We stopped by 🍗 Chicken Fill for a quick bite and really enjoyed the experience! 😋 I tried their mac and cheese 🧀 for the first time — honestly, it wasn’t for me 🙈, so I wouldn’t get it again. BUT the peach smoothie 🥤 (more like a peach milkshake 🍑🥛) was amazing — super refreshing and delicious! 💛 Highly recommend it! Our order was ready fast ⏱️ and we sat outside 🪑 enjoying the street view 🚗 while eating. It was a lovely and relaxed moment 💆‍♀️. Great service, tasty food (especially the drinks!), and chill vibes. Definitely worth a visit! 👍✨ RECOMMENDED 💯

This is only the second chick-fil-A I’ve been to. This location is at the corner of a Target parking lot and does not have a drive thru. My burger and fries were good, and the people nice, but I felt that condiments easily available at the Walnut Creek location were not here. I’m also unaccustomed to having to upgrade my burger to a deluxe version to get lettuce and tomato. I believe the regular burger only comes with pickles. Just nuts.

This Chick-fil-A location is nice, quick, and efficient, making it a reliable spot for a meal on the go. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their customer service really stands out, ensuring each visit is pleasant and hassle-free. However, I do have a couple of complaints. When ordering ahead online, the drinks are often extremely watered down despite arriving just seven minutes after placing my order. Additionally, there was one occasion where I ordered meals and I was given the regular spicy chicken sandwich despite ordering a deluxe, and then the burgers were as thin as paper, with almost no meat at all. These issues slightly detract from the overall experience. Aside from these hiccups, everything else about this Chick-fil-A location rocks! The food is usually fresh and delicious, and the efficient service ensures minimal wait times. If they can address these issues, it would make an already great experience even better.

Damon is amazing. He greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I watched him do this with everyone. A woman spilled and he was so kind and helpful about it. I'm sitting here eating my sandwich and just had to take a moment to recognize him and this place. The customer service is always on point. I used to work in service industry and you get way more complaints than complements. Of course, the food is great too!

This is probably the most efficient Chick-Fil-a I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t have a drive thru. Just park, in one of the many parking spaces and pop in to grab your food. The kitchen is very fast. The downside to not having a drive thru is the constant coming and going of cars and people. I ate in my car and witnessed many close calls between cars & cars and cars & pedestrians. Not a good parking lot to let little kids roam freely. Pro tip: use the app to order ahead is you are on the go. You’ll be in and out before you know it. It’s in Emeryville/Oakland, so don’t leave anything in your car. There was decent police presence from Emeryville. Oh, it shares a parking lot with a Target.

Rude Customer Service. Cancelled my breakfast order that I had a redeemable reward expiring today. I placed order at 10:23am! Then at arrival, the app alerted me to speak with a representative at the counter. Even though, the breakfast hours ended before my arrival. The employee that came to speak to me cannot replace something similar to my order. This probably worst customer service at this Chick-fil-a in the Bay Area. I lost my appetite after chatting to the employee. So disappointed!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The service here is exceptional—friendly staff that always greets with a smile. The food is consistently fresh and delicious; I always go for the classic chicken sandwich with a side of crispy fries. The ambiance is warm, welcoming, and clean, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.

Best fast food salad I have had, the market place salad. The kid's breaded nuggets were clearly real chicken breast, cut, versus the normal pressed nuggets. The side choices of fresh fruit, applesauce or waffle fries were perfect for the 3 different kids with me. I also appreciated the grilled chicken option in the kids meal. It is pricier than similar kids meals, but you all probably already know that. Real food, not highly processed does cost more. We will use this as a treat spot. $38.00 for 3 kid meals, 1 adult (water and salad) We got our food within 2 minutes of sitting at our table. Everyone was courteous and efficient, The cashier misheard us say apple sauce and thought we wanted apple juice ( an extra drink) and pointed out a charge. I thought he meant upcharge for child getting soda drink, but upon realizing we had extra drink, not the correct side, supervisor helped reverse that drink charge and give us applesauce side, within 30 seconds. When I asked if dressing had MSG the clerk brought me a packet to read.

Chick-fil-A has been the rage for fast food places for its chicken sandwiches which have been drawing crowds to its restaurants. I was going to try it when I was at a mall while on vacation in another State, but I didn't want to wait it a long line while on vacation. When I heard that a new location was replacing the former Panera by the Target, I was looking forward to checking it out. So recently, I places an app order for a Chick-fil-A Deluxe with American cheese. I arrived at my pick-up time and the pickup counter is on the right when you enter. I gave the worker my name and she retrieved my order. The sandwich comes in a white buttered bun with tomato, lettuce, and pickles. There's eight different sauces, mayo, mustard, hot sauce and honey that you can request with your sandwich. The chicken patty is good sized but thought it looked dark golden brown, it was not as crispy that I would have liked. It was a good fried chicken sandwich, but my favorite is still at the place with the name of the cartoon sailor. I'm happy that I finally got to try Chick-fll-A as a lot of other people too given how busy it was.

This location doesn't have a drive through and the service was mediocre for Chick-Fil-a After you park, you need to enter through the dine in/ walk in side towards the side/ street. The door that you would think is the main door is for pick up or food delivery only. The closest spots to the restaurant are reserved for food delivery drivers. When it came time to order, I told the worker that I wanted to use my points on one of the sandwiches. I scanned my app and didn't see a change in price. I asked the worker if it covered one sandwich. She said yes. When I checked the receipt, I noticed she didn't use my points. We took a seat and our name was called and a worker handed us our food. My peach milkshake wasn't ready at the same time as the food. A worker later found me and handed it to me. The food is standard Chick-fil-a food. I don't remember it being this expensive. The maple bacon burger was good but it is $10. The total was $38 for 3 sandwiches and a milkshake

Let me start by saying it's been a long time coming to get a Chick-Fil-A in the Oakland area. Since they are always so far away I rarely go unless I see them in an airport or something like that. Chicken sandwiches are always solid and I'm a fan of the sauces that come with it as well. The restaurant is brand new and very clean which is a huge plus! The area and neighborhood can sometimes be sketch but not super bad either. I took a few stars away because of the service. From my understanding Chick-Fil-A service is supposed to be A+ but hey...it's Oakland. I'm not trying to crap on Oakland because I live here and I grew up here but there are sometimes you go into a shop and they just don't give a F$@k. In this particular case it was around Christmas and yes I understand that it's busy and can become a bit overwhelming. There was a young lady who seemed to be dressed as a manager or supervisor I believe named Patty or something like that. She was maybe Polynesian or Pacific Islander (only stating the race because I don't want to confuse her with another employee) she was truly the definition of "I don't care go F yourself" now thinking back on it it's funny because I've never seen anyone give zero F's like that before. Did not say hello or anything, she just expected me to start firing off the order and barely made eye contact. I quickly ordered my food and my kid was about to order and she started to order something and changed her mind and got something else. This did not sit well with Patty as she looked off to the side and rolled her eyes and bit her bottom lip. She was clearly irritated that we existed and after I paid she didn't say thank you or anything really just kind of pushed the receipt towards me. Just hella mad at life or something. I don't ever really say anything directly to a person that handles my food for obvious reasons so I just stepped to the side and waited. Just don't know how or why she was wearing a different uniform and was promoted to whatever role. Once again I understand it was busy and they were all dealing with Christmas shoppers and the rush, but at least everyone else on the staff was acting normal. You don't have to be super nice just don't be a dick.

We're a regular at the Emeryville location just because it is closest to us in Alameda. My boyfriend loves Chick-fil-a so much that he chose his health insurance to be in Dublin and Walnut Creek to justify the trip so he could get his hands on their chicken before this location opened up. (Not that he needed any sort of excuse to make the drive). However, this visit, our fry and bread quality was very poor -- like level 2 out of 10 poor. Our large fries were filled with only small bits; no whole waffle fries. They were burnt and hella brown as you can see from posted photos. They were not hot or warm at all so definitely been sitting out a bit. The taste was disgusting so I'm thinking a fry oil change was overdue. As for the buns, they were soggy and one set smelled/tasted like bananas which was off putting. I'm not sure if bananas were stored next to the bun sack while it was open or it was present during baking at the warehouse but the essence was very much there. Service was good. We received all expected sauces, were given extra when asked, and food came out within 12min after arriving post mobile order. With the exception that we received no napkins and no straw for the frosted lemonade so we had to go back in and ask which was annoying. Overall, still waiting for CFA Emeryville to step up their quality and service game.

Line was to the door. Dine in areas were full. Which I would consider very busy for 8pm on a Friday. The line moved fast. All the staff was super nice and efficient. I received my food quickly. Ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal with a shake. The chicken was very crispy, but my fries felt like it sat for a while. Next time I'll order it well-done. This is only the 2nd time I've had Chick Fil A, EVER. Great experiences both times (different locations). I do wish they had a drive through. While I do understand that there had been car break in's in the past, I ate my food in parking lot in my car, and I felt safe.

Chik fila is ok. I get the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and switch the grain bun for a regular one. The nuggets are hella good but why did we order a 12 pieces and my 4 yr old was able to eat the whole thing? The nuggets were hella small! Almost the size of marbles. It was weird. Don't like that. It's not worth the price. Everytime we come here, we spend $50+ for 2 adults and a toddler. That creamy lemon drink is the sh*t.

The other day I had a chance to try Chick-Fil-A (CFA) in Emeryville! After reading the other reviews, I downloaded the CFA App and pre-ordered for pickup. I still had to stand in a shorter line, but it was faster. I was pretty impressed with how fast my order was ready. But then again, it's just fried food. Chick-Fil-A is how I get my fried chicken fix, without ordering fried chicken. I ordered via the CFA App: - Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich - Medium Waffle Fries - Nuggets, 8pc, bbq sauce How was the food? For about $6 I got a delicious Deluxe Chicken sandwich with a crispy patty. For this price, next time I'm getting two! The Waffle Fries seemed undercooked. They weren't really crispy. The Nuggets are small, so an 8-piece order is more like a snack. Overall, the food was good, and a good value for the price. Now, the negative thing about this Chick-Fil-A location......no drive-thru. A very long time ago, I was a fast food mgr. Drive-thrus make alot of money. Somewhere, someone had to make a very hard decision not to put a drive-thru in this restaurant. Lots of people love the convenience of a drive-thru. Maybe they feel safer in their vehicle. But the problem with a drive-thru in a busy restaurant like a Chick-Fil-A is it requires alot of space. It will also create alot of traffic, in an already congested area. What do we do as customers? Order on the CFA App and go pick it up yourself. Of course, there's always delivery. -------------------------------------- Chick-Fil-A @ Emeryville is located at 40th St X Horton, in the TARGET parking lot. Tip: Avoid traffic by using Mandela Parkway into this shopping area.

Food: never hot Service: all over the place Ambiance: over crowded, people standing everywhere waiting for their order to go. Employees walking around, complete chaos Chick-a needs a drive-thru this place is ridiculous

Finally a Chick Fil A closer by my house! I was really happy to see this location being built and then opening up. So far, I have came here around 3x since they first opened. Their food IMO is pretty standard to their other locations around the Bay Area. I have not become disappointed with the quality or the taste of the food from here so far. I ordered a Cobb salad today and the filet was super crispy! It definitely satisfied me. Service on the other hand is OK and the employees I've encountered were friendly and maybe overwhelmed (I don't blame them). They have been operating for less than a month so there's definitely some tweaks that need to be smoothed out but that is something to be expected. This is a very busy location and there is no drive-thru. There is indoor and outdoor seating if you choose to eat at the location but if you are ordering to-go and grabbing just a few things, I HIGHLY suggest downloading the app and ordering for pick up. I haven't run into any issues so far but considering other reviews about wait times order for pickup if possible.

Another location with excellent customer service! The food came super fast and exactly how we ordered. Including all the customizations we requested. Overall the place is queen and there are a few seats. However there is not a drive through. Enjoy !!!

Finally open! They gave out some freebies at opening. This was previous a Panera bread, This shares a parking plaza with Target. No drive-thru. However, at grand opening, everything was done so fast and efficient that there was always parking available. The line went quick even if it looked full. They have an IG you can follow to CFAEmeryville. Chick-fil-A chain has always been good to me, They were extremely nice and attentive. I usually get the chicken nuggets and large waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce. Nommmmz I get my son the strawberry milkshake. Which is really good too. The cashier even reminded me to use the apps for points! Which then reminded me that I had a birthday reward. Haven't been here? Definitely come check it out.

CHICK FIL A IS HERE!!! There are two standing lines and no drive through or drive up options here. Parking lot side is the line for dine-in and street side are for mobile orders. Mobile orders are highly recommended right now. Folks are all super nice and appear be workers from corporate. One of the gals even said "y'all" several times. Warms the heart. They have an armed security guard that has been all smiles so far Mobile ordering and pick up experience were as expected. Cobb salads were awesome, SunJoy on point, and the spicy chicken sandwich is the TRUTH. I still for the life of me don't understand why they picked THIS location on a busy corner with limited parking and no drive through. Just happy they've landed here though.

Welcome to Emeryville, Chick-fil-A! I discovered this place because I saw a Chick-fil-a littering a sidewalk nearby. I jumped on my phone and discovered that this place just moved into the Target shopping center in Emeryville back in April. Chick-fil-a makes a good chicken sandwich. The staff here was very friendly. There were only two rubs: (1) There was an incredible line extending out into the parking lot. Total time for my visit after waiting in line and for the food was 1 hour 15 minutes. In their defense, its a brand new place that everyone locally is excited about. I'm sure the lines will die down. (2) The fries were soggy. I love those waffle fries, but they really are terrible when they are served limp. Thanks, Chick-fil-A! PRO-TIP: Download the mobile app and order your food 15-20 minutes before arrival so you don't have to wait in line.

So happy that they've finally opened! You can dine in or order takeout inside... or you can order ahead on the app for takeout or do delivery. There is a line to place orders and a separate area to pick up your ordered ahead orders. Don't let the line discourage you... they typically moves fast. There is NO drive thru. Shared parking lot with Target. Plenty of spaces.

This is mostly a shout out to Brandy working the register. I made 2 orders - a really big one for like $85 and a small one for like $17 - NOTE: when ordering online this restaurant only allows you to order $100 worth of food - so they cancelled my big order UGH - even though I had the email confirmation. Brandy was like let's get it in - she was fast, super nice and got everything correct on the first go. Thanks Brandy! Plus we had our food so fast - and this place was slammed. They definitely got their rhythm! We'll be back for lunch but I'll remember to use 2 accounts to place the orders.

The food is great chick-fil-A food. What's really great is the staff! They are so nice and attentive; especially the older gentleman that goes around if everything is ok. That being said, all the staff I've encountered have been amazing. It makes a difference! I hope their manager sees this; pls appreciate the team!!

I love chic fil a. I was in the area and decided to stop by. This chic fil a seems smaller than others but they have an outdoor sitting area. They do not have a drive thru which is a bummer. The staff is nice and the line was short. The restaurant appears clean. They also have a pickup area for mobile orders. I ordered the chicken strips meal. The chicken strips weren't fresh and there were a little crunchy. The fries were good.

Listen. I screamed when I found out this came to the east bay!!!!! I used to drive to Marin or Walnut Creek for my fix. It's weird because this location doesn't have a drive thru and tbh that's why I didn't go until hanging with a friend today. When we rolled up, there seemed to be an absurd line on the side of the building so we thought we'd get ahead of it and order takeout in the car. Unfortunately, it turns out that the 7 deep crowd that was like 10 people across WAS THE MOBILE PICK UP SPOT! There was no order. It was so weird. Everyone was cool and the staff was nice but that was an unprecedented mess. I was happy that my order was up kinda fast but I got 3 meals, each with fries and a drink. Two of the meals were nuggets and I should've gotten two sauces for each. When we got home, I realized I was missing one entire order of fries and TWO SAUCES. Additionally, my spouse wanted a large beverage and he loves Dr. Pepper. I hate it. I just wanted a medium coke. Well, I was very disappointed when I took a big sip of what I thought it was my medium Coke and learned that it was, in fact, the Dr Pepper. The food was so good I wasn't even that mad but PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER. I really think it would be a lot faster and less stressful to order takeout at the counter.

Update: Location continues to be poorly run. All before complaints still apply. They can't even fill a portion of fries correctly.

Definitely my fav fast food here. Feels like I can eat 2 spicy deluxe sandwiches by myself. Seats along the street are great for sightseeing and watching the traffic flow on Horton Street. And i love the staff would respond to ur "thank you" w/ "my pleasure" :-)

I keep giving this location a try but every time it's something new. I won't speak on the cold fries on old chicken tenders. But my favorite has always been the kale salad. I ordered a large they gave me kale without the dressing. Now correct me if I'm wrong the kale salad is basically coleslaw. Imagine just getting cabbage. I think you can see where I'm going with this. This is literally the driest kale salad I have ever had.

So excited that a Chick-fil-A location has opened up here! However, because there's no drive-thru, the line inside gets pretty long but from my experience it moved along fairly quickly. They do have a pick-up area so I might consider ordering ahead next time. I was slightly disappointed in the food because the fries were not fresh at all and the Watermelon Mint Sunjoy was nothing special -- it tasted like regular lemonade. Considering they just opened, it may be that the employees are still being trained so I'll definitely be back to try them out again!

I ordered on the app to dine in and once I scanned the table I chose, I waited for my order to be brought to me. Ricardo was very kind and even came back out to hand me napkins (I swear he read my mind lol). So shoutout the older gentleman, Ricardo for stellar service! -1 star because my fries here are never as crispy lol

Chick Fil A is efficient and one of the best fast food spots in my opinion. We came here a couple days after their grand opening, and their staff were well receptive and friendly, the line moved very quickly, and the food arrived very fast! The crispy fries and juicy spicy chicken sandwich definitely hit the spot, and you could walk off the heartburn in the target nearby. Im excited to finally see a chick fil a closer to the city!

Ordered via the app, showed my receipt to TWO employees and they still didn't bring out my food 30 minutes after I placed my order, so I just left. Keep my money you Emeryville clowns because it's the last you're getting from me.

I had an error with my mobile order. I went inside to get some help. I was forward to the store manage, a young black lady. She was so helpful with correcting everything. Even after miscommunicating my original problem she still corrected it with some excellent solution. Thank you so much!

I love Chick-fil-A! I've been to many Chick-fil-A's all over the country. This was by far the worst one unfortunately. Food: Smallest chicken I've ever seen at the highest price I've ever seen for the sandwich. There are supposed to be two pieces of pickles (This is crucial as every chick-fil-a fan knows). Only barely a half of a pickle. Kids meal portions were hardly filling for even the lightest eating kids. Service: No one was rude but Chick-fil-a's are also known for their high service standards, and again, probably the worst I've been to. Cleanliness: I've rarely sat down at a dirty table at a Chick-fil-a. It was pretty filthy. Had to clean it up to eat. Last, this location was the smallest chick-fil-a I've ever been to. It gets quite crowded and cramped in there.

Every time I come to this location I have a pleasant experience. I get that it's a stand alone location so it will be a wait. Thank you Charlene for your warm welcome and excellent customer service. That Cobb salad with the spicy fried chicken is a winner for me every time.

It's consistent at being inconsistent. I used to Visit daily for a salad until everyday they would forget my dressing. The first few times I returned but ultimately I started checking my bag before leaving. Which is okay but I pay for a correct order. I drive to Fremont now for my fix

This was not my best chickfila location. The food was not as hot and fresh as I like it to be! I have to say LA locations are way ahead of the game. Serice was bit slow as they were very busy so I had to wait 6 min for my fast food order. Ambiance is lacking

I got my first taste of this place today. The spicy chicken sandwich was good as was the sunjoy (tea/ diet lemonade). The price of the chicken sandwich seems high for what you get (bun and some pickles.) If i was in an airport, i might stop, but otherwise, I'll pass.

Made it opening day for breakfast! Staff was at full capacity getting everyone in and out! We were greated with vibrant energy from Jon and the rest of the staff! They look ready for a busy day ahead!! The store looks great! Filled fresh flowers at the tables cant wait to come back for lunch!

Thrilled for this opening of this location! I grew up in the south where getting to eat here was a special treat.. after moving to California I would have to drive to Fairfield to get my fix. This location doesn't have a drive thru which makes sense to me since there wasn't one in the business that was here before and this location in general has a bit of shopping traffic. There was plenty of parking outside for us! We did dine in and the line to order wasn't too long (about 15 min). It seemed they were having some folks place the order outside and some inside to control the crowd. A separate line was for anyone doing pickup from mobile orders. With being here on Day 2 of the opening I'm sure figuring all logistics of this process will eventually be perfected. Once my order was placed it was maybe at most 5 more min before I got everything Food was great and delicious! Any employee I interacted with was courteous and polite.. while it was a bit busy in there we still got a seat and got our food pretty quickly I will say some customers were extremely rude and mean to the employees. One woman in line spent a good 5 min screaming at an employee over the fact there was no Drive Thru.. I really hope people will take into consideration this place JUST OPENED when they come to yelp to write a snarky review..

Food is ok, service is great but the place is always packed and filled with a bunch of people.

It's a fast food joint. I dont expect much. But the service from Christian D. The lead team is outstanding. I mean you go to a fast food joint and you kinda know what to expect in terms of quality. Chik Fil A just the same fast food crap. But the difference is the quality of service. Christian D. at the emeryville chik fil a location has excellent customer service. Too bad the rest of the crew is slow af.

I ordered carry out because I expected there be a line since grand opening and I'm glad I did. Once I arrived there I waited 5 minutes until I got my food. They had two separate lines, one for carry out and those who were ordering in store. Customer service was nice and quick as they just had to call out my name. Once I received my food everything was well, but I had ordered a large fries and I'm surprised at the amount received , caught me off guard but maybe they were too busy? Still for $6-7 dollars, you'd expect maybe your moneys worth, overall okay experience I had :)!

Be prepared to wait long before your food is actually ready. I waited about 45 minutes before I got my food after ordering through mobile app ahead of time . Also the Customer Service wasn't good (a lot of room for improvement for sure). Accidentally ordered sandwich with pickles (pregnant & have an allergy) and one of the so called "Managers" (light blue collared shirt, caked makeup, Hispanic) could've handled herself better in handling the situation considering that I have been standing there in the front waiting for quite some time in front of the members who were in charge of Mobile Orders. Not to mention the same Manager on duty addressed me in a rude manner when I had asked if my order was ready, after getting a notification stating that my order was ready for pickup through the Mobile App. By the time I got my sandwich after they had to remake it, the rest of my food was cold. Food wasn't all that great really it was Mid. I've been to locations where the service and atmosphere was positive, this Chick Fil a doesn't give off that vibe at all. It's a shame because they haven't even been open for a week yet. 2 out of 5 overall :( could've been better!

I ordered food for my team using doordash and this location totally cheated me out of my money. Giving us small drinks when we ordered large drinks. Not giving us all of our drinks. They didn't provide all the food that we ordered as well. They totally took advantage of the fact that is was doordash and then told me to get a refund or more food through doordash. When in all actuality, they should of been integrity from the beginning. Its unfortunate that they took advantage of doordash giving wrong food and wrong orders knowing that they couldn't be held accountable for it. After anxiously waiting for months for this location to open, I got the chance to stop by this morning at 6:30am before heading into the office. Inside the location looks so fun and comfortable to sit and have a quick bite. Disappointed there was no drive-thur but I got over that because I'm tech savvy when it comes to apps. Unfortunately, their's was not taking orders at the time or what not so we had to go inside to place our order. It took us ten minutes in line before we placed our order and that's not good at opening on a weekday. Lorena, I believe her name, was pleasant for the start of the day and greeted everyone she spoke to. I don't blame her whatsoever because she was there doing her job with a smile. Our food didn't disappoint on the taste or quality expected from the chain but as far as hospitality and convenience, there's definitely lots of room for improvement. The plus side to it all is because their infant, new I don't mind giving them another try and adjusting my numbers. Maybe again on a Saturday morning (wink,wink)

Lunch starts @ 10:30am..Got a chicken deluxe sandwich was super hot and fresh. Employees are very nice and helpful. You put your own spread on bread there are a variety of flavors..There is no drive-thru @ this location.

This was the absolute WORST Chick Fil A experience that I've had in life! Why did they even open here? My wait was 52 minutes standing in a group of 24 people. This is unacceptable! Of all the Chick Fil A's I've visited all over the country, I have NEVER EVER witnessed one this bad! The customer service was horrible, there was a hair in my Mac and cheese, the wait was almost an hour, the order was wrong, and the facilities weren't clean. Lastly and most importantly, there's no drivethrough! What in the world were they thinking? Why didn't they just come to Richmond or Pinole? We were extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning ever again to this location!

So, I've always traveled far and beyond to get a taste of Chick-fil-A and have NEVER been disappointed as I am today. I asked for a Hi-C and got a lemonade, I also asked for a large fry and did not receive it, as well as a Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich meal and I got bacon it!!! Normally people wouldn't be upset but I am MUSLIM!!!! and a large Mac and cheese which was the ONLY thing they got right!!! No utensils, no napkins and most of all NO CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE!!!!!! I'm honestly never going back to this place EVER. I HIGHLY recommend you don't either!

Came here with my three kids who had only been to chick fil a once before and we all loved it. The customer service was friendly and the woman who took my order remembered my name when I went back to order more chicken. I sent my daughter to get cup tops and the server was really kind to her and made her feel welcome. Also my kids are super picky and they all said that they wanted to come back soon because they liked the nuggets. So glad to have a new source of protein for my little chicks and a fun way to be with my family!

Outstanding! For a restaurant in Oakland this is an aberration! In a good way! The restaurant is clean, the staff were plentiful and pleasant with good manners! The chicken was delicious! Try the sunjoy too. The restroom had everything and was spotless! Kudos to the owner and managers. Job well done by all the staff. You're a beacon of light in a dark world!

Wish I could give this place half of a star. COLD FOOD & even worst customer service. I'm pretty sure they have some type of scam going on when you place online orders. They'll keep your money and tell you they never received the order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE PLEASE !!

First time coming to this location. The line was extremely long, so I decided while standing in the line to just order my food for pickup. It went pretty fast for pickup but, I will say they put the wrong cheese on a sandwich. It's way too hectic and I will not be back.

This Chick-fil-A is the best!! Leslie is outstanding with her customer service... Our order was PERFECT, since she helped me with it! We will definitely come back to this location, because everyone here is so friendly, and everything that we ordered tasted so good! Thank you to Leslie and the crew for making our lunch party a big success!!
