I stop in sometimes for lunch on my break at work, today I got a nugget with a long hair COOKED into it.... Not sure how that was missed, shouldn't cooks be wearing hats or hair nets? Either way, I couldn't finish my lunch and I had to go back to work so I couldn't grab something else either.

Food and service was excellent! Staff members were especially nice! In particular, Calvin and Mason! They made sure our food was nice and fresh! Store was also festivly decorated and nice and cozy, a dive star chicken experience!

I ordered the Cobb salad with the lime ranch dressing and I really liked it. For fast food I thought it was a really good salad. I also got the chocolate milkshake. Yum Yum. It seems to be a smaller dining room and it needs some updating. In my opinion. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

I purchase a spicy southwest chicken salad just about five days a week and I go out of my way to travel to this location because the service is absolutely incredible! Cody Thompson is very personable and makes me feel like a celebrity when I show up to grab my online order. As a business owner, I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the consistency of my salad with all of the different added items! Thank you 🙏🏻

I was in the dining room, when I clumsily dropped all my chick-fil-a sauce! It got on my shoes and all over the floor, then, a kind young man named Levi R. came to my rescue and efficiently cleaned the mess and even wiped off my new white shoes all while keeping a calm, composed demeanor. He even got me a new sauce! Thank you Chick-fil-a, you really are the best fast food restaurant with the best trained employees. 😅😘

This has been the second occurrence that happened to me at a chikfila franchise that I have walked out empty handed. I have waited in line at the pickup counter and when it was my turn, suddenly there is no staff there to assist me. They coincidentially just walk away when I walk up to the counter. When a heavy set Caucasian male deliberately cut in front of me in line, a female employee quickly came to assist him seconds later. I waited after he walked away and the same thing happens they all walked away from the pickup counter. No eye contact, no assurance of being on pending assistance whatsoever. It bothered me so much I ended up breaking down after I left the store. I kept praying it's just negligence instead of discrimination. There are no other people that look like me in the store when these incidences occur. Mind you, I hate to say this, but I hardly have this problem picking up orders from Asian franchises. Not sure what the problem is, but if this is an outward racial appearance, this ignorance needs to discontinue otherwise I won't doorsash here it's wasted so much of my time and income that I have to make even if its just a few dollars. Just let me do my business for Godsake.

Got and fast, every time. Also, service is awesome. There was a bit of a line, 25 min before close, and the staff was still super nice and considerate. Well done

I have never had a bad experience at chick fil a, but this location left me appalled. The cashier was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I was using apple cash and it was having issues and she loudly tried to insinuate I was broke. Not only did she say it once but she continued to say it, basically mocking me for having issues with my phone? I have never been treated that way and was confused. I wish I remembered her name, because she ruined my whole experience.

This location is always very fast and very accurate with my order. The sandwiches and fries are always delicious, and I love the variety of sauces that they offer. The workers are always extremely nice and the restaurant is very clean.

They go above and beyond here for customers. I accidentally ordered something as part of my catering order that was not available during breakfast, and the manager was super accommodating and forgiving for my mistake. I know for next time which items are not available to order before lunchtime, but instead of having a bad experience to learn, they made me feel welcomed and made sure I left satisfied. We are looking forward to enjoying this delicious food for brunch at our work meeting.

This place is always usually packed, but the day after Christmas left it warm and calm. The staff was attentive and we were able to enjoy family's company for quite some time without feeling rushed out of there. The play place was full of children getting their energy out and the service was great for a fast food joint. My peppermint coffee took a little extra time to prepare, but two staff members came by to assure me it was on the way and attend to our needs. It came out piping hot, so check the temp before taking a sip!

The ambience of this location was good . The food was great. Fries were hot and seemed fresh. We were asked if we needed refills or anything else. I was walking out to my car parked at the entrance of the parking lot and was carrying my leftovers, when Kelsey offered to help. I said I could get it but she insisted on helping me with all that I had.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome! When that happened I knew this was going to great! We ordered through the table QR code and received our food very quick. The food was delicious, but what really made this place a five star was this employee named Will! He made this place feel like a fancy dinner, he got us water, took our tray for us, checked in on us, and was so polite. I will definitely return.

I had the chicken strips with the mac & cheese and sweet tea. It was amazing so delicious must have!

I had Chick-fil-A catered for the first time, and it was incredible. The chicken tenders were warm and fresh, and the Mac n cheese was just perfect. I loved that they included brownies and cookies for dessert--such a nice touch! We had a huge group, and I was a bit worried about pulling it off, but it turned out amazing. Definitely a hit all around!

The manager and the employee are so focused on trying to complete order they throw away my food to early. I had 30 minutes to pick up my food and I show up 28 minutes but they said it was getting too cold so it was no good. I'm never coming to this chick fil a again. The employees was getting upset because I didn't understand why they throw away my food. He didn't want me to speak to his manager acting like he didn't hear it. This Chick-fil-A doesn't even deserve a star, but I have to push that to leave a review

Very solid service and food offerings. Easy ordering via and drive through service. Even if when the line is long, the wait time is fast and steady. Extra care given in the restaurant with offer of topping off your drink. The only headache is the traffic, combined with traffic from Costco, it can be pretty heavy at lunch time.

"You my Chick-Fil-A, you're my number 1 *2* with the lemonade." - Kanye Chick-fil-A is an incredible company. What the company is seemingly known for and what's true of this location is their service. Their staff is so kind, courteous and does well to be efficient even when the lines inside and outside are long. The food is great, and man, it their Mac and Cheese gooood! I like spicy food, so I'm always rolling with a number 2. When we came in on Wednesday, my sister jokingly said at the register, "yeah, maybe you should just give us all of the sauces". A different guy overheard our conversation and literally took one of each sauce and through it in for us." It was funny, but also just showed how they are willing to go the extra mile. It's always going to be my number 1 quick stop..

Came in for a DoorDash order, was told multiple times the food would be ready soon. after waiting 15 minutes I was told we'd have to wait half an hour "or maybe more" because they can't make the food "because it's not lunch yet", after being told the order was almost done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My name is Meg and yesterday was my first time eating Chick-Fil-A! I don't have a very solid reason why I hadn't eaten there before. Perhaps, I wanted to better than a trendy fast food place that has questionable morals, but in a pinch after Costco, I drove through to get food for the whole family. A kids meal, chicken strips, mac n cheese and two sandwiches totaled $25+ so it is a little steep. The chicken was pretty out of it this world. So I will allow it. It was a lengthy wait but I think I'd go again. The Mac N Cheese is good, but I don't know if that is worth the hype. My mom raves about the chicken noodle soup so that will be what I try next.

I came in at 8:50 pm with my fiancé to get a quick bite to eat. The manager who I would assume ( wearing a red shift, glasses and black dreads with blonde tips ) immediately said to the other employees "wow they would really walk in this late". He then walked over to the cashier, who was in the middle of talking and taking care of another customer, and told him that they were out of chicken filets, grilled nuggets, Mac and cheese and brownies. Once we placed our orders and paid, a least 4 people ( the manager, an employee with glasses black hair male, a female with blonde hair, and one more person) all yell "I'm not making all that" . Then, once we got our order, they forgot one of our sauces, so asked for a few more sauces, and they were very rude. This has been the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to would not recommend 0 out of 10

The service level seems to go down since it's so popular. The zipper merge in the drive through isn't directed properly and the outer lane seems to always get priority. the young reps at this location aren't very courteous and the food is not up to par with CFA's standard

I LOVE Chick-fil-A! Every location I have visited has been clean and the service has been impeccable! I always get the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal with fries with Chick-fil-A sauce. Extra Chick-fil-A sauce! The hubs and the rest the family usually get the same thing as me. Test me, it's that good! Happy eating Yelpers!

Stopped here for lunch on my way out to West Omaha. I spotted right at 11 so the line wasn't long. The service, like it normally is at Chick-fil-a was great, polite and quick. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and an 8 piece chicken nugget. The fries were done well, hot and crisp. The sandwich was probably the hottest I've ever had in temperature where I almost couldn't taste the actual sandwich. The nuggets were good with real meat. This is a great Chick-fil-a that I'll keep on the list if I'm out this way again!

I went through Chick-fil-A today ordered a combo meal and they forgot my fries.. After driving 3 blocks and turning around to go back to get the fries I asked them to refund the cost and give me the fries for the inconvenience. The horrible customer service manager gave me a refund and no fries stated that is not their policy. I asked if she thought it was inconvenient spending time to turn around park your car go inside get the fries and and she agreed it was but still would not offer a free fry! If they're unwilling to refund your money for the mistake and inconvenience for forgetting the fries. what kind of customer service are they taught? The manager was 100% rude inconsiderate and did not even apologize. I purchased a fry but will now always remember the horrible customer service received today!!

We had excellent service at the west Omaha site. We had a toddler who spilled her milk and young man was right there to clean it up. He was very friendly and brought us another milk. Food was hot and tasty.

If you're looking for a great Chick-fil-A experience, avoid this location. One of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences EVER!!! I ordered 2 meals with fresh large fries. One of the fries was partially filled. The manager Joshua apologized and fixed the problem immediately. Both orders of fries allegedly came up fresh, but all came out soggy and dark brown. Not what you expect from Chick-fil-A. I then returned the other order of fries allowing the manager to view and replace them. Being the avid customer I'm am, I just knew I was about to experience the Chick-fil-A's unmatched customer service. To my surprise a different manager by the name of Stephanie returned the fries to us, refusing to resolve our issue. We went back and forth for about 20 minutes. Even after acknowledging the fries were not of standards, she still refused to replace them. I then requested the manager Joshua to step in. He listened to me "the customer" view the fries, asked "how can he make it right?", and fixed the order. This location might want to review the customer service part of the training with the staff, particularly with the manager Stephanie.

We went in thinking it was going to take forever to get our food but they were still very quick and the food was hot for us to take home! The food tasted amazing but as you can see in the picture we had ordered the sandwich with no tomatoes but once you open the box the tomatoes are clearly on it but we just took it off and it was very good!

Went to the 120/Dodge restaurant for the first time. Normally go to Papillion (where I've had nothing but great service). Went to 72/Dodge once and they gave me two free shake coupons because of an error in my order (not by my request, it was their offer). Tried to use my coupon and it was expired. I explained I got them maybe 2-4 weeks ago and the team lead said she couldn't redeem it. After explaining, she said she would do one. I asked why they couldn't honor both...again explained the situation. She said she would ask her manager. The franchise owner (I think) came out and walked into the situation. Instant wall yo. Said he hadn't seen those coupons in years. That it had his name on it. I said I don't know...but that's what I got. They made a mistake, made it right by offering these, and now you won't honor them. He said, "I know it's doesn't sound like chic fil a, but there's nothing I can do. I'm sorry." I said there is, it probably costs 25 cents to make it right. He said," no it's more than that." I was like...WOW! So I told him I would not come back to his franchise. He didn't understand why another store was giving out his coupons and there was nothing he could do. I said, there is, you are choosing not to. He said he understood my perspective. But yet nothing. His solution was only to call the other the store and find out why they were giving his coupons.

Spicy chicken sandwich is delicious. The menu is overly confusing for drive-thru fast food and rife for misinterpretation. A Chick-fil-A sandwich is # 1, but as a subset, you can order either deluxe or regular, AND either sandwich only or a combo. Four choices under one number. The last two times I have gone they have got something wrong even though I have been pretty clear about what I wanted, and I'm not talking about special requests. But their location next to Costco means I'll be back as long as they get the spicy chicken sandwich part of the order right.

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was one of the best! Walked in and ordered our food right away as soon as we were sitting at our table food was already on its way out. The food was great and our order came out correctly. I'd like to give a special thanks to Phil he was greeting every customer and made stops by each table to ensure they had every things they needed including condiments, drink refills, and a great big smile! All the workers were very kind but Phil really stood out and made this location a great one for everyone including the kids!

The chicken nuggets I ordered were great, and the employees made it better. The rewards program is great and gives you many options on free food. I was impressed about the service time, and the covid measures, which improved my experience.

Let me explain why I rated this visit one star. The explanation? I didn't! In all seriousness, Chick-fil-A has hands-down the BEST chicken ever. My go-to has been the breaded chicken strips, but a couple months ago I decided to shift to the grilled nuggets in an attempt to consume fewer calories. These are my new favorite, as is the 30 piece nugget plate/bowl, whatever you want to call it (grilled or breaded available). The seasoning is just right, not too much, but not too little. The service at the 123rd and Dodge location is outstanding, their quality has never suffered since it opened in 2015. Lately, I have been using the rewards via their app. They really are worth it for free food, even though I haven't redeemed anything yet. So far, the rewards make eating there even more enticing, not that I needed any more reason to go. Keep doing what you're doing, Chick-fil-A, and I'll keep coming back for more.

So I called Chick Fil A, to complain about my little dinner being ruined, a chipper employee answers and seemed give just the details... I guess I wanted her to care that my dinner was now going to be... drastically altered... thanks to their... lack of attention to detail. Quality Control here sucks

A complete 180 from a normal chik fil a visit. The line was slow, the cashier was rude, and my order was wrong.

Food was good, service was good at first, but I stood by the counter while 6 people were working and some standing around, no one acknowledged me for handful of min, then I stood in the way of employees, just got walked around, then I even stared at them still no acknowledgment. I just wanted some extra sauce but decided after waiting so long my food was cold it wasn't worth it. I suggest you ask for more than you think you need for sauces and waste what you don't use otherwise you will go without.

I'm not a huge Chicken Sandwich fan but I must admit the breakfast sandwiches are great . My favorite is the chicken bagel sandwich . I usually put hot sauce in the chick-Fil-A sauce to give it an extra kick . The staff is extremely friendly and the coffee is great .

Staff was really on top of things & super friendly. Drive thru was busy for breakfast but I was lucky enough to sit in the peace & quiet for breakfast.

This is a great QSR and they have plenty of options for those looking to have something more on the healthy side. I always enjoy their salads and my children love their chicken tenders and waffle fries. The employees are friendly and it is always clean even though it is packed during lunch and dinner hours. This is a regular stop for our family.

this has got to be the slowest fast food service in town. not only was it a 20 min wait, I was over charged for a wrong order. I feel bad for the kids worki there because I can't be the only one who is frustrated with the lack of organization and team work.

Thank God for chick-fil-a... this is the perfect place to bring your kids, ha e decent food and an outlet for the kids to run around at the playground. I would highly recommend coming here for a family dinner night...

We asked for sauce and they didn't put it in the bag. They threw everything in 1 bag stacked to the top. They also forgot to put dressing not only on the salad but to even give it to us. Horrible service.

Food is average at best. Pray for improvement. Where do they get there meat and is it frozen or fresh. It doesn't taste fresh.

Use to have a 5 star on this place. But the last 3 times we've came they clearly don't facilitate the "3 years and under" play area because 5 & 6 year olds are pushing around my 2.5 year old and she leaves the place crying everytime.

Chick-fil-A does it right. You can count on it. The customer service at this location (and all of them, seriously!) is sub-par. Always a "my pleasure" to everything you say and it's refreshing. You're quick to get the food in the drive thru and inside- of course the taste is equally as satisfying. I love the seasonal drinks Chick-fil-A offers, too. All so delicious. Love getting a spicy chicken sandwich and some of the iconic waffle fries at least once a week from here. Love it.

I enjoy this Chick-fil-A! The food is always fresh and tasty! The staff is very kind and friendy. Only issues I have is this Chick-fil-A tends to be quite a bit slower than the other locations. Also I never have understood why this location makes you go grab your own straw when you get a drink. They should just give it to you when you get your drink. Especially when ordering a shake delivered to your table you have to go looking for a straw, kinda weird.

I don't think there are enough good things to say about this restaurant!! Food is great, as you'd expect, but the whole dining experience is wonderful each time! This past week, we dined in and were served by Avy. You won't find a more sincere smile anywhere, and it's clear she loves her job and people! This location also has a play place for kids, and is just a great atmosphere!!

I've visited this location during lunch hour. The restroom and lobby was clean. The staff are polite.

What makes this Chick-Fil-A different is the staff. I've been eating at Chick-Fil-A since 1984, and have always been a fan. But I've never encountered a staff so sincerely friendly. I felt like they truly were welcoming me as a unique person, rather than one of hundreds of faces. The fact that it's only 3 blocks from home helps my love of this location!

Had a coupon for a free sandwich thought I would get some nuggets as well. Not impressed in the least. Nuggets were like what I remember McDonalds nuggets to be like. Terrible, and to think I paid over $3.00 for 6 VERY tiny nuggets. Sandwich was just ok. I downloaded the app at recommendation by staff & quickly removed it when I got home. Won't be going here again. Raising Canes is better.

I had received an email offer from Chick fil A to download and open their app for a free 8 count chicken nuggets. I downloaded the app in the Costco parking lot and ordered my food (in addition to the nuggets). They obviously haven't got the kinks worked out because people who entered the restaurant with no online order received their food faster than me, waiting at the end of their counter. When I received the nuggets portion of the food, a female manager looking person brought me my food without even asking me if I wanted any sauces before walking away. When I asked her as she trodded away, she snarkily replied, "well what sauces do you want?" Geez, what ever happened to the former CFA service. This must be a "bad" one.

Don't have your kids work here, they'll rip you off and say nothing about it, I worked 64 hours every two weeks and they only wanna give me half my check. I tried reasoning with them about it and they said there's nothing they can do. Like get your shit together.

Chick-fil-A is absolutely lovely. Always, ALWAYS polite service. Fast service, clean interior. The food is really good, especially for a fast food restaurant. Chicken is always flavorful/tender/juicy. Would 100% recommend getting a chicken biscuit in the morning for breakfast, it's so buttery and good. Their milkshakes are also very bomb. Only took off a star because they don't have many cool drink options like other franchises (except the milkshakes and the seasonal drinks). Oh, I also took off a star because the owner of this place hates the LGBT community, and I just can't accept that... However, it was "my pleasure" to review this restaurant.

Being a mom of three boys having a place to feed them and the let them run around right after and not feel the social pressure of having to have my boys behave as if in a 5 star restaurant is a huge relief. I recommend chick-fil-a to any mom with kids!

Ordered breakfast on my phone at 10:25, drove 10 minutes there, waited in line 5 minutes and they said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 which I know. The app doesn't let you order breakfast after 10:30 so why did it let me order breakfast? Because it was 10:25. I've been getting 4 hours of sleep studying and working my ass off. My entire day is screwed now because I'm about to take a calculus exam on an empty stomach, after this I don't want to go here ever again. They even tried to say they can only give me the fruit cup and orange juice. Like what am I gonna do with that? I haven't eaten since 6pm last night who do they think I am. It's a great day at chic-fil-a but y'all don't care how you affected my day. You just didn't want to make me breakfast five minutes after 10:30. If I would've ordered at the drive thru at 10:25 and got to the window at 10:35 then y'all would've probably made it for me. Never again... fix your app, or fix your employees. Something.
