I went yesteday and they made my two year old daughter feel so special! They were so sweet and kind to her and gave her a cookie! Loving seeing that great customer service is still around!

Customer service is always great and team members will go above and beyond to get you want you need if they can.

Tried a Chick-fil-A in Greenville and did not like the spicy chicken deluxe. Nothing like I was used to. However, this restaurant met the grade. Chick-fil-A is our all time favorite fast food restaurant and respect the founders and owners for their decisions to close on Sundays.

Since they been open I’ve had nothing but issues. Sadly this isn’t even the first time I’ve found a hair in my food. If it’s not poor food quality it’s taken forever to get my food. Almost 90% of the time I order I’m singled out to go around and wait in the front cause my order will take longer. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth the hassle.

Absolutely phenomenal Customer Service several Chick-fil-A’s could learn from them. Keep up the great work.

I went to scan the drive thru order and it didn’t work so we had went to the line and tell them that it didn’t work, the workers saw us and not one of them came up to ask if we needed help or anything, we were waiting for about 20 mins it was discrimination. This has happened twice and they need to train workers more.

I used the app to order from home. Had used previously but had a bad experience so I cleaned up preferences and payments, ordered again and followed the directions like a good little soldier. Upon arriving, I scanned the figure like it told me to and pulled forward and they brought my food to me. Worked like a charm.

Molly was the best cashier I have ever had. This was the best service I have ever experienced at a Chick Fil A in my life. Molly said that we were great people and gave us 2 free drinks. #giveMollyaraise

So disappointed with chick fil a, I received my drinks with NO straws when I was told that they were in the bag. And not even one sauce when clearly it said so on the BAG. DO BETTER.

If I wanted a small fruit bowl, that's what I would have ordered, rather than paying for a large fruit bowl but receiving a large bowl that was 1/2 empty. Rude, cheap and not right

Not the cream of the crop here. You have to request a receipt. Hash browns were a bit on the burnt side. No napkins given at the drive-thru! That should be an automatic inclusion with the meals! Arghhhh

Passing through town and decided to stop at Chick-fil-A. I don't know if the young girl taking our order was having a rough morning, but she was very rude. The food, however, was very good! Everything tasted fresh!

Rudest service I've ever had at chic fil a. Very unprofessional reception and management. TERRIBLE. If I wanted to get treated like crap I would have stayed at home and had my wife cook for me ..

Order is correct every time People are nice and will get you what you ask for without hesitation. The app is also a great addition.

Not your typical friendly chick-Fil-a, rude manager. We walked out before ordering. We won't be going back to this location.

I believe my order would have been correct had the drive thru assistants paid more attention to their job thank flirting with each other.

This is a new location, so there's usually a long line, but they get you through there fast! Super friendly, too. The food is always warm and delicious. I love the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich w/ pepper jack, the fresh salads or the chicken wrap with avocado lime dressing.

Loved the service inside. So polite and very happy to help all in line. Good mix of people working here.

Your not going to get a better fast food experience in Paris any where than at chick fil a. Consistency in food quality, absolute best customer service, cleanest restaurant, and most efficient restaurant. Chickfila sets the standard and others can't match it and it's showing.

Jordan was disrespectful and rude to myself and an elderly woman. Not the Texas hospitality OR Chick-fil-A hospitality that I look for when coming to Chick-fil-A.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Took time from work to go thru drive thru and was NOT greeted professionally or courteously. As I drove up into the next spot, 3 young girls began to approach my vehicle only to be diverted by "Jason" in the blue truck in the next lane. Not only did all 3 girls quickly ignore my vehicle but proceeded to carry on a conversation with "Jason" while I was left sitting. When I was finally addressed I advised the young lady that it was rude of her to ignore me (I was upset but DID NOT YELL) and her remark was "he had a digital order". If that was not cause enough for frustration I was then left behind a commercial vehicle who placed an order for 11 minutes (I watched the clock) while myself and many cars behind me were left waiting. Oh and it gets better! When I finally got to the window I was scolded by the Team Leader for venting to the 3 girls. Her excuse was" These are just young girls trying to make some money" and told that I should understand their immaturity. And to top it off-after the 1/2 lunch break wait in line my food was cold from waiting-Imagine that! Literally the worst customer service of any Chick Fil A that I have ever been to.

Chick-fil-A is my go to fast food restaurant. The quality of both the food and service are always excellent, (at every location). The Paris location has only been opened a short while, maybe a month or two. Due to not having a full staff and the Covid concerns, the dining room is not yet open, however you can still enjoy all there excellent menu items with fast efficient drive through service. I'm so glad Paris has now got a spot on the Chick-fil-A map!

Ordered pickup off the app this time as I usually order off the mobile drive thru but the scanner on my phone hasn't been able to read the qr code last two times so thought pickup might go better as would have to go in anyway because qr code won't work. Probably my phone or lack of knowledge in using it. I ordered pickup and went inside and two of the employees standing around b.s. ing with each other and I got there attention and told them I had a pickup order. They looked and said would be right up. Stood there and stood there at least 10 minutes waiting for my egg white and fruit cup while both employees stood there talking about their jobs. I got frustrated from the long wait and finally got my order and they left my straw out of the bag. Not trying to be an a*" but come on.. please pay attention to detail as paying over $10.00 for not much is just that "not much".. I'll possibly go back but have had a few less than pleasant experiences at this location.

Kept the place clean, servers were very polite and considerate, and I received my food very quick while still tasting fresh. They even asked me on my way out if I'd like a refill and I didn't even ask for one. Then I asked about a drink option they had and they asked me if I'd like to try it and explained how it was different. Wonderful service. Great location.
