Chick-fil-A

Chick-Fil-A has been around long enough that you know what you are getting when you go to one. The part that is worth knowing about this specific CFA, is how thoughtful and kind the staff and management are. They provide a lovely environment for customers and it is pleasant to visit this location. I have dietary restrictions and the staff worked with me to figure out an option that would work for me. Lovely location and even better people.

I enjoyed my last visit to this location. Raquel was super sweet and helpful! Super fun to talk to and she took her jobs very seriously. I saw her helping other fellow customers; taking their trash, clearing tables, bringing them utensils and sauce packets. She was truly amazing and made me feel welcomed.

Olivia is the most darling kind person I’ve ever met at a drive thru chick fil a. While we waited for our food at the window she asked us small conversations questions. It’s crazy how one simple conversation can make your day/night!!

My husband and I went through the drive-thru and mannn they gave us (him) the wrong chicken sandwiches. We asked for two of those spicy pretzel sandwiches and they gave us regular spicy deluxe. Mannnn we were already waiting a while for our food. It was a bit disappointing but not too deep you know.

One of my favorite places, little to zero MSG, great service, the young adults here are always smiling and do their best even in the craziest busiest times to get you through quickly and your order accurate.

The place was very clean and I always love chic-fil-A sandwiches. Got a gluten free bun and I'd say I recommend a lettuce wrap over the gluten free bun but good as always.

Grandsons wanted to dine here after the pumpkin patch and it was very good! My first time. They love the special sauce and milkshakes too

Chic Fil A drive through crew should stop tipping themselves except a customer says so! That is day time robbery! 😏 Very despeakable!

Chick-fil-A is not only a great chicken fast food restaurant, but it is also a restaurant that influences society and the community. We stopped by here for a quick snack on our way to the hotel check-in before our big dinner at the casino. I had four chicken tenders. They were delicious and perfectly cooked. Overall, our dining experience was excellent. My tenders were juicy and a little bit crispy on the outside with a great texture and temperature. The food service professionals were exceptional and friendly. The Rohnert Park branch is located in a shopping district. There are many restaurants, retailers, and hotels nearby. The Graton Resort and Casino is also just a few miles away.

I've only eaten at one other Chick-fil-A before and it was nothing like this location. We had family in town and they were craving Chick-fil-A, so we drove out to Rohnert Park for spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and waffle fries. The first thing I noticed was that the interior was incredibly clean. All the chairs were pushed in, tables were all cleared and wiped down. Each table had a little vase with a live sprig of red berries and eucalyptus leaves. You order at the counter, they give you a number, you find a table, and then they deliver your meals to your table. The server was so sweet to ask us if we would like some waters. She returned with large cups of iced waters for us. The feel of this place is nothing like a fast food establishment. There was even a Christmas tree with a big red chair and the tree had the cutest Chick fil-A ornaments. The employees actually chat with you to see if there is anything else they can get you. The sandwiches came hot with lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese and dill pickle chips. They also offer a variety of sauces so we asked for the signature Chick-fil-A, a honey mustard, and ranch. This restaurant was a 180 from the other location I visited. The waffle cut fries were crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. Their food and service were nothing like I had expected. Thank you for the care and attention you give your customers. We will definitely be back again soon.

Love this location. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have family night every first Tuesday and bingo night every third Tuesday. On family nights they have activities for the kids, face painting, raffles, and the Chick-fil-A cow comes out for pictures. Bingo night you can win Chick-fil-A food and merch. The kids love that this location has a play place also.

We see all the commercials on TV making it look like this is a wonderful chain. I went there for breakfast on my way to do volunteer work. I asked in this location offered military or senior discounts? ( some do) And the reply was "We only honor our police and firefighters with a discount, not military or seniors". I would have been fine with a no, but Chick-Fil-A doesn't honor military or seniors? Her words are in quotes because that's how she said it to me, bummer. Their food was delicious and I was hoping to make it a regular stop on my way to do the volunteer work that I enjoy. I will never visit a location of theirs again. I felt so disrespected by here response!!!

We stopped in on a Saturday around 1:30pm. Went through the drive thru one employee took our order (not very friendly) and a different one took our payment. (?) not sure how that worked as the one that was supposed to take our payment never came by....until she did. lol. She was friendlier but still the order and payment process was confusing. As we waited to get to the window another employee brought us our food but we had to wait in line for the other cars ahead of us to get their food. Very awkward. Got our food pretty quick and were on our way. Spicy chicken deluxe was great. Got a medium French fry - was disappointed as it was $3.49 for a small amount. Four stars for the confusing drive thru experience and the expense of the French fries.

Exactly what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A -- clean, friendly, and fast. Chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh, waffle fries crisp, and the staff went out of their way to be polite. Drive-thru moved quickly too.

Beware! Sorry to burst the chick fil A bubble, but that's what my boyfriend and I had after eating here last night, bubble gut! The sandwiches were tasty and fast drive through, but 7 hrs later we both in the bathroom with stomach issues. I'm guessing mishandling of chicken, cross contamination or a dirty employee! Won't eat at this location again

The food is good and fairly priced! The service was amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but the staff member who helped me was so sweet and patient, she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I don't come to Chick-fil-A often, so I wasn't sure what to order, but she was incredibly kind and helpful. I took my food to go, so I can't speak much about the ambiance, but from what I saw, the place looked clean and neat, with fresh flowers on every table. Very cute! I'll definitely come back again.

I love coming to this chick-fil-a! It's always so clean, the employees are very nice! They have fun nights like bingo night and a play structure for the kids. Raquel is the sweetest. She is very attentive and checks up on everyone frequently. I got the cool wrap this time and it's so good!

I went to Chick-fil-A not knowing what to expect. The interior was nice, clean, and spacious. I got a spicy deluxe meal which came with the spicy deluxe, fries, and lemonade. As someone who loves lemonade, it was amazing! It was so refreshing and there was plenty of lemon pulp inside which I loved! The fries were good by themsleves, but addicting when dipped into the Chick-fil-A sauce provided! They were cut in a waffle shape which I haven't really seen at any other fast food place so they get extra points for that. Last but not least, the spicy deluxe was good on it's own, but mixing it with the zesty barbecue sauce and herb ranch made it an amazing sensation of flavors exploding in my mouth. Not only was the food good, but the service was good too! We had a guy approach us and made sure everything was fine with our food and that we were having fun. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I just went through the drive through and my food was burnt and the lettuce was old and wilted. Just a FYI With the price of eating out please just make sure you write off the bad lettuce and burnt nuggets. I am sure you all can afford it. Rated 1 star

I gotta say the chicken here is crispy juicy and delicious, wether it is chicken nuggets to chicken sandwiches and even the salads. I ordered the strawberry shake it was delicious and hubby got the cookies and cream also delicious yum if your looking for chicken fast and delicious this is the perfect place to stop the lines here go quite quick and easy most fast food joints are slow and not as good quality of food. The chicken here is delicious and fast! I'm not going to lie they're not cheap but pretty dang good. I'll be back again and again. Cheers all see you on Yelp! Review 310 -05/29/23

Food: 5/5 I normally get the chicken wrap, Mac n' cheese, and or the Cobb salad. Always consistently good, tastes fresh, and the portions are big. Service: 5/5 I had placed an order to pick up, after waiting a few minutes, a gentleman asked me the name for the order I was waiting on which was helpful. I felt the two employees there went out of their way to help. Ambiance: 5/5 Clean bathroom, ample parking, inside is clean.

The woman who gave me my food lucia was so chill she chatted me up abt my day and had a genuine ly nice conversation and gave me hella sauces and a sticker great food better people

Food was great. Service was awesome. The person taking the order was super helpful and patient. They had a person bring our stuff to the table. There was someone cleaning up the tables, which made it great for quick turn around. The ambiance ...was "normal chatter" it wasn't horribly loud. Would definitely go again. Don't forget to check out ALL the sauces.

While in the drive through at night, there was two lines and an associate told us we were going to go behind a specific vehicle. A hungry, greedy selfish motorist cut us off and I knew it would mess up the their queue. Maria who served us at the drive through was notified about this matter and she told us it did in fact mess up their queue and the impatient driver was told to go park and wait for their food. Maria ended up giving me and my wife two free sandwich cards. Thank you, Maria. Grade A customer service. I hope you go far in life and wish you all the best.

Large menu variety. Fairly quiet (except for our group). Good food but GREAT service.

I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe with cheese and extra pickles. When I got home, the sandwich was just a plain bun and a piece of chicken, nothing else. I was so disappointed. I couldn't drive back. So sad about this.

Came through drive thru today, but service was lackluster. I believe my order takers name was jack, and the entire experience felt unauthentic. When I tried to ask how he was, I was blatantly ignored and rushed through my order. I was never followed up with sauces or asked if I was finished ordering. When the interaction was finished, I was not told it was his pleasure even though I thanked him kindly. Food was good but I am truthfully upset with my experience today.

I specifically asked for no pickles on EVERY sandwich. The receipt said extra pickles. When I called to complain to the manager she was quite rude. I will never go back to that location! The one on Mendocino Ave is so much better, nicer and the staff is very friendly.

I gotta say it at this point. We run by this place 2 times a month early AM. Chik filet at any location is the exact same food no matter what and that's why we stop here. It's consistent. Let me tell you, they remain consistent in another area. Of the now 15 plus times we have been here, we have only twice recieved what we ordered. It's pretty crazy how bad it is. I get we are here early, but man...... It's a small simple menu. At least the food is consistent even if you didn't order what you got stuck with. Aaaaaannnndddd just left. Gave me the wrong order again, and I'm on the road so is what it is, receipt says our order but it's missing the sauces it said it should have in the bag, and 2 yogurts, 1 spoon. Sounds like a bad adult film.

The sauce packs suck! Half the time I'm struggling to get them opened properly! Maybe something to work on. And how do you run out of trays for dine in customers??? Maybe order more and get a new dishwasher?

I still love me some CFA. The most recent thing I'm doing is placing my order via the app for dine in, when you arrive you just go directly to the table you wish to sit at, enter your table number on the app, and your food is then prepared and delivered to your table. Process is actually quick! I was delivered a dine in order to my table recently, our entire meal was incorrect (except my drinks). I went to speak with the cashier, who made sure we then got our correct meals prepared. We were instructed to keep the wrong meals. Yes, I had to wait for our correct meals to be delivered to our table, but, it wasn't that long of a wait. Shout out to CFA for their great customer service - I was happy they acknowledged their error and corrected it (plus, also basically gave us free meals - the incorrect ones). Yup, i'll still be returning.

Chick-fil-A sure doesn't disappoint me. What a fantastic place here in Rohnert park. For being a fast food place, they have excellent staff I give a big shout-out to Raquel. She is a lovely lady and a very hard worker.

When I asked about the Veterans Day discount today (that was advertised all over the internet for Chick-fil), the manager said that this store was not participating. Seriously? All this company does is tout how it loves America and God and all of that stuff and this store chooses not to show a little bit of gratitude to those of us that served our country. The owner of this franchise in Rohnert Park should feel ashamed. I'll never be back. Hope it was worth losing a customer!! I hope no Veteran supports this store because this store and it's owner don't are about you.

Chick-Fil-A was just ranked as the number 1 fast food restaurant in the US again with Mcdonalds being on the bottom. Came here over the weekend after years of not dining here. The lines are long for drive through but move relatively quick with a clerk coming up to you to take your order. You drive along and as you are reaching the window, another clerk comes to get your payment and confirm your order. A third clerk will run to your car window with your order all package. Very quick and efficient. I ordered a garden salad, a chicken noodle soup, a fruit cup, spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Everything was delicious and the winner of the day was the chicken noodle soup & chicken tenders! It is so tough to find good chicken tenders as MD, BK, Popeyes and KFC have low quality/dried tenders. These were juicy tenders and tasted real. As real as fast food gets. The spicy chicken sandwich was good but it was so dry. We opened it up to find that there was NO MAYO! We are not sure if we had to request that on the side?! Will find out next time. We had mayo in our fridge and we added it on and it tasted much better! Glad to have come back to try Chick-Fil-A out after all these years and will come back more often.

We always have good experience in coming to this particular location. Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food place so we order from here quite a lot. Good portions for a good price. The quality is also rarely below perfection. My favorite is the waffle fries and spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Yum! The curbside is always super quick. I would recommend preordering your food and then just coming and picking it up. The only problem is that sometimes they would forget to give us the straws with our milkshake, but it's not a big deal because we have straws at home. Overall definitely no less than 4.5 stars.

I decided to give the breakfast menu a try. Ordered breakfast sandwiches for dine in. First, we were the only customers in the dining room. The dining room was spotless, like you could eat off the floor. And not only that there were real fresh flowers on each table, maybe 30 tables with fresh flowers. What other fast food restaurant has fresh flowers on the tables these days? Chick-fil-A is in a category of its own. The service was extremely friendly. Really nice counter staff. The food came out hot, and I have to say their sausage egg cheese muffin sandwich was the best fast food breakfast sandwich we ever had. Put the other clowns to shame. The chicken biscuit was dry but the chicken filet itself was moist. Very thick sausage patty on the breakfast sandwich. Very thick scrambled egg. My only reservation was that despite being empty, and only a few cars in the drive-through, it took seven minutes for us to receive our order. It was delivered to the table though. I think seven minutes is a little long when your dining room is completely empty.

Food quality has gone down significantly with the new maple bacon chicken sandwich. We ended up throwing them out. Service on the other hand was good.

Hope it's just an off day- went thru drive thru- they are busy at 4pm today. Ordered two sandwiches each with a different cheese, one was a meal. Bill seemed high - they charged me $2.80 for some bottle of sauce which I didn't order. Fries were cold- sandwiches had same cheese and were also falling flat. Hoping it was an off day.

They are so nice it is scary. They ask your name before you are allowed to order so be prepared for that. I am not a fan of the grilled chicken, some people adore it. I will stick with the crispy chicken, namely the spicy one for old times sake. Give it to me. The app makes it super easy as well, just tell them what parking spot you have and there ya go. They bring it up to your car for your enjoyment.

I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, and what I got were two pickles and two tomatoes on a bun with some chicken!!! and they forgot my drink they made me park and do a spot wait for 10 minutes to get my food and when I got my food, it was cold and then I had to go in and get my drinks

The food at Chick fil a Rhonert park is fast food, and if that's the kind of food you like, get ready for heart disease and cancer in your future. Today I got a PLASTIC post card from Chick fil a Rhonert Park. That's PLASTIC as in landfill junk. Nothing on the card indicating whether or not its recyclable. Only 9% of the plastic put in recycle bins actually gets recycled. The rest is in floating rafts in the Pacific Ocean, in the bellies of fish and, yes, in our bodies. Imagine the amount of plastic Chick fil a Rhonert Park had to generate in order to send these postcards out to everyone in Santa Rosa and Rhonert Park. And it's all to get you to give your email address and download another app and scan a QR code etc. etc. so that you can forever become a piece of a Chick fil a algorhythm! If I was disinclined to try a Chick fil a sandwich before, now I'm sure I'll never set foot in the place.

It's always a great experience sometimes not. Today not so much. Line wasn't even long but I got in line and both ppl working outside were on the other line (fewer in mine) didn't mind. Took my order all good. After about 17 min I was finally behind the car I was supposed to be behind. They gave me the wrong drink friends were soggy and dude at the window was quick to brush me off. Today's experience was no bueno! Must've been b team!

I heard that Popeye's had the best chicken sandwich but they were completely sold out for September. So I ordered a Chick-fil-A deluxe chicken sandwich at the drive-thru. The line was rather long but it moved along. When I got to the window, they offered me a free ice cream. I got home, unwrapped it and the first thing I noticed was it looked very much like the picture. The box kept the sandwich from getting squished. Many other fast food places wrap their sandwiches and scrunch up the bun. A large thick piece of chicken breast with lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, pickles, and a slice of colby jack sandwiched in a soft bun. The chicken was tender and moist with just the right amount of salt. The only thing I wished was the chicken coating was a bit crisper; otherwise it was very good. Next time, I'll try the spicy chicken.

The food was good except the sandwich tastes a bit rubbery. The fries I can never complain about.

Normally not a place that messes things up. Lately has been dropping the ball. I was parked outside for 30mins waiting for my food from the drive through, waited another 10 just to talk to someone about the issue. All I got was an "im sorry" for a 40 minute waste of my time, ...just not how I expected them to handle a situation like this

What a great place that is scrumptious and affordable. Two peeps can eat for around $10 each complete with drink and fries. The chicken is incredible, the fries delicious, the diet lemonade the best I've ever had, and the sauces are addicting (you're warned). Customer service is superb!!!

The use to be a five star restaurant. Service and cleanliness has went downhill over the last six months.

I wouldnt give this place any stars unless i didnt have to, to post this.. I got there with no line ahead of me except one car only for a line to form behind and around me for another lady take every single car except minr and then have the nerve to ask what order I had after she took 10 other cars after I got there first. They have no common decency for the actual customer service. Maybe hire other than a bunch of teenagers.

The ice cream machine was broken. I felt like I was at McDonalds. Such a disappointment since my daughter wanted her frosted lemonade.

OPEN ON FKN SUNDAYS PLEASE I'm so fkn mad right now. I am sitting in my room hungry asf and was thinking chick fil a sounded hella good and I haven't gotten it in so long. Last time I wanted it, it was a Sunday and I couldn't get it and since then it hasn't sounded good until now. So I went to order and it said I couldn't pick up until MONDAY. Open on Sundays and atleast close early or something cuz this shi is STUPID.

Very great food and the most important great customer service Raquel is very good at what she does couldn't go wrong with anything very happy with everything
