I recently visited Chick-fil-A at the City Creek food court after hearing so much about how it’s the best burger spot, and I have to say it’s true! What really stood out to me is the healthier menu options like the grilled chicken sandwich, which I decided to try. To my surprise, it tasted amazing! The bun was soft, the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned and not dry at all. You can even choose from a variety of dressings to customize your meal. The prices are also reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went here after a jazz game with my friend. Definitely chick. Definitely fil-a. (Because it's Chick-fil-A) 🐔 Chick-fil-A sauce was absolutely goated 🔥🗣️🗿🐐 Chick-fil-A sauce is obviously the best sauce so don't say otherwise 🤨 The fries were crispy and the water was crisp but that's a weird way to describe water so nevermind.

Its good chicken, and its not absurdly expensive. The waffle fries were also good, as well as the sauces. It is a little expensive for what you get though. I'd come again if I were in the area. It was clean, which I really liked. (Water was cold, 8/10)

If i could more stars i would. This location is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond. We order catering from them all the time and its always perfect and theyve even helped us bring it up to our floor when we didnt being enough carts. This morning we ordered late and the time we needed wasnt available, i went down to ask if it was possible to pick it up earlier and they were more than happy to help! So happy we have them close by to fill out catering needs for office meetings ❤️

Chick-fil-A always does a great job. I had the spicy chicken deluxe. It was delicious lots of seating, even went busy in the food court. Fast friendly and delicious!

This is the third time I’ve had an incomplete order from this location. Honestly worth just going to another location on your way into the city. I shouldn’t have to keep going back to your counter to correct a simple order. And when I go back, employees always give attitude about their mistakes.

Chick-Fil-A always tastes good so it's hard to go wrong with any location. The mall at Christmas had something to do with all the mixups and undercooked fries, but dang the sandwiches were good! Our strawberry shakes were vanilla but still good so what can I say? It was busy and there seemed to be no start or end to the line/ ordering situation. Confusion happens... but at least we were fend and had a great time!

I came here for lunch for years, so having changed schedules and tried coming here for dinner a couple times the last couple of months. Disappointed in the crew who works the dinner shift. Not a lot of people in line or waiting for food, but the over staffed counter seems more in hanging out and chatting with other workers than providing a good customer experience. Some examples, My drink was 3/4 filled and covered in splatters on the outside. Had to ask for a napkin to clean it off. Asked for no pickles on my sandwich and it came with pickles. Had to correct the order twice in order to get the right size drink. When my food was ready, no acknowledgment from the counter. Just a name yelled and then back to visiting with their friends.

This is actually my first time trying Chick fil A. Pretty tasty but I think the sauce is more where the hype is at. The chicken nuggets were just ok. Service was nice and fairly quick considering they get busy fast. Lots of seating on the food court it is in.

This place blows. Waited at least 25-30 min for my breakfast order. These people are so slow definitely go to the other chickfila near by

All I wanted today was a spicy chicken sandwich meal with large fries. However. I am so disappointed to come to find out my 6 I REPEAT. 6 chick fil a sauces were not included in my order. I believe this is the fault of the workers. And the service. I am extremely upset. I have had a very bad day. This ruined my day even more. I was scammed 125 dollars from my credit card and to cheer me up my mom sent me chick fil a. Wow! I'm so excited! Then BOOM. no sauce????? That is absurd. I am upset. Distraught. Crying. Screaming. Please next time do better for I'll have a BF.

I ordered lunch from Uber eats. Fries were very cold. 4 piece chicken strips cold. No sauces in order.

This location has an disproportionate amount of cashiers (many of whom look suspiciously young) and seemingly one cook. Throngs of customers wait while they stare back at the ridiculous number of unoccupied and disinterested "cashiers" that are doing nothing while their fellow employees obviously need more help in the back.

Unfortunately this Chick-fil-A can't handle orders over $15. Every time I've ordered past that I've been missing multiple items. I would not recommend this place for any business function or event. Things have only gotten worse as management has changed in the past 8 months as well.

To all whom read this: there are a few stand-out chick fil a locations in UT, and this is one of them. They are so quick, kind, and efficient with getting the correct food to me. I just had Karen help me and she is a doll. Give her a raise! :)

I got a salad, and my salad was filled with shredded Iceburg lettuce. similar to what you put on tacos. I have gotten salads there many times, never had this experience.

There is exceptional customer service at the Chick-Fil-A!! The employees always go the extra mile for the customers. So happy and friendly. Also very fast service.

Chic-fil-a is doing another breakfast promotion, so I've been back to this location a few times. I have to say, I think they are getting their act together. Friendly service, fresh food, timely wait. This place is always busy, but they seem to have it down. They get orders taken pretty fast regardless of how long the line is. And the wait for the food typically isn't too bad. Everything has been fresh and cooked well (unlike last summer). As a result, I've updated from two stars to four stars. I still don't like the coffee. It's almost sour.

Liliana Salinas from corporate took such great care of us on her corporate day here. We had 10 people in our group and she happily greeted us. Her service and happy attitude was outstanding and she made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Liliana!

This is a Chick fil A located inside of a busy mall food court. It was so busy that I sat down, ordered my food from the mobile app, and waited for the rude employee to literally scream out my name. I do not know why they don't improve their pick-up situation, but having some teenager literally scream out names in a rude manner is not appealing. Get a PA system, have numbers, lit signage, anything more professional. This location is like all others - food is decent, soda fountain is behind the counter so you have to stand in line and wait to get your drink filled by already busy employees who overfill it and hand it back dripping down the sides. The best thing is that all of the sauces are on display so you don't need to beg for the sauces as they put 1 at a time in your bag. The restrooms are located in the mall and were plentiful and clean! My service points were the friendly mobile app, the bellowing teenager, and the teenager overfilling my soda. 3 stars for decent product and location - no service!

got 0/6 sauces i ordered, ruined my meal. don't go here unless you want dry chicken. was honestly looking forward to this meal until no sauces came. honestly an embarrassment of a chcikfila

love the curbside lady harassing me when I'm the only car on the entire blocked off curb while the vitality bowl guy is immediately walking out with my order. Stopped for two seconds. Not sure how it's fair for them to commoner the only place any of the restaurants can access and again.... was the only person there.

Had my first Chick-fil-A sandwich. Maybe my expectations were too high but I thought the sandwich was just ok. The chicken was a bit limp and soggy. I liked the fries!

I wouldn't even give this Chick-fil-A one stars, last night I ate here with my family and all of us ended up getting really bad food poisoning. The chicken was not cooked all the way and the workers barley followed to covid-19 guidelines. Don't go here unless you want to eat raw meat and stay in your hotel room dying all day.

FIRST OF ALL, the guy that took our order lied and said he was from Great Britain. He was also not wearing his mask properly, which normally wouldn't bug me, but he WAS LITERALLY TOUCHING MY CAR. If Great Britain boy has corona virus then I do too now. Then I said thank you and he said "you're welcome". That's when I knew it was all going downhill. We received our order. No ice when we specifically asked for ice. Spicy fried chicken sandwich with PEPPER JACK when we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no cheese. Chicken tenders instead of nuggets, and no ketchup when we SPECIFICALLY asked for EXTRA ketchup. I was disappointed:/ Chick-fil-A is usually delicious though so I will give this a courtesy 3 stars, but my experience was very 1 Star.

It doesn't matter how busy the mall gets on a Saturday night, this Chick-fil-A is on it! The line to order sometimes gets long but it only looks that way and the line moves very fast. You won't be standing in line for more than a few minutes. The team members are very helpful and quick and I've never had problems with special requests on my orders (I'm dairy-free). Orders are always accurate and made fresh and fast. I've had issues with other Chick-fil-A locations and long wait times or cold fries, but I've never had any problems at City Creek Center and I'm a regular just because of the stellar service and always fresh food.

I was in the bathroom washing my hands and I saw a chick fil a employee leave the stall and out the door without washing her hands. I love their food but it was sad and gross to see one of their employees not wash their hands before returning to work. I will not be returning to this location.

Your standard Chick-fil-A, with extra friendly service! The food is what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A if you're a fan of their sandwiches, nuggets, lemonade, and more. This location is inside of City Creek's mall food court which is located ground level at the end of the Macy's wing.

This location is fantastic - love how they innovated to provide curbside ordering during COVID. Karen, the Catering Manager, took my order, and was so personable and greeted me as if we were long-time friends. Fantastic customer service!

What can I say... Chick-fil-a never disappoints. The gentleman working the counter was such a friendly and personable guy. Great experience. The service was fast, lots of fries... bonus!!!! For a quick bite, it's a consistent go-to!!!!

Just wanted to say that I think it is pretty "chicken" shit that you changed the JAZZ fowl shot reward without notifying the JAZZ organization or the fans. The deal is if the opponent misses 2 consecutive foul shots in the 4th quarter everyone gets a chicken sandwich. We find out today that this has been changed to a fountain drink (and my favorite lemonade is not included)!!! Poor form guys, poor form. We will not be returning customers until the original deal is honored as stated!! Make your promotional changes BEFORE the requirements for reward is met, NOT after!!!

Really cool how they made a make shift drive thru for COVID. Everyone was super friendly (even helped aid my boyfriend in his honey mustard addiction).

Easily one of the best fast food places in town. I visit here because I work upstairs. Their line may seem super long, but it goes by faster than me eating my sandwich. Don't let the length of the line discourage you. I came to check out city creek on one of their crazy busy opening nights and it was packed. The long was suspiciously long but I wanted to try it nevertheless. The manager said it was a two minute wait and he wasn't lying. I got the spicy chicken deluxe which comes with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Very tasty and very thick, juicy chicken. Not like your frozen chicken patty from other fast food places. The service is ridiculous, like so good it's almost disgusting. They have employees running around the seating area asking if you need refills on your drink. They'll run and get you a refill without you leaving your seat. They also ask how your food is and take your garbage away when you're done. This was better service than most sit down restaurants. Overall I was very impressed with this chick-fil-a and their waffle fries are as good as everyone raves.

A great Chick-fil-A location located right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. They offer all the menu items that you could find out any other location. The prices are reasonable for what you get and the quality is top notch.

Chick Fil A catered an event for my college organization and they did a great job! Approximately 2000 nuggets were ordered for over 300 people and they were delivered on time and still hot! Desiree B. and Ashley G. K. were helpful employees and ensured that the catering at the event went smoothly. Our organization was pleased with the service and the food. PS who doesn't love Chick Fil A?

Typical Chick-fil-A. I've never had a bad experience here or at any Chick-fil-A for that matter. Always friendly service here! It stays pretty busy throughout the day, and I've never had a mess up on an order. Often times I'll even get tossed an extra tender depending who's working that day!

We visited this location during a conference. Now mind you they had no idea not only was there our conference of several thousand people but something the schools had going on with several hundred high school students. Needless to say they were slammed!! There was at least 150 people trying to order all at one time. Our service was amazing!! They were polite, quick and accurate!! They made it seem like we we're the only customer even when there were so many. Hats off to this location and their staying calm under all that pressure!!

If I could give this Chick Fil A100/5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Every single time I visit, they do such a great job at serving customers and getting everyone their food as soon as possible. Recently, my app wasn't working and I was bummed because I couldn't get my rewards. Nick, the owner of this establishment, went above and beyond to help me get it all sorted out. He was understanding and so so helpful. I honestly couldn't imagine a better experience than the interaction I had with him today. He is a great asset to the entire corporation of Chick Fil A and most definitely displays everything that a company should strive for. I was never upset about my issue within the mobile app; just confused and wanting it to get sorted out so I could continue to use my rewards...however Nick still turned my entire day around and created an experience I will remember. I truly don't know if I can say enough good things about this location!

I ordered to go and waited 20 minutes! Then I asked whats going on why such a long wait? The hispanic girl says, its coming. Then after 20 more minutes I ask the manager and she says the employee did not hear me. Not one staff member or manager says sorry wasting my time. Then as Im leaving with my 40 minute late order the manager calls security for me being upset. Learn customer service people!

Yes, I am reviewing a fast food chain. This location seems to be less friendly than others, but probably because of its locale in a food court and the fact that it's the busiest Chick-fil-A in town. The free refills take longer to get, they don't bring the food out to you... etc- stuff that other locations are able to do. The nice thing is that their location does allow for other dining options (i.e.: I want Chick-fil-A, Bobby wants Subway) and the bathrooms in that food court are immaculate. Oh- and the food? Just like any other Chick-fil-A, surprise, surprise!

Do not order pickup/go through drive through. I ordered pickup and my order took 40+ mins with two other cars in line. Lady practically stuck her head in my window to ask if I was here to pick up, then I waited about 20 mins in line after receiving a notification that my order was finished and on its way. Food was cold and soggy. Should not even be allowed to call themselves CFA with this level of service. I have never left a Yelp review before, but felt obligated to after how disappointing this visit was

I am gluten free and chick-fil-a has so many options. All of their dipping sauces are Gluten free, as well as the salad dressings. You can get their strips and nuggets grilled-without breading- and they are so yummy! The cashier was super friendly and asked if it was a allergy and made a note to have the cook change his gloves. All Chcik-fil-A's are great, and at this one, the people are always awesome and having more gluten free options in downtown is a huge plus!

Stopped coming here with our big play group after they got our orders wrong for the fifth time. I guess kids meals are hard to get right. Tried this location one more time today and sure enough they replaced the fruit cup with fries like they always do. Not a big deal but a little frustrating!

Best chicken nuggets ever! I'm so sad I'm moving back to Hawaii where we don't have this place. Their waffle fries are also the best I've tasted. Make sure to use chick fil a sauce

Slow food ok but always a long line and busy

There was this superrrr cute girl at the counter that served me. She was helpful and kind, probably the best first impression since it was my first time. She even recommended her favourite sauce tubs! Can't be any happier.

7pm on a Saturday night. The line was long, which you'd expect. They kept it moving. We had our food in under a minute. Great service! Fast, efficient, courteous. This is how it's done.

Chick-fil-A is normally so perfect, but this location always serves cold food. Cold chicken. Cold sandwiches so the cheese doesn't melt. Cold fries. Go to any of their other locations.
