Chick-fil-A

I have been coming to this location EVERY DAY to purchase 4 cups of ice cream. For over a year. Now the portion is half the size. For the same amount of money. I went inside to complain and was told this is how it is. I spend at least $45 a week on ice cream alone. That doesn’t count the mornings that we stop for breakfast and the several evenings we stop for dinner. This is unacceptable. I will not be patronizing this location again. This has not been my experience at any other location.

My friend and I went to Chick-fil-A last night and it was pretty good ways away but worth it the food and service was great. The only thing not giving it five stars is how far it was from where we are there aren't enough of them. The banana pudding shake was great!!!

went here today after work, ordered 2 combos with large fries. now chic filet normally have consistent service and foods. today they got my drink wrong and the fries were so salty its not edible, i tried to clean each fry with a napkin to shake and rub the salt off but it's still too salty. they got the drink wrong i wasn't about to drive back to exchange it.

I honestly couldn’t be happier that a Chick-fil-a is located conveniently to my home, but unfortunately, I’d be hard pressed to eat from that particular store again. I was extremely disappointed with the nuggets. The nuggets were overcooked and very salty. Onto what was a revolting experience is the fact that I had a foreign coiled blue object inside the nugget. I do not know what it is but I immediately stopped eating. See the picture attached to substantiate my statement. Service was good but when I asked if condiments were in the bag, the response was yes. Literally glanced before I left and there were no sauces! Had I made it home without sauces, I would have been livid. By far this is the worst Chick-fil-a. - beyond shocked!

I know this is a new location and there are some hiccups, but it's super inconsistent. I've been there several times, but this is the last time. My Cobb salad was old, brown lettuce at the top and bottom. Previously, fries were cooked in old grease, cookies hard, and the bun wasn't fresh. Disappointed.

The mobile express lane is the stupidest thing Chick-fil-A has ever done. If you order ahead on the app you have to go to the outer lane which is the longest lane. You're better off going to the inner lane every time you go there and order when you pull up. Don't order in advance unless you're trying to wait.

The team at this Chick-fil-A always goes above and beyond to make every visit a 5 star experience. Especially, Miss Joi - she always has a bright smile on her face and has such a positive, upbeat attitude!

The food is usually good and hot, with quick service. I go here often, how ever it really depends on who is working for the service. Sometimes I have a 10/10 experience and other times a 5/10. I rated the atmosphere low because the parking lot is terrible. It is a pain to get in and out. People cut each other off and it is quite often there are almost wrecks by the exit by the Walgreens. I do not know how much control or say they have in the matter, as the Plaza is ran by someone else, however this is a big factor for me in whether to go here or not because sometimes it honestly isn't worth putting up with the terrible traffic to get mid level service. If the service was great all the time, I'd probably be there more and be more willing to go. It is just honestly too annoying to get in and out efficiently.

Chick-fil-A is good the service and staff is fine to. Now mainly based on the food I recommend going to McDonald's for chicken nuggets honestly to me this place makes the nuggets weird so I recommend getting something like a chicken sandwich as you're starter to get used to the places food.. and not waste you're money on something you won't like

Disgusted!!!! I went here to pick up an order and saw one of the male cooks EATING. I watched him, while wearing gloves, put what appeared to be a chicken nugget [could have been fries] in his mouth and continued about his work, using the same gloves. It was very noisy in the kitchen area. There appeared to Be a lot of playing going on. I wholeheartedly believe in a proactive and enjoyable work environment but this was on another level! All I could think about was all the laughing and loud talking they were possibly doing over people's food and the likelihood that fluids were leaving their mouths and landing on food. Yuk!!! The cook's eating in the kitchen, while preparing food is clearly against food-handling protocol regardless of where you work!

This CFA is so slow I really don't know what the problem is. My order is correct most of the time and my food is hot most of the time, but I just can't wrap my head around how slow they are, especially the drive thru. Oh and they're stingy with the amount of napkins they give you. They gave me one napkin with my meal :)

I left a review 8 months ago about wait times, orders wrong, and just general displeasure at the service. Today (11-17-23), I decided to give this location another try. I did a mobile order and when I checked in, the person was pleasant who checked me in. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my food. My drinks weren't labeled, one of my orders was wrong, and the containers of hand browns were half full (at best). I would use caution before ordering from here. I'll drive to Harvey or Marrero from now on for Chick-Fil-A.

Maybe we ordered too late. The signature chicken sandwich was over cooked and greasy. The coating or beading was nonexistent. The bun didn't taste fresh. Very disappointing.

Super friendly people and the place was busy but they got us our order and everything was right. There were fresh flowers on the table--how great is that? The drive thru line was long so we came inside and it's just so pleasant when people are kind and polite with what they do. Glad this new location opened up--we'll be back!

Food was great as always but service needs improvement. Waited 20 minutes for two chicken bowls and still got my order wrong. Manager did give me a couple of coupons but the unpleasant experience was already done. Will give another try since this location is new I'm sure they will get better.
