The food is good, the place is clean, and the staff are attentive, but I don’t understand why they keep the air conditioning so cold in November that everyone has to sit inside wearing their coats.

Listen… Paramus Chick-fil-A stays busy like it’s giving out free rent, but they move that line every single time. The staff usually has good energy, the food hits the same way as always, and the drive-thru doesn’t play around especially on Friday and Saturday. The extended drive thru time is a life saver. It’s clean, organized, and the kind of spot you stop at without even thinking. Solid place when you’re in Paramus running errands or mall-hopping — dependable and quick.

This is by far the one of best burger place among the many chain restaurants in the neighborhood! The menu is delicious, high in protein, and low in fat. The restaurant is always kept spotless, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I also love the fresh seasonal flowers placed on every table—such a thoughtful little touch that shows how much they care about making customers happy. They also frequently host in-store events for local kids and families, which is wonderful. (Their original characters make appearances, and they even give out fun novelty items—it’s always unique and exciting!) I truly admire the way this restaurant is rooted in the community and puts so much heart into bringing joy to everyday life through food. Thank you for always providing such a great experience! Without a doubt, this is my family’s favorite restaurant!

Pro-tip to any gig delivery driver who gets order from here: Go to the Drive-Thru! I was utterly upset when I was trying to get a DoorDash delivery order here. I was told to wait in the Drive-Thru since online orders are picked up there. How was I supposed to know that?! As well as they could just give it to me and I can confirm it and deliver it. The one in Ramsey, you can go inside and pick it up. Of course, when I picked it up at the drive-thru it was a super long wait. Don't get me wrong, I love Chick-Fil-A but the ease of picking up the delivery order was very inconvenient. Just to save myself trouble, if I do get a DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub, etc. order from this place. Instant decline. Overall, super disappointing and I hate this place for screwing up my pace tonight.

Love chick-fil-A for their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, ice cream cone, and waffle fries. This restaurant in paramus is 5 minutes from our church and the dining area is decorated very nicely. Not a huge fan for their breakfast though. Service is always excellent!

Always a great experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently fresh, the service is friendly, and the team here really goes above and beyond — even during busy times. It’s clean, quick, and reliable, and our family always leaves happy.

The most amazing Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The servers truly seem to care and want to excel at their jobs. Instead of the blank, apathetic stares youre met with at many other fast food chains, the staff here is warm and well-spoken. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. The food is pretty standard Chick-fil-A fare but the service and atmosphere is what stands out. Also, kids eat free on Wednesdays!

We placed a mobile order. The order was ready when we walked in. Food was hot and delicious. The milkshake was creamy and so good. The place was quite. It's great if you want to sit and relax

Food: It was very fulfilling and tasted amazing. Service: The service was very nice and very quick it only took them about five minutes to get the order out. Ambiance: The ambiance was very clean and neat there was nothing on the floor nor on the tables. Everything was in order and very calming. Overall I had an amazing experience!!

I typically only review fast food restaurant locations if our experience was "out of the ordinary", as in extraordinary or mystifyingly horrific, and this one was the former because I just had to give the employees at this location MAJOR MAJOR props. The food at this Chick-fil-A is like any other, so nothing there will surprise you. HOWEVERRRRR, ALLLLLLL of the employees I encountered at this location were very accommodating, patient, friendly and efficient! Every time I went up to the counter to request for more sauces, extra containers or paper bags, the employees more than happily obliged to get it for me. In addition, I observed them patiently resolving customer issues (e.g. missing DoorDash order) and making sure that all customers they encountered were satisfied. I'm not sure what type of training program that Chick-fil-A has, but it undoubtedly has to be one of the best ones in the entire country. The best customer service I ever received anywhere has always been at Chick-fil-As and this location was exemplary of that! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Chick-fil-A Paramus employees!!!!

Kind service! go bills! open late good for going in not doing drive through open late for late night snack go bills!!! Awesome food and drinks go bills every thing went well. Nice atmosphere and comfortable dining.

Three stars only because it's too darn confusing to get in from the main road #17-N; if you miss the entrance, it's a whole rigmarole to get back and then getting past huge drive-thru lines. I asked the person at the counter if there was a senior discount? He said there isn't one. NBD Otherwise, the service is fine. The food is good, the place is kept clean. We ordered the food and then they told us to go take a seat with a doodad for the table. A short time later, one of the employees brought the food over to the table. Exiting the parking lot is easy. There is an EV charging station. Not a Tesla supercharger. We spotted another one a little further north on 17 North. If we had known that there was one there, we would've gone there because it looks easier to get in and out of.

Recently opened new store right next to the Fashion Center Plaza on NJ-17. Very popular with crowd, parking and drive-thru lanes filled with cars. Inside of the store is very well maintained, neat and clean. Many team members walk around to ensure guests are taken care of and everything is spotless. I had no line in front of me. Ordered straight at the counter right away. 4 sandwiches, popcorn chicken and fries were ready in few minutes. The handover associate was really nice, gave me few extra sauce upon request. The store maintains high quality and taste of trademark Chic-fil-a sandwiches. Popcorn chicken was really good. Fries were delicious. Really happy to see this store opening. I no longer need to walk into the Paramus Park mall to get chic-fil-a anymore :)

Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A Paramus I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, and this wasn't my first time visiting the Paramus location. However, after my most recent visit, I don't think I'll be returning. My husband and I ordered takeout, two spicy chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders and french fries. Unfortunately, every single item was excessively salty. It wasn't just a slight overseasoning; it was completely overwhelming. The fries, nuggets, and even the sandwiches were drenched in salt, making them nearly inedible. I regret not eating in the restaurant it the mall because I would have immediately returned the food. I don't know if this is a new trend or just an off day for whoever was in the kitchen, but it was the worst Chick-fil-A meal I've ever had. Extremely disappointing, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Yuk!!!!

Shitty service. Food was horrible and cold. They didn't even say thank you or please. Never coming back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

this Chick-fil-A brought amazing surface to me and my family giving us a pleasant experience, smiles to our faces. The food was amazing and delicate. they keep the place clean. and even though it is 10 o'clock, they were still extremely welcoming and friendly 10 out of 10 recommend.

This location had the most friendliest and helpful employees. And the place was spotless !!

Fast and convenient. My only gripe is that the person that takes your order on the iPad was nowhere near the menu and was looking at me like I was crazy for not knowing exactly what I wanted, drink options, etc. I had to ask for sauces (almost forgot) which has not been my past experiences at chick-fil-a. Anyway, all else was good!

Location is now open and it exceeds expectations. It's clean, staff is friendly and the food is great. I would recommend you try!

Left out an entire $12 chicken sandwich meal even after we repeatedly asked them if they had everything. Sandwiches were on the bottom of one bag they stuffed everything into so would've had to rip the entire bag open to notice they withheld the very expensive meal. I guess it's one way to ensure a profit by forgetting to give people $12 worth of their food that they paid their money for

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Chick-fil-A. We had a group order and realized, after the fact, that they forgot to include our 4 drinks and ice cream that was already paid for from our online order. One of us went back to reclaim our missing items and was turned down. We did not touch our meals (only opened the bag to check our items); and the receipt was shown and everything to Bella Serillo. No valid reasoning for it... and they forgot our sauces!
