We never eat here. Just put in an order for breakfast for my daughter and I. We were unaware that in order to get it, we had to be there before breakfast was over. I thought since I ordered it and paid, we could just pick it up a little after 10:30. Nope. They canceled our order. Don't think I would want to come here again.

I recently left a pretty nasty One store review that was very warranted. I've removed it recently. Today I come in. I'm immediately greated by Abigail. She immediately checks on my order and within 30 seconds I have my order and I'm gone. Thank you so much Abigail. My last experience was 45 minutes trying to get my order before this one.

Needs improvements of their workers. I got confused when the guy who helped me kept asking”” what else”” what else… I forgot to ask to add dipping sauce and napkins. Most of the time they will give you seconds to think or even ask any sauce? But yesterday in drive thru he just keeps asking what else. I realize when we got home we don’t have any sauce we live chic Fil a sauce but yesterday was bad experience.

I’m not sure what happened but this is what I received today versus what is advertised. I’m not one to ever complain, but being pregnant and hungry, I was a bit disappointed with the size of my sandwich and decided to say something. I approached a team lead mentioning I was unhappy with the size and was told that it was completely normal for the chicken to be this thin. Chick-fil-A sandwiches have been one of my most common pregnancy cravings so far and I can tell you that this is definitely not normal. Really disappointed is his response and this experience.

Don't come on Saturday it's standing room only where you'll end up bumping into people walking anywhere. I'm honestly not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A... not usually because of quality, put i find them over priced for a fast food place. However, I decided to teat myself to a nice lunch since they had the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwhich. As you see in the picture, chicken looks good, only a little cheese sauce and half of it missed the sandwhich. I added pickles and excluded the jalapeños. I got 1 pickle and 2 jalapeños. Sandwhich was just soggy. The pimento cheese looked luke-warm shredded cheese with no peppers mixed in (like the advertising). It also too awhile to even get the food even though I ordered ahead. To sum in up, the service was bad. The atmosphere of the restaurant was chaotic. The sandwich was a huge disappointment. And all the for $13.

I rarely go to this location and have not had the following issues at any other location. I came during breakfast, ordered a kids meal with fries. They usually say ok but it will take a few extra minutes and I say no problem, I come willing to wait. But the worker taking orders was a "trainer" and said we no longer allow fries before 10:30am. In the morning we now do a large hash brown. I said, I've always ordered this with no issues. Well, we no longer allow this. The only other side that was available was fruit, which was great for my child because that's what she wanted. However, I planned in advance to have this cheat meal and did not want hash browns. And beyond that, the nuggets were the size of quail eggs, hard, and nothing was even warm. I would have left the drive thru line except my 4yo specifically wanted nugs and I wasn't going to deny her request based on a "new" policy. I will go to other locations that actually give the customer what they want.

Very nice Chick-fil-A. Clean and very good service. The nice young man at the register, Dom was very nice and provided me with excellent service navigating through the menu as it was my first time ordering there and help me get some very delicious food. A truly great establishment unlike no other.

The chick fil a on Peoria and 35th ave (not exact but major crossroads) gives their outside employees ice vests that are hi vis in the heat. Definitely you guys should look into going your outside employees that as they looked beat down by the killer heat today. Food was good.

They don't carry the menu that other locations or the website shows. Refuse to make substitutions like remove chicken from wraps or salads like the website says.

Chicken nuggets was not the same I always buy before. It was cold and chewy when received. Feels like eating a cardboard. The mini chicken sandwich was a total joke. I know it's mini but did not expect to be like a baby size kind of sandwich. The DoorDash driver was very good and delivered on time.

I've never had a bad experience until today, the lady working the eating room area was harassing me about a CLOSED water cup that I did not want to leave outside of play area because it had my CAR KEYS connected to the cup. She would not stop monitoring me and telling me I had my CLOSED water bottle in the play area. What a way to make a customer feel uncomfortable. If you want to be a security guard, I'm sure she can go find that position elsewhere.

Place is horrible. We order 2 #1 breakfast meal with 2 drinks. Pulled up to the drive thru and the Oder was wrong. After 3 conversations they still couldn't get it right I'll never go back no apology no nothing just over priced breakfast followed by incompetence

This is the best chick-fil-A! They are friendly, fast, and clean! My kids love playing on the playground and getting a balloon on the way out. It is a busy location, however, they are quick to make the food and clean the tables/floor. I recommend this location!

This location hasn't changed since I moved. The 7 outside order takers did not come up to me in the drive thru when I drove up. They instead stood in the lane causing me to not to be able to move forward. One employee then came to my window and asked if I could pull up further while the rest were still talking and laughing and blocking the lane. She then interrupted me twice while ordering, and then the employee who took my payment didn't say 'my pleasure' after I said thank you. The FOH standard has always been low and most likely always will be.

lol went to chick fila today for the first time in probs 10 years, proud to say, cuz I needed something quick and close by. Was honestly delicious but holy shit the fries are so salty. I got a 12 piece grilled chicken nugget and med fry combo and while it was amazing .... It was so salty like I said. I just don't understand why u need to make ur fries covered in salt like they are amazing with the a little bit as well.. won't be back for awhile, hopefully lol, but it was super bomb not going to lie. Really friendly service people in the drive thru!

The food was really good. I've never had their breakfast food before until today and it was delicious. Service was amazing. Even though there was a long line it went by as if there were only two cars in front of me. The workers were very knowledgeable and kind.

Still by far the worst location - Arrowhead. Service meh! Not ADA approval they don't honor the handicapped senior with a handicapped license plate. They have told me several times not to come back because I requested management to tell the non-handicapped delivery driver not to park there but the manager has always told me (up to 30 minutes for one sandwich) to wait until the delivery driver gets their order first. The ADA law doesn't apply or allow non-handicapped persons to park there. I tried with my patience and tolerance with management's demands every time. So I stayed away from this location for over six months and they have not changed. Now it's time to close this location. They have been doing this for five years. Are they racist or ageist at this location - Arrowhead? It's a very bad atmosphere here!

If I could give ten stars for this location I would. I love Chick fil a no matter what, but this location has it dialed in for sure. They've definitely mastered the double drive thru lane and it moves so fast. Part of the way is covered and shaded with misters which is awesome for their employees because it's so hot out there. We were greeted quickly and our order taken . We had our food and drinks in under 10 minutes and the line was really long. Awesome job!

I went and got a large Mac and cheese and 12 nuggets nothing crazy they said there would be a 20 minute wait so I waited then they forgot to put any of my sauces into my bag after proceeding to make me wait over 25 minutes nothing extra for my wait just extra things missing I'm beyond disappointed with my experience today. I went back through the drive through because usually it doesn't take very long it took another 20 minutes and this mean little black haired girl with an ipad just said bye after I told her what I was in line for do better this makes me never want to come back.

After ordering and you get to the drive thru door I sat there for 5 mins straight while two female employees gossip about a boy before we were addressed and then sat for another 2 mins listening to them gossip. We did say thank you after recieving our food and we did not get a " My Pleasure " whatsoever which I believe this franchise is known for.

As usual the service at Chic-fil-A was good. We wanted to try the Pimento Cheese Chicken sandwich that we've seen over and over on ads. We ordered two sandwiches, not meals; $8 each! I was surprised at the small size. The chicken itself was good, but the pimento added nothing. Pulled off the pickled jalapeño since they added nothing but heat. Great restaurant, but not this time.

I believe the managers name was Andrew, only got a quick glimpse of the name tag. Wanted to say he's doing a tremendous job the way he's running things. The food here is consistently good, not sure why they only have a 3.6 rating. It should be higher. Place was really clean and organized. Usually it's commonplace to see a French fry on the ground, no big deal, fast food can be a hectic environment so it's only natural to spill some food in the process. But the floor was clean here as I was looking in through their drive thru door which stays open. Lastly, every single employee that deals with the drive thru customers up until you get your food and leave, was courteous and professional. Do not hesitate to eat here, you can expect consistency throughout and the food is always good.

0 STARS! If this were possible. WHO manages this location because clearly they need to be replaced , someone should be held responsible for the terrible staff they have. This is a great example why fast food places do not deserve to make so much money per hour! Take them down to what waitress employees make , maybe then they'll put an effort to get orders right! Ordered a combo, NO HASHBROWNs in bag. Also LEO repeated the sauces : 2 Buffalo and 3 Salsas ... guess what the receipt does not reflect that clearly! But okay, asked at the window AGAIN (3rd time) , why is it that I received 0 sauces??? NEVER have I had and issue with the location on 59th Ave and Thunderbird! Clearly the people at this location need to go train at the other location: 1. LEARN customer Service Skills 2. LISTENING skills 3. Apparently they need to learn how to double check their orders! This location ALWAYS gets something wrong, why do I come here, it's closest and in a rush situations only! This location needs better MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! Or is it better training? Terrible terrible terrible...

Short review. Not much to add. Service and food was everything one expects from Chick-fil-A. Drive thru, like most Chick-fil-A locations was busy. I decided it might be best to go inside. Ordering was quick and easy. Food was out relatively quickly. Food was all hot and fresh. Grilled chicken was on the small side. Chick-fil-A makes one of my favorite brownies. Brownies are rich and fudgy. Always worth grabbing one, even if it means getting one to-go because it is breakfast. Service was the standard "my pleasure" service. Due to COVID, the children's play area is closed. 100% understandable. It is still sad to see.

Trust the labyrinth of the drive through. Picked up lunch from the drive through per kids request. Grilled and Chick-fil-A nuggets and French fries. The grilled ones were a little too firm, maybe slightly over cooked, but first time they seemed not spot on. Got there around peak lunch time on Wednesday, shortly after noon. Took about 15 minutes to get through the drive through, huge improvement in timing from prior to the remodel of the drive through. The parking lot may look hectic, follow the signs around to the line and know it won't be as long as initially imagined! Order taker was pretty nice and noticed he had 15 years of work for Chick-fil-A.

Great food! Nice and big and spacious inside. Yummy chicken. Every year is cow appreciation day which you dress up like a cow and get a free sandwich, or wrap or nuggets. My favorite is the wraps and the Chick-fil-A deluxe. Get the app & scam ur phone to get points and redeem for free food. This location doesn't have a patio. Love their ranch and Polynesian sauce!

ordered lunch today at drive in around 11:30am this morning. Received 4 spicy chicken sandwiches that looked and tasted like they were left over from the night before, and had been sat on for about 2 hours. chicken was luke warm and stringy , had to bite chicken with the grain of the meat or it was too tough to chew. eaten there a couple of times before, never great, but edible, today will be our last visit. typical example of a place living on a reputation. Everytime we go to this exact location our order always gets messed up. Just like tonight the girl taking our order was pretty rude. I used my app to redeem a reward, it got taken off my app and never got the item in my order. My husbands entire sandwich was wrong and our drinks were wrong. The girl taking the drive thru orders kept saying she couldn't hear us but read back everything we ordered which was correct then. I don't know how this location messes up every single time.

I tried the limited time sandwich which was the Honey Pepper Pimiento one and let me say that it was not good at all! I rate it at 5/10! Never get that one! It is the worst choice for a sandwich!

Today all the tables were filthy AND there were employees standing around. I went in the makeshift room and got a wipe out of the red and white container. I wiped down 2 tables. Next time I will post photos. This place is usually clean thats what I like about it. Today it like any other place but they are more pricey at Chick-fil-A. With as many employees that they had standing around I would expect better.

My rating and review is based on a catering order. We spent $244 on chicken sandwiches and discovered during our party they did not have pickles on them. That might not seem like a big deal, but when the sandwich is only three ingredients (bun, chicken and pickles), it is a big deal. I completed the customer survey on their website and it was forwarded to the Arrowhead location. I received an email from there and after all the money we spent (we also got three nugget trays), we were offered a free meal to make it right. Very disappointed in this resolution. Also, when my husband picked up the order they tried to give him five trays and he was honest and said we only had three ... not sure if those other two were for someone else that they almost gave away??

Order to go, ordered inside. After messing up order multiple times, telling them multiple times to make sure items are removed. They sent us home with incorrect food, burned fries, and no receipt. Because of an allergy I had to throw the entire salad in the trash. Also the lettuce was brown and old. Contacting them because they claim that: "Providing a great experience at Chick-fil-A is always our goal. Unfortunately, it sounds like that just didn't happen this time. We've shared your comments with the appropriate people at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and with the restaurant you visited." They asked so I gave them the last 4 digits of the card I used, the time we ordered and the location. This is what the location had to say: "The Chick-fil-A CARES Team has shared your recent feedback with us at Arrowhead. We want our customers to have a positive experience and a great meal on every visit. We're sorry that was not the case for you. We regret we are not able to provide further resolution without an order transaction number as proof of purchase." They didn't provide proof of purchase... with all the screwups. So NO they don't "care" NO they won't make it right. They will continue their poor food quality, poor customer service, with zero backing of their company ideals. It would be "my pleasure" to bring them a bank statement showing the $48.09 to prove what they quickly debited from the account but when it's not convenient for them, it magically doesn't exist and they can't seem to find it. What a disappointment. Don't go here. They have gone downhill quality wise and service wise. They hide behind their "Care" moto only when it serves their needs. They don't give a crap about their customers or their food quality. It's their "pleasure" to take your money, but not follow through with their products. I threw that money in the trash. Don't do the same. Chick Fil A ... a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes.

I ordered ahead through the app for lunch as I was pulling into the parking lot on a Wednesday at noon with 2 toddlers. When I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately thought it was a big mistake. They were so packed! But to my surprise there was plenty of parking. We parked in the shade under a tree, walked right in & our food was ready and waiting on us. The food was delicious, as always. My order was correct. The dining room was spacious and clean. Everybody inside was super friendly even though they were working frantically to keep everyone happy. Overall it was a great Chick-fil-A experience! Bravo

Another Chick-fil-A with some absent minded employees that forget to give you what you order. However, the food itself is still pretty good. Got a spicy deluxe meal with a fruit cup which cost me $11.07. If you love chicken sandwiches, this is the place to be.

Got in line at 1:00pm and was out of the line by 1:07!!!!!! they were SUPER fast! they had a full line so i was prepared to wait for a while but they took my order within 2 minutes and i was out 5 minutes after that! definitely one of the fastest chickfilas i've been to! 10/10 recommend! now i know i can rely on them for fast and friendly service!

This location has gone way down hill. Do youselfves a favor and go to another location. The service frankly doesn't exist. My order was wrong to begin with. I sat at the drive Thur waiting for my food and watched the interactions between employees. It reminded me of kids on a play ground. They didn't realize that my window was down and was listening to every word they were saying and everything they were doing. 2 girls were messing with each other and one of the girls punched the other girl in the arm. Then a coworker who I could not see at that time said you punch like a pu_s_y. They kept going back and forth and yet I was still waiting for my food. Finally the one girl looked over at me and said my name out loud then they both moved some bags around then came to give me my food. I went home with the bag of food only to find that my order was wrong. The only thing that was right were the Hash Rounds. I called up the location and asked to speak to a manager and she said to go to the app and follow the prompts and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I received this email: Hi Lorenzo, The Chick-fil-A CARES Team has shared your recent feedback with us at Arrowhead about our staff in the drive-thru. We want our customers to have a great experience on every visit, but it sounds like that didn't happen this time. We apologize that we did not provide the level of service we'd be proud of. Our leadership team has reviewed your comments, and we appreciate the chance to continue to improve. We hope you'll see it making a difference on your next visit. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. All the best, Chick-fil-A Arrowhead My Answer to Mr Lichter Mr Lichter, The order was wrong. I ordered a large fry with my meal and yes I got the large fry box but with a small serving of fry's in it. It was barely half full. I guess I should have. Checked it in the drive thru. But you expect to get what you pay for when you upgrade.

Me and my son ate an order of nuggets the food was good but I did notice the nuggets weren't fresh but still good that same night we both are running to the toilet to throw up !!!!!! And of course we are throwing up the nuggets ! I will not be ordering from chick til a again because I am not trying to die from salmonella !!!!!! Service was nice !
