Probably the worst CFA location that I've been to! Restaurant itself is also quite small, less than 10 tables.
Across the border, CFA is actually known for their outstanding customer service. What I experienced was less than McD's standards.
Restaurant was well-staffed (even overstaffed), but there was no "captain" of the ship. Arrived just prior to 8pm and there was still a line that seemed to be moving. Yes, there were a couple of staff members who came around to take orders which was helpful, BUT they weren't really well-trained and they show you a partial menu.
When you get to the front of the line, that is when the system really falls apart. They're great at taking your money, but terrible at the fulfilment stage!
At other CFA locations, they'd give you a # if you were dining-in. No one even asked this question, so everyone's food is served in paper bags. Normally, you'd be able to take a seat with your number and someone will personally come with your food. This location doesn't do that.
There's no speaker system, so there was a backlog of customers waiting for their orders. I'd already received 1 item 'cause a staff actually came out from behind to pillar to call my name - it was ice cream, so. Otherwise, all the staff does is literally just say a name in a regular tone voice. Barely audible. Hence the backlog of people just standing there...waiting. Again, the area is quite small!
After not receiving the rest of my order for quite some time, I stood with the rest of the crowd for at least 10mins. Eventually, I got someone's attention, told him my name, and he just pulled out my order from the side...where it had been obviously sitting for quite some time.
Order was there, MINUS the sauces that I ordered. So I had to share sauces with my friend.
They need a better system. Chicken is also super salty. If I remember correctly, much more so than the US locations. Not really worth the wait. Skip 'til they iron out the kinks.
Not a great representation of what CFA should be.
