Order to go, ordered inside. After messing up order multiple times, telling them multiple times to make sure items are removed. They sent us home with incorrect food, burned fries, and no receipt. Because of an allergy I had to throw the entire salad in the trash. Also the lettuce was brown and old.
Contacting them because they claim that:
"Providing a great experience at Chick-fil-A is always our goal. Unfortunately, it sounds like that just didn't happen this time. We've shared your comments with the appropriate people at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and with the restaurant you visited."
They asked so I gave them the last 4 digits of the card I used, the time we ordered and the location. This is what the location had to say:
"The Chick-fil-A CARES Team has shared your recent feedback with us at Arrowhead. We want our customers to have a positive experience and a great meal on every visit. We're sorry that was not the case for you.
We regret we are not able to provide further resolution without an order transaction number as proof of purchase."
They didn't provide proof of purchase... with all the screwups. So NO they don't "care" NO they won't make it right. They will continue their poor food quality, poor customer service, with zero backing of their company ideals. It would be "my pleasure" to bring them a bank statement showing the $48.09 to prove what they quickly debited from the account but when it's not convenient for them, it magically doesn't exist and they can't seem to find it.
What a disappointment. Don't go here. They have gone downhill quality wise and service wise. They hide behind their "Care" moto only when it serves their needs. They don't give a crap about their customers or their food quality.
It's their "pleasure" to take your money, but not follow through with their products. I threw that money in the trash. Don't do the same.
Chick Fil A ... a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes.
