits meet the standard of service I have come to expect.

Greasy and re-cooked chicken biscuit, worst I’ve ever had, also the bacon egg cheese biscuit had more cheese on the wrapper than on the biscuit. Cook staff needs training.

This is the slowest chickfila I have ever been to which is odd considering it’s literally just a drive thru which means no inside orders to worry about. It’s irritating especially in the mornings when I am trying to be quick and get something before work. Somehow the mobile thru line takes even longer than the regular line as well. If I use mobile thru I will sit there and see 10 cars get their order and pass by me before receiving mine. It’s ridiculous. I rather make the longer drive and go to the other one down the street, way faster & better service. Do better.

I live right down the street from this location and every time I go I have yet to get my food at the window even with mobile orders I have to pull up and a lot of the times the food isn’t even good today. I was told that they have you pull up so that they can guarantee you fresh food and my chicken was cold

This is by far the NASTIEST chick fil a I have ever been to! This was my second and last visit. I will drive out my way to another location before I come back here. The coffee is nasty, the biscuits are nasty, even the chocolate chip cookies are nasty! Just a waste of money
