Every time we go, there is a friendly staff. Definitely the food quality is a step up from regular fast food. Sometimes sure they can get one item wrong, but they are not consistently getting my order wrong like McDonald’s or other places and when they get it wrong and you tell them that they did in the app they definitely accommodate you or if you call they make it right.

Not quite sure how I ended up with Jordan's food when on the bag it clearly had the name Gary on it! Drove all the way home to find out its not our food.. oh and its not Haydens fault.. she took my order, it was the manager or assistant manager who I watched put the food in the bag..

I placed my order in the drive-thru and paid with my card, but when I got to the window, they said they didn’t have my order. The manager came out immediately on the defensive, questioning whether I had even placed an order at that location. She kept pressing — asking if I actually had an order and which employee I placed it with — as if I was trying to make the whole thing up. I literally ordered in the drive-thru line with their own staff. There were a thousand ways she could have handled the situation better. I was totally fine with placing a new order and running my card again, but instead, she chose to be condescending and accusatory. Honestly one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had

I ordered 8 pieces nuggets. The service i got from Jacob was great. As it shows in my receipt, everything I ordered is correct. The problem was when I received my order. It took longer than I expected, it's OK, I can wait. When I got my order and got home, I noticed I had the wrong sauces. For some reason, they have some mac n cheese problems. Out or only have a large portion. I do not know if it is on purpose so people can buy a large portion. So they were out of that. But getting the wrong sauces like honey, mustard, and others it doesn't go with fries. At least on mine. Got me so mad. Not even Ketchup got it right. It not the first time, so please make sure they give the right order with the right sides. So make sure you double-check, wait,and check even if they employees are running around to give others orders. If I waited that long, they could wait too. I am very disappointed in the service

***READ ALL THE OTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS! *** Spend your money elsewhere. Obviously the poorly trained staff, management and corporate do not care if their custimers are getting horrible service. This location gets WEEKLY ONE star reviews. Let me start by saying that I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!! So imagine my disappointment when I come in and I see tons of employees but they are all chitchatting and showing eachother things on their cell phones. I get it! But when a Customers walk in, there is an expectation to at least be acknowledged. NOPE!! Then I order and the person taking my order is barely audible. Get my receipt and sit to wait for my to go. Get my food only to find that my order was incorrect. Placed a second order to get the correct stuff and sit and wait. 15 minutes pass by while I am sitting and I notice the crew giggling around a phone. I walk up, wait until they are done and ask for my food. It was sitting on the counter behind them! UGH! I nearly lost it as my whole family was waiting for our food. I rarely give a low Star rating but if this Chick-fil-a can't get their crew to put their phones away when there is work to be done, they will have problems. The main noticeable problem is how dirty the restaurant is. I took these pictures before the whole debacle.

Pretty boring review here. Early Saturday morning breakfast run went well. The drive thru line was dumb long, so I went inside to pick up. Thankfully the inside wasn't busy at all. I placed my order at the counter. The order was made fast and made right. Coffee was good and hot. The restaurant was clean and none of the seats were sticky!

I ordered online. They do not start preparing the order until the customer gets there. Maybe that is what they have to do because people do not pick up their order, but they should tell a customer that. Not leave the customer hanging by not having the order ready when the customer gets there. Very disappointed.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this Chick-fil-A until today (06/04/2025). Osciyah was speaking to a manager when as I waiting for my order to be taken. She told the manager "Did your wife beat your ass?" then proceeded to tell her "I don't even want to be here." I felt so uncomfortable and considered driving away. Osciyah finally came to my window to take my order and said "She logged me out!" I will be headed to the Chick-fil-A up 46 from now on.

The food as far as junk food, which is what it is don't let them fool you generally taste OK if I'm gonna make the decision of putting poison in my mouth so I made that decision, but I didn't even get the poison to put it in my mouth because they just didn't send it. I ordered three Chick-fil-A biscuits and a large cup of fruit The cup of fruit came and it looks like somebody ate out of it or half of it's missing or basically what they're doing. They're still giving you that big container to mess with your Olympic system. That's right monkeys and apes. That's what they do to take advantage of you. Basically you're paying more for less and if their fruit is anything other than a small amount of apples and cherries and blackberries and strawberries if they just use those small slices of orange in there with a lot of apples cause it's cheap and it's apples. Those are the cheapest ones the cheapest apple you can get this is what you're paying for. I didn't even get my three biscuits and when you go online to say hey I didn't get my three biscuits. That's what I ordered before dialysis so I could eat well you have to go on their website other thing and make a complaint against the order and here's what they do. They offer me the money back for the biscuits. Of course you should do that. What they should do is pay for the whole thing and deliver my biscuits, but they don't do that so they take your power away. You can't talk to a human unless you really go to a lot of trouble running out the ladder you know most of us we work hard so the cost of the three biscuits and the time it takes us to even deal with these people is not worth it and they know This so I would not suggest it in new Braunfels because they gotten so busy. They can't simply count to three this is your education dollars going at it at its best so we'll see what they do. Otherwise I'm just gonna blast him constantly and we all need to quit accepting this highly expensive shit food

Multiple visits here and the drive thru line is horrible each time due to design. I've also had catering delivery issues with this location and it's my least favorite location due to functionality. Go to the other location in New Braunfels at all costs.

This location has been consistent with messing up my order lately. The bad part is, it isn't until I'm back home and unpack everything and notice I'm missing whole meals or part of some. Everyone knows how hard it is sometimes to even get into the parking lot so it's always an inconvenience to have to go back so most times, I give up my food to accommodate my boys for their missing items. They have written my name down to compensate me for the next time I place an order but still, it's an inconvenience. The staff are always nice and friendly so that helps. I understand no restaurant is perfect and there will be times where something is missing or made wrong but it happens more often than not at this location. I hate having to hold the line up to check to make sure my whole order is complete but that is what I may have to start doing.

I prefer to go to the San Marcos location but this one is closer. They never fail to not fill the fries. Most times I put extra blue cheese on my salad it comes with none at all. There's been too many consistent issues to give this location a good rating.

Drive thru not organized at all...line was wrapped around the building today- no problem because they're usually pretty fast, but while yielding to drive thru traffic, someone decided to cut in line. I told the employee that I was waiting so as not to block traffic and this car just went around me and he basically said there was nothing they could do about it. How about tell them to go to the back of the line?!? I guess from now on I won't worry about blocking traffic..

Did a mobile order and upon pick up there were like 5 workers standing and hanging around at the window, food wasn't ready when I got there and there was only two sandwiches and fries. Came home to no lettuce in both our deluxe sandwiches and no sauces in the bag although it was printed on the tag. No napkins. Apparently they said they ran out of lettuce?? Should've checked before I left but I never typically have any issues with chick fil a but this location always has something going on that isn't like the chick fil a brand.

What is more rare than hen's teeth? A Chick-Fil-A 1 star rating. That is what. Every Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my entire life has been nothing short of amazing. Food quality has always been top notch, and the service cannot be matched by any other restaurant. Period. It has been my philosophy if everything in my life was run like Chick-fil-A is ran, life would be a dream. Yesterday evening after a hard day at work, and our refrigerator with a need to be restocked, I opted to have Chick-fil-A ordered and delivered. Figured why not reward myself, and give the wife a break from cooking. I pulled up the Chick-Fil-A app on my phone and perused the menu. The app is always very user friendly, and very convenient. The app will give you an accurate wait time, and will show you the driver's progress in real time. So, the wife and I ordered the same Spicy Southwestern Salad, topped with chicken nuggets. I asked for the tomatoes to held off the salad, and the kiddos both ordered chicken nuggets. I paid for the food with my app, to include the delivery fee and tip, and waited for my food. Delivery was estimated at 45-68 minutes. No problem. I was hesitant to order delivery this time because the last couple of times, they messed our order up. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, same on me? Well this time makes the fifth time of ordering delivery, so I was hoping the shame would end. The food showed up in good time and was nice and warm and packaged neatly. All of the drinks were there, and things were looking good. Until I pulled the salads out of the bag. My salad was correct, but the wife's salad was not. Instead of the chicken nuggets she ordered, was this shredded grilled chicken. We also did not receive the sauces ordered with the kids chicken nuggets. So, fool me sixth time. The last time. I will now go out of my way not to visit this Chick-Fil-A. Not only am I getting the wrong food every time, I'm paying them extra to screw my order up. ON TOP of tipping them to mess it up. They also are banking on you not noticing the inflated food prices on their delivery menu to capitalize on the convenience. Maybe on social media I will change my relationship status to "it's complicated" since I keep getting screwed and cannot get them to buy me dinner. I'm sure the next question you are asking is "why didn't he just call the restaurant and tell them?" I'm glad you asked. I have done just so. Each time, they give an empty feeling apology and tell them to just let them know the next time we go in there. Uh, yeah sure. One time I was given a promise for the food items to return on my app for next time, and that never happened either. Reading other reviews of this particular Chick-Fil-A, wrong orders are a common thing here. Shame on me again for not reading the warning from fellow Yelpers. I will do my part and warn others as well. If this location decides to make this right in an acceptable way, I will revise this review. I do not recommend this place, and I recommend driving across town to the other side of New Braunfels for the other location.

Hands down, CFA is THE only fast food restaurant I will go to. Excellent customer service, very efficient- they've nailed down the timing and queuing in the drive thru. The employees here make it a pleasant experience. Also the chicken sandwiches and the nuggets here are delicious. I'm also a big fan of the waffle fries. So not sure why this NB location has only a 3/5. Questionable, but I like this place. CFA over Raising Canes, Popeyes, and all other chicken chains out there!

Worst Chick-fil-A on 35 do yourself a favor go to the one in Schertz or San Marcos, they're slow on orders, quality of biscuits....horrible always fully staffed but yet you have to wait 15 min for food. App orders also are ahead of in person orders.

I'm a Chickfila Signature Member and have eaten at this store many times. Lately the food quality has suffered and I keep getting burnt fries or nuggets! When I call to say something they act bothered and cranky. They used to be my favorite fast food chain, but they seem to be backsliding at some of their locations.

Skipped me with 4 cars and all the people that arrived after me left first that some bs . And all the manager told me I am sorry wow wow. And my 10-year-old son told me we waited for like 30 minutes and the people behind us got their food in 5 minutes will we are starving haha. But nah for real no good thumbs down.

As a whole, this is one of the better Chic Fil A restaurants I have been to. Like many, they have a really good system when it comes to moving the drive thru quick. During busy hours they really utilize the 2 lane drive thru. I typically utilize curbside, but I think drive thru is faster here! The only bummers I have had here is my order being wrong twice, and cold fries sometimes.

I love these guys. I really do. I like the food, the culture....I like everything about them. But, I don't like that their dining room is still closed in the name of Covid. Come one guys, Covid is here to stay. Others have figured out how to operate in this, you should to. To stay closed is to tell your customers "no matter what, we know you will come back. " That's true for now at least.

Two days ago I ordered 2 large Chick Mini platters for a work event that I was hosting. I called in, gave the order, and confirmed a pickup time. When I got there, the young lady behind the counter asked for the two platters and I heard a "WHAT!?!" from the kitchen... not a good sign. The young lady went behind the door, came back out and said they were making me "fresh" chicken mini's- apparently all 80 chicken mini's were going to be "fresh"! Fast forward 20 minutes and I flagged down the manager and asked him to just give me the one platter of chicken mini's that had been prepared and we'll call it a day. There was never an admission of "hey, we lost the order". There was never an apology. Other places I've been to have at least offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. Nothing here. It reminded me of being 5 years old standing at the window waiting for his dad to come home while being ignored. As of 48 hours later I am still waiting for the 2nd platter (that I didn't get) to be credited to my account. Very disappointing experience. I will say, that I live in Dallas and our Chick-fil-A's there are the polar opposite of this one. Moving forward though I would avoid this one if you want to continue to love Chick-fil-A.

Went and ordered breakfast this morning for my son and myself. Ordered a bowl and burrito. They didn't give us salsa, they didn't give me a fork for my bowl, I ordered the parfait and it's not even filled like it normally is. This location sucks!

App and menu is misleading and the workers don't go over your order when you arrive nor fix the problem so watch out. I didn't realize there was an option for entree (just the sandwich) and meal for the app. Bought $23 worth of food. 2 sandwiches, kids meal, small Mac n Cheese, cookie, 2 drinks. My husband brought the food home and we realized we didn't have any fries when we thought we bought meals. We called the restaurant for clarification and they weren't helpful. Out of curiosity I went back on the app and made sure to add the meals and everything we ordered. Total came to $24 and some change..What a rip off. So again, make sure you choose the meal they rip you off with the "entree" if you don't catch it/realize it.

Entirely too much horseplay and poor supervision. I have eaten there 3 times in the last year and they have gotten my order incorrect every single time. Today we ordered in the drive thru and had to pull around to the front because they apparently did not have chicken sandwiches ready and after getting home I saw that my order was wrong and my food was cold. The assumption that our food would be fresh because of the wait was absolutely wrong...! What I did see were employees playing with and throwing fries and no less than 15 visible workers. This location definitely has one less customer. Good luck getting what you pay for...!

I was in the drive-thru and an employee came to take my order before I could see a menu so I asked if they had any sort of chicken salad and he said yes and I assumed this was true and was what he was entering on his pad. What I got was a very dry piece of fried chicken on a bun with lettuce (I suppose that was supposed to make it "Chicken salad"??) with a piece of "cheese" (which I would have never ordered) and fries, which I didn't ask for. The cheese was terrible quality "cheese food" and the fries tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. I was too far from the Chick-fil-a to return so I filed a complaint online and the store has never followed up. I used to really love Chick-fil-a but this one at least will not be getting anymore business from us.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat fast food. The last few times at this location, the salads keep getting smaller which would be a big deal if they didn't screw you over on small filets and then try to charge you almost $10. We order fries on occasion and they don't even fill up the carton. It's a rip off. They are losing their touch and I'm super disappointed!

My first chick fil a I've been to and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The line made me worry a bit because it wrapped around the entire restaurant but it was fast and efficient, should definitely look up the menu before or while ur in line though because they come out and take your order. I was always being helped. The first time I even stopped in this long line I was being asked what my order was, the 2nd time I moved up I was paying, and the 3rd I got my food! The whole line, that wrapped around the whole restaurant, took me 5 minutes to get through. Absolutely amazing!!

I'm not sure what is up with this location now. I go here almost everyday and have had so many problems recently. I went there a week ago before work and waited 35 minutes without the food coming out. When I ask them about it they said "you have not received it yet?". It was morning and they didn't have spicy chicken filets made and they said they could make it but I didn't have another 10 minutes to wait cause by this time I had to be at work so I left and said I would comeback for the food after work. I don't get off till 6 and the chic fil a was my lunch so I went all day without food because of their mess up. When I went back at 7 they had no idea of the issue earlier despite the morning manager telling me he would make sure to pass on the note to the later staff about the issue. Tonight I went back for the first time since that issue and order the same exact order I always do which is 2 spicy chicken filets and 2 x 12 piece nuggets. I get back home and open the bag and it was 2 x 12 piece nuggets and 2 regular filets. I was craving the spicy chicken filets and now the same issue on the same order for the same item. Again though i felt sick all day so I had not eaten. I just had an issue at longhorn steak house so I thought "I'll just leave and go to chi-fil-a". It was so frustrating cause of how nauseous I felt that I threw the food strait in the trash and decided I just would not eat any food tonight. It's been problem after problem there recently and so I will start to find somewhere else to eat daily lunch/dinner from.

I love Chick-fil-A, but recently I've had some problems. Last week I had it delivered to my house and they forgot all of my sauces. Sucked but I let it go because it's never happened before. But today for lunch I ordered a Cobb salad with nuggets, and when I got back to my office I saw that they forgot the nuggets!!! And I couldn't go back because I was already back at work. Very sad day lol

Worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. Check your order before driving away. Your drinks and fries. I got the wrong drink and an almost empty box of waffle fries. They tried to be sleek by filling it with ketchup containers. This is actually what I got. Such an un-Christian thing to do. If I pay for large waffle fries, I expect to get what I pay for. Ripping people off is not cool.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Salad has since been shrunken it used to be a much bigger meal. It might be to over priced for the food that you get. You can tell everything has been sitting for a while because when you get it it isn't hot. This establishment was very dirty under tables were tomatoes, carrots, napkins definitely needs more attention.
