Food is great as ALWAYS…. But please everyone take notice Ana was in the lobby just soooo sooo very kindly checking on everyone. She was what EVERY Chick-Fil-A should strive to be like. She was not just kind to literally everyone coming in and everyone eating and everyone leaving. She was constantly making sure the lobby was tip top shape with cleanliness. Also everyone was quite pleasant … but I wanted to make it a great point to mention Ana. Thank you so much

Convenient location and easy drive in and out design, but the efficiency is the problem. The Mobile Thru line is deeply flawed here. It moves consistently and SIGNIFICANTLY SLOWER than the drive thru line. It doesn't make much sense that someone can order from scratch and move faster than pre-ordered food. I assume it's a management or worker problem, but I saw 3 cars go through the drive thru for every one in the mobile thru. You want to incentive customers who make your logistics simpler and take less time not punish this by ignoring them. I actually had time to write this while review it took so long. They also don't have mobile thru cars pull forward far enough so that earlier/shorter orders can drive around. This further adds to the wait if there's a big order bottlenecking things. I normally go to the Ingram location and they move like a well-oiled machine. This location is much newer, but I hope they work out these kinks soon because it significantly diminishes the experience. Update: just removed a star. They got my order wrong and replaced my spicy biscuit with the new chicken and waffles item. Not the end of the world had it actually been cooked... My bottom waffle was just mush, like it wasn't cooked fully and still dough - very disappointed on top of the long 15 min wait.

Disgusting and repugnant. I found a long hair inside the chicken sandwich. I spoke to the manager. She took a photo. I doubt if I ever go to Chick-fil-A again. Check your food for hairs before eating. Don't be surprised.

Always way too crowded for mediocre sandwiches and nuggets. Did you get a decent chicken sandwich a lot of times mine is overcooked. I’ve maybe had one that would be on a juicy type of level. I guess to say there’s not much to say for it. It’s a decent sandwich little on the salt to your side, but in the butter bun, but that’s all I could really say about it. not over the top it’s a good basic chicken sandwich. The fries are OK just waffle fries. I don’t have much to say about waffle fries I don’t care for the waffle fry, but I mean it’s a good place. I haven’t found it over the top. Oh my God chicken sandwich in years so I mean it’s chicken sandwich or it’s chicken breast place where you can get chicken breast cut up or grilled or fried. there’s places usually packed. It’s crazy how people go for the sandwich. The lemonade had this day too much lemon pulp in it where clogged the straw so I must’ve got the end. Grind of the thing it was yuck. I couldn’t finish it. the service is probably what brings me back to it. Definitely not the food. Definitely not standing by behind a long line or waiting in the line for 20 minutes. It’s basically the service is good service and there as quick as I can get it and they always get my order correct that’s the big thing on it but they do make a decent salad

I usually place an order ahead of time and each time they manage to take 15+ min giving me my items and holding up the entire mobile line. It’s happened to me so many times I had to ask if there was something wrong with my account. The employee proceeded to ask what I ordered and said the item I ordered takes a little longer which I understand but I also mentioned that it’s different items each time and she didn’t really know what to say to that. I don’t order complicated items so I’m not sure what the problem is.

I didn't rate "Atmosphere" because I didn't go in. Instead, I pre-ordered and went through the mobile drive through lane. Service was quick and courteous. The order was correctly prepared, and, as always, the food was very good.

I dont usually give reviews but this has happened to me once too many times I had to say something. Any/Every single time they forget an item that I ordered, they get very defensive and act like I’m lying or something. One time I had gotten all the way home before I realized they forgot my 4ct strip, I called them and spoke to a very nice lady who said just to come back and they’d give me the strips. So I did and when I got to the register and told them I was missing an item, I called and they said to come in, they asked me “did you receive a code?” and i said no? and after asking me more questions about when I came and who I spoke to she asked someone in the back area and finally came out with the strips. Another time while still in the drive thru and they forgot a fruit cup, the employee literally dug through my bag to check if it really wasn’t there. And yet another time, they forgot an 8ct nugget, I got down to tell them, handed them the receipt, the lady at the front took it to the back, came back with the nuggets but proceeds to tell me , “uh she said they were at the bottom of the bag”….no…they weren’t. I even parked to check clearly before I got down. I don’t know what their deal is but it’s gotten so annoying. I go to this location because its the closest to me, but I don’t know why they act like I’m lying when they are the ones who made the mistake and don’t even apologize.

Make sure to count your nuggets at this location! Paid a staggering $8.39 for a miniscule container of 12 grilled nuggets. So miniscule that I decided to dump them out on a napkin and count them on the spot. Not only were they teeny tiny, but there were only 11. Asked for a manager, and Layla came to the front. She was very rude, and definitely had an attitude. She acted like she was doing me a favor by getting me the one nugget that was missing. No apologies, just a smug, arrogant attitude. When I asked for the owner's contact info, she refused to give it to me. Chick-fil-A used to be a place you could count on for consistent portions and outstanding customer service. Not anymore. One by one, restaurants are putting themselves out of business with shrinkflation and terrible customer service. Looks like this Chick-fil-A is going down that path, too.

Came here to get my daughter some food after gymnastics at 8 pm. Got in the drive through line at sat there for 30 minutes before getting to place my order and another 10 minutes before I received it. Thought about ordering ahead but this is the only Chick-fil-A location without curbside that I have seen. Not sure what happened to the Chik fil A customer service standard but it's not at this location. Some retraining is in order. No one outside to take your order, no "it's my pleasure".

I stop here and it's on my way home so I have only gone to the drive-thru. But the employees are really friendly and the food is always quick and fresh. I was so happy when this location opened up. Maybe on my day off, I will go in the lobby and see how nice I am sure it is in there because it's new. Thank you for reading and the peach milkshake is awesome.

Soo, CHAOS is the best way to describe the disorganized car line. No one is working the car lanes. And to make matters worst i can't leave. I am now stuck in line. I call the restaurant and ask for the mgr, with her response was "there is nothing i can do about that." Why are you guys open ? You have conditioned your customers to think their order will be taken quickly and served in a reasonable amount of time. I usually place large orders for hospital staff but will not if this is going to be the routine. Ridiculous.

I don't know why this location had negative reviews. Although I see that it is a new location, and maybe there were some growing pains. However, I have to say that this had to be the single most enthusiast Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. I don't even bother to review fast food, places typically, but specifically checked into this location just so I could review them because of how friendly everybody was. I did dine in and did not use the drive through. And went at the peak of the lunch hour, when they were extremely busy. Staff all had smiles on their faces, and greeted everyone that walked in. There were people going around constantly cleaning tables, sweeping floors, all the surfaces. It was extremely clean inside! Orders came out fast and efficiently. And staff continue to round the tables and ask if people needed extra napkins, sauce, or if we wanted them to refill our drinks. For a fast food establishment, they really made it feel like a dine in experience. And for all the places that are automatically including a tip when you pay, they did not. There was no tip option, yet they deserved it more than any place I've been lately. I would've gladly tipped them a couple dollars for all their efforts, clean environment, and friendly atmosphere. For anyone who may have tried this place when they 1st opened and had questionable experience while they were working out the kinks: go back again. You won't regret it. It seems like they have things figured out and this is a great location to stop.

Line was long as fuck. the lady was nice taking my order i ordered a bunch of food they gave me a cookie at 10am instead of 2 orders of hashbrowns gave me everything else but the hashbrowns. then i go back right at 10:35 they said they didn't have it and that they could replace w fries. Why the hell would i eat greasy ass fries in the morning. Then on top of that she said i had to go inside for a refund. Yea never again this shit is ass. never had a bad experience at any chickfla this was very disappointing.

I've been here twice since it opened. I waited a few weeks to go to let the crowns die down. The first time I went it was a disaster. I went through the drive-through and ordered a peppermint milkshake. I waited 20 minutes for my milkshake. I finally flagged someone down and they told me That typically they don't do the dessert until they see the food order come in. The other person that came out told me that they thought I had left. The second time I went, I ordered on the app and it went smoothly. I scanned the QR code in the mobile drive-through section and within a few minutes I had my order. You really can't go wrong with any other food items. Since this is a franchise, the food will always have the same taste and quality. The app is very useful. I do like that they have plenty of options to choose from when you order. You can add whatever sauce you'd like to your order.I also like that you can see your calories on the app. That is an eye-opener. The staff members are always friendly and accommodating.

I ordered meals for three people through the drive by. Four to five car behind me got their orders before I did. I almost got hit as the car behind me went between my car and the car to my right. When I did get my order my shake's lid was not on right. The cup fell between the front seats. When I ask for another drink they acted as if they were inconvenienced. I also asked what the delay was? The employee said they were waiting on the sandwich. How can you not have a sandwich available? I notice all the orders behind me were small. When I asked the employee if maybe I should only order for one person, she said maybe. I guess your store cannot handle orders for more than one person. Will rethink going there when I have to order for more than one person or just go somewhere else at all times.

mobile order line was super slow- you'd think that if you order in advance you're going to get your food quicker and yet the regular line is going faster. also when i finally got my food (which was only 2 food items) one of my items was missing so i had to wait even longer and flag someone down but no one paid attention to the other line so i was there way longer than expected. super awkward interaction. please consider double checking orders before handing them out. atleast they remembered my sauces.. this time

I am giving this location a one star because, on 1/2/24 I visited this location, I ordered through the mobile app about 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Once I arrived I noticed there was a mobile order lane, while in this lane you have to scan the barcode so it can let the employees know you have arrived so they can process your order (on this day the barcode was at the very end of the lane by the pick up window). while in line I waited for my food for 30 minutes. Meanwhile the drive up lane was fast and steady. Once I got my food I suggested to the employee that maybe they should consider moving the barcode sign (it is a freestanding sign that appears it can be moved) to the beginning or middle of the mobile line and maybe the mobile line will move more efficiently, hence the reason for ordering ahead in my opinion. She didn't say anything it just gave me an expression less face and a thumbs up. I found that unprofessional and she could have at least acknowledged my suggestion, even if she had no intention of relaying it back to MOD. Caucasian woman with blue eyes wearing a light pink beanie, please acknowledge customers don't just motion a thumbs up and say nothing. I didn't even get an "I apologize for the wait" remark.
