I don’t usually post a review about fast food chains but I had to as the food was on point. The salad is really generous portion with really good dressing and chickens (definitely go for the avocado dressing) and lemonade is also really good. The chicken burger was so good that we had to have a second one. I definitely preferred the classic one than the spicy one but they were both moist and super delicious.

Food was cold and drenched in lemonade. Delivery orders are packed poorly and the drink lids often fall off. The DoorDasher dropped the drink lid on the ground and put it back on the half filled drink. I don’t recommend deliver service. All around poor quality.

The service and food quality is impeccable as always but I wish that I had known this place was downtown with no separate parking from the surrounding establishments. As a first time visitor to this location I was a bit shocked to see it was just a fixture of the buildings, not a separate establishment. But they do a great job anyway, just good luck finding a parking spot directly outside.

I had a catering order gone wrong, no fault of my own. I tried to get a satisfactory fix by way of the Catering Manager and Store Manager. Neither would help and would not accept responsibility for their error. I have never encountered this kind of experience with a CFA. I would avoid catering orders. If there is an error, expect finger pointing and no resolution.

I do not recommend it! An employee pulled me out of the bathroom with my dress still down, yelling at me and using bad language. Even though I told her I had eaten there, she didn't care and took me out. It's sad that the bad attitude and treatment of just one person on the team ruined the moment.

Ordered my food and they gave me the opposite of everything on the bag and just didn’t put anything that I ordered in it. No Parfait but gave me a spoon, ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit- only gave me bacon and cheese, asked for 3 strawberry jelly, they literally only gave grape. Tried to call the store- but the line isn’t connected. Contacted support and they said they will send my concern to the owner- should be an auto refund since I paid for something I didnt even receive. Just because it’s chic fil a doesn’t mean it will be good- and that was proven for a second time to me from this location

Restaurant workers mistreated a poor lame woman when she asked them to use the bathroom even though she bought food from them. This is an inhuman act. It happened last day at 11 in the morning. It's heartbreaking. The shop owner should be careful with his shop. They have no conscience or morals, and the shop's reputation will be ruined. I personally will not come back again. It's heartbreaking.

The ladies here have great attitudes and always are consistent with their customer service.The team is so quality and speedy with their service!I recommend visiting every time you get a chance and are in the mood for Chic Fil A. They hired the right people!

Since I work in the area, I go to this Chick-fil-A location the most as it's within walking distance. I usually order my food online and pick it up inside. It can get pretty packed in there around lunch and most of the time you will have to wait a few minutes to get your food. The food is usually hot when I get it. However, the salads aren't always the freshest, as there have been times where I've had a lot of wilted pieces of lettuce. Customer service is always good and depending on the time of day I always hear them say Good Morning or good afternoon. Also, on the app once you order they tell you an estimated time for your food, as well as, give you the code for the restroom. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Because this location is downtown there are usually some homeless people hanging out around there asking for food or money. Overall, I'm usually satisfied with my food when going there. I also appreciate that they give rewards sometimes. In the last 2 weeks I've received 2 free sandwiches (1 because it was the start of pelicans season and the other was because I attended a pelicans game).

The food is always hot and the customer is always great. The building is small and it's always packed during 12-2pm. It's best to order online then picked your food up.

Food is just like any other chic fil a, pretty standard and good. But they have to come up with a better parking solution. It's terrible and dangerous! Anyone have any solutions?

Service was kinda slow. The food was fine. This place was conveniently located next to the Hyatt regency.

This is a typical Chick Fil A restaurant in the business district of downtown next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel for those who loves the franchise and wants consistency. You are not far from the French Quarter to experience the city's authentic cuisine. If you don't want to walk or waiting for the street car to grab a quick bite, then Chick Fil A is great option. The sweet tea is on point.

You really need to address the parking situation--it's out of control. Also, it seems like the workers are overworked.

Today, I decided to go to this location because it's a 3 minute walk from my office. I have been a customer since chick fi la was a chicken and this location is not it! While I realize this a new location it is total chaos. I ordered 1 market salad and 1 cup of chicken soup. Both items are pre-made. I requested fried chicken on the salad instead of grilled. After waiting 20 minutes I asked a young lady if she would please check on my order. She brought it to me within another few minutes. For $16, I want everything that comes with my order. And a receipt would have been nice. Now, I've waited 20 minutes and I don't get points! The salad contained no blueberries, almonds or granola. The grilled chicken was not sliced, just laying on top of the salad. There is zero organization, just workers running around in circles. At other locations I've visited, that are way busier it's a well oiled machine. You got one job and you do it well. I'll probably be back but not until you all get it together because today I didn't receive "my pleasure" service or food!

They pretend not to see orders from door dash or uber, then give attitude when asked about it. Don't waste your time ordering from here.

This s a Wealthy "Christian" organization and they charge for a cup of water - seriously? Not making enough money you have to charge for water?

When ordering from chick fil a, you know your order has been double triple checked and has every request you made sealed up in that little bag. As expected, this location has nailed it. I've been waiting for a chic fil a that delivers to the Garden District and it's finally here! The only flaw is the location for drivers. No place to park for pickup or dine in. I'm assuming you can pay in the parking garages/lots around the area but that's not the point in fast food. I've witnessed the right lane filled with empty cars with their hazard lights on just to run inside and pick up their chick fil a. This begins blocking traffic on two main streets because a whole lane is no longer available and many drivers are risking a car theft. Awesome to order from so I don't have to get into that chaos but I now avoid the Loyola/Poydras area because I know how much we, the people, love chic fil a.

Quick, very beautiful sweet southern lady took our order and blessed our day , my daughter just moved to New Orleans so I'm sure she will be going back a lot

First time ever in a Chick-fil-A w/ unfriendly staff. So weird! Food good, as ordered. But this not a happy crew.

I visited the Chick-fil-A drive thru on FM 78 in San Antonio, TX 10:30 am to order breakfast. I was told breakfast is only available until 10:30 am. When I pointed out that it was 10:30 am the employee informed me there is only a specific amount of food made due to cost cutting measures. This was an unacceptable response and an unfavorable customer experience.

i waited an hour for 2 meals!!! A MOBILE ORDER. ran by a bunch of people who dont know how to talk to customers. would not recommend this chickflia! avoid at all costs.

No one want to work together. My experience at this Chick-fil-A was horrible. This place will still get a lot of business because of the location. The famous answer to everything "my pleasure"; never heard it once. After getting our food; we weren't asked about condiments. We finished our food then order ice cream to our table. We had to go to the register to get our dessert. I'm not pleased at all.

Please do not visit this location waited 30 mins for A spicy deluxe meal . Too many workers for me to be waiting that long fries were hard and cold
