Had a great lunch experience here! My husband and I stopped for a quick lunch on our way to OBX. Some of the best grilled nuggets I’ve had! The waffle fries were on point too. Service was excellent, we received our meal within 2 min of sitting down, and the dining room was spotless! I appreciate all you guys do to make a guest’s experience so pleasant. Blessings!

As I arrived at this magnificent location, I was met with the kindest employee I have ever encountered. I ordered my usual, 18 spicy chicken sandwiches, and after the fact he even said "my pleasure!". I mean who even says that, 11/10 customer service. When I received my food I took that first amazing bite out of one of my 18 sandwiches, and the duality of the crisp, warm and buttery bun, in contrast with the spicy, addictive chicken simply warmed my heart. I practically had an orgasm!

Multiple times I’ve asked for no ice in my drink and I still get ice. I’m not being misheard. The employees will repeat back my order exactly and somehow it still comes out wrong. Sauce packets and receipt put INSIDE the fry box, touching the fries. These things might seem minor, but as someone who’s worked in fast food: this is GROSS. I will not be going to this Chik-Fil-A again.

The drive thru is very efficient with an extra service crew taking orders to ease the car queue. Enjoyed the Chick-fil-A chicken burgers which have real tasty chicken meat. The waffle chips are good too. Service is fast and friendly.

Worst food I’ve ever had, threw it away, bad flavor. Although it was also the smallest serving of breakfast bowl with sausage I’ve ever had. They also gave me three knives no fork or spoon. Asked for barbecue sauce, received nothing. Had an order of chicken nuggets and it also had an off flavor.

Stopped in our way to the mountains for breakfast. The manager, Jeremy was very courteous and hospitable. The food was served nice and hot and was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

We ordered breakfast online and tried to scan at one of the tables as soon as we got inside. Once the third table scan didn't work my brother walked up to the front figuring he could just pick up th le tray himself. However, he stood there for 7 minutes having multiple members look at him but not acknowledge him. Finally someone came up to the register and asked the family beside him what drink refill they would like. The same member asked him if his order would be carry out or dine in. He explained what happened and at that point felt like he was an inconvenience so he just asked for a refund. No one apologized or had an explanation just quickly did the refund and walked away. The entire front end staff was rude and we would not recommend going there unless you want to feel like a burden to the staff.

The only complaint I have is that they never put hot sauce in my order. It's so weird. I've been coming here for over 2 years and they put all the other condiments I order, but for some reason the only one that is always missing is the hot sauce. We honestly can't think of a reason as to why it's always missed, since there's always plenty in the condiment area inside the restaurant.

Storage in the dinning area? What are they using the storeroom for? A private room? Are they sleeping in there or something else? Too many questions.

I should have left when the cashier told he me was not in the best mood. literally!?!?? like wtf? he took my order and got it completely wrong. I order a plain chicken sandwich no pickles I got a spicey chicken that made me sick. when I returned they had kept my receiptin but gave me a cookie. third time back in to get my receipt and gave back the cookie I didnt want and the girl snatched it and was quite rude. Im the one returning for the third time and I was r rude or ugly. I was unhappy about the fire in my mouth bit didn't take to out on her. so two of the three employeesa were terrible. they kept my condiments they but I wasn't going back a forth time. never again

It was PACKED and so so busy. We ordered, sat down, and not even 10 mins later our food was out and ready on our table. I was shocked at the speed and happy manner of everyone and all of it was good. Super quick and accurate.

Love, love chicka fil a!!! Just got the new honey pimento cheese chicken sandwich. It was good but next time I'll try it with the spicy chicken. I only got 3 jalapeños so probably would have been nicer to have more. Still a good sandwich. Service was fantastic as always!

Found a cockroach in the cup, looking for ice. After finishing the food while dinning in.

I came in with friends Saturday morning and had a really good experience! Sean and Makaila made me and my friends feel welcome in the restaurant. They also gave us exemplary service. I had a great time dining at this location!

My son ate there this week only to find a LIVE COCK ROACH in his chicken nuggets. I checked Yelp and this is not the first time a customer has found a cock roach in their food. I've called the corporate office TWICE asking for a refund and no followup. Buyer beware.

This location sucks too. I pull up to drive thru this morning... order a 4pack mini and medium sweet tea... she holds up card reader, use my card , she doesn't say anything, turns around like I don't exist and proceeds to talk to her coworker. I pull to window and question the amount... that lil girl charged me for a combo.... IF I WANTED A COMBO,,,,, I would order a combo. Listen to your customers. You literally have 1 job and still mess it up. Chick fil a REALLY needs to evaluate what they are doing.... Way too many employees to have the continuous nconsistencies and messing orders up. Y'all really hire the dumbest people.

Very unimpressed with this location, I come at night a lot and have had issues with workers being rude and just not paying attention to the customers !! Also very unimpressed with the "management" here , a young girl named Haley in particular does not care about the customers and does not lead by example , please fix this so I don't have to drive 30+ minutes to a different location to get better service

My entire meal was messed up .. I asked for a regular chicken biscuit and got spicy .. and I asked for a chicken hash brown burrito and got sausage... smh .

I love this Chick-fil-A! Everyone who works here is so friendly and works super hard! I especially love Haley. She leads so well and always shows that she cares for the customers and her coworkers, even when things are super busy! Keep up the great work guys!!!

What kind of chik fil a does not open at 7am! They need to do something about this, every chik fil a opens at 7am. Do these guys think they are special? They are not! Lame!

I don't understand the pickup option if you still have to wait in that god forsaken line, I actually thought about canceling my order a few time while waiting but I was already stuck with no way out. Food was alright. Would have been better had they not forgot my sauce.

What Chick-fil-A opens at 10am? Hours online aren't updated. Is this some special location?

Always fast and friendly service of course! And I trust them enough that I don't have to check my bag before driving off lol

Marc McBroom helped us at the drive through and was SO incredibly kind and helpful. Suggesting great new things to try, so friendly and kind, and made us laugh!!

Always reliable, food is good to great and the staff always friendly. My #1 fast food restaurant.

Were out of peppermint milkshakes and didn't try to make up for it. I expected more from Chick-fil-A to be honest. Food was still good though.
