Rare time I want Chick-fil-a, and I ordered a basic spicy chicken sandwich. This is what i get delivered. The quality is so much worse than the picture could show. Never going back 👎🏻 dont recommend especially where I got it from. On top, my partner got food poisoning from their grilled chicken deluxe, so watch out !

I finally got the chance to stop by during their breakfast hours and I am so happy I did. The food was amazing. I don’t really consider chicken to be a dish eaten for breakfast but I decided to try the Chicken Biscuit anyway. This breakfast was sandwich was perfect! The biscuit was soft and buttery and the after drizzling a little honey on top it had the perfect mix of sweet and savory. My husband opted for something more healthy and got the Egg White Grill which he said was really good. I do feel like the hash browns could have been crispier, it seemed like they had been taken out of the fryer just a minute too early.

I visit this restaurant frequently and I don't know what has happened to the adult or mature staff but these entitled teens they had working there today 12/27 acting like McDonald and Wal-Mart employees is RIDICULOUS. I spent $47.93 & my food taste like it's been sitting under the light for 20 mins. They parked me and still didn't deliver the satisfaction you get from Chick-fil-a. Someone needs to secret shop this store to ensure it doesn't become a MARYLAND PARKWAY SITUATION.... I CHOOSE CFA for the service not because I want to waste my hard earned money on crappy service and horrible teenagers that are only there because they want a check. It's customer service which means please your customers. No smiles, no welcome, no my pleasure...straight out whats the name on order and handed food....CFA DO BETTER

I mean.... I know this is not the popular train of thought.... but for me it was "just ok". I wouldn't run there again because there are so many other better options. I absolutely wouldn't say it was the worst I've had... but I don't really get the hype. I did find the batter/breading on the chicken to be very bland and lacking in flavor. For a place that boasts about their chicken I was expecting more flavour. I would suggest trying their mac'n cheese... for take-out it was pretty decent. But for the large, which isn't very large by the way... it was a wee bit pricey. Either way... try them or don't... it's not going to change your life. There are better chicken places out there!

I’ve never felt so disrespected while being at a chick fil a facility . Im a delivery driver and i went to pick up a customers order. Someone told me the food was still being prepped ! Ok i wait…10 minutes pass i as another team member . She said She Was Check On The order She Never, Came Back! I’m thinking she’s a manager she had a black shirt on or should i say wanna be manager 10 more minutes pass i decided to ask the lady at the front where’s my order and how long she proceeds to say that order had been picked up a long time ago ! The manager saw i asked no apologies or nothing it’s so frustrating cause I’m just doing my job and have other customers order to deliver . So all these people stared at me all this time they knew i was waiting and proceeded to make me look stupid cause i was just standing there! I feel like they racially profiled me and I’m Latina woman ! So uncomfortable i know they were chuckling when i said why they made me wait if they knew the order was gone! Customer service terrible in general ! I wouldn’t ever go back there if i wasn’t a delivery driver

I have eaten many chicfila’s in my 21 years of life, from Atlanta, Ga, where chicfila was founded, to northern california, where they just opened a location not even a month ago in front of my house, and i must say, this chicfila consistently has the worst fries i’ve ever tasted. I don’t understand how hard it is to make good fries. I used to work at chicfila for goodness sakes and I made better fries than this location, the new location that opened not even a month ago in front of my house, makes better fries than this location. What is going on? Why is the quality so watered down? I am utterly disappointed.

I must say, my last couple of visits have been on point and the food is freshly cooked. The ambiance of my car is great...I'm in drive through but the line is going super fast. I'll let you know how it goes after I receive my food. **Post Food Update: the food was hot and fresh, no issues.

Chik fil A should be the standard of fast food. They are efficient, polite, accurate and fresh. What more could you ask for. The employees are always super friendly and kind. The drive thru is quick even when there are long lines. It runs like a well oiled machine. The new pimento cheese chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious! I hope this becomes permanent on the menu. It's such a pleasant change for the same type chicken sandwiches you can get everywhere else. I appreciate the consistent service and quality.

I did not feel like waiting in the drive thru today so I placed an order online for pick up. After I paid I simply had to press the "I'm here" button once I arrived at the location, and they began preparing my order. It said my food would be ready in 3-5 minutes. I walked in and quickly was handed my food. I ordered two strawberry shakes but there was a bit of a delay receiving them because they were adjusting the machine. I waited maybe five additional minutes to get my shakes and when Chris Lee finally brought them out to me he also provided a brownie and cookie to my daughter and I for the inconvenience. I thought that was a great gesture. Thank you Chris!

Unfortunately I ordered from Uber Eats last night and this is what I took a bite into. I'm feeling horrible this morning, and I'm unable to get a refund for some reason. This is the second time i've gotten raw chicken from there and I will have to stop going to this establishment on Craig. Just be mindful of the chicken you're eating.

Atmosphere was nice and not rowdy, relaxing. Cashier wasn't too fun to be around though. Ashley was NOT happy to be here, she was emotionless. I also asked her a question about the food and she looked at me like I'm stupid. Didnt thank me or say "my pleasure" after taking my order. Otherwise, all else was decent! Came in on 3/2/24 at 3:59.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did an Uber eats order through this location. I received no drinks. I called to let them know the manager was extremely rude and said I gave the Uber eats driver the drink and they accept zero responsibility and my option was to call Uber eats so I spent my whole lunch trying to find out how to contact Uber eats even though they are affiliated with Uber eats and should take some responsibility not just blame Uber eats she said she wouldn't even contact Uber eats I had too. So 43$ for two sandwiches and two fries and my whole lunch time wasted calling chick fila and then Uber eats

Yelp Review 2023 #207: Thank you to the power of suggestion for bringing me to Chick-Fil-A. Ads for the chicken biscuit kept popping up on social media so, I felt the need to try it. This location is the closest to me. I left work at 10:15am and got here at 10:27am - they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. They have two drive-through lanes. I picked the shorter line of course but it didn't work out to my favor. The lady in front of me took a good 10 minutes to decide what she wanted and place her order. If you don't know what you want, don't go to the drive-through! The guy behind me was honking his horn and I swear I was in no mood to be in a viral video or get shot at (speaking of getting shot, I'll speak on this in a bit) over a darn chicken sandwich! An employee flips the board from breakfast to lunch! And there goes my reason for being here in the first place! Said employee walks up to me to ask if I was ordering breakfast and I said yes. And they did let me order my breakfast items: chicken biscuit, hash browns and a sweet tea to wash it down. Huzzah! Meanwhile, the guy behind me was irate and was asking for a manager because he wanted to order breakfast but because of the lady in front of me, he missed the cutoff time. I took a sip of the sweet tea - it was bland. The chicken biscuit was good. The hash browns were greasy, soggy and nasty. I was thinking why is this fast food joint so terrible?! I did my research I found out way more than I need to know. Apparently, the owner of this Craig location Chick-Fil-A and his son: Karl Garcia and Logan Garcia are pet killers and I'm very disgusted by this and I would never support people that kill other people's pets. They beat the neighbor's cat with a bat and shot the cat claiming the cat "attacked" their dog.

I had a bad experience when I first went to this particular location. I was comped my meal for the error and decided to try them again. The service and food have been on point the last 2 times I went. The line was short this time around (1:30pm), food was amazing and prepared exactly as requested. Glad I went back.

28DEC2022 visit around 11 A.M. Decent location. Good service as always. My children love their chicken strips and nuggets, along with ice cream. My wife is a big fan of their salad. Really calm and peaceful restaurant on the inside. As we were waiting to leave, there was a woman berating an employee after her drive thru experience talking about potential extreme conduct in her complaint. As always the Chick-Fil-A employees maintain their composure and professionalism. Minus the crazy customer, it was an ok experience.

Went through the drive thru it wasn't busy until you reached around the corner after placing your order with a person outside. Menu isn't that large I ordered thGrilled Chicken Sandwich it was decent liked that it wasn't greasy and was on a whole wheat bun. The bacon was thick and crunchy, the lettuce and tomato were fresh too. As for the Chicken Sandwich it was soggy and wasn't that great for my daughters liking. The fries are cross cross shaped and where slightly under cooked and the beverage was bland and just tasted like carbonated water with no flavor. Out side was clean of any debri.

I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 peach milkshakes, when I got to the window to pay I found out they only heard one milkshake and now I've been waiting 10 minutes for the second milkshake while they've cleared the 4 cars in curbside pickup. Very frustrating.

What could have been an adverse situation became a smooth and positive experience thanks to Aimee, one of the managers at this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich to be delivered. When the sandwich arrived it looked either damaged or like it was bitten. I went to the restaurant to have a conversation about the sandwich. I spoke to Aimee who as she walked by actually stopped to ask if I was being helped. That was first positive. She then listened intently until I was finished without breaking eye contact. Second positive. I showed her a picture if the sandwich...to which she immediately stated "that's not right..." Third positive. She asked the time for of the order "so she can speak to the appropriate employee" Fourth positive. She replaced the sandwich with no questions asked, no excuses, no deferral, she simply handled the situation. With no condescension and ultimate politeness...yet professional. Thank you Aimee for representing the Chick-fil-A model and turning a possible negative situation into a positive experience and outcome. Actually I visit this location often and the staff and management are ALWAYS excellent. And the restaurant is always clean and provides a welcoming environment. Well done crew...as always.

I thought Chick-fil-A had a stellar reputation. They forgot most of my order. I asked for some of their famous sauce, and someone walked up to the person taking the order and said no. They gave me three packets of ketchup. What? There were no napkins, no fork for my Mac and Cheese, and no ice in the drink. I was charged for what I did not receive.

As much as I'd like to continue to support this particular Chick-fil-A, I just cannot ! This is the closest one near me unfortunately but every time I come here something is wrong. In this situation it was my burger, I asked for spicy chicken deluxe. I should of checked before I left but I was in a rush for work. Also, they never fill the fries to the top. I wish the food matched the customer service most of the time, although , some workers seem to be "over it" .... Well, I am too! I hope they improve in all areas .

Get to the window and they tell me to pull around and wait for the hash browns. I wait 10 minutes and they come out and say they don't have anymore biscuits!!! What a waste of time. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 fries, and 4 drinks through the drive through. Got home and was missing a sandwich. Called the number to let them know and it took 20 minutes to finally speak with someone who told me that a coupon for the sandwich will be in my email within two business days. That doesn't work if we are hungry now. It's already bad enough that I have to drive back over there to get the sandwich, but to make me pay for it again because I don't have the coupon yet is absolutely ridiculous! Will be a long while before I go back to Chick fil A.

This is by far one of the worst Chick-fil-A restaurants I've ever been to. They always mess up on my order. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location. The one on Rainbow and Lake Mead is better but is further away from my home. It's like order taker acted as if she didn't want to be there. The person who double checks orders were cool and also the presenter was pleasant as well. I ordered an 8 piece nugget and when I get home there's a 3 piece chicken tender in the bag. Of course I didn't receive my receipt. And also don't waste your time calling cause they never answer the phone. Last time I asked for a Cobb salad with no corn but ended up with extra corn. If I ever have a taste for this again my best bet is to travel to the one on Rainbow and Lake Mead! Do better guys. This location lacks the overall quality of the Chick-Fil-A experience!

I recommend checking your order here before leaving the drive thru. I have had mistakes made on occasion with my order in the past but were never that bad. Today was the exception. I ordered my food through the App as I normally do and picked up from drive thru. I order my first salad with this restaurant and went back to work. I modified the salad and received one with no modifications. To make it worse, the label is on the top CLEAR lid and no one checked to make sure the salad was correct. After going back to the restaurant I showed a work the salad and the label. It took time to get a new salad that was incorrect again. Third time is a charm. The only apology I received was one with the worker turning around to go back to work. No compensation or anything having to drive back there. I am not impressed with the customer service there today.

I love chick-fil-a but only just recently tried their breakfast for the very first time, and wow I'm impressed. Blows Mcdonald's breakfast out of the water. I got the egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit with hash browns and OJ. The biscuit was so soft and fluffy, and the bacon was not too crispy or salty. The sandwich was the perfect temperature. I added honey all over the sandwich which enhanced the flavors even more. Perfect combo of savory and sweet. Loved dipping the hash browns into their signature sauce. Service was quick and efficient, employees at any location are always friendly. Drive thru lines can be long but they keep it movin. Can't wait to try their other breakfast items in the near future!

Perhaps that is we're the American ideology of 24-7 was misinterpreted. The seventh day should be as golden as 24 K. The lucky seventh in the growing cities like Las Vegas. As Chick Filet's 2600 franchise exemplifies that a six day workweek can yield a successful company. The award winning menu includes an assortment of chicken served in bites, tenders and sandwiches. Along with a deserving side for every meal . A choice of morning hash browns or hashtag style waffle fries. You might call that a chicken's wing meal. No pun intended. But there is more to meet the eye when you visit any of these Chick Filets. A staff of lean, energetic, inquisitive springtime chickens. Whether it may be first thing in the morning or at the beginning of the week. We live in a culture that eats our young early. In that sense we are all a flock of chickens gathered together for the same feast. After all, we live in a world where we are what we eat.

Garbage service Went to chick fil a at around 10am February 14th before work, waited in long drive through line but I was okay with it because it was moving along. Little did I know the line was only moving because they were parking literally EVERY SINGLE CAR! I wasted my own money as I left the line as soon as I could. Recently during my visit to chick-fila I was asked to pull to the curb and wait for my food after going through the drive through. Not only was it 107 degrees outside, they gave me my drink through the drive through and I had to wait approximately 10 minutes. The drive through wait area is directly facing the Sun, it was extremely hot and I finished my drink before even receiving my food. The parking or wait area is very inconvenient as there are cars that are able to pull to the side and park in a row, cars that park on the side, and cars that block the area. I understand the need to expedite service bur this made my experience extremely unpleasant! Shame on you chick-fila you you have always been top tier fast food. I will reconsider in the future!

Worst location I've ever been to! They get orders wrong for so many locals including myself that I'm surprised they can stay afloat. From what I've see. It looks like they have a high turnover and trouble finding good employees and management. I'm more surprised when I've had orders done right here! If I didn't have to pick up for others when they crave it I wouldn't go here and I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

I come to this location when it comes to cfa for convenience because it's the the closest location to me. Their service is fine, my only ongoing complaint is the fries. Every single time i've come here they never fill the fries. My medium fries were definitely not full and there were no fries at the bottom of the bag to say they fell. It's an issue that i've avoided complaining about but it's upsetting.

Some of the reviews on here are so funny, and at the same time tragic. The amount of time it takes people to go into the most minut details about a specific person not saying thank you, or they look bored, or they don't look like they want to be working there etc is so judgemental and has ZERO to do with the food. I come here to look for FOOD, not personality types or traits. Yes service is important, but MORE importantly is the FOOD! Opinions are fine, but it shouldn't trash a rating because someone is having a bad day, or the reviewer has lots of bad days and loves to VENT.

Although there is a new Chick-Fil-A location in Centennial Hills in the northwest corner of Vegas, I still like coming to the location on Craig Rd. Like all Chick-Fil-A locations, the drive-thru lines are going to be long because of their popularity. I used the drive-thru around 1:45 pm and drove off after getting my food after 2:12 pm. Ordering was fairly easy. Fortunately, they had 3 employees taking orders in both drive-thru lanes, so the wait wasn't too bad. I ordered 2x Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meals and 2x 4-piece Chicken Tenders meals. All four orders were large. It cost a little more than $40 for the entire order. Meals were great as usual. They always have great flavor and have enough employees both inside and outside to make the lines flow through. I would definitely come back here again. Note: if you are going to park and walk inside, please note to avoid the parking lanes closest to the drive-thru line. There is essentially nowhere to back out because the inner most drive-thru lane is right behind the parked cars. I've seen people park at Panda Express right next-door and walk to Chick-Fil-A.

This location sucks. It's busy and they never have your food when you order ahead. The chicken strips are already small but to get them with literally no chicken inside and get home with just pure breading for $8 is ridiculous. Wouldn't go back to this location.

I usually use the drive thru. But this time I dined in and was able to just how good the staff is with customer service. You can tell how they are all dressed very clean and professional. They kept the dining room clean I was really impressed that they use disposable disinfectant wipes. Overall their food is consistently delicious. I love their strawberry lemonade.

OK so I went through the drive-through at the Chick-fil-A on Scott Robinson and Craig Road. The person who helped me was Miguel and of course he was rude. That's why I'm making this review. First of all they ran out of sweet tea and so they wanted me to wait while they made more but they gave me my order and while.....the fries got cold and when I brought it to the attention of Miguel, he refused or attempted to refuse to replace the fries......when I made a big stink about it sweet Miguel became nasty Miguel, and FAST!!

November 30, 2022 @ 3:45pm I'm not sure the hiring process for this Chick-fil-A but I do understand that it's in a more urban area. However, that does not excuse the fact that there are teenager working here with hickeys all over their necks. Thankfully, I was able to speak with the manager who was a young Latin male & he was very nice and understanding definitely agreed that it was unprofessional for any employee to come to work like that. I mentioned the fact that it was a teenager because I've seen it so many times amongst teenagers, and maybe they don't have parents or any responsible adult or mentor in their life to explain to them why this is not acceptable behavior-however I would not want to see anyone of any age in any establishment, especially one where they have to service customers with food, having visible hickeys on their body. I do have faith that the manager that I just spoke with will definitely bring it to the attention of the employees there. I sincerely prayed positive changes are made.
