Love the quick mobile service, however, I may have to go back to going in to place my order! I haven't been hearing the famous phrase, "My pleasure!" I tried the grilled chicken sandwich for the first time. It was tasty! Not bad at all!

Walked in to get food service was quick but the person behind the counter was texting, food was cold like it had been setting there awhile. The tea with no ice was watered down weak taste to it. Usually chick fil a is very good but not this time very disappointing

Love the perks& point you get using mobile app with free items. However using mobile express app is not so express. Everytime I’m in mobile lane I’m waiting a very long time. I watched 10 cars pass me by in the regular line while mobile line didn’t move for a while my last trip. Again I’m here for breakfast &line is extremely long I rather just order from regular lane from now on. The perks &points are not worth it to me anymore. They are always really nice &accommodating at this location. They work hard &always had my orders right. I think the problem is chic fil a as a company creating the mobile lane has nothing to do with the workers

Normally Chick-fil-A is such a very pleasant place to visit. But I honestly did not enjoy my visit today . The older ladies on the register were very unpleasant and she went out her way to be kind to everyone but me. Which I thought was strange since I don’t even know her but customer service at this location doesn’t represent Chick-Fil-A brand. 😒

I visited this restaurant last week and miss michelle the cashier was absolutely wonderful.The restaurant was clean and bright. There were fresh flowers on the tables.The food was hot fresh delicious.I am now a chick fil a chick!!!

Chic Fil A strives to be a family place and it shows. The chicken is very good. Every member is the staff is kind and courteous. They even hold community events. They welcome groups. They have games for customers to play. There is s kids play area with play cash registers. I can't say enough good things about Chic Fil A in general, but this location is exemplary of what they strive to be!

We love this chick fil a ! The food is ALWAYS AMAZING! The service is always on point. Everyone is always so kind. Shout out to one of their managers, Josh. He is always helpful and does it with a smile on his face.

Did a mobile order and used the Mobile Thru lane seamlessly. Short wait for food. Food was fresh and my order was correct, including the number of sauces added.

Chick-fil-A is good the service and staff is fine to. Now mainly based on the food I recommend going to McDonald's for chicken nuggets honestly to me this place makes the nuggets weird so I recommend getting something like a chicken sandwich as you're starter to get used to the places food.. and not waste you're money on something you won't like

Disgusted!!!! I went here to pick up an order and saw one of the male cooks EATING. I watched him, while wearing gloves, put what appeared to be a chicken nugget [could have been fries] in his mouth and continued about his work, using the same gloves. It was very noisy in the kitchen area. There appeared to Be a lot of playing going on. I wholeheartedly believe in a proactive and enjoyable work environment but this was on another level! All I could think about was all the laughing and loud talking they were possibly doing over people's food and the likelihood that fluids were leaving their mouths and landing on food. Yuk!!! The cook's eating in the kitchen, while preparing food is clearly against food-handling protocol regardless of where you work!

This CFA is so slow I really don't know what the problem is. My order is correct most of the time and my food is hot most of the time, but I just can't wrap my head around how slow they are, especially the drive thru. Oh and they're stingy with the amount of napkins they give you. They gave me one napkin with my meal :)

I left a review 8 months ago about wait times, orders wrong, and just general displeasure at the service. Today (11-17-23), I decided to give this location another try. I did a mobile order and when I checked in, the person was pleasant who checked me in. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my food. My drinks weren't labeled, one of my orders was wrong, and the containers of hand browns were half full (at best). I would use caution before ordering from here. I'll drive to Harvey or Marrero from now on for Chick-Fil-A.

Maybe we ordered too late. The signature chicken sandwich was over cooked and greasy. The coating or beading was nonexistent. The bun didn't taste fresh. Very disappointing.

Super friendly people and the place was busy but they got us our order and everything was right. There were fresh flowers on the table--how great is that? The drive thru line was long so we came inside and it's just so pleasant when people are kind and polite with what they do. Glad this new location opened up--we'll be back!

Food was great as always but service needs improvement. Waited 20 minutes for two chicken bowls and still got my order wrong. Manager did give me a couple of coupons but the unpleasant experience was already done. Will give another try since this location is new I'm sure they will get better.
