I finally got to try Chick-fil-A after hearing so much about their sandwiches for years, and the experience was pretty great overall. Parking was super convenient, and the place itself feels more like a casual fine dining restaurant than a typical fast-food spot. They’ve got a drive-thru, a playground for kids, and even some nice outdoor seating, so the atmosphere is really enjoyable for this category of restaurant. Inside is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated—again, giving that “fine dining” vibe. The staff were welcoming, smiling, and much friendlier than what you usually get elsewhere, which made the experience even better. The menu isn’t very large, so I went with the Deluxe meal. Service and atmosphere? Excellent—I’d give them top marks. As for the sandwich, it didn’t quite hit the spot for me personally. In my opinion, chicken should shine best as fried chicken, while a proper sandwich feels like it should have beef. But that’s just my personal take. Still, if you’re hungry and passing by, this is definitely one of the places you shouldn’t miss.

We stopped by this Chick-fil-A location for a quick lunch and was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, courteous, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. The cashier, in particular, was fantastic. She greeted me with a smile, took my order efficiently, and even offered to refill my drink for me. The food was, of course, delicious. We ordered chicken sandwiches and waffle fries and tried their chocolate shake, and everything was pretty much amazing.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite, I has to drive far to get to but I knew it would be worth it, We came in restaurant was packed only because it was more than obvious that demand was higher than workers @ full speed. Our food was literally ready in under 5 minutes. It was hot, fresh, delicious, never had a bad experience at any chick fill a. It was worth driving too.

We went a little late and was one of the last group to dine in. In fact we used a few tables laid outside. They have a 360° camera to keep a watch outside. A lot of people were using the pick up option. The burgers were good and spicy 🔥. The kids enjoyed the french fries. On the whole nice experience.

This Chick-fil-A location is one of my favorites. Not only is the food always served perfectly, the staff is very friendly and pleasant. During COVID, this location made many adjustment to how you order including staff outside taking your order. The adjustments they made are excellent and very good for drive thru customers. My orders are always correct and I highly recommend visiting this location.

We passed by this chick-fil-a every time we go to Crayola experience. Chick-fil-a always has good service but I've never experienced service like this at any fast food restaurant. It was not super busy when we got there. We were greeted multiple times. We were offered water at our table. My wife had a little cough and she was offered mint. One of the workers came and talk to my 4 year old and we started talking. She also did the same to the other tables. I wish I remember her name but people like her make the world a better place. Chick-fil-a hires a lot of good people but she's just exceptional. The chicken sandwiches, shakes and fries are good as always. The indoor playground for kids was also opened (the one by our house closed it since the pandemic and never reopened it)

What can I say. First time I had chik fil a was back in 90-91' in Texas. I loved it then and still think it's the best chicken sandwich anywhere in the country. When they first started arriving in NJ, this was the closest place my side of Hunterdon county. Prices has increased 4 fold since the 90s but the sandwich is still awesome. One of the first few time there, I had ordered 10 original sandwiches to go. When I was given the receipt, the cashier told me I was lucky because the receipt tape started showing ink on the sides as that indicates the roll of receipt paper is getting low, and because they hadn't changed the tape before the ink borders began to appear, that I was entitled to whatever I purchased for FREE on my next visit. Just bring in the receipt and they would give me an additional 10 chicken sandwiches at zero cost. I went again a few weeks later and sure enough, they stuck to their word and the food was free. Holy moly. Awesome. Since I've downloaded their app. I always scan for the points and have earned numerous free rewards including sandwiches, fries, even entire meals. Once in a while, a free reward pops up for a sandwich or other things. Place is always booming business wise so they definitely have a happy client base. I love their market salads and chik fil a nuggets as well as their sandwiches. I appreciate they are Christian based and stay closed on Sundays. Hundreds of millions love that policy alone. I recently saw some dipshit democrat lawmaker in NY wants to try to force them to stay open on Sundays because most democrats are evil vile trash that doesn't respect anyone except their evil followers. Stay strong Chik Fil A. America loves you and don't do what the loser NFL or Bud Lite has done and basically lost their conservative fan base. Chik fil a doesn't need gimmicks like Taylor swift and Pfizer owned Travis Kelsey to try and try and lure back the tens of millions of people who can follow the bouncing ball legal Citizens of the country. Always stay true and you will always stay on top. God will make sure of that. Also wanted to say that I've always had great service from friendly, well disciplined staff. Stores are always clean and maintained well. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I love the service. The food is amazing. I hope they have hot beverages next time especially on a cold day hot chocolate, latte, or tea. The workers are very helpful especially my favorites Cole and Keira. Bryce and Harry are amazing leaders. I hope Cole gets a congrats for team member of a certain week. He doesn't get enough recognition. Same with Marcus, Myles, Gianna, Tina, Ava, Mateo, Joanna, Gabe, Lily, and others who wear red that didn't get team member of the week. I love the peppermint milkshake since it tastes like Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

Well, my wife and I decided to stop by on our way to the local hardware box store for lunch. We thought this would be an excellent opportunity to compare Chick Fil A chicken sandwiches since we like KFC chicken sandwiches so much. Our sandwiches were horrible, the piece of chicken was small compared to KFC and the buns were so dry at they crumbled as we ate them, in fact, both of us ate the remainder of our sandwiches without the buns. For the benefit of the management, our order number was 2554 on 05.25.23 at 11:48 AM. Such a disappointment and a waste of retirement money. A word to the wise, go to KFC if you want a great chicken sandwich.

Chick-fil-A is located in an out-parcel of the soon to be closed Phillipsburg Mall. It shares a parking lot with the next-door Panera Bread. It's a large location, but I've been here when the line was practically out the door. During this visit it was not an issue. This location has several registers at the front and I had quick service. The condiments section was well stocked. They had a person walking around cleaning tables, offering mints, and getting refills, a nice touch. There were a few lines during my visit, but they pushed them through. Food was as expected. Overall, it's an average Chick-fil-A, and was a good experience.

I love CFA, but the service at this location is incredibly slow. Whether you use the drive thru or go inside, you can expect a wait...even if there is no line! With so many employees behind the counter, you'd expect faster service. This ain't the place for that.

Chick Fil A is a well run oiled machine. I've been to this location and other locations via drive thru during the pandemic. I am a huge fan of their food operation. It's very consistency and they go above and beyond to adhere to safety measures since the inception of covid-19. Firstly there are staff who wears masks and gloves and held an iPad / or some device similar to an iPad on the side of the drive thru. They approach your window and take your order. You have the option to give your credit card to the staff or can pay at the window.

This terrible worker named paige SLAMMED my trey down on my table and IGNORNED me when i asked for sauce. I had to ask the great work mattew to get me it and he did it in a jiffy. PAIGE NEEDS TO BE FIREE IMMEDIATEL. These people ALL need retraining on how chicken should be prepared!!! A bumch of children being led by a senior citizen manager who does nothing but walk around talking to people to give the illusion that he is doing his job!!! Chick Fil "A" here is clearly a "D"... Chick Fil A is supposed to be better than the rest, but maybe they should be trained by Wendy's how a chicken sandwich should be prepared Juicy not Brittle!!!

This CFA is not my home office, as that would be the near by Nazareth-Easton location. While that one is a bit squirrely in terms of how long it can take from the time you get on the property until when you actually get your food, they are extremely consistent when it comes to the food and the window/counter service. This location, not so much. Compared to Easton this location is never that busy yet it takes just as long if not longer for the orders to be filled. Considering that they have a double drive thru ordering point you would think that the ordering process would be faster/more efficient, not less. My last trip here was more or less my baseline standard for how things go here. 1. First you come off of 22 then either use the 1st entrance that they share with Starbucks (very busy) or head down to the other entrance that they share with Panera (not that busy especially later at night). 2. Then queue up in line. 3. Wait 5+ minutes for the two cars in front of me to order. 4. Finally get to the window to pay while watching a fair amount of phone use and goofing around by the teenage looking staff. 5. Finally get the order to find that while filled correctly, the nuggets have a lot of grizzly bits on them and the milkshakes are carelessly under blended. Look, I'm a big supporter of the CFA brand as my reviews will testify to. Not because of the company's loony political beliefs but because they normally are beyond consistent which is why when you find the rare location where things are not done the way 98% of the stores handle their business, it's surprising and also very noticeable.

My family and Iove Chick-fil-A and eat there often. Most CFA locations get a 3 star from me, some that stand out as being better than the others get 4 stars from me. This location gets downgraded to 2 stars for lackluster and almost rude service. I've never seen anything like it at a CFA before. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean, but the staff didn't seem happy to be there, and they gave us the impression we were annoying them by being there. They wouldn't make eye contact when I went to the counter to get some more barbecue sauce. I had to interrupt and ask for someone's help as opposed to them seeing someone at the counter and asking what help I need. When my wife went up to the counter to get a refill of iced tea, they ignored her, too. She got the attention of the person running the drive thru and that employee huffed and sighed like my wife asking for a refill was a terrible imposition. Love the food and would certainly eat here again, but don't expect the usual level of positive energy and caring service you get at every other CFA location.

While this used to be a favorite of the family, in recent months its not been as good. While we visit frequently the quality of foods such as salads dwindled. We have had a few wrong orders as of late through the drive through as well. Today we had a good meal however I miss the days of greeters and an offer of hand wipes and the cleanliness factor in recent months has dropped. I am hopeful it will kick back into gear and be the CFA we grew to love.

This Chickfila checks all the boxes. Clean, food is consistent with ChikFiLa Standards. Service is fast and friendly. To add, this location has a few other things going for it. Huge seating area. They have a playroom area as well. Another "strange" perk I noticed was in the bathroom. They had a hands free door handle. So you use your arm to open the door so it is more sanitary. Brilliant idea. Bravo!! To top off my evening dinner, one of the Chickfila girls asked me if I wanted a mint or wet-nap. She was going around asking people at the tables if they wanted one. Perfect timing because I always wash my hands after my meal (greasy steering wheel no fun) and she saved a trip to the restroom. Great experience.

Please tell me why two large containers of soup are jammed into the average sized paper bag. For the love of all things holy, splurge on a larger bag. Every single time it ends up spilling and I swear I'm never going there again. To top it off... no crackers as I go off on my merry way assuming everything is in order. Though the gesture of the sample breakfast sandwich is appreciated, the bacon biscuit is definitely not the item to use. Cold, dry, odd flavor. Mediocre at best.

This is one of the largest Chick Fil-A locations I've been to. It's located right on a main road, and has both a complicated drive-thru, as well as a playplace area for the kids. Service was great as usual, and it was here that I got to try the Chick Fil-A sauce. Just wish it were closer to NYC!

FIRST SO-SO EXPERIENCE AT CHICK-fil-A EVER... We stopped at this Chick-fil-A for breakfast during a long road trip, and although the restaurant was spotless and the service was (relatively) good -- It was early, and the cashier seemed a bit out of her depth; the floor manager was oddly on a wireless phone while preparing 'drive thru' orders... When our two Breakfast Biscuits arrived, the TINY piece of chicken in each of our orders was COMPLETELY dwarfed by an OVER-SIZED and OVER-BUTTERED BISCUIT. The biscuits were so OVER-BUTTERED that the biscuits fell apart. We LOVE CHICK-fil-A, so I reluctantly went up to the counter to bring our poor meals to the attention of the very distracted manager. When I finally got her attention and said I would like a credit for our meal (We even ordered a small box of chicken nuggets to go since our breakfasts were so not satisfying), she started writing on my original receipt. I asked if I could use the credit at any CHICK-fil-A since we would not likely be coming back to their location, she said NO. I asked if I could get something that could be used at any CHICK-fil-A, and she said couldn't do that. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. AND VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will probably call the Owner/Operator of this location (Joshua Baals) since his name is proudly written on the receipt, and relate what happened directly. Hoping to restore the CHICK-fil-A glow to our household!

The food was of course excellent, even if they did give me lettuce on my sandwich when I asked for No Lettuce. But wow, I have never seen a Chick-Fil-A staff so unfriendly and not on top of things. And I have been to quite a few as Chick-Fil-A is the family favorite. This location the women's bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. Though when I walked out a staff member was about to walk in with some. I commented that the bathroom needed attention as it was out of paper towels and I tried to tell him there was also a puddle in front of the handicap toilet and the other seat was dirty but he was already headed into the bathroom. He didn't even offer me a paper towel to dry my hands. My son also stood by the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge him for a refill. I then did the same and finally caught the eye of someone but she tried to ignore me. I spoke up and asked for a refill. She was visibly put out by my request but did oblige. In summary, the staff could use a refresher course in it being a pleasure to serve their guests.

Awesome food, after all, we're talking Chick-fil-A. My biggest and only qualm is with this particular location. In comparison to the Easton location, where tablets are implemented in the parking lot, orders taken rapidly, and food put out exceptionally fast, the Phillipsburg location is LACKING. Always a massive backup in the two drive thru lanes. I've never waited less than 25 minutes. It's frustrating because the Easton location does, arguably twice the business, and in far less time. Management at the Phillipsburg location needs to get their shift in order. Ending this review on a positive note, the staff is friendly and all the people (mostly young adults) work hard and do their best. The bottom line, tablets go a long way!

This place is absolutely amazing. AMAZING. Honestly southern comfort food is my favorite and this is as close to it here in Jersey. The #1 on the menu is my favorite (pickles get me every time). They are beyond friendly when taking your order, they are happy, cheerful and bubbly. The food is always hot, fresh, and though there is a small line, it moves quickly and drum roll please.....ITS WORTH THE WAIT! I love it here!

I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A and this is the best one I've been to this far! They are mostly the better of any fast food chain, but this one was even more so. Friendly greeting, to attentive ordering, to food brought quickly to my table. Didn't have a straw, so asked where to get a straw and the reply was, "I'll get one for you". They even had a lady with hand wipes and mints walking around to each table. Top notch!

The Chick-fil-A in Phillipsburg, PA is the only disappointing one I have ever been to. The sandwiches were stale, the lemonade watered down, the service slow and to top it off they didn't even give me my waffle fries! Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food, but I'll avoid this one in the future.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular one is definitely not up to standards. I was surprised when pulling in that there were 0 customers in or at the restaurant when we pulled in at 9 am. That was a clue. I have never been in an empty Chick-fil-A until now. We walked in, no one was at the counter or anywhere to be seen. Someone came out from the back after a couple of minutes. She was friendly and took my order right away. Food wise, The biscuit was terrible, flat and greasy, but the chicken was good. The Fruit cup was mushy. The coffee tasted heavy and reheated, like it was a few hours sitting on the burner. I love this restaurant, but this location is off my list!

In my humble opinion, this is by far the best fast food establishment ever. Here are my 3 reasons why I think so. First off, their food is of considerably better quality than any other fast food joint. Their chicken sandwiches taste like the real thing, not processed garbage that you get elsewhere. Second, all of their employees from the manager to the person who cleans the floors, do everything they can to make your visit pleasant and enjoyable. The entire staff is couteous and always super nice. Third, I love the idea that their corporate headquarters seems to treat their employees with respect and value their efforts. Every Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays so the workers could spend time with their families. I work at a job where I'm required to work both weekends and holidays. After years of doing that, I can appreciate a company that allows their employees an opportunity to live a stable life, and even if it's only one day a week, spending time with loved ones is very important. For the above reasons, that is why I really like patronizing Chick-fil-A. I hope they keep up the great work, because I'll keep going back. Tip : if you are not asked by anyone if you would like a beverage refill, you can just mosey on up to the counter and they'll be happy to fill you up.

So chick-fil-a is chick-fil-a... It's a chain restaurant and most of the time it's the same product. However this place consistently out performs other locations. The sandwiches here are always served piping hot, the fries are crisp, and the nuggets are crunchy and delicious which is a huge plus when it comes to a chain. More importantly the customer service is through the roof! Let me give you a rundown of my stop in with my family tonight: 1. The cashier greeted us warmly with a smile politely took our order. 2. Once we sat down another server came by and asked us of we needed anything (which we didn't) and offered us purell wipes for our hands (which she was doing for every table). 3. They brought our food over to our table (A lot chick-fil-a's do this, but it's still great from a fast food joint) 4. Someone came by and offered to refill our drinks for us. Seriously?!? This is the level of service from a chain fast food joint... Incredible. Bravo to the owner, managers, and staff for getting this place headed in the right direction!
