Had a great lunch experience here! My husband and I stopped for a quick lunch on our way to OBX. Some of the best grilled nuggets I’ve had! The waffle fries were on point too. Service was excellent, we received our meal within 2 min of sitting down, and the dining room was spotless! I appreciate all you guys do to make a guest’s experience so pleasant. Blessings!

Worst food I’ve ever had, threw it away, bad flavor. Although it was also the smallest serving of breakfast bowl with sausage I’ve ever had. They also gave me three knives no fork or spoon. Asked for barbecue sauce, received nothing. Had an order of chicken nuggets and it also had an off flavor.

You'd better check your bag. They can't get an order correct! I'd actually quit going to this locale. But tonight, I was near and wanted it. I got nuggets and strips. I ask nicely for several sauces. 'Sure no problem '...I get home 1 sauce. So now I'm eating nearly two dozen pieces of chicken, with 1 little pack of sauce. It's not rocket science SMH!!! That's it, can't trust them.

The drive thru is very efficient with an extra service crew taking orders to ease the car queue. Enjoyed the Chick-fil-A chicken burgers which have real tasty chicken meat. The waffle chips are good too. Service is fast and friendly.

This is our go-to location. Staff seems like it's a good place to work, always happy and pleasant to talk to. Food always hot and exactly as we ordered. Service is fairly quick considering the volume they deal with at this location. Driveway can be a little tricky sometimes but not the restaurants fault at all. Surrounding construction sometimes causes large vehicles to be parked up and down the road right by the restaurant, making it a single lane right by the driveways.

This location has gotten my order wrong 2 times in a row. Check your order closely before you leave or go too far. Still, very nice & friendly staff. Food quality continues to be a strong draw.

Woke up early, 4:30 am read the news then decided to do an online order for breakfast. Drove 17 minutes one way only to find the whole restaurant is closed! Bulldozers all over the parking lot, a chained fence blocking the entrance. Not only did I waste gas driving there, I also wasted 34 minutes driving! Management should have closed the online app location temporarily. Saturday, June 14th, 2025 Update: July 29, 2025 Chick-fil-A did better! Used the mobile app for drive thru order and it was so quick, easy and the food was hot, fresh and free because of food points I accrued. Thank you for a pleasant experience and a treat. Sorry, forgot to take pictures. Also, staff have always been pleasant and exemplary

Went through the drive-thru this evening. The staff was friendly as always but the chicken on my salad was raw! I was glad I caught it. Some pieces had the raw side down. Yuck!

Storage in the dinning area? What are they using the storeroom for? A private room? Are they sleeping in there or something else? Too many questions.

I should have left when the cashier told he me was not in the best mood. literally!?!?? like wtf? he took my order and got it completely wrong. I order a plain chicken sandwich no pickles I got a spicey chicken that made me sick. when I returned they had kept my receiptin but gave me a cookie. third time back in to get my receipt and gave back the cookie I didnt want and the girl snatched it and was quite rude. Im the one returning for the third time and I was r rude or ugly. I was unhappy about the fire in my mouth bit didn't take to out on her. so two of the three employeesa were terrible. they kept my condiments they but I wasn't going back a forth time. never again

It was PACKED and so so busy. We ordered, sat down, and not even 10 mins later our food was out and ready on our table. I was shocked at the speed and happy manner of everyone and all of it was good. Super quick and accurate.

Love, love chicka fil a!!! Just got the new honey pimento cheese chicken sandwich. It was good but next time I'll try it with the spicy chicken. I only got 3 jalapeños so probably would have been nicer to have more. Still a good sandwich. Service was fantastic as always!

Found a cockroach in the cup, looking for ice. After finishing the food while dinning in.

I came in with friends Saturday morning and had a really good experience! Sean and Makaila made me and my friends feel welcome in the restaurant. They also gave us exemplary service. I had a great time dining at this location!

My son ate there this week only to find a LIVE COCK ROACH in his chicken nuggets. I checked Yelp and this is not the first time a customer has found a cock roach in their food. I've called the corporate office TWICE asking for a refund and no followup. Buyer beware.

This location sucks too. I pull up to drive thru this morning... order a 4pack mini and medium sweet tea... she holds up card reader, use my card , she doesn't say anything, turns around like I don't exist and proceeds to talk to her coworker. I pull to window and question the amount... that lil girl charged me for a combo.... IF I WANTED A COMBO,,,,, I would order a combo. Listen to your customers. You literally have 1 job and still mess it up. Chick fil a REALLY needs to evaluate what they are doing.... Way too many employees to have the continuous nconsistencies and messing orders up. Y'all really hire the dumbest people.

Very unimpressed with this location, I come at night a lot and have had issues with workers being rude and just not paying attention to the customers !! Also very unimpressed with the "management" here , a young girl named Haley in particular does not care about the customers and does not lead by example , please fix this so I don't have to drive 30+ minutes to a different location to get better service

My entire meal was messed up .. I asked for a regular chicken biscuit and got spicy .. and I asked for a chicken hash brown burrito and got sausage... smh .

I love this Chick-fil-A! Everyone who works here is so friendly and works super hard! I especially love Haley. She leads so well and always shows that she cares for the customers and her coworkers, even when things are super busy! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Best chick fil a around. Their drive through is so fast and their orders are always correct. Plus it's delicious.

What kind of chik fil a does not open at 7am! They need to do something about this, every chik fil a opens at 7am. Do these guys think they are special? They are not! Lame!

I don't understand the pickup option if you still have to wait in that god forsaken line, I actually thought about canceling my order a few time while waiting but I was already stuck with no way out. Food was alright. Would have been better had they not forgot my sauce.

What Chick-fil-A opens at 10am? Hours online aren't updated. Is this some special location?

Always fast and friendly service of course! And I trust them enough that I don't have to check my bag before driving off lol

Marc McBroom helped us at the drive through and was SO incredibly kind and helpful. Suggesting great new things to try, so friendly and kind, and made us laugh!!

Always reliable, food is good to great and the staff always friendly. My #1 fast food restaurant.

Were out of peppermint milkshakes and didn't try to make up for it. I expected more from Chick-fil-A to be honest. Food was still good though.
