I love waffle fries! When I’m going to have a cheat meal or fast food, Chick-Fil-A is my go to! I came to this location with my nephew the other night and he got to play in the little play area with other kids and he loved it! Food was great, picture perfect actually, and I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of it. My nephew got the new sandwich with paper bacon and he didn’t really like it. I stuck to my grilled chicken sandwich with large fries and an Arnold Palmer plus a granola yogurt (way too much food but I got to eat most of it 😆👏🏼🍟🥤🐓

Like with all other fast food chains I take the time to review this is strictly about service and adherence to consistency expected from popular chains. This location is consistently extremely busy, but the service is always top notch. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. We have never had a negative experience related to the food. We have never been shorted or received a "wrong" order. The dining room is always clean and in order. When we are in the mood for Chik-fil-A, this is our go to location.

Miguel was super helpful and awesome. He took our tray and grabbed our ice creams for us, and was really on top of making sure the people dining in were taken care of.

I love your salad, but today I gave you a bad time when I got home and saw that it looked like leftovers.

Had almost never had problems with this location up until now. Ordered 3 meals from the drive thru and glad we tasted our drinks. Soda was awful. Asked to changed our drinks and they did but still tasted awful. After coming home there is a huge hair in fries 🍟. Ordered large meals aswell next time I will order small fries becuase the amount is ridiculous. Make sure yall check yalls food. So many workers working tonight. C'mon. Yall could do better!

Had me pull over because I got a grilled chicken wrap. I proceeded to wait 20+ minutes while dozens of cars went back. Only for them to come out and ask me what I was waiting for. I've never been to a chik fil a that was mismanaged and had bad service but I guess there's a first for everything. Turns out they gave me food away to the wrong person and had to remake it.

Food is normal good. I usually order a grilled chicken cobb salad with light Italian. However some times I have to go park in the other lot and wait for my order.... you would think it would be faster to get an already prepared salad out quicker. Meh can't win them all Chick-fil-A

Normally I don’t have issues with chick fil a they get my order right like 99.9% of the time the foods good and they have generally great service. This side of pimento cheese though is a joke. I’ve never ordered it so I don’t know exactly how much you’re supposed to get but seriously $1.75 for this tiny portion it’s not even enough for my nuggets. The side of jalapeños is exactly the same size that costs .25 cents. I get it might be “popular” right this minute but it ain’t worth $1.75 for 1 oz of it.

The ambiance is always great. The staff is always smiling and so pleasant. The food was hot and perfect. Today for the first time I tried their Mac & Cheese, and I must say, it was pretty good. Today I brought with me my service dog and of course a pup cup was a must! The staff was more than happy to supply us with a doggie bone and a pup cup. Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Thank you for being gracious to me and my service dog! We appreciate you!

The food was extremely delicious!! The first time I've tried this menu item. We ordered for pick up and our food was ready upon arrival. The restaurant was clean and busy. We picked up our order and,was able to leave with no parking lot problems. Next time I visit I'll be eating there.

The food was so good I dam near clocked out to go smack my mother I don't know don Jose but he is a bad son of a gun great food in South side San Antonio

I ordered lunch for some colleagues on the mobile app for this location. The drive thru line was unusually slow. The right lane moved as expected; the left lane was stopped. By the time I made my way to the girls handing the orders, they gave me four drinks and a bag with the food. She told me to have a great day. I had to remind them that I ordered six meals with drinks and the ice cream was missing. One of the girls reprinted the order to see their errors, all the while providing a snippy attitude. This held up the line even more. As they are trying to correct this issue, the lady behind me already finished her Cherry Berry something-or-other and was mad they wouldn't give her a free refill. The tea they gave me was so weak and watered down, I couldn't even tell it was tea. This encounter was not typical of what we've all come to expect of CFA, so I was unimpressed. They can do better; I just hope they choose to.

Came today Monday June 17th 2024 can't believe how much this location has gone down hill. Had a young rude black girl bring me my curbside forgot items wasn't polite about it and on top of it get home to half filled medium fry. I paid almost 10 dollars for this meal and expected chic fil a service at least to go along with it instead got more Burger King service and quality. What a joke will never be back to this location. FIX IT CHIC FIL A!!!

I was really disappointed today. I hardly ever eat chick fil a but today I went through the drive thru. They didn't have a menu available because they walk up to your vehicle instead of waiting for you to pull up to the menu. I've never ordered the spicy chicken sandwich so I decided to try it. I assumed that it at least came with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes. However, it was plain and dry with only two sad pickles. The girl who took our order was very nice but she never asked if I wanted to add anything or take anything off the sandwich. I guess that's my fault for assuming it would be dressed with something other than two pickles? I also didn't know they charge extra for the lemonade. I spent over $10 for a small piece of chicken with pickles. Make sure you look at the menu if you aren't a regular customer. Lesson learned.

Very good. Sometimes the food is "rubbery" but less time than most. Always long lines but they move fast once your order is taken and the wait is mininal.

Love the food, but very unprofessional to have the workers flirting and looking through one another's phones directly in front of me while I wait for a greeting/ service. Young man w dreads & a striped uniform, and a young lady with colored red hair.

Excellent customer service, awesome people skills. They constantly check their customers and keep up the restaurant. Also good food. Keep up the great work chick-fil-a

I have never had anything but great service at this location. For CFA in general, it's my go to spot for fast food, as my orders are generally right and the food is always fresh and dependable. The inside of this location has always been clean to me.

Never have I ever had a burnt chicken sandwich. Sad because I was really craving chick fil a today.. didn't bother checking it in the drive thru line because I never have issues. This is the closest Chick Fil A location down south.

Jaydah was so helpful and kind she was clearly new to Chick-fil-A and kindly asked for help but Mel rolled there eyes at jaydah not being to kind or helpful. Pls ensure there is someone always willing to help a new hire. Other than that jaydah was super attentive and she is doing amazing

This is the worst chick-fil-a ever!!!! I got in line at 10:20 ordered my breakfast the egg white grill and tried ordering lunch. I was informed by Emily that I was in able to order lunch until 10:30. I get my food at 10:25 I get a grilled chicken breast that is smaller then the bread my first two bites are bread and egg, so I get back in line and order my salad and the other lady said I can order that all day! So I'm wasting time and my food sucked my hash browns were cold and it was like they were feeding me scraps!!

I came here for a quick lunch while I was in town for business. I got pretty much the same experience here as I do at Chick-Fil-A locations back home in Los Angeles. The lines were long, which was expected at lunch time. The customer service was very good, and the staff here went out of their way to be courteous. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They processed my order faster than most locations, and the sandwich came out pretty good. I could tell they actually put effort in making the food, which is impressive considering how packed this place was when I came here. I would say this is one of the better Chick-Fil-A locations I've been to. Recommended.

Disappointed! for the fact that this morning I rushed out here to grab breakfast and come to be sadly disappointed with two things ! she told me the sweet tea machine was DOWN? WAIT ? hold up No sweet tea available ?! maybe it's just me that I assumed SWEET TEA was fresh brewed with tea bags and add sugar ? Time wasted and have to go to the next nearest location.

Yes there's two lines, but they go pretty quick. Try their new family pack, I hear it's amazing and it has Mac and cheese for a little over 20 bucks. I miss their strawberry cheesecake, hopefully one day they can bring it back. If you get a salad try the avocado ranch it goes a long way and is very creamy and delicious. I hear there's a secret menu.

I am so disappointed in this store. It was closed for remodeling for a long time. It recently opened and it is dirty. The floors were dirty, along with the tables and booths. I wish the staff cared more. It's bad.

Poor experience! We walked in to have breakfast at 10:35, not aware their breakfast ends at 10:30. We asked the counter person about breakfast she turned to a manager and asked the individual if we are still serving breakfast. The manager turned and said with a voice of authority "NO". Needless to say no further comments made. Very poor customer service, the manager has no people skills and should be retrained on proper customer service skills. She is no manager, she is leading by poor example of how NOT to communicate with their customers. And to add to this, we were standing in line at 10:30. My wife has left knee damage and is on crutches, moved is slow. We shall make no further visits to this location. You lost our business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm very disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese only. Why wouldn't I want the chicken IF I ORDED A CHICKEN SANDWICH?! I've never had such bad experience at any chick-fil-A other than this one. They forget things and don't EVER give enough chick-fil-a sauce. I ordered a 8pc and a 12pc nugget and only got 2 sauces when I asked for a ton of sauce, oh and also this POS you call a Chicken Sandwich w/ cheese only. Guess I'll have to speak slower and dumb it down next time? ‍

Went here for lunch and one line was for pick up which should only be parking only. I came around the other side and cars kept cutting in front so when I squeezed in the lady said I had to go around. Clearly I was waiting for the car to move forward so I can be behind but nope she kept taking peoples orders that were suppose to be behind me. Looks like y'all won't get my money since I left. I don't know why this specific location has a pickup only line that I didn't know about. Every other location has both lines to order. So if y'all don't want to lose money because in lunch time which is busy should have both lines to order. The wait is ridiculous for one drive thru line.

This CFA continuously messes up my order for breakfast in the drive thru. 1st time they gave me a different item and 2nd time the drive thru person charged me for the wrong order and can't even go inside to try and get the right order since there's always a long line. I would avoid their drive thru for breakfast.

I come here now only for the chicken sandwiches. Time and again, we get strips that are the size of nuggets, and they never throw in another strip to accommodate. Other stores that are have different owners do not serve this expensive crap. Posted another pic, from our most recent visit...

I go to Chick-fil-A for lunch and chicken was not good it had a bad taste and all I was able to eat was my waffle fries. I called to talk to a manager and spoke to Jennesa and to start off I told her what happened and she tells me what's wrong with with the sandwich and I told her it was not good it has a bad taste. Jennesa starts being rude and continues to tell me that if I had the chicken sandwich and I said yes. So she tells me rudely to bring it in and she will replace it and I said I can try to go back same day but wasn't sure if I can. So she tells me to make sure I bring the chicken sandwich when I go and I have 30 days. So what I don't understand is that she expects for me to hold on to it until I go and I'm not about to keep the sandwich for whatever day I go and having it to smell. That is not what I expect Chick-fil-A have there customers do.

Took the four kiddos to spend time playing at this Chic-fil-A fun room as the high temperatures prevented them from playing outside. Ice Cream cones, One Cold Brew Coffee....and One shake later brought exhausted but contented children and Adults great joy before leaving back home for bedtime. The service was great and establishment clean. Prices are reasonable and the food served with pride. I'll be back.

Amazing freaking chicken sandwich I have ever tasted! The chicken is always cooked to perfection never too dry The bun toasted warm with two pickles and Chick-fil-A sauce with their waffle fries talk about a deal! Service is always so kind it's always clean when we go. Always get greeted they even come toward table won't ask if we want any refills and they'll take our trash overall service here is better than McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant you would even go to.

Your average Chic Fil A. Doesn't stand out from the others. Service is good and typically quick. Lines are normally long but go by quickly. Food is always fresh. Staff are friendly. The restaurant is clean.

Horrible service. Literally forgot about me and my curbside order. I called the first time and the kids working there didn't seem to know what was going on. Second call finally got someone who said they'd bring my order out immediately, which was 10 mins later. Sat there 45+ mins. If I can give them 0 stars I would. This chick fil la is god awful.

Was disappointed today when I got home and took my large size fries out of the bag. I received large size containers with only half the fries

This is really upsetting. I live over an hour away. I am from Houston originally transplanted to the country in Sept 2020. Well I decided to take a trip to SA to get my all time favorite chick-fil-A waited in the long line which is common and I'm totally good with. Get to the girl to order and was told that they will no longer cook chicken well done. Which is the only way I like it and will eat it. I asked her is this for convenience or company policy (which I know was not the case) she said convenience. I was so mad after driving all that way and to be told that. I turned around and drove the hour back to my house. I am also writing a letter to everyone in my app.. I hope everyone will listen. What happen to the customer service chick-fil-A is know for!!!!

We arrived & saw a long line of cars all the way to the street. Service was organized and swift despite the crowd. Food was hot and looked fresh. I'm not sure if something was mishandled in between storage and prep because my 8 y/o GOT FOOD POISONING. We had the same breakfast but I took him to Chic-fil-a drive through and I ate from home. His symptoms also presented about 6 hours after his lunch. We're human, mistakes happen. Please ensure proper storage and staffing in the back to prevent mishandling of product. FOH service was great, hopefully BOH is equally organized to prevent this in the future.

This Chick-fil-A is always on point, but man people in the drive through line need to learn to do curbside more often when the line is packed like for real

This is by far the worst management in food industry business. Jerry Sealy , the manager wanted me to pay the difference on my order that the cashier messed up on. Usually chick-fil-a makes everything right and tries to please their customers, but whomever made Jerry manager should be fired!!!!! He needs more training on management skills and being more people friendly. Get him off the floor. It's no wonder this chick-fil-a has so many bad reviews, it's obviously management!

This is the only time I've ever had Chick-fil-A and it wasn't amazing. 2/1 a little before 11 Am. My only thought was that the chicken sandwich and fries both were left from the day before but that would of been a Sunday. I couldn't eat it, stale with no crunch and just tasted blah. I wouldn't think there'd be anyway the food would be saved to serve 2 days later but that's the only way I can describe the taste or come up with an explanation. Really disappointed, especially since I have to drive from Floresville to get it.

I really liked this place here's why: First off they always get your order right. The food always comes out hot. The sauces are so good. I live for their fancy ketchups. Lol.. but yeah its hard to get fast food with decent ketchup besides whataburger. I really recommend the Buffalo sauce reminds me of hot wing sauce. Recommend the nuggets. Awesome breakfast

Great food and extremely friendly staff. Really tho what else what you expect from chick filet? Always fast no matter how busy and everything always clean. Staff really takes pride in this location and it shows.

Pretty disappointed in our experience tonight at this location unfortunately. My husband decided to swing by & grab dinner for us on his way home tonight, with a newborn & a toddler we're thankful for a staple dinner saver like a good Chick-fil-A meal, only that's not what I got. When my husband got home, we realized that my Cobb salad was completely missing even a trace of chicken. I thought for sure he had ordered incorrectly, but I checked the receipt & it was clearly printed Cobb salad +nuggs $7.29. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed to eat just lettuce for $7.29, even if the garlic ranch dressing is delicious. My daughter also received a chunk of fried crumbs as one of her nuggets in her kids meal. I understand things can get hectic during a dinner rush (I have personally been there), but when you're paying for this level of food you expect to at least get what you're supposed to. I'm hoping this is a just an off night & not a norm for this store because I genuinely love Chick-fil-A & this one is the most convenient location for my family.

a leader was outside in the front parking lot with the door of his silver truck open he was throwing up!! he finished and went back inside the restaurant!! disgusting!! especially in the middle of a pandemic!! i called and spoke to the manager all he replied was 'ok' i will be calling the health department!!!! you need to exit the restaurant immediately if you are sick!!! going back in to do god knows what is uncleanliness and unsafe to your customers!!!

I ordered through the drive thru, a #1 and kids meal 5 piece nugget. When I got home, I noticed they did not put the nuggets in the bag. I called to let them know if they can replace my number 1 and kids meal (no need to replace the drinks) since my food would get cold going back for the kids meal. They said they can only give me the nuggets that they forgot to put. So I would have to come back home to cold fries and a cold sandwich because of THIER mistake.

I am a Chick-fil-A loyalist, so this review is quite hard to write but must be done... I've never been to a Chick-fil-A this filthy. The soda fountains were caked with soda, the cash register was very dusty, and the whole serving area made me wonder if I was really in a Burger King. The windows hadn't been cleaned in weeks and you could barely see out, half of the tables were covered in food, and my order was wrong. The biscuit was Hard as a rock, the egg was cold, and the hash browns tasted burnt and you could tell the oil hadn't been changed properly. To make matters worse, I didn't get a single "my pleasure". That tells you all you need to know.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The manager is a dumb ass ! We paid for drinks with our meal and at first he gave us a hard time saying we didn't order any drinks but we had the drink charge on the receipt. After trying to explain to the drive-thru worker we in fact paid for the drinks he comes behind her and says "just give it to them" just give me something I actually paid for ? Love chick-Fil-A!! It always has awesome amazing customer service. Love the drive thru service they are always fast and efficient

It never fails every time I go thru the drive thru and ask for specific sauces I never get them went two times this week and didn't get what I wanted its very annoying guys

Traci R is right on the money. This location is awesome. Play area for the kiddos and great staff! The food is always tasty, hot, and made quickly. I love the lemonade and the milk shakes. All their employees are helpful and well trained. Kudos to the manager(s). Their hard work is reflected in the staff's work ethic and manners.

Always friendly, always fresh and even when the line is long it moves super fast!
