This is the BEST Chick-Fil-A location in Arizona (and I’ve been to most of them). Staff is awesome. Food is excellent. It’s clean. It’s efficient. It’s so good, we drive past 2 other CFA locations to eat at this one. Around Christmas, they setup an INSANE Christmas light & music display! It’s incredible. But tonight was really something. They were SUPER short staffed (which I have never seen here before). There is a line of 18 people, plus 2 more trying to get refills. And there is ONE employee - Kailey - taking all those orders, refilling those drinks, and also bringing food to the table. All on her own. She’s smiling. She’s gracious. She’s kind. There’s no hint of annoyance or frustration. Some customers are upset; she remains kind. That’s an INCREDIBLE testament of the kind of people that work at this location. She deserves to be called out by name. To the manager/owner, I hope you realize what you’ve got in her.

My husband and I come to this location a lot because we like the service and the food. Lately I have noticed the lettuce portions on the cobb salads are getting smaller and smaller, before the container would be cover with greens and now is like half way full. I have asked for extra lettuce in the past for this same reason but all they say is they don't have an option for extra lettuce but they can charge me for another salad bowl?! I think it's time to look for another location even if that applies driving a little further.

I really like this location. The manager (nice lady, light pink top in the video) keeps it very clean, nice decorations, excellent customer service, updated accessories like the trash bins, quick and smooth delivery on the orders, music playlist, everything! Even the restrooms are clean. I used to work at the Riverview location (N Dobson and Rio Salado) and you can honestly tell a HUGE difference here. I complimented the manager, they just finished the lunch rush hour and the only thing I see in the seating area is light sweeping needed which says a lot. She kept the tables clean and available the whole time and interacted with every customer that chose to eat in. I highly recommend this location, I'm impressed!

It was such an easy process from beginning to end. We ordered our food on the app, went thru the drive thru, scanned a QR code in the mobile order lane, and our food was there in no time. The girl that brought our food was very efficient and polite. The food was amazing. My family ordered various chicken sandwich meals, and I ordered a salad. No complaints at all. I highly recommend!

My spicy chicken sandwich w/cheese and pickles was a train wreck, seriously people? One 3/4 inch pickle? The cheese hanging almost all to one side with about an inch and a half of it sticking out of the smashed bun. Rediculous! Will go out of my way to recommend any alternative to this garbage fast food establishments

I had a great experience at this location! The food came out exactly how I ordered it. But what really made my visit extra special was the service from Mickey. She was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and just so pleasant throughout the whole interaction. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure customers feel welcome and taken care of. It's not often you get service that brightens your day at a fast food spot, but Mickey truly made it memorable.

My Blind wife goes to here every morning giving you her busisness worth her employee to get 3 grilled chickens for our dogs in the morning. EVERY EVERY EVRY DAY, one or two of our chickens barely weigh an ounce. And some times they are breaded. We work for a living and don’t have time to go back there. We brought this to their attention several times and get told they will fix it but never do. You’re ripping us off and I feel it’s intentional. Like hey let’s get rid of our small pieces to the blind lady so we don’t loose money but the customer gets screwed.

Pretty fast, got fresh nuggets which took lil longer but don't mind waiting for fresh. They at least look and taste like ckn, they have pretty good crispy ckn. Waffles fries are bomb and the chick-fil-a sauce so good! They have seating inside or drive through. Looks Always clean and decorated they really up keep it it's nice...

What's not to love about Chick-fil-A? It's a reasonably priced, delicious fast food option. The last time I came to Chick-fil-A I ordered the spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich and it was very, very spicy, so this time I ordered the regular. Hubby order the spicy and said it was just right this time. Of course it's delicious, and so are the waffle fries. I always mix the honey mustard and buffalo sauces for the perfect dipping sauce for both my sandwich and my waffle fries. We finished the meal with a banana pudding shake. It was a yummy, delicious meal!

I love and hate CFA. I love their food. I crave the fries and spicy chicken sandwhich. Kids love their food. They are always very friendly. Tables are always clean. The drive through is always pretty quick I hate that the owner politics and hates on LGBTQ people. My kids don't like that they are closed on Sunday (ok by me). And twice now, at two different locations, the curbside pickup is absolutely atrocious. It would be far easier and faster to just order in the drive through. Both times I've checked in and waited 5mins. One time was 10min and we ended up just going inside asking wtf is the delay. Why have a service if you're not going to pay any attention to it? My time is valuable. Especially when demons are waiting for food.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. They included extra sauce despite only asking for Chick-Fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce. Did a curbside pickup and food was brought to me in less than 5 minutes. Other options include drive thru, mobile thru, carry-out & dine-in. I suggest curbside pickup to get your food the fastest.

Sarah, the PHENOMENAL cashier made my whole trip! I hardly ever come to Chick-Fil-A. But this was perfect, she made some suggestions for dinner. I tried the cherry berry lemonade by her recommendation and she was NOT wrong. She gave us extra sauce and did not fail to make our trip quick and easy. We only waited 5 minutes, and I cannot thank Sarah for going above and beyond to make it awesome! I also had the nuggets and fruit cup. It was perfect for this weather!

Does anybody even read these reviews? I'm back because they gave me free gift cards there's not even anybody Manning the order line. Waited 5 minutes behind another dude who gave up and just went straight up to the window. Now I have to park and wait for them to make my basic breakfast item. I believe these are independently owned and operated but this one is going to go out of business which I would never think I would say about Chick-fil-A

They are now doing mobile pick up. You could place the order on your phone. You have to scan the QR code once you get there. Come to find out, they don't even start making the food until you scan the code. It is so stupid, why not just do a pick up order when the food is already going to be done. What a waste of time, faster to go through the drive-through

I recently move and this chick-fil-a became my local spot. They are so slow. Every single time I'm hear it is always backed up and the line never moves. It might be quicker for me to go to my old chick fil a that's 30 minutes away.

Worst customer service ever at a Chick-fil-A. Placed my order for dine in at the counter. Girl gave me table marker and I went to sit near the counter. After a bit and no food to my table and multiple people walking in to order and walk out, my view was the counter I was like what the heck. Pulled my receipt out and it had been 15 minutes since order. Walked up to the side counter to stand at the counter with no acknowledgment from any employees, two others trying to get drink refills also being ignored. Finally get the attention of a lady and she finds my order sitting on the back counter with a couple others. I had informed her I had been waiting for 15 minutes and watched multiple order go out after me. She didn't say a word just handed me my food. All 3 garbage cans were full, people were leaving their garbage on the floor or top of the automatic garbage cans. Tables were all a mess. Multiple people making comments of the mess the place was and lack of customer service with so many employees standing around.

Ordered mobile thru. $70 worth of food. Waited 25 minutes to get a text to go through the drive thru with 8 cars ahead of me. Food was cold. Service was terrible. Saturday at 8:30. Get your act together. The only reason why we went here is crossroads was closed for renovations. It was my son's birthday... thanks for terrible service and cold food. Ruined by your ineptitude. Definitely not typical chick fil a service. Anyone else recommend a restaurant??? I'm all ears

Justin with the cool glasses in the dive-through is really nice and kind. Loved his warm and friendly personality. I had a very long day at my massage studio and performed 6 hours worth of deep tissue and hadn't eaten all day. When he asked about my day, it made my night a lot better. Not many people know what massage therapists go through and was nice to feel appreciated. Was also nice the place was open late so I could eat and not cook. Thanks Justin!

Alma School & Southern DTO #05202 I wanted to eat a wrap today. A healthy wrap. So I decided on the grilled chicken wrap. The visit was ok. The wrap was just ok. I guess the thing that was the most frustrating is that when I was placing my order, I asked could I order my wrap with extra chicken. The server could not answer my question so he called his supervisor on his walkie talkie and asked the question. The supervisor was loud and rude with his answer, "NO!!" We were both taken back but I thought to myself ok. So the only way that I could have extra chicken on with my wrap is to order a side of grilled nuggets for $4 and some change. I complied and ordered the side of nuggets. Once I got home to sit down to eat my meal the experience started to resonate. I just spent $14.07 for a below average sized wrap and nuggets. Also, the ratio of meat to lettuce in the wrap was too lopsided. Tons of lettuce and very little chicken. This has to be the most expensive price I have ever paid to get a tortilla wrapped in mostly lettuce. I know folks love Chick-fil-A but their luster is starting to fade with me. I am on a mission to shorten my list of fast food restaurants and regular ones that I will not be a patron. Mainly do to the quality of service these days where companies are not hiring the right personnel nor do they put emphasis on satisfying the customers anymore but will still take our money. Restaurants need to know that they have to EARN our business or they won't receive it. Chick-fil-A has always been on the top of it's game with polite personnel and they get the orders correct 99% of the time but the ability to be flexible and be able to adjust some orders as requested by a customer leaves me no other choice but to add Chick-fil-A to my list of not patronizing in the year of 2025. The staff was friendly and efficient as always, with the exception of that team leader/manager. Sorry. My pictures never upload here. Don't know why?

Stopped here during dinner rush. We used the drive thru. The ordering process was fairly quick and efficient. Then, the wheels fell off. After ordering the process fell apart. We probably waited in the drive thru line close to 10 minutes after they brought our food to us. I have high expectations of Chick-fil-a. I had to knock the rating down a star due to the chaos in the drive thru. The food was good, just too frustrating in the line.

I like how the chicken is so tasty. The crispy coating is very good. It has a lot of flavor. The chicken meat is soft and juicy. I like it with the sauces. They have a lot of good ones. I used to like the ranch but not so much anymore. The buffalo sauce is spicy and tasty. I can taste the vinegar in it. The drive thru at the stores are nice and it's fast.

This is my usually Chick fil A - closest to my home so I am here often since I have a nugget-only kid to feed. I never ever have had any problems with my order. Everyone is always so FRIENDLY and kind even to my rambunctious kid who must talk to them in the drive thru. HINT: Coffee Lovers - there is usually a seasonal coffee called Mocha Cream Cold Brew. Arizona Chick Fila's will even serve this even if it's not on the menu. (California locations for not!) So ask for a Mocha Cream Cold Brew... it's the BEST and NOT on the menu! AND thank you to whom ever worked this morning making coffee. He said this better make it to your social media! And handed me the prettiest coffee lol Sbucks watch out. Ha!

Fries were cold and severely undercooked, so much that I had to reheat them in my oven at home. The chicken sandwich was pretty good but also small in portion size. Womp. Womp.

used mobile ahead order and about 20 cars went in front of us. I walked up and they told us still working on order. we received a text that the order was ready but they did not bring ut out. I went up and grabbed after another 5 minutes of waiting. got home and the chicken in market salad was.not cut up, apples not caught up, no blueberries and bad lettuce.

This location is closest to our house so we come here a lot. Of all the CFAs I've been to this is the worst. Orders are messed up a lot. Tables and floor are almost always trashed. The food is usually good. My kids love the play place.

We came on the 4th of July before a road trip in the morning. We saw on their Google profile that they were open early and their only altered hours for the holiday were in the evening so we ordered curbside pickup. We arrived around 5:50am and our order said it was complete at 6 am. Although the app said someone would be out soon, no one came. After attempting to go inside (it was locked), call the location (line was "busy" and couldn't leave a message), and waiting until 6:25 we had to leave before traffic got too bad for us to travel in time for holiday festivities. We never received our food and couldn't get our money back or leave meaningful feedback in the app. Overall, my husband and I are VERY disappointed with our service and very hungry.

I've been having issues with mobile orders lately. I'll place an order, drive there, and end up waiting longer than people who just walk in, all while missing out on customization options online. One time, I had to send my order back because I couldn't customize it through the app, and the next few times, they canceled my order when I got there, almost forcing me to place a new one because I knew I'd send it back for not being customized. Overall, there's no flexibility or understanding of the frustration this causes, and it feels like there's no real effort to see it from the customer's side.

I come to this Chick-Fil-A about once a week and it's funny how often i get the same drive thru attendant. Every time I come I take forever to order the attendant is so patient and helpful. He's quick with the iPad thing. And never messes up an order. I finally caught his name tag today. DJ (in training) you are the reason I keep coming back! Love this store and the service here.

The kindness, respect, and genuine desire to help customers including myself is undeniable. Thank you for making this location better than it already was! My order: Spicy, crunchy chicken sandwich with golden crispy waffle fries for the win everything was steaming hot upon opening the bag, the chicken sandwhich was packed with spice and flavor with a butter grilled bun to make it even better, the fries were lightly salted perfectly and even my Dr Pepper was full to the brim! My one and only complaint about this location is they ALWAYS skimp on the fries. It has great customer service, nice staff, they are fairly quick at getting people in and out but take a look at the picture below, this is exactly what you will get when paying for a large fry. It's only filled up 2/3 of the way at best and I shouldn't be charged for full price. From now on I will not trust them and I will come BACK in and complain about this and make them fill it properly. It's been happening for years and without people speaking up it will continue to happen.

Saveeeee your time and go through the drive thru do not do mobile order. You will sit there for 20 minutes while the drive thru just moves the whole time. They definitely put mobile orders last. One sandwich at that and sat for over 20 min in the mobile line. Ended up having to cancel my order and go back to work without lunch LOL

Eaten here dozens of times a year over the past ten years. Rarely if ever an issue -- and if there is, people correct it asap. Much appreciated! One thing I want to add is that when my food is served, it almost always looks like the pictures of the offering on the ordering menu. I appreciate that fact! It is why I continue to eat at Chick-fil-A -- they actually serve what they actually "offer" via marketing pictures. Sadly, too many of their competitors serve items that do not remotely resemble the food pictures -- and my first thought is "where's the chicken!" or "what happened to the cheese!". Never once have I ever thought that at this restaurant chain. Thank you for being honest.

Been to this location multiple times now. Pretty consistent with their sandwich. Just as good as always. Always down for the spicy deluxe chicken. Fries are still consistent. Service is fast whether you are ordering for take out or dine in. Spicy Siracha sauce. yes please. Not open on Sunday, when you want it the most. :/

This place was horrible!!!! By far the worst chick-fil-a the food tastes like smoke. I just had to rush my son to emergency room bevsur of food poisoning he was throwing up everywhere it was horrible. Definitely would not recommend this place at all.

I ordered a salad to go. I expect to receive a fork with my salad and I did not get one. I also know for a fact that there are two different toppings that go with the Market Salad I did not receive those toppings. If you're going to sell something and describe it as coming with something, then I expect it to come with it. Otherwise tell me thatyou're out.

This place is not recommended. If you find yourself craving a chicken sandwich make sure to avoid this specific establishment. Culprit- Jamie, I believe she's a manager of some type. Been driving around for about 6hrs at this point doing door dash with my chick. And I haven't eaten. After seeing what everyone has eaten all day I finally decide while we pick up this order from chic fil a, I'll order one of the sandwiches for myself. While looking at the menu Jamie rudely asks if I'm here for door dash. I tell her no since I'm also buying myself dinner while my girl runs inside. This is when she loses her cool. Starts yelling at me and trying to embarrass me in front of the entire work crew and other customers. I understand being a delivery driver isn't the most prestigious job but I would hope people could still accept my money as equal even if they don't accept me as equal. I'll be reaching out to corporate.

Not the chick fil an experience you would expect. My kids and I stood in line, in front of the register as the cashier took orders of everyone behind me. Never even acknowledged my family! Such a bizarre experience. We walked out. Any other location would greet customers and have an upbeat environment. This location is awful.

I have gone to this location for several years and it's been pretty consistently good until recently. I have had a couple of times where the hash browns were meh or sandwich wasn't super piping hot, and that is acceptable. It happens. I had the most disgusting meal there a few weeks ago. They put my sandwich in a box instead of the insulated bag they usually put it in, the sandwich was on a cold, hard bun and my puny chicken filet was more of a hard and cold fried piece of leather. I requested a refund online, followed up and NEVER HEARD BACK! I went back the other day and told cashier what had happened. I ordered my usual, #1 breakfast meal on a bun instead of a biscuit. They gave me a spicy chicken on a bun and didn't include hash browns. When I asked for the hash browns, they were going to charge me $1.95. The customer service at this location is really bad and I will not be going back!

I'm totally sad to have to write this review. Chick-Fil-A used to be fantastic. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The chicken breasts were thick and the buns were delicious. Also, the waffle fries were incredible. I waited until the third bad experience in a row to write this review. Today's experience was as follows: The breast was dry, overcooked and flat. The bun was turning stale. It appeared like someone had actually squashed the sandwich. It was garbage. The fries were tasteless and undercooked. I've had better chicken at McDonalds. And that's a low bar to meet. I recently tried the unseasoned chicken sandwich at Popeye's and it was everything Chick-Fil-A used to be. It was a thick, juicy and tasty sandwich on a soft, fresh bun. Sadly, I'm din with Chic-Fil-A after 15 years!
