The service was disappointing — slow, unprofessional, and lacking basic hospitality. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this here. The experience left a bad taste, and not because of the food.

Cold chicken My son was so excited to come here as we are from the Uk. It was a let down. The chicken was cold. The burgers had no lettuce unless you buy delux. Waffle fries were nice. My opinion is this place is Over hyped.

Today, we decided to have lunch at Chic-fil-A because I had never tried their food before. Luckily, everything was just fine. We both ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken. The portions were generous. We picked the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing, which was pretty good. I would order this again. We stood in line for a short time because the line was moving fast. Everyone was on their lunch break. We decided to eat outdoors because it was a sunny and lightly warm Miami day. Plus, it was very busy indoors. Parking is on the street or at the Brightline parking lot.

It was a Chick-fil-A so of course the food was good, but the service wasn't great because they kept on procrastinating opening time saying first that they would open at 10:00 and later that they would open in 5 minutes and later that they would open at 5 minutes later and so on until 10:30 when they finally opened. They also didn't give me any napkins with my food. Other than that it was pretty nice and I enjoyed the food.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was all female and unfortunately very rude and unfriendly. After placing my order, I asked for extra sauce and they told me it would cost $3. The food portions were tiny —. This place needs serious attention. Chick-fil-A, please take action. This location is not living up to your standards. 😡

Hi my family and I we were being enjoying the chick fill a. Experience since some years ago different locations across USA. Today we came to the one located in Miami 550 NW 1st Ave Suite 100, Miami, FL 33136. First time we have such terrible experience with customer. Staff rude, my kid ask for another Polynesian sauce for his food and the cashier said he need to pay for it 3 usd !!! My wife asked if they can scan the rewards to earn points through your app and they said no we don't do that! Food was terrible fries half filled. Salads same thing. We are so surprised with it and very mad about it!

The usual great good in the usual good but not great surroundings served up by good not great staffers, just outside the entrance to Brightline. Ok so I have found my way back to Chick-fil-A now that there are no longer donations to anti-LGBT causes. Thanks CFA, for welcoming me back. 5 star food: CFA makes something called a market salad, which is a great lettuce based salad with chopped grilled chicken. It's amazingly good for fast food. They're famous for their chicken sandwiches, but I'm addicted to this salad. 4 star ambience: for a fast food joint, their location s are always clean including restrooms. Composite hard counters and hard seating are the norm. It's incredibly convenient too, right by the main entrance for the Brightline station (also a big fan /frequent rider of that) 4 star service: again for a fast food place, they seem to hire nice folks. It won't be the Four Seasons, but their version of Waldorf salad is good but cheaper : )

Having a Chick-fil-a right by the Brightline station is an amazing option when you're on the go about to catch a train. It's always super busy at this location around lunch since people working downtown come for their lunch break, but the staff does a good job trying to stay on top of orders and getting them out quickly. My cashier was very patient with me when I changed my order mid-way a bit and did a good job keeping it straight. So fun they have ornaments for purchase this time of year - I got a little cow plushy ornament spontaneously! Loved their little Chick-fil-a Christmas tree. The peppermint shake is so good and worth the price if you love peppermint like I do. The chicken filet I got on my last sandwich was ginormous - definitely worth the price! I do think it's odd they don't accept the rewards program at this location.

I'm not trying to convince anyone this is haute cuisine. But, when you're on the run at the Brightline, the service here is patient, gets the food out fast and fresh, and it's more than reasonably good food. No shenanigans. The location is maintained as a clean, well-lighted place. Bathrooms are functional and clean as well. Management runs this location tight. If you're expecting a Michelin star, or table service, you're being foolish and unrealistic.

I've been to this location a few times and love it. The food is hot and delicious! The staff are amazing and friendly and provide fast service. It's within walking distance from my job here in Downtown Miami so I pick-up my food. The place is well-maintained and clean. It's near the Brightline, Tri-Rail and Metrorail stations so great place to pick up breakfast and lunch. (NOTE: There are a number of homeless around this area so just be aware of that.)

I'll begin with the two positive details of this visit: The team member tasked with cleaning the dining room was active and perfect, taking care of every table once diners were leaving. I also enjoyed that the one community table had a bit of history behind it, which was documented by a small sign attached to that table. Nice concept! The service I received, however, cannot be called Positive, and actually was dismally pathetic and bordering on rude. I advised my lunch order was for dining inside and I wanted the #1 combo with a specific drink, BBQ sauce, and ketchup for the fries. There is a sign at the front counter advising that any extra sauces are provided at an extra charge. I asked about scanning my phone for loyalty credit, but that didn't happen, and I was handed the receipt. I waited to the side for my order to be prepared. The To Go business here was actually more active than the For Here diners. While awaiting an order it is quite easy to overhear the team members discussing prior customers, which was not cool at all . . . as well as them touching their hair often while on a food prep line. Later my name was called by a young lady looking at the label on a bag. Although it was requested for inside dining that wasn't a problem and would certainly still taste the same. Before taking the bag I simply asked, "Is there ketchup in there for the fries?". Her response was, "You have to check that yourself and let me know if anything's missing", then turned and walked away. I was truly quite shocked and disappointed at that since most CFA locations pride themselves on customer service. I looked in the bag and found that not only was ketchup missing, but also any napkins, but that female had gone back to collect more orders. I went to the community table and decided I'd simply accept what was delivered. The waffle fries were hot and fresh, but the sandwich had a much smaller-than-normal piece of chicken, and the beverage turned out to be Diet Coke. Not the desired combo. I then noticed that the team member who'd displayed an attitude was departing the dining room while eating an ice cream cone. Perhaps this was the end of her shift, and she simply was thinking of heading home and not any service standards. When that level of service is provided, they customer is definitely allowed to leave an honest review of the experience. That's how it works. I cannot recommend this location based on my recent visit.

Bad experience at this location. I was so happy to have a Chick-fil-A in town. Finally a delicious fast food chain. However, I was extremely disappointed. Service was terrible. Complete disorganization. I came in on Saturday about 10:25 am in the morning. While I was making the line I saw the breakfast menu change to lunch on the screen. I didn't think it was going to be a problem, but by the time the staff got the cashiers to actually call customers to the register, they told me they there out the breakfast items. I asked her again, and she said they throw out all that breakfast stuff by 10:30 am. I was talking to her by 10:36 am. It was ridiculous, plus sad to hear they just throw it in the garbage when there are still people willing to buy it. Just for a few minutes! In my opinion, this is just bad management. I had to order from the lunch menu and that was even a problem. It took forever to get the food. There was a big crowd of people just waiting for their orders. It was so annoying. My morning and my schedule for the rest of the day was messed up. After the entire ordeal, once I got home I found out they messed up my order. My sandwich didn't have cheese or bacon, and they gave me the wrong sauces. After all that wait, I didn't even get to enjoy the food. Extremely frustrating! This location is in need of MAJOR help in management. Staff just wastes time chatting with each other and screaming out loud to the kitchen once in a while. They were very disorganized. It was the worst experience I ever had at a Chick-fil-A.

Not such a great experience at this location. It was very, very busy and quite unorganized and the trash was getting overflowed. We had to return to the counter and ask for utensils as well as ketchup and napkins (that should've been included or anticipated when we picked up the items). No associates made eye contact and the requests for the overlooked items were extremely delayed. This was probably one of the worst services from Chick-fil-A ever. Very slow service. Not a good experience and definitely would not recommend.

Never in my life did I think I could ever give a Chick-fil-A a bad review but this location is a disgrace to the brand and should be closed permanently. Orders are constantly wrong. The wait is ridiculous. Service is trash. Personnel are rude. Orders are slow...followed by cold food. They charge you if you do NOT want ice in your drink. They charge you for condiments. Trained SERVICE animals are not allowed. Unbelievably terrible! Corporate needs to intervene. Where in the WORLD have you ever seen a CFA with bad reviews?!? A disgrace to the brand.

The service is excellent . My boss gave me the card last year I have to use it before its expired. The employee is always in the line to help you. He scanned my card.Then another lady print the receipt from their tablet. It was fast got my name and the color of shirt I wear on the label. The food is delicious Staffs are professional and polite.

Found this new location by accident -- it's on the edge of The River Landing the shopping center -- and it does not have a drive thru. Limited street parking available. This particular location is Uber organized for walk ins, to go and mobile orders. From order to getting the food - took about 5 min. Either I have not been in a while or they raised their prices, or I had a senior moment. As usual, the original chicken sandwich hit the spot.

I'm fairly sure this is the worst managed Chic-fil-A I've ever visited. Orders are usually wrong, the trash is always full, and folks never seem to know what they're doing. Hopefully corporate looks into this because it's an absolute mess and needs a complete do-over.

This is the WORST CFA of all time. The customer service is TERRIBLE. There was two people in front of me, I could see there were ALOT of items pre made. I ordered the spicy deluxe with pepper jack, a sprite and a cookies and cream shake. I received everything but my shake, it took 11:38 minutes to receive my milkshake. When I sat down my fries were cold and there was American cheese on my sandwich. I've never seen a CFA as terrible as this. You can see by the reviews that I am not the only one that feels this way.

Worst experience I have ever had at a chick-fil-a. Someone really needs to come and retrain everyone here. I was in line for 20 minutes while several employees stood around and talked in the back. When I asked if anyone else could help, they said "no" and just continued to talk. They have a limited menu but the workers still don't seem to know what they have or don't have. No one smiled or apologized for my wait. It's really hurting the brand. Avoid this place at all costs.

I'm somebody who loves Chick Fil A and have been to likely 50+ locations ; This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to and i'm not joking. I've been to this location twice and the service both times has been horrible. Chick Fil A employees are supposed to be some of the nicest employees but these employees are the opposite. They just look at me and grunt and like mad about everything I ask. The first time I went it took forever to get my food because they completely forgot about my order and when I finally got it they refused to give me even a single extra sauce because I need to pay extra?! I just spent 20$ I can't get one more chick fil a sauce? All that food and i'm stuck with 1 sauce? My chick fil a back home gives me a whole bag of sauces because the sauces are a massive part of chick fil a. Or just let me know it's extra when I order next time. I ask for a water cup and the person gets mad. They get mad at everything. Food taste just fine so no disrespect to the cooks just the service is not good at all. Employees seem so unhappy to be there.

Never thought I would see the day when I would do this to a Chick-Fil-a. Lord forgive me. Where do I begin. I'll start by saying this isn't your typical environment, service, reputation, or quality that you may be accustomed to at other CFAs. I've eaten here out of pure convenience over 11x since it's near the office buildings. PRO TIP: they do not take your loyalty points at this location. First, the store is only clean during the early mornings when it first opened and after that it becomes the set of Chernobyl. The staff are just blatantly rude and unprofessional. Do you like when staff turn their backs to you, walk away mid order, charge you differently depending on the day, or have side conversations at the check out. WELL YOU'RE IN LUCK! At this location you can experience all that at a premium. You will have to check my order for surprises like missing items, messing up orders, or half completed orders. CFA has never felt like it's counter parts in that I considered it fast food. But this location has broken the mold. All the negative connotations associated with fast food is at this location. The exception being you are far from receiving your food fast. This store needs to be checked in on. Like are you good? At this point just turn it into the Checkers man. #eatlesschicken

They also refused to refill my drink as I was waiting.... Like what!!!! Lack of direction. The employees were literally all over the place. Place was terribly under staffed which front desk says is "normal". Food and service was awfully slow... worst I have ever seen not just at chick-fil-a but any fast food restaurant. Keep in mind this place was by no means busy. Apart from that the trash can was over flowing and place was just dirty. I am disappointed in whoever is over seeing this location. Not doing well for the brand name.

I have no words to describe the way that Ms. Bea (manager) has treated me all these years in Miami. She's been so nice to me every time I visited this location. I wish her the best. Thank you Ms Bea!! I'm moving back to PR and I hope to see you as a manager on the soon to be open location in Puerto Rico haha

Worst Chick-Fil-A I ever been. I order #6 combo which is a Grilled sandwich . Instead I received a spicy breaded sandwich. Staff looked at me while trying to ask for straw and sauce and they just ignored me. I grab the attention from a guy and asked him for a straw and Sauce literally behind him and he just walked away. The store wasn't even full 5-6 customer in line. When I finally received the sauce and straw I said thank you and not even a answer like other places that respond with My pleasure. If the chain continue opening stores and not emphasize their customer service their are going to be just a common fast food like Popeyes etc..

If I couldn't leave a 0 star review, I would. I found 4 long ass hairs in my salad tonight and it looks like they were placed there intentionally. The cashier that took my order had a nasty attitude from the moment I approached her. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I would like. refund, but I doubt that will happen. Never going back. Lesson learned.

Every other chick fil a has award winning standards for customer service - except this one. They close the doors 10min before actual closing time. They don't accept uber eats, Postmates, etc.... the excuse given is "we aren't corporate." They don't answer the phone - you'll die trying. If you are in a rush during your lunch break - order from somewhere else. The line goes around the block and they don't take your order while in line. They won't serve a 30count nugget if you arrive close to closing time. They don't ask what sauce you want. Ughhh Two stars for poor management and poor customer service. Train your staff well and make use of your prime location!

Apparently this isn't a "corporate" store so they also don't have the full menu. This is not communicated at all in any obvious place that most people would see. Tonight... for the first time... I lost my appetite for Chick-fil-A.

My understanding us that this is a fast food restaurant that makes their food fresh so it's not like it's frozen waiting to go into the fryer. If you go during lunch peak times, yeah naturally there will be a line.

It's not hyperbole to say this is the WORST Chick-fil-A in the whole wide word. For context, I live next door and have frequented this location 30+ times in the last 3 months it's been open. I'll spare you the story about how they were out of Chick-fila sauce because there was a "national shortage". I asked for the honey roasted BBQ sauce it's practically the same thing, and went on my way. I'll also spare you the story about how it takes 30+ minutes regardless of the line to get your food and how rude the staff is on every trip. Today at 5:30pm I arrived. Stood in line for 20 minutes (that's fine, we are all doing out best). After ordering, there was a 28 minute period where nobody received any food. Maybe 20 separate people waiting. People had to wait so long that there was no food being consumed at 6:30pm for a solid 20 minutes. NO FOOD BEING CONSUMED IN A "FAST FOOD" restaurant. Everyone had already drank there drinks and they had the audacity to make each person (who has waited ~48 minutes) pay $2 for a refill. After ~55 minutes, I finally got my food and my spicy chicken sandwich was wrong and my bun was soggy from tomato and lettuce juice. Hopefully things will change because I kid you not there was someone from corporate waiting on their food "undercover" and he was less than pleased. He had a service dog and they gave him a really tough time, saying he couldn't come in. There's a lot more bad things that happened but now I feel much better after writing this, so I'll spare you. Unfortunately this Chikfila falls under the category of the "airport" types. The menu is not accurate. They don't offer bagels for breakfast all though it's on the menu. You can't even scan your app to redeem points. My biggest complaint is they can't keep up with the volume. The staff does not move with any urgency. The typical order can take between 10-30 minutes. So do not come here for breakfast or lunch if you don't have time to wait. I had an issue with a staff member being rude. They don't say "my pleasure" when you say thank you. I really hope the owner reads these and does something to improve the service because it's beyond bad.

Disclaimer: this is not a one bad experience review. I'm a huge chick fil a fan. It's my favorite fast food. I was waiting for this place to open. But it's one of the most disappointing franchises I've ever experienced, right along with airport locations (as one reviewer accurately said). RUDE STAFF - NO MY PLEASURE - stupid but simple indication that this place is not on par. No "my pleasure" from the workers, multiple times. What planet am I on? They're disinterested, rude, and act like it's a chore to move their ass. OVERFLOWING TRASH - trash cans were filled to the brim and spilling over, and the restaurant wasn't even full. SERVED WRONG DRINKS / order.... TWICE The lines are usually so slow, especially in the evening. It's because the staff aren't the sharpest bunch and take forever to service. Call me crazy, but the FOOD QUALITY doesn't taste quite the same as usual. Everything seems poorly done. It also has been attracting really trashy / ghetto crowds, but I suspect that will change once spring breakers leave Miami.

I think the only person that actually saved is going to save this review or the ladies behind the counter let me begin first you have to see humongous line that makes no sense I understand it's covid but it's not made no sense so as we continue to order for the food it was like any other Chick-fil-A nothing special about this one with them other Chick-fil-A however foods like any other Chick-fil-A I can't really say anything about the atmosphere because it was not that I wanted to be in there with dogs always there was dogs in and out of this Chick-fil-A nobody was checking to see the dog was a f****** train dog it was all okay to have dogs which really really made me not want to finish but I ordered so I didn't the only thing that saved this review the only thing that was going to give me a three in my mind about this location I'm going to repeat is going to be the people behind the register not the location not the restaurant itself but there was a customer service that I received that I'm going to give this place a three star. Brand new chick-fil-A opens and they have zero parking for customers or curb side pick up due to covid. Outside the business you have Miami police ticketing customers inside that are eating which shows little to no respect for the customers inside. When I spoke to the employee at the door she told me with a straight face "that's not our problem". I won't be back.. place is trash

Clean, busy location near Brightline. Service was fast and friendly, and management went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with everything- I am so happy to finally have a Chick-Fil-A in downtown Miami!
