Grabbed some Chic-fil-a for breakfast and I can’t really complain. Wasn’t the absolute best Chic-fil-a I’ve ever had, but pretty solid. The staff were nice, as always, too.

Shout out to Keanu!!!! Such a sweet attentive manager!!!! Our visit was great. Good food , was promptly made, fresh, and flavorful. Atmosphere is very relaxed and I feel valued at this location…..

We typically opt for drive-in service, but on this occasion, we decided to dine in. Our order consisted of the new seasonal offering, the Honey Pepper Pimiento Chicken Sandwich, and our beloved Grilled Chicken Sandwich, accompanied by waffle-cut fries. To our pleasant surprise, the seasonal sandwich outshone our usual favorite, thanks in large part to the delightful addition of pimiento cheese. It was the clear winner in terms of taste. Conversely, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich was somewhat milder in flavor. We got Chicken Soup too which was delicious and super hot. To complete our meal, we also indulged in a strawberry milkshake, which was quite delightful. The service was notably efficient; they hardly gave us any time to contemplate our order, as there weren't any other customers ahead of us in line.

Had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! Ordered the Spicy Deluxe, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The quality of the food was top-notch, just as expected. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly polite, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better with their outstanding customer service. It’s always refreshing to visit a place where the team genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend this location for both great food and exceptional service!

Staff was polite and well trained. The line moved quickly with two lanes. The food was fresh and tasty. The only issue was we got no napkins, no spoons(for Mac n cheese and the ice cream cup) and also no straws for our 2 drinks. Soo yummy, easy choice!

Best chik fil-a ever. Came around 0730 and the staff was very friendly and polite. Loved the vibe and music was just perfect for a rainy day.

I had the best experience here with my Mom! The workers were beyond friendly and educational on our meals when we had questions and I just felt like I couldn’t NOT leave a review. Not only was the service great, the restrooms were spick and span clean! 10/10 visit and I’ll be back!

my go-to healthier options! grilled nuggets have never been better. FLAVORFUL, juicy protein packed... say goodbye to dry chicken breast. the mac can be a hit or miss, not always warm but I LOVE the bits of charred cheese and it's not mushy at all!! the spicy southwest salad w grilled nuggs is a perfect on the go option, maybe at the airport but nothing too special, easily could prepare from home. Started off as a standard stop for fast food, but was quickly disappointed by our cashier's inability to listen to our order, having to repeat 3 out of 4 of our items, and then when I began to pull the total amount from my wallet and handed her the bills, she stared at me and went, "You have to use a card, this machine doesn't accept cash. That one does." and points to the next register where the manager is in the middle of a transaction. I go ahead and use my card and look for a sign that says card only, which there is none. As I do this the manager mentions she could've held the cash at her register and transferred it later, to which the cashier responded, "Well too late now." The food was good and the dining area and bathroom were clean, but the apathy of the cashier left a bad impression.

Excellent service at this location. I walked up, had a phone on my hand, one of the staff asked if I was picking up. I said yes. And I explained that I had previously placed an order on the app but had to make a couple of changes. I looked at his name tag and he was actually the director!!!! I'm glad management level employees work like one of their regular staff! Definitely a plus. Besides their excellent customer service, I was also very impressed with the restaurant itself, it's always clean and organized. It's one of my kids favorite fast food, will definitely return!

I loved the customer service! I usually go in to drive thru and see Julian there but it was another girl I forgot her name but we were talking about the menu and then oh no Not my Sonny Angel missing her head on my phone notification from the worker....she was giggling and it was funny. But she was very friendly and took my order as per usual and I got the spicy deluxe sandwich combo meal with her suggestion from her for the peach shake. It was so good suggestion glad I got that shake. I appreciate the staff here on Calaveras!

The chicken tenders are surprising juicy and 'tender'. Prolly one of the better tenders I've ever had. Is it better than the spicy chicken sandwich? Almost!! The only problem is that the app is a bit harder to use than other apps but other than that, it's not so bad. And the staff is more than happy to help out with the app. Lastly service was very fast and friendly (Phil 1:27). Food came out quick fast. Very clean. Letter of Recommendation: A

I thought i wrote a review for this place, but I can't seem to find it. Anyways, this Chik-fil-A location is/was the newest location and glad to see it was super busy and crowded. The service is always friendly and nice here. I stopped in for their seasonal drink. Key Lime Frosted Lemonade & Chik-fil-A Icedream cup. Both frosty treats were delicious!

Stopped by here as we were on our way to Sac and it's right off the freeway. This review is specifically for this location. I've noticed a decrease in chick-fil-A's exceptional customer service in San Jose. However, the customer service provided here reminded me how it used to be back in the day. Extremely courteous and in a genuine way. The guy serving the drive through orders to the car on Saturday March 8th at about 3pm was phenomenal. Didn't grab his name but that kid is going places. Keep it up. Food was great as usual.

Clean, fast , efficient... fancy with flowers on the table. Obviously the food is always great quality but the experience from ordering to getting food was a WOW experience for me...

You can't jack up chicken tenders, and it's a way better option than McDonald's. Staff is always friendly and polite. Given the lines they do move fairly quick to get you in and out. My kids definitely prefer this for fast food or anything else.

IMHO The last time I ate here was almost a year ago. This second time we ate inside the restaurant instead of driving home to eat, and this made a big difference for us. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo meal, $12.49, and a 3-piece chicken strips, $6.89. Customer service from Thu was extremely friendly and welcoming! She asked about our sauce preferences, and she recommended the Chick-fil-A signature sauce, and how many we wanted. As we were walking slowly to our table, Skarlett (?) was following us with our food order! That was super quick! Restaurant was clean and bright. Chicken sandwich was good! Chicken strips were good! Hot, juicy, and tender! I just wish they had a slightly crispier exterior and crunch. The waffles fries lacked crispiness also. They were warm but slightly limp. Will we return? Sure, one day. Kind of pricey, but hubby and I shared our meal, and it was enough for us.

Came here with my nephews, we ordered a lot because there were some empty stomachs to feed. Thank you Lynda for her undivided attention and immense help. She even gave us some cookies!

We love this chic fila it's always fire. But today was exceptional. I had paid with a hundred dollar bill and they took a bit to bring out some change, i think everyone had kinda forgot about the cash and I left without my change. Nayeli ran after my truck and luckily I parked to eat real quick. She ran pretty far and got me my change back. That was kind of her, you can tell how friendly she was right away but that was insane. Thanks so much.

This, just like all other Chick-Fil-A locations, are jam packed. Don't even get me started on the drive thru lines that only seem to continuously grow!! Lmao. Don't come here if you're running on empty, on the verge of passing out... it's gonna take you a hot minute. But!! I guess a wait is well worth it according to the diehard patrons. I've sampled a good variety of the foods here ranging from grilled & batter nuggets, grilled & crispy chicken sandwiches, the market salad, & the highly overrated mac & cheese. Food is pretty good. Call me crazy, but this Chick-Fil-A just hits differently by not sitting heavily in my system after consumption. If possible, I like to dine inside. The employees truly make each and every visit magical. They are welcoming, polite, and extremely willing to help. Never have I witnessed any other fast food joint's employees stop by and offer to take your garbage filled trays out for you, rarely do I ever see employees truly happy while working, & I have never come across a fast food joint that has such consistent quality overall. It's the little details that guarantees such a pleasant experience. 5/5 stars!!! The long waits are truly justified.

I've never had Chick-Fil-A before and I finally got to try it! I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't know that once you order they will bring it over to you. The staff were friendly, excellent customer service. The chicken is good and juicy. I liked the waffle fries. Inside was clean.

I don't feel like everyday restaurants like Chick Fil A get much yelp recognition but they fill a need. I can order on the app and just about get something exactly as I expect it every time. I have never had bad customer service at Chick Fil A and this location is no exception. One thing to note here is that the bathrooms require a key code. I asked an employee who obviously did not speak English as a first language and she knew exactly what to do - pull out her phone and show me the code. I was extremely appreciative of this. Don't hesitate to stop in here and get a chicken sandwich.

Tried the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich, a limited time special on the menu. Didn't need to get the spicy chicken version, as it was spicy enough with the sliced jalapenos and diced pimento chili peppers in the cheese. The hint of honey was unnecessary, it was already full of flavor, the juicy tender chicken of course always the best part. The quality of food here is consistent with all other locations I've tried over the years, even decades, simple and delicious! This being a newer restaurant, the place is clean and modern, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Service on a Thursday evening was quick and efficient when I ordered inside for takeout, the wait for my sandwich about 5 minutes or so. The drive thru has your typical constant line of vehicles, but they keep it moving. And parking is easy in the plaza lot. Decent fast food spot, no problems or complaints.

Call me a hater but I am not a fan of chick-fil-a... Not until recently. I had a doctor appointment at Kaiser close by and decided to give it another try since there was no line in the drive thru early in the morning. Plus one of the influencers I follow on IG always raves about the breakfast sandwiches here so I wanted to try it. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit sandwich, taters and an ice vanilla coffee. But the spicy chicken biscuit was DELICIOUS! The biscuit was fluffy, soft and moist. The chicken cutlet itself is very juicy. I ate the sandwich with the honey and sriracha sauce which made it 10x times better. So good!! The ice vanilla coffee was mediocre. And the taters were the smallest portion of taters I ever received, definitely kids size small. Regarding service, the girl who took my order was extremely friendly and was helpful with my sauce selection. The lady who gave me my food was chatting with a coworker and when I asked her for a straw, she gave me this look like I was interrupting her conversation. Overall, I was very pleased with the sandwich and would come back again just for the biscuits. But I still think their regular chicken sandwiches and their sides are very mediocre.

Chick-fil-A has a fire sauce which keeps me coming back for their sandwiches. This location always has super fast service and super nice workers. The store is always clean and usually isn't extremely crowded. Even when there's 10 people in line, they usually finish my order in less than 10 minutes. I recently have been getting a medium mac & cheese because I love the crispy baked cheese they add to it. Sadly this time, it wasn't filled to even 4/5 of the container, which was a little weird since they usually fill it to the top. Overall pretty good. Great service and little high prices.

Everyone is happy that a chick fil a is here in milpitas. Pretty close to home too. No need to make the trip to the first street location. Honestly it's pretty good for a fast food joint. You can dine in and get your food delivered to your table, order ahead through the app, convenient drive through, etc. Location is kinda meh because it can get pretty traffic when leaving but overall not bad. The drive thru is cool because they spray mist in the summer (when it's REALLY hot) or have a heater on in the winter when it's cold. Just don't go craving it on a Sunday, because they're re closed! Food is always pretty good! I used to get a deluxe grilled chicken sandwich, but have since moved on to a regular chicken sandwich or deluxe sandwich and add bacon (since they only do grilled for the club). Their chicken is really good. Juicy and tender. Love their chicken strips and chicken nuggets. I was shocked when I bit into my first nugget that it's REAL chicken. There's also something about their criss cross fries that makes it so good, I dont know what it is. One thing for sure though, is they don't skimp out on them (unlike my last few McDonalds trip, getting ripped off "large" fries lol) For drinks, I really like how you can ask for a refill! We always go for the lemonade. It's a classic. If you look on their menu under "treats" there are frosted coffees and lemonade. The frosted coffee is yummy! Perfect on a hot day when I need that caffeine. The frosted lemonade is a bit interesting. I thought it was going to be a slushie but it was actually a "hand-spun" combo of lemonade and their Icedream dessert (I did not read this when I first ordered it lol). So it's on the cream-side. Still good though!! But just a heads up. Just sad they don't have ketchup up for grabs outside by the utensils, unlike other locations I've went to recently. And also.. NO DOG TREATS :( I was sad cos they're known to hand out dog treats. Last thing -- don't forget to ask for sauce! They won't always ask you if you want any sauce (chick fil a sauce is the best) and once I realized I was sauceless, it was a really sad drive home. They have a limit on their sauces, about 2-3 per item (including fries). But they do sell 8 oz sauces for $2.75 each. I've also seen them at some grocery stores like walmart/target.

Decided to succumb to my Chick Fil A craving to drive over to this location. I love the service at this location and they were pretty quick! I typically go to this location once a week during my lunch (around 1 pm) and it was not busy as I expected. It was pretty chill in the Chick Fil A and the employees were great! There was lots of parking and the restaurant was spotless! I ordered a 12 Piece Nugget with fries, lemonade and an 8 oz Polynesian sauce. I got the Polynesian sauce because I love to eat it with everything! Everything was soo delicious and I will be coming to this location same time next week :)

Omg their spicy chicken deluxe was amazingly good!! It was crunchy and flavorful! I usually get a brownie on my birthday and mmmmm it's good@

Love their waffles fries and spicy chicken deluxe sandwich! Every staff member was friendly and they brought out the food super fast. I've been here 3 times and every time the service and food has been great. I've also done drive thru pick up and it was a smooth process as well. I did notice they give more fries when you dine in. Tables are clean and there are plenty of seats.

Stopped here to pick up a late lunch. We ordered online on their app and the hubby went inside to pick up the food, which was quick and easy. I just got the two piece chicken tender - it was fine, good. The sauces definitely set their chicken apart. But I'm glad the breading is not too thick. It could've have been a bit crispier. But we did take it home and enjoy it 10 minutes later. I usually also enjoy the fries- they have large waffle fries. But these were a bit too salty and slightly undercooked - you can tell my the color also. They definitely could have been crispier. The hubby had his usual spicy chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed their buffalo sauce. Each entrée comes with a max of two sauces.

I recently went to chik fil a and the worker Chris who was taking orders at the drive thru was absolutely amazing. He was on top of it all. Got the order correct and was very professional. You can tell he loves making sure we leave happy. We ordered our food, went to pick it up and there was Julian. The other time I went Julian was handing out our order. Let me say the best attitude. He is so friendly and outgoing. Loves to smile and have a make sure our day is going great. Kudos to whoever hired them. There outgoing and friendly workers, they make sure that we left happy. And we definitely did.

Can't go wrong with this location. I'm a regular and many of the staff know my name. Treat em right & they'll treat you good. I once saw an employee chase down a customer who drove off so fast that she left her cone behind. That's service Food's great & the grilled chicken nuggets are a must if you're on a diet! When done right, they're perfect plain but some days they do need a dipping sauce. Can't really go wrong with any of the food here & I've eaten most of it

I don't normally come to this chain because the long lines fir the drive thru drives me crazy. But, being a girl of convenience, i came today as it's in a shopping center with 2 other places I need ti hit (Safeway & BevMo). So, I skipped the drive thru & went inside. 1 person in line ahead of me, placed my order, received my plastic table order number and by the time I was got my utensils...my food was delivered. So fast! And, my food was so good. It's nice to be able to get a hearty bowl of chicken soup instead of a sandwich. I did splurge with some fries as I was not sure how good it would be. I also like that they are environmentally conscious and ask customers to separate trash.

Hahaha! Just see the pictures.... I was stoked to find out this was opening down the street! But boy are they CHEAP when it comes to giving out sauce... how do you expect to eat a 12 count nuggets, fry and a chicken sandwich with just 2 sauces... there's a reason I ordered multiple sauces! And to get my sandwich with half the slice of cheese hanging out of the box... poor quality. Food is great and so is customer service. But no need to go CHEAP with the sauces.

Came here on a Friday night. Never been to this location since it's been open and I've always seen it busy. Thank goodness when we went it wasn't packed at all. The drive thru has two places but there always workers out there to take you order. The food, my daughter loves their kids meals especially their Mac and cheese. I always go for their southwest salads and the avocado ranch dressing is so tasty! I love their waffle fries as well especially when they are fresh and salty. I like how their drive thru is very open in space. I think they did this so when you get your order from one of the workers you don't have to wait in the line. I will be coming back to this location.

My husband and I have frequented Chick-fil-A since they opened this location last year. We just can't help ourselves especially since we live only 5 minutes away! We primarily order pick up or dine in, as well as visit during non-peak hours, so have never really encountered a wait/delay. Our frequent orders consist of their salads and waffle fries. Make sure to check your orders for accuracy - they may mess up orders sometimes, but the staff are great overall in service. Interior is clean and parking is always decent whenever we visit. Order through the app to save time. It's Chick-fil-A, so you know the food is good!

The long awaited Chick-fil-A in Milpitas has finally opened! The parking lot situation is kind of funky, but there are plenty of parking spots available. When we arrived for lunch on Tuesday, there were a good amount of cars in the drive thru section. When we entered, there was a line going all the way to the door, so you know that many customers were excited to try out this new location. The cashier was friendly and we ordered 3 Spicy Chicken Delux Sandwich Meals (comes with waffle fries and a drink, I got lemonade), 1 12 piece nuggets, and 1 peach milkshake. For sauce, we went with our go-to Chick-fil-A sauce. I was handed my 3 lemonades and cone (don't know what they call it, but it's to help the staff identify which table to deliver the food to) at the counter. This location doesn't have as many seats as some of their other branches, but they kept the store clean and we found a table to sit at. We didn't have to wait too long for our orders to arrive and we enjoyed our food. Taste was as expected, perfect! When I went to ask for a refill of my drink, the staff was friendly, attentive, and filled my drink to the brim. First experience at the Milpitas location was a 5/5 for us. Although you can tell the staff were new, they were busy, working hard, and still managed to maintain friendly and good customer service. Keep up the good work!

The food is delicious! We definitely like the original Chick-Fil-A meal as well as the Chick-Fil-A Deluxe meal as a family.

Cashier was so rude. Had no patience. I think they are not paid well since they don't care about the customer.

You just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. We were grateful to have one close to the hotel. Everything we ordered way great. We didn't have any problems at all. It is nice to have a place that is consistent when you're traveling.

Stopped by but went through the drive thru because I wanted their vanilla cold brew and some hash browns as a cheat meal snack lol Went on a Saturday morning and the drive thru line wasn't long and it went by fast. This location is in the same center as 24 hour fitness so lots of traffic. The building looks new! They switched the coffee cups from plastic to double layer paper and I feel like they put less vanilla syrup than before even at other locations I've been to. Overall nothing too different, I'm glad they weren't too busy and I got my food and drink fast!

I love Chick-fil-a!!!! So the food will always be amazing. This is their new location which is not good. It is near bevmo and 24 fitness. I lowkey think it is stupid to have like two drive-thrus and the workers have to walk to give you your food. I don't see the point of having the employees walk to your car. Why can't they just have the drive-thru merge into one??? Like the one near the Plant (Monterey Hwy) Well, it is whoever builds it chooses to do that so no hate on that. But my experience when I went there was horrible. I was with my family and we are going thru the drive-thru. A lot of cars which is okay because it is a recent location. The worker handed me a bag and my dad told me to check it. We only got the fries. The worker took our other bag of food without giving it to us. Like wtf?!?!?!? When I look up, she was already gone. Anyways, we can't go anywhere because there are cars in front of us. My dad told one of the workers what happen and the worker gave us our food and gave us our sauces. I am saying this location has a bad system of giving your food to you.

My first time in this location Very good and friendly customer service Nice dining room, a lot of parking and good drive through. I order de chicken soup, chick-fil-a de lux and soda The soup it's the best I ever had in a fast food chain, the sandwich was very tasty and the fries very good. Everything cone with the sauce of your choice in a nice packaging Definitely I'll be back

Pretty disappointed that my breakfast sandwich was cold and hash browns tasted as if it they were soaked in grease store wasn't busy, so not sure why this occurred

Check your order before your drive off! Quality of food is hit and miss, sometimes you even get cold fries, they look like they were made few hours ago, stale! You have to beg for more sauce. Staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes bothered even drive thru. It's the closest chic- fil- a by our house, but it bothers me for the money you spend, I hate coming home to missing items.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. This place opened a few months ago and I can't recall having a truly bad experience* in several trips. *there was one time where me and the car behind me had similar cars and they tried to give me his much bigger order, but I told them and ultimately they got it right. I usually come after going to the gym that's right next door (in fact, that's my biggest reason not to like the place - tempt me like this after the gym? HULK ANGRY!) and the teenagers working the drive thru are very patient while I sit there completely exhausted and ponder over the 10 item menu only to ultimately settle on the spicy chicken sandwich every time. The price is on par with other fast food. The drive through heaters / fans are awesome during the cold / warm months. They sometimes take a littler longer than the average fast food, and there have been a couple times where they've tried to mess up my order (this time they accidentally put whipped cream in my milkshake - I said no whipped cream! *best Karen voice* - and I saw the guy scraping it off lol) but ultimately they have gotten my order right every single time. I really have no complaints.

Finally ate at recently opened location. Not crowded at all which was nice. Ordered the crispy sandwich meal. Disappointed with the burger. Hardly anything else. The waffle fries was the only good thing. With McDonald's and the Cheesesteak shop in the vicinity, I would go to either one of them. Won't return to any Chick-Fil-A.

Stopped by tonight to grab some last minute dinner when I pulled up to the drive thru & was greeted by a cashier with such wonderful energy named Lynda. Not only did she take my order but she was very very friendly through the process & also read back my order with some unusually, good enthusiasm that I hardly see now a days in the customer service industry & so I wanted to take the time to write this review to point that out as that's very rare to see but was great! I hope the company can take the time to recognize her hardwork & Lynda if you happen to be reading this, keep up not only your great work but never let anyone make you lose that great attitude of yours. I see you going very far!

Chick-fil-A has grown on me over the years. It was something I was initially not the biggest fan of, but now I really seem to enjoy it. This is a new location and it was a smooth operation at the drive through. In and out with very little pain. Staff was quick and efficient and had my food in my hands in record time. The sauces here are also fantastic. If you like chicken sandwiches and like fast food, then this one is hard to beat.
