I come to this CFA atleast once a week because my kiddo loves their food. Every employee I’ve interacted with at this location is so kind and they are very quick with their service despite the high volume they get. I had an app issue a few minutes ago where I placed a mobile order, it charged me, and the app glitched once it detected my arrival and deleted my order. Special shoutout to Rita who is such a nice person to everyone. She greets everyone with a big smile and kind words. Give that girl a raise!! She embodies service excellence every time I see her working. She quickly alerted her manager of my situation (I wish I saw his name tag bc was super helpful too!! He was a younger white gentleman, had glasses, and I think braces?). He put my order back in and within less than 5 minutes, I was handed my food. Thank you both for your excellent service! It does not go unnoticed!

Maybe the first bad Chick-fil-A I have found. Of the 10 plus times we have been over the past few months, our order has been wrong 8/10 times. We keep making the mistake of not checking the order in the drive through, and we get home to find something wrong with the order. Have paid for things countless times and not received it. Not sure what’s going on, but the worst run CFA I have been to. A bummer for sure!

Can't even put a salad dressing in the bag. Asked for a certain kind. Husband didn't even check because "chick fil a" always gets it right. Got home and not a single dressing for my salad. So couldn't even eat dinner tonight. Appreciate that, chick fil a.

*** Update 7/18/2025*** I'm sure due to staffing our visit last night was slightly different. There was so staff taking orders in foot, orders were being taken at the speaker menu boards. The line didn't move as fast as usual, but again, that was probably due to staffing. Food was still great and staff we spoke with was still friendly. We always use the drive thru here. Line moves fast, they usually have two people taking orders and cards in the line to facilitate speed. After you place your order if you don't need to pay cash or get ice cream, often a staff member will walk your order to your car before you even get around the building, allowing you to skip the window line and go on about your day. Food is always consistent and staff are super friendly.

Most horrible service ever. Don't go to this chick-fil. Never been to a chick-fil that didn't care about there customer, this is a first. Extremely unorganized. Maybe they should visit the cool springs store and take some tips. I'll be call your corporate office. I know for a fact they don't train you to be rude to your customers. Your store needs better leadership. You have a " I don't care" attitude!

Used drive thru and was greatly surprised. The guy outside asked me what I needed, said I don't know I can't see the menu I was in the line far back from that. He went up grabbed a menu and helped me chose my order. Even though the line was long I was completely finished in four minutes! Everything, napkins, straw, ketchup order completely right. Staff were all so respectful. After eating I had to call the establishment and tell them what a great job all of them were doing. In today's world customer service has just gotten plain nasty. After my visit with Chic FIL A it makes me realize it's not just the food you love and enjoy it's the whole experience that continues to make your day joyful. Thank you for making my day run smoothly.

I came in on slow morning, probably 15 after they opened. No cars. I just wanted a hot coffee. The older man at the drive thru said "no". I asked why and, again, he just said "no". I said if it needs to brew I can wait. And he said " no, we can't do that". Very weird. And y'all's fries are always cold.

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT! For a place founded on a culture of curiosity and respect this particular branch is a complete let down. If you have bad management the rest of the employees will follow suit. I have a common food allergy. One that requires me to be very strict. My wife asked if something contained gluten and the manager looked disgusting with the question as if we were just trying to make her life harder when my wife was very clear that the question was allergy related. The manager printed off the ingredients list and held it up and said "here read this" At the bottom it clearly said "contains wheat" A manager should know how to read it at least know how to be nice about things. This isn't the first time she has been apprehensive about the question. I feel this issue needs to be addressed.

FIVE STARS FOR THE EMPLOYEE NAMED RITA!!! Give this girl everything. My car broke down in the drive through and she literally pushed it out with only the help of my passenger. Only subtracting a star because no other employees helped at all. Not that they are obligated to but like, be a pal. But she was incredible and I hope she gets recognition!!!! Everything else about this place is like subpar at best but that was really kind and nice

I'm not sure the issue this one lady has against me. The first encounter I didn't say anything. However this time I watched how she spoke to the customer in front of me. I was in the drive thru. When it was my turn, she didn't greet me or anything. I said "how are you today?" No response just "what's your order?" I said, i placed an order thru the app. Her response "what's your name ?" I tell her my name, she turns around and i kid you not said "have a nice day" over her shoulder. It was definitely giving attitude. So i asked her what's up with the attitude. She said "i don't have one." I said ma'am "you clearly do." I told her i greeted you. You didn't greet me, you said what's your order instead of how may i help you or something similar. Then you didn't even say " my pleasure." Just yelling over your shoulder as if I did something to you. And this is the second time this lady has been rude to me.

Not all Chick-fil-A stores are created equal. I naively thought they were. I do find it unfair for some of these ratings to be 1 or 2 stars, because this restaurant undisputedly serves some of the best fast food in America. However, these Yelpers have a point. This restaurant has issues, and unlike many complaints on Yelp, I don't see any managers responding to the concerns here. That's a foreboding sign. I've been to many Chick-fil-A locations while driving around the U.S., and you always get a great sandwich ... until now. While filming a documentary about the Chicken Sandwich War, we obviously had to stop at Chick-fil-A since they inadvertently started the whole thing back in 2019. Their sandwich is the original, and it has stood the test of time. I rated sandwiches based on three criteria; batter, meat quality, and bun. The quality of meat is always impeccable because that's shipped in. The bun was decent, but not as fresh as other locations. They need to work on that. Worst of all, the outside of the chicken was completely burnt. So their batter quality score plummeted, and Chick-fil-A fell out of first place. Chick-fil-A is always tasty, they sell a very good sandwich, and the customer service is always excellent. But this store needs to do a much better job of preparing chicken and keeping buns fresh.

Well we have always loved this location until today. Went inside to eat with my kids on their day off and all the employees seemed very irritated and unfriendly. Food was also disappointing. May need to go somewhere else next time for a fun lunch out.

This Chick-fil-A is close by, so my wife and tried it for a take home lunch. After snaking through the convoluted drive through line, we got our lunch order and went home. I didn't order a drink and my wife ordered a Frosted Coffee. What she got was an Iced Coffee and a Dr. Pepper drink. My Spicy Chicken Sandwich may have been slightly spicy, but the fry was neither crispy nor crunchy.My wife's Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, unlike mine, appeared freshly made and looked pretty good. She said that she really liked it. My Potato Waffle Fries were crispy on one side and soggy on the other. Myh wife called her fries "disgusting". We both ordered the Chocolate Chunk cookie It was loaded with lots of chocolate. They probably added oats/oatmeal to make it so chewy. A nice little cookie. Now to rate this Chick-fil-A. There were some good points...the Chocolate Chunk cookie and my wife's Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. There were lots of bad points. There was our messed up order, my Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the "disgusting" fries.I'll never visit this Chick-fil-a again and advise others to do the same. Two stars for this Chick-fil-A.

This chick filla is always too crowded and impossible to park at. The line stretches down onto nolensville pike and by the time its your turn to place an order you will have forgotten why youre there in the first place. The food is never any good either and the staff doesnt even seem like they like it there. I highly recommend going elsewhere unless youre desperate.

The food is always on par with Chick-fil-A quality but the time to wait in order to get food is absurd. The drive through line is always backed up around the corner and down to the street. When trying to get food inside, despite being extremely busy, they will only be taking orders from one register. It's very disappointing as I've been coming to this location for years and the unfolding situation is only getting worse.

I really love chick-fil-a i've honestly through my whole life never complained about one...except this location. they constantly fill a large fry halfway and the chicken patty's are dry af. there needs to be some quality control here. also the workers here constantly look anxious and tired, like they are under bad management.

The food is your standard Chick-fil-A. The service was welcoming , quick and personable. The parking is a bit confusing because of the long drive thru lines but in a way that is part of the Chick-fil-A and experience. For what it is though a moderate priced fast food restaurant really have no concerns and will enjoy many more meals here.

Worst Chick-fil-A store I have ever visited. Not once, but THREE times has this been the worst experience ever, and I will never be back. Let me tell you why. Insanely long chick-fil-a breakfast lines seem to be a staple at any chick-fil-a, granted the breakfast is usually worth it. At this particular location, showed up at 10:11am to order some breakfast, the woman in line ahead of me ordered over $200 worth of food, taking over 15 minutes to do so. By the time she was finished and I was ready to order two burritos, it was 10:29am and I was told breakfast was no longer being sold and they were all out of everything. At this point, we go into the store, management has nothing other to say then, well you can pay for these biscuits "if you want" ??? I explained how I had been waiting in line for a considerable amount of time, the soccer mom in front of me with 40 meals, and the fact I ordered breakfast before it was over and was denied my order. No resolution was reached. I left empty handed and annoyed the customer service did not reach the bar of expectations I had learned to appreciate from any other chick-fil-a. A couple weeks later, hungry and craving breakfast once again on my way back from the car dealership, I cave and decide to stop. Two spicy burrito meals and two drinks ordered later, I head back home. My hands full, and no where to stall and check my meal. Only while returning home to find: no hash browns, two biscuits instead of spicy burritos and the wrong drinks! Never again. I would rather drive to a different chick fila then ever experience this one even once more.

Same food as every other chick-fil-a, so it's obviously good. But my goodness, would it kill the employees to be even semi aware of their surroundings? I come here all the time because it's a mile from my house, but I'll literally stand there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I need something. Won't even approach me, I have to come after them. The manager whom is always there in the morning is the same way. Doesn't interact with customers, just stands there with a nasty face and looks away. Tempted to drive to the one in Brentwood from now on just so I feel the sense of hospitality Chick-fil-A proudly boasts about.

I am beyond thrilled to have a chick-fil-a on our side of the tracks!!! No more driving into Brentwood!!! Only downside... no playground here. But for grab-and-go it's fantastic. This place is pretty -- modern and new. I read horrible reviews about the service but the guy who answered the phone was super polite, the girl who took our order at lunch rush outside was super sweet and prompt, the drive thru people were awesome and got everything right, and everyone we could see in through the window looked hard at work. Love it!!! The parking lot is tight when it's slammed, it's a tight right hand turn but the line went quick and who cares -- I'm so glad it's here. Sincerely, Whispering Hills Subdivision Mom of 5

Terrible location and super slow customer service. I placed my order for breakfast at 9:45. They had a really long line and it was barely moving. By the time I got to the order window I let them know about my mobile order and they said they couldn't give it to me even though it was just 10:31. THIRTY ONE. And said you can order lunch if you want, even though I waited a half hour in their slow line. After placing the order and paying for it they cancelled it. Trash location, don't go there.

This will probably fall into deaf ears, but the idiot that designed the parking lot and traffic flow needs to be taken to the back and dealt with. One entrance/exit into a parking lot designed for ants with smart cars and the line for the drive through cuts through the main parking area, it's like they wanted this place to constantly back up. Secondly, one line to the drive through that split into 2 narrow stations and merge back into the one line is still.... one line. It may work with a fast drive thru crew, but with the way this place runs imagine an upside down funnel... yeah traffic is real baddd. Otherwise food is alright...everything just taste a bit bitter considering the parking and traffic situation. If I was the owner, I'd consider replanning the entire layout to accommodate more customers and maximize sales. But what do I know, this food is so bitter. Yuck.

I have ordered three times from this location as well but for inside pickup. Yes parking is a pain and I would never waste time in a drive through. However, they have always gotten my order correct even down to the random sauces I asked for. Food was always ready within a couple minutes after clicking "make my order." I don't know how you can be overcharged when making an order through the app. You choose your own items and pay for them yourself. My only suggestion would be to expand parking to areas around the restaurant so that cars can park when the drive through line is blocking everything.

So very happy to have a brand new Chick-fil-a near my neighborhood in Nashville! This CFA is an awesome addition to this side of town! Per expectations, this location did not disappoint in being an above & beyond fast food restaurant. Very clean interior and exceptionally kind staff. The drive through line can be a bit long at times which makes it hard to enter the parking lot if you're just trying to dine in or pick up a to-go order, but it moves fairly quickly & you can get in and out in good time. This location also offers the curbside pick-up via the app, which is an excellent alternative to waiting in the drive thru or going in and getting it to-go! It also offers the other app options like carry out orders, drive thru pre-order, and dine in order where they bring it to you at your table!

One of my favorite, go-to fast-food places. I can get a relatively healthy meal on the go..grilled chicken nuggets and their super-food salad are the best! Then add the most polite and attentive staff I've ever had at a fast-food place and I am the happiest camper. I have yet to go to a location from New York to Florida to now Tennessee where I wasn't met with a smile, great selection and great fast food.

Well it seems this location has management issues as well I went in after eatting a wonderful meal to get a refill I asked the employee twice for a refill the manager Lisa yelled from across the room NO REFILLS I as asked to speak to her she came over I asked again for a refill she said we are not giving refills nor using a new cup unless you pay I advised Lisa I'm a paying Customer and she did it for another customer not 10 minutes ago she seemed surprised when I told her the story about the missing food she says oh well I did because she had to come back in then went on to say I should be asking for a refill in a different manner and walked away I WILL NOW BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION This location how dare Management treat their customers so disrespectful what in the world is going on with basic CUSTOMER SERVICE in closing I had to go to the mapcomart to get a drink so I could finish the meal I paid for

this is the worst chick fil a of all time. i'm not sure whose waffle fries are being served here but they certainly arent the lords. employees all seem to be in high school, including the management, and they certainly act as such. some portion of my order is normally always messed up. came in a few minutes before closing the other night (because they dont have curbside and their parking lot is an actual nightmare) and this girl is standing behind the counter loudlyyyyyy repeating "ohh nu-uh. nu-uh." several employees kept acting actually personally offended that people were coming in. while they were still open. so rude. they were blatantly being so rude. i mean, it is a business yeah? no one is trying to stay at the chick fil a for six hours, you are still going to be home before curfew, chill. i noticed after i ordered there was a line of about 14 people waiting for food, just inside. the chick fila on mallory lane could handle that with both eyes closed and hands tied behind their back and probably would be smiling and offering you refills the entire time. the whole staff just needs to be replaced. it's making the brand look bad. will purposely drive out of my way just to avoid this one in the future.

This Chick-fil-A is the best I've had. For one it's line is always into the street it's so long and yet you seem to get your food and get out in less than 10 mins sometimes less. Always hot and fresh food and great service. Employees always go the extra mile to make your trip to their fast paced restaurant better.

Worst Chik fil a I have ever been to! Terrible service, they always mess up our orders. My wife likes well done fries, today she was told "Corporate doesn't let us do that anymore." Do they let you season them? Because both orders of fries were soggy and had zero salt or pepper on them. Chicken sandwich was soggy as well so we just threw our food away. This place is a joke!!!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They literally always mess my order up and have the worst customer service. They've done everything from giving me the wrong kind of chicken on my order, forgetting my fries, forgetting my granola/nuts for my salad, sauce, salad dressing...everything! I only go back because it's the only one near me and I'd have to drive another 15-20 minutes to go to another one. They need new employees, managers or headsets...something because they literally cannot comprehend an order. Take the extra time and drive to Brentwood if you can. They're friendlier, they get your order right, the wait is much shorter - even though I'm sure they see more customers - and it's not a pain to get into the actual parking lot.

COVID -19 or not this is the worst Chick-fil-A of all time. We live right down the road from this location and have given them chances after chances to get our order right. We now travel to Brentwood every Saturday and it's a totally different experience. The food is better and they haven't forgot sauces or gave us wrong sandwiches in our order. When I order coffee with sugar and cream you actually get it with your order unlike the location 5 minutes from my house. Sad just sad DRIVE TO BRENTWOOD

not for this location specifically. I will no longer be a customer of Chick-fil-A due to the fact that they are discontinuing the sweet snd spicy siracha sauce. This isn't the first time they've done this to a good sauce that is incomparable to anything else they have. And they didn't even announce it they just stopped putting it in my bag when I ordered it. Also the worker didn't show chick fil a spirit when I noticed and asked for them to help me find a different sauce I'd like.

While I am a true fan of Chick fi la and I religiously go at least twice a week, I am not overly amazed by this Chick fi la. While the food is a hit at all times (even when the fries aren't as fresh), I think that the slowness of this chick fi la speaks volumes. There is a Brentwood location that probably takes twice maybe even three times as much as this one and still efficiently runs. I love that it is on my way home and work, but an understand that the space is limited at this one.

Will not go to this Chick-fil-a again. For years I've been able to get the chicken I order as "Well Done". But it seems that the management over this particular location has decided not to do it. Unfortunately their process of cooking chicken doesn't completely cook the chicken in my opinion. But more importantly they stated that this change was handed down to all Chick-fil-a's. That's a lie. I've ordered well done chicken from the Brentwood, Cool Springs, Columbia, and Midtown locations. So those will be the Chick-fil-a locations I will order from. It's sad because I live next door to the location on Nolensville Pk. So I'm forced to passed this location to continue driving 15 to 20 minutes just to get Chick-fil-a. Waste of a location.

I have been to this location three times. I have ordered all three times through their Chick-fil-A app. Every single time they have either overcharged me, given me the wrong thing, or had "lost my order" Staff is poorly trained or supervised. Disappointing for their standards.

I was excited that we were getting a chic-fil-a so close to my neighborhood but I've only been able to go there once since they opened because I'm not willing to wait in those ridiculously long lines. The time I did go, they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home. When I went back my food they gave me the food they left out of my order but they charge me when I asked to replace my hash browns. Even though they didn't forget the hash browns, it had been 20 minutes since my original order and they had gotten cold and soggy. I just paid for them because it wasn't worth it for me to get more aggravated over $1. I agree with the other reviews about the parking. No one should park on the left side of the parking because the drive thru line will block those cars in. I drive a full size pick-up so parking in the right side was very difficult which only made matters worse when I had to drive back to get my food.
