Have not been here in years since the Palm Harbor location is closer to our home. But today we were driving past on our way to Tampa, and we wanted lunch. We both got the chicken strips, but I got the fruit cup on the side and Husband got fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was also exemplary. The place is quieter than most restaurants. The booths, tables and chairs are sanitized regularly so everything is fresh and clean. Music plays softly in the distance. This is a wonderful Chick-fil-A location with great service and excellent food!

Usually have a good experience at this location. Crew is always happy and seem to enjoy their job. Today, we’ll starting in the drive thru no smiles, no joy. Then when the young man handed my purchase off, no hello, good morning, you to it off not even a thank you. Not sure what happened today, but definitely not what is normal. Well today 4/17/25 will be the last time I go to this location! I have never had a problem ordering nuggets. Today I was told all lunch will not be available until 10:30 (it was 10:23), I have done every Thursday and Friday for the last year! Now I am stuck in the drive thru with no way out the nuggets are used on the chick n minis and this is ridiculous! Please explain what the difference is?

It is one of the best Chick-fil-A's we have been to. The restaurant was busy while we were there, but ordering and receiving our food was very quick. The food was hot and good. Our boys were a little disappointed the play place was closed.

Going on 5 years with a closed playground. Still waiting... It's been closed since the day my son is born and he turns 5 in July this year. 🫣

They gave us grilled nuggets instead of Mac and cheese. As vegetarians (who didnt notice til we got home) all we had to eat was fries.. I called cs for a refund, the manager emailed me almost 2 weeks ago asking me to re explain everything and give my order number etc. I already provided this info but I sent it all and he straight up never responded... why should I pay for food I didnt get? Such a bummer bc we used to come here often, but now I won't give them my business unless they correct the situation.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Chick-fil-A. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and then the people started just bringing out meals and drinks to all the cars behind me. I was waiting for a medium Diet Coke watching 20 drinks be delivered to the cars all behind me. They told me they were doing their best yet I was at the window asking where is my Diet Coke probably sat there for five minutes. The employees told me to just leave and not to mention the food looks terrible so I just paid $12 for a salad that doesn’t even warrant the $12. They were rude terrible I called back to complain and tell them what was going on and the girl just said, sorry you had to wait it’s not about waiting it was completely terrible - they deliver drinks behind me while I continue to wait. Made no sense and they were not efficient. I would definitely not recommend and their food is terrible their staff is terrible.

I went there with my 3 year old to have lunch and play at the playground. The whole time we're in line my 3 year old is saying how excited she is to play, just to find out it was closed once we got done ordering. Also, I ordered a spicy deluxe and got the wrong order, on top of all the food being cold. Waste of money and time.

This is my third time in a couple weeks eating at this Chick-fil-A location. So far, my order has always been correct. Today, I did only receive one barbecue sauce for 20 nuggets which was frustrating because I had to go back up to the counter. I don't think that's enough to ding them. My other meals have been great, and the staff is always super friendly.

5 years and the indoor kids play area is still closed. Can't be that they can't afford it bcuz the line is always back up with people supporting this business. OPEN THE PLAY AREA FOR THE KIDS.

Just popped in for a quick lunch while running chores. One person at register, he was pretty slow but friendly. Very unusual for a Chic Fil A, but there was only myself and another couple dining in and yet every single table was dirty. When I asked a worker for something to wipe my table, she handed me a wipe then offered to wipe it for me. I'm fine doing it, but also let her know there wasn't a single clean table. Rather than grabbing a cloth and cleaning the dirty tables she just went back to what she was going. Just seemed odd. I worry about the cleanliness behind the scenes now. Hopefully it was just a glitch.

This appears to be the only Chick-fil-A in the country that consistently gets orders wrong. On my first visit, I requested grilled nuggets but was served fried ones. Hoping for a better experience, I returned this evening only to be disappointed once more. I ordered a Southwest Salad and received a Market Salad with the Southwest Salad's toppings and dressing. I typically refrain from complaining, but two consecutive errors are unacceptable. I urge you to hire more competent staff members.

Y'all I love me some CFA but even though this location is closest to me, I'd rather drive to the Countryside location. The Oldsmar location lacks the "CFA way," the service is not strong, they often get orders wrong, the customer service lacks, and they don't seem to care.... It's not bad compared to other fast food restaurants, it's just not comparable to CFA standards. I cannot count how many times I've ordered a Diet Coke, left the drive thru taken a sip and it's a Coke. Yuck! I grew up in Atlanta, my grandparents were close personal friends of the Cathy's, my adult children worked at CFA both over 3 years.... This location makes me cringe. Recently, in the drive-through, they gave me the wrong order. I circled back around and instead of getting in line I hollered at the boy who took my order saying that I got the wrong order. He should have run in and switch it out for me, instead he told me I had to park and go in. I explained that I could not because I had my dog in the car. He told me that's the only way I could get the right food. That's not Chick-fil-A customer service! I explained again, I cannot leave my dog in the car in 94° and he said again that's the only way you're going to get your food. I was baffled! So I kept circling around until I got to the pick up window. After the car beside me picked up their food, I hollered to the girl handing out food telling her I got my wrong order, she knew immediately the mistake she had made with me, apologized and asked me to pull forward and park and she would bring out the right food. That's how you do it! At least somebody was trained right.

This is the second time in one week that they have left out food that was ordered, paid for and listed on receipts. When I called to inform them of their mistake the only way they could fix it was to drive back tonight. When I said I couldn't do that, the person on the phone said that then I would have to call their headquarters. This is not the way to solve problems.

Stopped in last night after a long day of travel. The first thing I noticed was that the entrance looked filthy. The sidewalk and front doors were not clean. My husband and I ordered two eight-count grilled nugget meals. One came with five nuggets, undiscovered until we got home of course. (The employee did specifically tell me that they ran out of small bowls, so the portions would look smaller, but contained the correct number of nuggets) while waiting, I was looking around the restaurant and noticed that the rest of it was dirty as well. Overflowing garbage cans, dirty counters, drinks dripped all over the credit card machine. The glass dividers between tables are gross as are the windows. I would hate to see the BOH if this is what the FOH looks like.

Love this CFA. Food is always fresh, service is always quick, and staff is always friendly. I come here at least once a week and I'm never disappointed

Stopped by for nuggets and fries on 3/27/23 and couldn't have been more disappointed. It seems like most of the chick-fil-a franchises have given up on providing quality food. This was the LAST straw for us, after several really bad food services over the past several months. Our nuggets were extremely thin and overcooked, almost like chicken chips. Virtually zero meaty nuggets, and anything close to a nugget was overcooked. We ordered 3 packs of nuggets and everything was sub-par. I would guess that CFA is cutting corners now to save money at the expense of giving the quality they used to be known for. Also ordered a large fries and the fry box was only filled 1/2 way. Unbelievable. Also, when we pulled into the drive through lane there were 6 employees just chatting, while the car in front of us was ordering the 5 other employees chatted and took their time to finally get to us. Not impressed with the direction of chick-fil-a recently, so much that we no longer consider it our "go-to" or even some place we want to return to.

Never Uber eat's with them. Paid for straight-to-door service. Food arrived cold and drink was flat. I messaged uber eats and them. Nothing. They don't care.

Downhill BIG Time!! Probably to pay for that remodel but the food taste like burnt oil I chipped a tooth from a chicken nugget.. The taste of the food doesn't even taste the same at all not worth spending $50 for three people to eat a combo meal rather go out to eat to an actual restaurant not a drive-through

Don't be put off by the long line of cars, they are incredibly efficient. My husband and son love chick-fil-a. I'm a fan too, but never a big enough one to drive to pick it up. The closest chick-fil-a is about a 15 minute drive, which is about 10 minutes too long for me to get fast food. My husband called the other day and asked if I wanted anything because, like always, him and the toddler were picking up chick-fil-a. I asked for a small, vanilla iced coffee not thinking much of it. Yes, they have coffee. This was surprising to almost everyone I spoke with. Fast forward and after eating most of my son's fries and chicken nuggets (which is why I never have to order anything), I was drinking my iced coffee and realized it was delicious. They have it without the vanilla flavor, but I really liked the added spin. It's a bit more expensive (like $1) than other fast food coffee, but I think it is worth it. The next day I was craving this coffee so I decided that I would drive myself to get it. It was 2:30 p.m. so who is getting food then anyways? Apparently the world. Ok, I exaggerate, but the line of cars was wrapped twice around the building. I called my husband, enraged, that he didn't warn me that the line would be so long. I just drove 15 minutes to sit in a line to get an iced coffee? My husband assured me that the line actually moves really quickly. There were two people walking down the line taking orders. One was taking payment and the other you paid when you got closer. There were also people walking to deliver the orders to cars. It was incredible to see. I love organization and efficiency and this was really impressive. I go to Dunkin Donuts where there are four cars in front and it probably takes longer than it took to make it fifteen cars deep. Don't be deterred by the long line. The only reason I'm docking a star is the second coffee was a lot weaker than the first one. It tasted a bit watered down. I'm glad or else I'd be driving 15 minutes for iced coffee.

I can say with confidence because I always come here because it is the closest Chick-fil-A to me that even with the new additional lane this place is so slow compared to other chickfilas I have been to. It takes forever and they always forget something in my bad whether that be sauce or straws. I actually used to work at a Chick-fil-A and I can say it is clearly stated on the screens what to put in the bags such as sauces etc. I'm not really one to leave negative reviews, but I'm just beyond frustrated at this point.

Hi Bill, why doesn't your staff give the customer receipt anymore?? ya know a lil free sandwich here and there goes a long way....maybe they are thinking the same

During this pandemic we've been so worried about really eating anywhere but home. We decided to see what system the Oldsmar Chick-fil-A had in place after a few weeks and we were immediately feeling a lot better about eating out. Every staff member is wearing gloves, they have masks on, they have a contact-less pay system and pick-up system. Ever since we allow ourselves a once-a-week treat to eat out from Chick-fil-A and have even grabbed a couple gallons of tea. We've driven around a seen what some of the other restaurants had to offer and it just did not seem as clean or mindful of our current situation. Regardless of the pandemic, the food is also always consistently good. We like to call it real food fast because you don't feel like you are eating fast food because it is somewhat healthy! The chicken is always tender and juicy, waffle fries crisp and DON'T get me started on that sweet delicious tea. I'm pretty sure Chick-fil-A sweet tea has become my life blood. The food coupled with the perfect pairing of sauces is sure to please every time.

It left me disappointed when I wasn't able to use my discounts. Everywhere else accepts it. Staff couldn't give me a reason why.

Order mobile walk up or drive thru. Place is fast and like all CFA locations people are super polite. Always a favorite

This is the worst chick fil a location wise. Parking lot and drive thru are way too small and the line takes forever to get through. Always hope it'll move fast because it's chick fil a and they are the drive thru masters and then immediately regret stopping here. Do not recommend.

I know the Chick-fil-a has millions of lovers, however I am not one of them. The service is always good, however I always leave hungry. The sandwiches are decent for fast food, the milkshakes are yummy and the waffle fries are terrific. Just a little small on the portions. I also have an issue with their social stances as well. I only go when I'm desperate!

The drive thru was out of most food due to the hurricane.When I asked for them to move the poles so I could leave, this manager told me to drive over them, which would destroy the underneath of my vehicle. I waited in line for 20 minutes and left pissed off with no food & late for work. Good customer service would've posted a sign that said, "limited menu" or allow people out of line. Nobody should be forced to eat something they don't want to. You're management was snarky and rude and according to your reviews, I'm not the first to complain.

Why do you have 3 women standing around talking in the drive through lane area doing absolutely nothing. 1 kid taking all the orders they arent even passing out receipts lmao. Meanwhile it takes 20 mins to make through.

I will continue to give you and all of your part enters who are not opening your lobby a 1 star. You have left your customers with dealing with a traffic jam just to get your food. Horrible management decision

I love CFA and I normally go to the Countryside location as it's closer to me and they always get it right! Today I was in the area of the newly remodeled parking lot, Oldsmar location and Vanessa took our order. She was friendly but not paying attention at all and unknown to us she messed up taking our order. She never read it back to us either. Wrong size drink and missing a fry! Got to the window and when I questioned the drink size we were handed the young girl only offered to update the order after I had already paid. I did not want to hold up the line for that. I also had to ask her for straws and the CFA sauce that I told Vanessa we wanted. We drive off and realized we are missing a fry (not charged for) and no napkins to be found. I know all of this is not the CFA way. Get it together Oldsmar location. I will stick to the Countryside location where they do it the CFA way every time!

The last three times I've been here they're stupid drive through system, though time efficient has been completely wrong on what I ordered. I am completely dissatisfied with Chick-fil-A at this point. They need to work on getting there at together. The food is not that good to deal with this BS. I doubt I will ever come back to the OLDSMAR location.

Good food, and quick service, they treat the online orders with care and the drivers with respect. This is a great location.

Chick-Fil-A is awesome. Unfortunately I don't get to go as much as I like, because it seems I crave it the most on Sundays, and every time I have to remind myself that they're closed. Usually it goes something like this: Christoph: Where would you like to go for lunch? Me: Mmm, I'd really like some chicken. How about Chick-Fil-A? It's close to home. We can grab it and come back. Christoph: Babe...-sighs- It's closed on Sundays. You do this every weekend. Apparently I have short-term memory loss when it comes to their schedule. During those times where I happen to crave their food any -other- day of the week, I am always satisfied. I've tried most of their food and have never had anything to complain about. And their service is top notch, too. One night I went when I was hugely pregnant and the cashier offered to carry my tray to the table for me. I was ever so grateful. Believe it or not, one of my favorite menu items is their sausage breakfast burrito. Ask for a salsa packet and you'll be good to go. The coffee that comes with the breakfast meal isn't that great, so I usually go for orange juice instead. As far as lunch, I'm a fan of the original Chick-Fil-A sandwich. Hand breaded chicken fried to golden perfection on a warm, fluffy bun... This sandwich makes all other wannabes hang their heads in shame. OH! And you haven't had the full experience til you get a hold of one of their milkshakes. I go for the strawberry milkshake every time. The thick, creamy sweetness of the ice cream and strawberries tastes more like a handcrafted shake than almost any other that I've had. Next time you're in the mood for fast food, ditch the arches and come here.

My wife has been a diehard fan of Chick-fil-A for years. I've come to this franchise perhaps 3 times. I'm more of a Popeye's/Burger King kind of a chicken guy. Anyway, she suggested Chick-fil-A so here we came. She always orders the Tenders, but today we were told by the curbside ordertaker that "Corporate" had discontinued the regular Tenders. Only the Spicey Tenders were available Because she is so heat (spice) intolerant, she chose the grilled chicken sandwich, but she has great difficulty swallowing sandwiches (bread products). She was VERY disappointed but endured. I, on the other hand, ordered the Spicey Strips. We both enjoyed the extra crispy waffle potatoes & root beer. She disliked her sandwich mainly because her sites were set on Tenders, not a bland, basic grilled chicken sandwich. Now we come to the Spicey Strips. The chicken interior was tender w/ a light dusting of breading, but the heat was so intense as to totally mask the flavor of the chicken. Hell, if we're going to offer this, why not just substitute a small bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce. Customers wouldn't know the difference between biting into a flavorful piece of chicken breast meat or bologna. Such heat does nothing to enhance the flavor of the product. It just burns one's mouth (even w/ the ranch dipping sauce).

Sad to say but this Chick-fil-A has gone down hill. I understand mistakes because we are human and all make mistakes, but our family eats here a lot and lately every single order is missing items or wrong items. Frustrating to say the least! Come on guys, you need to step it up and get this location back to what it was years ago.

Never thought I would give Chick-fil-A anything other then a 5 but I'm very disappointed how do people expect you to eat Mac and cheese without a fork. Today I ordered 3 Mac and cheeses and got nothing I could eat with during travel.

I just moved here and this is one of 3 Chick Fil A's near my house. The other two were good, but this one missed the mark. First, I noticed the drive thru line was a bit chaotic. I had to circle around a few times to get in the line because it was one continuous circle so if it was back up it ran right into the drive thru window making it impossible to get it. I have never seen that at a Chick Fil A. Next, I clearly ordered my usual meal and when I got to the window it was wrong. They were pretty quick in fixing the issue, but when I presented a possible fix so that it didn't happen again I was told I should always have them read back my order to make sure it's right. I believe that is their job not mine. I clearly ordered what I always do and they clearly got it wrong. Lastly, we got home and not only were there not crackers with my chicken soup, but the food didn't taste very well. I won't be returning to this location. I'll stick with the other two locations near my house. I've been to Chick locations all across the country and this ties the one in North Carolina for the worst I've been to.

We intended on visiting this Chick-fil-a for a quick drive-thru breakfast but alas, the juice box never made it into our bag, so we had to come inside. We were greeted pleasantly and given our precious juice box promptly upon explaining our misfortune. Then, there it was, like it was granted directly out of my toddlers dream journal, a play place! Now that she had come so far she would never leave having not known the joy of climbing around and sliding down this exciting new plastic paradise. Needless to say this place is kid friendly and the food is dependable (as long as you enjoy chicken). The coffee is just ok, but they do have a nice condiments area inside with flavored creamers, which was a pleasant surprise almost equal to my child's delight in this adventure. The play area also has some type of noise contains glass around it which is great for all the nonparenting patrons trying to enjoy their peaceful meal.

I honestly don't understand this restaurant I go here all the time because of location and i literally never get what I pay for, today is the THIRD TIME this week I ordered a whole meal and something was wrong, ps if you have a tomato allergy avoid this place at all cost because they almost never take them off as I requested

The manager Michelle was super rude after Asking her to accommodate for my vehicle. My truck cannot fit in the drive through and she made me stand outside close to her in order to deliver my food. Every other Chick-fil-A delivers it to your vehicle. I hope they have a change in management soon!

First time at a Chick Fil-A. Friendly people. Quick Service. There was a huge line inside and outside but they had all registers open and got through people quickly which is appreciated. Update 21. April 2017 - Fantastic visit! Even fresher and better than when I first went there. Very friendly service! And the food is prepared quickly.

I Rarely write review but I felt as if I needed to after my experience. I ordered my food and paid for it via drive thru. Once I got there the cashier politely explained to me that they had just run out of the chicken biscuit and are now no longer serving breakfast. He apologized and got the manager to intervene. The manger offered nothing to comfort the disappointing news even after the cashier asked her if she was going to offer something for free for the inconvenience. I looked at her standing off trying to remain partially hidden. Shake her head No and ask if I wants to place another order or proceed with a refund. I reiterated that I was told you all had what I ordered and now you don't and I'm clearly but respectfully upset about it. She just stares as if she isn't going to budge on her decision. On the rare occasion that I received service below their standard I'm offered something for the inconvenience the manger seemed like she didn't give a f*(k In addition to that she told me the refund would be immediate, it's been 24 hours and nothing has been returned to my account

We made the mistake of stopping at this restaurant. We ordered a #1 and a 8 pc. grilled chicken nugget with a power side salad. After waiting for 10 minutes (there was no one else in line) the cashier looked up and saw us not looking so happy. He walked over to the counter where our order had been sitting bagged and ready to go for awhile. He didn't apologize, but simply said, "Here's your order!" And that's not the worst of it! We got our food and left. Within a couple of hours of eating my husband's stomach started churning along with burping. We realized his order came with more than he bargained for--food poisoning. I have never been to such a slow, uncaring, unmotivated Chick-First-A in my life! After reading the other reviews, we wish we had read them before we ate here! I'm posting to hopefully encourage this franchise to live up to the standard the Chick-Fil-A company has established. Whether it be the management, the employees or the franchise owner, this is a clarion call to fix your restaurant--for the health of all who will eat here unaware! We will not be back!

So I got my meal and she asked me for sauce and I said barbecue and I look in my bag and no sauce has been found.

I usually receive great service from Chik-fil-A, but not at this one. I went through the drive through with my one year old daughter and asked them to cut up the nuggets since they are too big for who to chew. They refused to simply cut the nuggets and offered to place a plastic knife in the bag for me. I pulled away with my order and no knife. Disappointing.

I knew my order was messed up when she didn't even read it back. Why are y'all hiring high school kids who can't comprehend? I wasn't expecting this from Chicfila but i'm not going back.

If I could give 10 stars I would, we all know CFA is always amazing, the food, the people and their customer service, they always please their customer no matter what. The Oldsmar location is not my main CFA I go, but since COVID-19 I've been coming to their drive thru probably once a week, we also know all CFA's are always packed inside and drive-thru. The first time I came to drive thru during this pandemic, the line was pretty crazy, cars coming from different ways it was a bit hectic, but they changed the car line with cones and directions and it always is wrapped twice around the store and is so amazing that it moves pretty quick and the orders are always spot on. Congratulations to all the employees for all your hard work!!!

Ordered lunch and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived during peak lunch time. My food was still pretty hot when it arrived. Can't go wrong with chick-fil-a, even in a pandemic.

Sometimes I just want some good chicken, and Chick Fil A has some of the best fast chicken around. (I must apologize to my LBGT friends who may read this, I promise, I donate to LBGT causes to make up for this transgression, I just love their honey bbq sauce and sometimes PDQ is too far). This location is pretty good. The hardest part is GETTING to it. The only easy way to get there is if you are driving east bound on Tampa Road. All other directions, well, they suck. There is FAR too much traffic at this intersection, period (not the restaurant's fault) and getting to the drive thru lane within the parking lot is really craptastic. It's a tight space, with lots of hoopleheads going in lots of directions, in a chicken induced frenzy. The food is pretty good. I like the Original Chicken Sandwich, it never disappoints. The spicy sandwich is also good. The fries, well, my previous reviews will tell you that I am never satisfied with fries, and this place is no exception. Today I got a strawberry milkshake, I didn't care for it. The strawberry flavor was fake, but blissfully they didn't give me a sticky cup. It makes me sad that I have had so many sticky cups handed to me that I now award points for clean ones (I'm looking at you McDs). If you are in Oldsmar and need your food fairly quickly, it's not a bad option. However, there are much better choices taste-wise if you have a little more time to spare.

Chick-Fil-A, I love the food, but hate the politics. That being said, when I want something that can be ALMOST healthy (The naked nuggets and the grilled chicken breast sandwich are the best on the menu) and those waffle cut fries, this is where I head to. They are always friendly at the drive through and I've yet to get the wrong order unlike at other drive thru services.

I couldn't figure out how to enter. Me and several other cars circled the building, but the confusing maze of cones appears to close off every entrance. Cars were inside the cones, so I assume it is somehow possible to get in. I got so frustrated that I drove to the location on Waters where everything was efficient and organized.

I have visited MANY Chick fil A restaurants in my day but this one is consistently crappy. Their customer service is horrible and the young people they have there need to take a few courses in customer service. I went there for lunch today and the girl handing me my order was rude and didn't greet me. Strike 1 since I am all about customer service where I am spending my money. I ordered the soup and salad and a sweet tea with light ice. The tea was full of ice and she seemed frustrated when I handed it back to her to give me light ice. Then I get home and the soup has one piece of chicken in it and it is half full. Strike 2 since it is called chicken noodle soup. The soup was hot and full of noodles, but who goes there for their noodles.?? I give this restaurant 1 star because of their consistent poor customer service. I guess from now on I will wait to go to my Chick fil A where I will get the service I pay for and deserve.

Disappointed there lobby is closed! We will now be eating somewhere else. It makes no since there lobby is closed and the employees are hanging out right by each other and interacting with customers without masks. So do we have COVID restrictions or not.

5 stars for the best fast food out there. Everytging on their menu is awesome. My top faves are: Bfast burrito Chick fil a original sandwich Southwest chicken salad Choc chip cookies Cookies N cream milkshake
