Chick-fil-A

On Wednesday April 30, 2025 I decided to eat at Chick-fil-a. The restaurant opened on time (11:00 am) which is cool. The cooks had nothing ready for sale even though the doors opened on time. I placed my order at about 11:07 am and I did not get my sandwich until about 11:37 am, 30 minutes later. What kind of service is that? The lady at the front counter countinued to take orders, even though she knew that was nothing to hand out to the customers. The "cooks" in the back looked like they had never worked there before, or it was their first day on the job, but I know that can't be true because before the store opened up, the individuals where talking to each other about the previous day and how certain workers were not doing their job. Once I got my order, I realized that they made it incorrectly and I can hear in the background that the sandwich that they needed was given out to another customer which happened to be me. Do you guys have kids working for you? You really need to find adults who actually know what they are doing to have the store run smoothly. It's bad enough all the items on the menu are super expensive, but to have people who can't do their job correctly is a no-no.

Simple, Quick, and Fast! No dine in yet!! Our son ordered the 30 piece nuggets, waffle fries, and sweet tea. None of which disappointed! Food temp was excellent and plentiful. The line was drive through lanes were Super Super long but, they moved fairly quickly. We paid through the app but, we still had to wait in line.

Bar none the best chicken sandwich available. Always fresh and consistent. Great fries and sides. Please don’t miss the best shakes you’ll ever have. My personal favorite chicken sandwich place. Thumbs up

Of all the fast food restaurants available Chick-fil-A just our performs the others easily. Good food and always friendly and attentive customer service. Their employee training program is so much better then any other fast food restaurant I have visited.

The slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been took 12 minutes to get one freaking sandwich There was nobody in the cafeteria No line no one ahead of me

The food here is inexpensive and delicious. They recently starting offering ice cream instead of a toy, which is great. I hate throwing those toys away 2 days later. The service is always impeccable.

I visited Chick-fil-A at the St. Mary's University. The folks are professional, friendly, and fantastic customer service. I picked up a breakfast chicken and biscuit. Yum, yum! CFA never disappoints!

The last two times I've been here I had to wait 15-20 min for the staff to get their act together and give me my order. They've also not given me the correct order multiple times. Food is good but staff are incompetent.
