Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken sandwich is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the waffle fries are my absolute favorite. What really sets this place apart is the service staff are always polite, friendly, and quick, no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and orders are usually accurate. Definitely one of the most reliable and satisfying fast-food spots out there!

The food is always tasty and excellent. However the value has decreased noticeably, current chicken on sandwich seems like they actually split the chicken in half! Way to thin for any kind of Value! Please see picture to see if my extreme disappointment is warranted.

Amazing service, experience, and food! I was waited on by the incredible Adiya (I normally don't put names as I forget, she made me feel blessed to have met her.) She was above and beyond friendly. She at first got my name incorrect, but apologized for it. I made her feel at ease and said something like Hey You works for me also. She had me full of joy the entire ordering time. I ordered the Number 1 meal with a Coke Zero for here. As I was sitting down, my order was already. Impressive! The lobby was a little bit messy, but I noticed that a young lady was busy getting the lobby back in order. She did an amazing job, as it was clean before I left. The food was hot and fresh. It has been almost a year since I have had Chick-fil-A. I'm kicking myself for not getting here sooner. It is my pleasure to highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys great service and food, with the addition of the beautiful smiles!

Employees were nice but the wait was longer than ever. They brought 15 people their food in drive thru while I waited ahead of them and I only had one deluxe chicken sandwich meal. I had to say something before they brought my good.

Chick-fil-A's spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. Restaurant is clean and well organized. Usually long line for drive through and inside too, but I could get the my order faster than I expected.

I dined in a few days ago and also went to drive through. The food is really good, I personally like the spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese. Service is good too. My food was taken by Alexis but then given by Jada. Great service and they were quick. Place is clean and has friendly staff .

Normally I don’t write reviews and I am a huge fan of chick fil a myself. This location wasn’t up to professional standards. The employees in the drive through line did not catch our full order as they were cracking jokes which included some unprofessional vulgar language between them.

While I was ok with the food, before even trying it, I had heard nothing but praise & idolization of this place. Engaged in a conversation with someone, mentioned that at the time I haven't had ChickFilA, their eyes bugged out of their head & they started just curb stomping me. That last bit was a lie, but they were extremely surprised. I decided to try it, wasn't surprised at the constant long drive-thru lines (I had gotten accustomed to seeing that every time I pass by the nearby mall.) but when I entered, the inside was pretty packed too. An astonishing amount of people both inside & at the drive-thru of the store, something I've never seen in a fast food chain place before, I ordered a chicken sandwich & some nuggets to share with my brother, it was fine. Not deserving of the crowd it's garnered, but fine nonetheless.

Pretty disappointed in the sad little piece of chicken in my sandwich (see pic). Bread to chicken to price ratio is WAY off at Chick-fil-A. That being said... - Service was friendly and fast. - Dining room was clean. - Food did taste good, especially when you drench it in the delicious sauce.

Worst service that I have ever received at a chickfila Service is what Chick fil a prides itself on I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my order while several other cars received their order. 1 sandwich 1 burrito

Not sure what to think...7 am, get off the exit to get get breakfast...NO eggs...No explanation, just no eggs. So, we find our way back to the highway and will go somewhere else.

Chick-fil-A. It is what it is. Good food, fast service, line moved fast. No complaints.

The slowest chick fil a in all of America, the drive thru setup makes no sense and you will sit in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes whether it's breakfast or lunch The way it formats amongst the mall traffic also isn't ideal

by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to the food was trash. The customer service was trash and it took probably an hour and a half for my food I go to any Chick-fil-A this one

Huh, apparently I've never reviewed this location. I've done takeout / drive-thru from here a few times, although inevitably I end up at the Southfield one because it's a little closer for me. My fiance and I dined in here on Saturday around 2pm; we were looking for a quick meal before going shoe shopping for him. The parking lot was packed but thankfully we found a spot; the line inside was also long, but moved quickly. I was impressed by how quickly they brought us our meals after we were seated, too. I always get the #1 combo (their regular sandwich) and I got it with their waffles fries, the CFA sauce, and a root beer. My fiance always gets the spicy chicken combo, I believe. This location also has outdoor dining and a small kids' playscape. Overall, I would come here again - my only small annoyance was a fly in the ladies' restroom.

This is the most ironic post I have made. I told my wife I don't understand the for chik fil a. Then immediately said it must be the service for one. WELL, jinx the hell outta myself! Got our order from this location by 12 oaks. Got home and had ordered 2 bottle sauces. Found out one was expired. Then open our order and both my spicy chicken had cheese (which I didn't ask for as cheese takes away the spice for me. Then my specials needs son fav sauce is the roasted bbq and they even messed up number of those. Never had I even had close of interaction with chikfila- but this was exact opposite of normal for us. I'm from ky, maybe it's different here, but wow this is bad. To add to it, u can't even contact or speak to anyone when call. Oh well- people, I would suggest a hard pass- unless u just can't go without. Then good luck.

Every. Single. Time. I eat inside the restaurant, they forget my drink or milkshake. Without fail. I sit down, open my bag, and--surprise!--no drink. No shake. Just the privilege of walking all the way back to the counter to remind them how to do their job. And by the time I actually get my milkshake? It's half-melted. Watery, sad, and not even close to what I paid for. What's the point of paying premium prices if they can't even get the basics right? The food might be decent, but the constant screw-ups and lack of attention to detail are infuriating. It's not that hard: if someone orders a drink, give them the drink. Do better

Compared to the other cfa's, this location is slow. I order, go sit, and don't get my food until 15 or so mins after? This has happened on more than one occasion. Another thing I notice is who I assume is a team lead or some sort of lower-end manager sits down with her laptop in the restaurant booths. She sat next or near me a few times when there was other tables or booths available. That's not the frustrating part, what's frustrating is two times I observed employees coming up to her and chit chat about non-work related stuff. Then the workers would go back to the front. Another time, the workers would chit chat with her, but one was sitting on her left leg (kind of like an employee was almost sitting on her lap, while on the clock). Pretty out of character for chick fil a, plus she was right next to me. It distracted my meal and ruined the experience. I have never seen this happen at other cfa's.....strange......

We ordered some lunch for the team today. We lucked up the order. The drive thru line can look long and daunting, but it moves along. Took us only 10 minutes through the line. We ordered 2 chicken tenders (3 piece each order) and 2 chicken cool wraps with one waffle fries and a soda, all total cost us $38.29. Food is addictive and good as expected.

Came here few times for breakfast and unfortunately it's been hit or miss with the biscuits. There were days when the biscuit was moist, flavorful and flaky. However, recent visit, the biscuit was dried, hard to eat and looked like it was sitting around for a while. The staff members on the other hand - awesome experience, always welcoming and friendly. For now, only three stars due to the food experience.

Chic-fil-A seems to do a great business, but I don't know why. I think their chicken is too salty. Salt should enhance the taste, not take it over.

I really can't consider this fast food. Just when I think I tried everything on the menu something new comes out. Today I tried the chicken club combo number 8. It's taste hit the spot and it was filling. Let's not forget the fries use the Chick Fil A fries, but remember mix it with hot sauce. Now the waiting time here is one of the best around 4 minutes which means only one thing. The service is courteous and on point with professionalism. It's never to loud here when busy but quite average when the crowd is in and out. Always fresh and never runs out of inventory for the experiences that I have been having here. I love their appreciation for law enforcement which means in you dine in your food is free if you are in uniform. Nice old tradition rules here when it comes to food and service. That is all. I love chick-fil-a!! I was happy while visiting family to see that Novi now has more than just mall location. Moving on up Novi!!! My girlfriend and I made a quick stop to grab a salad for myself. I ordered the spicy southwest salad. My order came out perfect and tasted delicious. No complaints except I wish they were open on Sundays.

I really don't get the CFA craze, chicken isn't that good. Lines are stupid long at the drive through. I guess that's fine cause it makes counter service quicker. There are a lot better crispy chicken joints. Probably won't ever go back

The food is good of course but the inside of this restaurant is FILTHY! Trash not emptied, food all over the tables and on the floor. Just gross. Get a carry out or avoid it. It was pretty disgusting. Makes wonder at the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Wow, this is probably the slowest one I've ever been to. I would have pulled away but I was stuck in the drive through. Just bad.

Got food here at this location for the first time and was so excited, only to be let down.. The service was so rude, the one who took my order just didn't really seem to be listening and didn't seem to care, I also had to repeat my order, I ordered a kids meal and a meal for myself. The fries were cold and hard.. as if they weren't fresh for a while. They completely forgot my son's Mac n cheese and our sauce. For spending thirty dollars on 2 meals it was just really disappointing... I don't know who manages this or runs this place, but I'm really surprised this location still has customers. Never again.

Very rude which is not normal for chick fil a. Might need to hold a training on manners with employees. Fries were ice cold the second I got them but wasn't waiting another 30 minutes in the line

The line is ridiculous but well organized and moved quickly. I used the app to check the menu before my turn to order. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and mac n cheese. The sandwich was excellent. the waffle fries were uncooked and floppy. Not so good. I was really looking forward to the mac n cheese, but no utensil in the bag. Due to the line and closed lobby, there was no way I was going to be able to get plastic ware and I was far from home. I never got around to the mac n cheese later. So 1 out of 3 was a hit. The other was a bust. I would try it again when it's not so crazy there and be able to get recovery if something is wrong. Just not able to right now. I did witness a confrontation between two drivers in line. Management handled it well and let one driver out of line after defusing the situation.

The customer service was below sub- par. I went to redeem a free chicken sandwich, and the young lady attending me charged me for it. When I asked why, she told me that it was free, I just had to "pay" with a card, which made no sense. When asked for clarification, she rolled her eyes, raised her voice and repeated the same thing without mentioning she was charging me for a meal. There was no apology or hospitality from the workers, and I advise others to watch out for this Chick-fil-A.

Being from Georgia we are used to great service. What a disaster. Mobile line and drive thru both backed up. One person handling the whole deal. Finally got out of line and went inside. Manager standing around instead of helping. Got the wrong order and the fries were only warm. Corporate better get to the rescue here.

Stopped here for lunch at the drive through today. One thing I don't care for is the person with a tablet waiting to take your order before you even get to the menu board. I asked for a regular chicken sandwich with pickle and mayonnaise, cut in half, eight piece biggest, a lemonade and could we have a few salt packets. Of course, she says. We were asked to pull up and wait, no problem. Our order came in about five minutes and we took off. My wife opened the bag, there were two orders of waffle fries which we didn't order, a sandwich not cut in half with no mayonnaise, and no salt packets. Plus, the nuggets are in a cup swimming in some kind of seasoning sauce, which would require a fork to eat, also not supplied. For twenty dollars and change, I think we deserve a much better experience. The sandwich and lemonade were good, but would have been better with the requested condiments and I waited to get home (20 minutes) to eat the nuggets, which I reheated. They weren't very good, over seasoned for sure. This is my second experience here, the first was a few years ago when they first opened and the traffic was nuts with an hour wait, but that can be forgiven. This time, it cannot be. We won't be back.

So this is my first time at this phenomenon, known as chick-fil-a I have no idea what the hype is about and I'm curious to find out so I was over in Novi and decided to check out this very new location. One thing I will say is it is awesome to see so many people employed here, and a lot of them are young. I think that's always great to see places I can provide employment for youth. The menu is pretty straight forward so I went with a number 1 which is a basic fried chicken Sandwich with pickles, waffle fries and a medium drink for $8.96. If you want it Delix with lettuce and tomato there is an extra charge of $.80 cents or something like that depending on what you're making a deluxe. The food is fresh and it's pretty good. I am not over the moon about any of it but I do see the appeal and this location does it very well! It reminds me of In-N-Out Burger in California if you're a chicken lover, they've got a Lotta options for you so go ahead give it a try, what are you chicken?

First time trying Chick fil A, and it's ok. I'm not going out of my way for it. I'm not really a fast food person, so I will say that the chicken tastes like it's REAL and not by products. Also, my food tasted FRESH and not like it had been sitting. I guess with all the hype given, I was expecting spectacular tasting food. It wasn't bad. If you give them a try, tag me or something and tell me what to get.

My mother and I were craving Chick-fil-A after only going once before, we were super excited and drove more than 45 minutes away just to grab some. Upon our arrival the man who took our order was pretty rude, he kept interrupting us while we we're trying to order our meals, not knowing any better we asked if we could get the signature sauce put on our sandwiches, he replied rudely with "no! We don't do that. We'll give you some on the side." We finished ordering and pulled forward, a lady handed us our drinks and didn't say anything to us. After about 10-15 minutes waiting for our food we noticed our bag sitting there by the window, no one was by the window and everyone was talking. The man behind us in the drive through kept honking at us and getting extremely aggravated we weren't moving (like it was our fault) he then got so angry he went inside and grabbed his food and sped off around us flipping us off. The manager then came to the window and was angry at us "is there a problem ma'am" we nicely explained that we didn't have our food. She then shoved our food at us and shut the window. By the time we parked in the Chick-fil-A parking lot to eat in the car our food was ice cold from sitting by the window so long. We were so excited and drove over 45 minutes away just to be treated rudely and served cold food. It's okay, I probably won't be back ever again though. At least not this area.

This Chick-Fil-A itself is fine. The way they have started directing traffic is not. They are forcing ALL traffic to come from one side of the mall, so even if you're not trying to get to Chick-Fil-A, you're dealing with an absurd amount of traffic that shouldn't exist in the first place. Instead of letting people turn right and keeping traffic flowing, they are FORCING everyone to get into one line, and then block oncoming traffic to turn left. Normal traffic laws do not exist, and the people enforcing it are so incredibly rude about it. It seems they are not the only ones creating bottleneck inefficiencies over here. The employees taking orders are so patient, and so easy to deal with. It's the ones past that who are taking payment who are playing weird games. They are asking cars to go in a specific order instead of following the zipper merge that works so efficiently literally everywhere else. That's why it's a thing. The poor people at the window are scrambling to get the correct orders to the correct cars because of the games they are playing over here. They read off four different names to me before they got to mine. This Chick-Fil-A took a turn for the worse real quick. Someone in charge needs to step in ASAP. This is a great way to turn away paying customers.

I'm originally from Oklahoma where ChickFilA is on every corner and I've never had to wait more that 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Well, I was craving a taste of home and decided to brave the wait. We ordered online but still had to wait in the main line until we made it past the mall street and behind the furniture store. The wait alone would be worth a negative review, but the worst part is that both my husband and I got sick that night. I called the store to report it and they made no efforts to discount our meal or give us a refund. I've never gotten sick at ChickFilA. This was a huge disappointment

Breakfast service is real slow. Most Chick-fil-A I've been to is not this bad. Gone downhill since it opened. Real challenge to the term fast food.

Customer service is non existent at this location. The staff are not friendly at all and act like they hate their jobs. It was really disheartening to experience such rudeness from a company known for their etiquette.

Long line as expected. Waited about 40 minutes. I ordered the cobb salad with grilled nuggets on top and a brownie. Absolutely delicious. Everything is delicious from chik fil a. I love eating food from here. It's always perfect. I'm sure I'll be back soon

Bomb bomb bomb bomb! This Place stays slapping. From the time the doors open to the time drive through closes. The Service is always magnificent. The Foods continuously delicious. But, the Best part of the weekly farming store trips.....we get to stop and support This BLACK OWNED CHICK-FIL-A ‍ Side note while sitting in line; their employees are standing outside in the cold taking orders to accommodate this massive long... be nice; Please believe their probably frustrated too. But the best part... they NEVER show it. Attention customers this for y'all, one customer to the next, PUT ON YOUR DAMN MASK WHEN YOU PULL TO THE EMPLOYEES AND PLACE YOUR ORDER. YALL some Nasty CUSTOMERS! FYI, I don't like Chick-fil-A food for real but I love the service and Ice tea. Oh! Happy 2021

Chick Fil A always does it right and this location is no different! The employees are always filled with kindness and care, even though most are working outside in a long drive thru line. The line here is massive. There is no mobile pick up spot (yet?!) and due to the pandemic, you also cannot dine in. The drive thru lines are long, always. However, they really do move very quickly and efficiently. This location opened recently and the drive thru is already worked like a well oiled machine! Someone is out there to take your order with a tablet device. I recommend looking up the menu online for this part since you're not really given a menu. Then another employee does your payment with another tablet. I also recommend downloading the Chick Fil A app so you can start earning points and rewards for future visits. You can also pay with the app so everything is contactless. Awesome! Each time we've been here, we've been in and out within about a half hour -- despite the long line. The food here, in the two times I've been here, as been top notch. The waffle fries have been seasoned right and always crispy, never soggy. The chicken sandwiches have always been just as tasty, too. My boyfriend and I live a half hour away and after storing it in a hot/cold bag on our way home, the food is still piping hot when we get home. I will be returning! The line may discourage you but I assure you everything is smooth and easy. Smiling faces and amazing service!

We went through the drive thru and the drink order was wrong. We initially called the store and was placed on hold be the manager who never did talk to us. Went back to hte store and it took over 1/2 an hour to fix it. Won't be going back

I got off work early because of an impending snowstorm so I went straight there The line was short in the drive thru. so I waited and waited. I ordered a chicken deluxe combo with cottage fries and a large drink After a 30 minute wait with about 10 cars in front of me I picked up my food at the window The chicken sandwich was overcooked and a very thin piece of chicken, the fries were cold Even though it was about 11$ , which is cheap compared to other places, it wasn't good at all

placed larger order via the app, missing half the items when we got home. No way to reach the restaurant, all calls go straight to VM, no customer service, no call back, zero response

Went in to order, no one ever came up to help with my order. So I made a mobile pick up. My meal consisted of soggy fries, chocolate shake with no whip cream or cherry, and they forgot utensils and chips for the chicken tortilla soup. Wondering if we fit in the drive through if it would have been any different.

Drove over an hour because there isn't a Chickfala by us. Jaida was nice, said my pleasure. Then the next guy yelled Oh my God! Because we were paying with gift cards, swiped them angrily and said to another worker this horrible i need to go on break, after gift cards went through I suppose, he walked away! Never said you're all set, need anything else, my pleasure!! THEN at the window, he handed us our stuff and walked away. I know everyone is stressed but Damn

Went first time and very disappointed! Bacon was overcooked ,muffin was very dark- not very appealing ! Hash browns were overcooked- not much potatoey!

Chick-Fil-a, to me, was a value-filled, semi-nutritious meal. This review has NOTHING to do with the wonderful people who work there. It has everything to do with corporate greed and lack of respect for their customers. The food is tasty but portion sizes have shrunk and prices have risen. You can no longer get a small or large frozen lemonade. It's a small and it's $4.50. The chicken strips go in a small box and you never COULD get your fries cooked a little more. So goodbye Chick-fil-A, it was a nice ride.

Long wait , but the Mac & cheese and the Oreo shake were AMAZING. My vegan friend breaks his veganism SOLELY for their Mac & cheese once a month. That says a lot. Get in line here if you have a long business call or friends to kick it with because you will wait 45 mins any given point you try. Y'all either need a third line, more chefs, or pickup by ordering in advance. I can't imagine the lost revenue from just seeing the line and driving away.

Abbey took my order, repeated it to me...all good. I get to the window and somehow my name was butchered and my receipt didn't have what I ordered....crazy. Never had this much incompetence at a Chick Fil A. Please send Abbey in on fry duty because she can't take orders right.
