They messed up my order (spicy delux, extra lettuce, extra tomatoes with small fries). I got home and opened my box and they made a lettuce wrap instead so I had to drive all the way back. The girl (maybe shift supervisor) came to see what was wrong and she seemed to be mad with the mix up as I explained what happened like it’s my fault? She told the person in the back to make a new sandwich. I then asked for new fries as well since I picked up my food 25 mins ago, so it’s all stale now. And then the way she threw the whole bag with fries in the trash just rubbed me the wrong way. Like bro? I wasn’t even mad or yelling at you. I spoke to you with respect and told you how to fix the issue and you give me attitude? You guys need to train your employees better cause she had an attitude problem when what I asked for was the least you guys could have done. Did she think I liked driving all the way back? She was so rude while I was being very nice and reasonable.

Quick, clean, and FIRE 🔥 There's nothing like simply good service, and it is clear, Chicken fil A, raised the bar with their standards. The new sandwich is a perfect balance of, sweet, spicy, cheese goodness! Never settle.

Did an online order for pick up and things overall go smoothly. The guy that gave me the order is really nice but their kitchen staff is messing some orders up in the five minutes that I am there. They also miss my drink when they bring out my order. Some employees seem like they can’t focus on one job then go to another. They jump from kitchen then cashier then forget some items on your order. Make sure to check your order to ensure you get all you ordered before you leave.

Food was pretty good. It was my first time, and had been hyped up a lot. So, maybe that influenced my decision. Will go again.

This is our first time here. It's a little bit expensive compared to other fast food chains (we know it is before going there). I didn't feel any difference between their chicken sandwich and other chains. Their milkshake is awesome. We didn't like the fries they gave us along with the meal. They were very thick and not crispy. Kids loved their cookies milkshake. The bathroom was stinky. Chicken nuggets were ok. Mac and cheese was awesome.

Real flower 💐on each table only shows that this chain pays attention to details😀 No wonder it’s so tasty😋

Raymond at the counters is such a gem. Extremely nice and caring! The entire staff are just amazing here. Shout out to the chefs at back too for making fresh burgers that were delicious. Thank you for the amazing atmosphere and food. Will be returning 🐔

For all the hype that Chick-fil-A has I'm honestly NOT impressed. This is my second time eating here, each time I ate a different menu item. The Mac n cheese that I ordered was partially burned.... Who burnes Mac n cheese?? The extra spicy chicken sandwich was mediocre. Better off buying it anywhere else honestly. The line and wait in both the drive through and inside is over kill. Please just go to In n Out, way better food.

The speed of service here is truly unmatched. I've visited plenty of fast-food restaurants during my one-hour lunch break, and nowhere else have I been able to order, enjoy my meal, and still have nearly 50 minutes left to relax. The staff is consistently welcoming, greeting me the moment I walk in--and many of them even know my order by heart: a #2 Deluxe Meal with waffle fries and a half Hi-C, half water, with one Chick-fil-A Sauce and one Polynesian. Their Lobby Host, Austin, deserves special recognition. He is remarkably friendly, exceptionally polite, and always refreshes my drink without me even having to ask. The owners, Will and Karyn, are truly the best in the business. They've built a team that embodies hospitality at its highest level, and it shows every single time I visit. Chick-Fil-A 1st Street Has My Heart!

Zero stars. My friend's son came here to apply for a job, and instead of being treated with basic respect, he was spoken to rudely and dismissed by the owner, Will Wong. Watching a young person trying to work and do the right thing get treated that way was humiliating and infuriating. When I asked for the owner's name, the manager refused to share it and took no accountability, which only made the situation worse. This was absolutely unacceptable. Shame on Chick-fil-A for allowing this kind of treatment under this ownership. We will not be back, and I strongly warn others to think twice before working in such a toxic environment.

Our family loves Chick-fil-A, but this specific location is easily our favorite. The staff is consistently friendly and the service is incredibly fast. A huge shoutout to the franchise owner, Will Wong--he is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. He truly takes care of his customers and is much more generous with rewards than any other location I've visited. It's clear he cares about the community

When I arrived at this chick fil a location, I was astonished. The staff were very nice and everything was super clean. the food was overall great, and i would definitely come here again.

Food was exceptional. Food was served quickly. Clean restaurant. Kind and helpful staff. I left my credit card at register and Emilie found me sitted inside and promptly returned it to me. Thanks so much, Emilie.

We were going to order ahead and I saw that they had a new pretzel bun sandwich?? I had to try it! I am a sucker for pretzel buns. I hesitated when I saw it was two dollars more but I did it to see. It came with bacon and the pretzel bun, so that's probably where the two dollar difference comes in. I have to say the pretzel bun wasn't super pretzel just felt more like a standard bun with a slightly different flavor. It just wasn't as pretzel bread as I was hoping! The bacon was thin and crispy so a nice surprise. I don't think I would get this again for the premium. I guess I'm back to my normal deluxe whenever I go! Plenty of seating and the service is good!

I opted for the healthier breakfast option the grilled chicken breakfast sandwich which came with grilled chicken , egg, and cheese on an English breakfast muffin. Pretty tasty and solid protein filled option if you don't want anything fried. 1 sandwich is pretty filling. The only negative is I wished chick fil a didn't end l their breakfast Hours so early @ 1030! The drive through and parking situation at this specific location is a mess so be prepared during busy hours.

I visit this location often since it's my daughter's favorite spot and it's so close to home. Yesterday was a special day--her birthday--and she chose to celebrate with a birthday dinner here! When we arrived, we were attended by Will, and he made the experience absolutely unforgettable. As soon as I mentioned it was her birthday and that this was her favorite place, Will went above and beyond to make her day extra special. She was served with so much care and attention, and to top it off, he surprised her with a meal, ice cream, and even a Chick-fil-A toy! His kindness and thoughtfulness truly made her birthday magical, and I can't thank him enough for the joy he brought to her (and to me!). It's moments like these that make this place so much more than just a restaurant.

Cashier and his helper really nice I ordered cobbler salad no corn spicy grilled chicken. Got my salad hadn't eaten in hours!! It didn't don on me right away something missing until I poked around like wait no bacon and egg? Took back u there to tell them manager comes over saying she gonna charge me for it like um wasn't it suppose to be in there well you already ate off of it that's all I can do like wth . First she lied said she made it too then kept arguing with me like wow terrible customer service and suppose to be representing a Christian company what a shame . She thought it was funny too. Get new management please

The service feels like npc's from a video game. The quality of the food is ok but I also don't think it's anything special. The ambiance feels like any other fast food. I wish there was anything unique that I could comment on.

Been here many times and the fries always end up destroying my stomach. I don't know if they over-salt or what but this has become a reoccurring issue. Service is solid and other food is good.

This place is slowly getting worse over the years. They take longer and longer to get food out, and the last 2 times I've been they've forgotten to start my order. The food quality is fine, but the service is getting really sluggish

App orders are never ready on time. Without fail at least 5 minutes late. Food is generally fine, but they workers move very slowly.

Had a lovely experience today at this Chick-fil-A location. Ordered ahead in the app for in-store pickup, and the manager came out to chat with me while I waited (it was a slower time, like 4:30 pm). She was super nice and friendly, and even threw in a few extra Chick-fil-A sauce packets when I waxed poetic about slathering my fries in them! The food was hot and delicious with a short wait time. The restaurant itself appeared clean as well. I'll be back!

After a number of frustrating experiences, I finally have to update my review. I have never seen another Chick-Fil-A get my order wrong, but this location somehow does it consistently. Today I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with extra cheese and hash browns. No egg, no cheese, and no hash browns. Literally half my order is missing. I didn't check this time because the drive through experience is so frustrating. I place a mobile order to make things more streamlined, but I'm asked to pull to the front of the restaurant and wait every single time I come here. There ends up being no parking, so the team can't find me, and I end up having to walk in and grab my food after they've given up on finding me and my food has gotten cold. If it takes so long, at least get the order right! Really a shame how much this place has gone downhill in the last few years. My recommendation - drive a little further to get Chick-Fil-A at a different location.

This chick-fil-a is slow. Service is mediocre. They put my chicken strip combo in the same bag as my salad. Not to mention, I ordered a large fry and the box was half full. SMH... The restaurant is basically staffed by a bunch of teenagers and it's reflected in the service.

I placed an order through the mobile app. Once I got to the drive thru the employee told me I have not paid and needed to pay in person. I showed them proof of payment and they continued to deny and say that I needed to pay. While arguing they canceled my order and told me I needed to contact my bank. I contacted their customer service instead and was confirmed that my payment did go through on their end and they in fact did not cancel my order. What a waste of time.

I thought food places were supposed to wear hairnets! I lost A lot of weight and am super tired, I figured "hey why not get a sandwich you've have a long day! I come home get comfy and BOOM a hair in my sandwich! That's what I get for giving fast food a CHANCE! And if I want my $ back I need to save the sandwich and bring it back!!! But at least you close on Sundays because your company cares nothing about the health of people, but will say you care about their SALVATION..... oh when will we all wake up and do what's right?

It was really hot today and got off from the hospital super thirsty so I ordered some free water to pick up today. When I got to the store I heard the woman say "she only ordered this?" and sounded annoyed. I don't understand it's just FREE water? That you can ordered through the app? She claimed that people are not allowed for free water without ordering anything. She was so mean, it's sad. I work with costumer service and no matter how hard my day is, I will never be rude to anyone. I thought water was free at every restaurant? Or that chick fil a is known for their "great costumer service". Her name was Maria by the way.

Nice enough place, and clean. But this location of Chick-fil-A has a few problems with site quality and food quality. Not appetizing or pleasant to have the stock room in the public seating area. Dr. Pepper tasted a little weak. Soda dispensers probably need some maintenance. Cross cut fried potatoes were held a little too long. Floppy and greasy. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. Sunny outdoor seating was also kept clean and neat. Bathroom check stickers were outdated by over a year. Love the unopened condiments reuse bin. Better than throwing away new items. Edy the the guy at the counter was pleasant. Keep him. The free internet here is SLOW. Don't plan on anything meaningful coming across. Least of all, remote work. Not up to Silicon Valley standards. Overall not a terrible location. I am sure some more attention to detail will restore this franchise to corporate standards. Come for the tasty Chicken sandwich!

ChIck fil A has an interesting past but seems to have gotten out of it thus allowing everyone to freely enjoy their delicious food. My go tos here are the nuggets and grilled chicken with the Chick-fil-A sauce.

This location messed up my order in 2 ways. They took my order wrong at the window: I asked for a frosted lemonade and a frosted coffee. They read the order back to me with it and I approved it. When I went to the pickup window. They only handed me a frosted coffee. Luckily they didn't charge me and forget, but I had to pull out my card to order and pay for it in a separate transaction. They also forgot my Chick-fil-A sauce. The fries were also too salty.

Are their fried chicken sandwiches and nuggets worth the half hour plus drive thru line? Probably not. Their Polynesian and Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauces on the other hand are totally worth it when I find my Ziploc of sauces in need of restocking. One Saturday at noon I ventured over to this spot after dropping off some goodies at a friend's nearby. I was shocked at the sight of the drive thru line wrapping over to where the 3 way stop is and decided just pass go and head home. This was also due to the fact that I entered the parking lot on the chick fil a side which made it impossible for me to join the drive through line since I was going against the flow of cars. The following Saturday after picking up something at the Target across the way around 2pm I decide to try my luck again. This time the line was much shorter so I committed by placing an app order. The free brownie was a reward available just for doing app order so that was a nice perk. Half hour later I secured my precious containers. Will be back again after I run out of the remaining 5 packets :) Maybe I'll be able to find the golden time when there is a shorter wait.

Love @ first bite! I discovered Chick-fil-A's fudge brownie earlier in year when I don't usually eat brownies. As it turns out, their brownies are scrumptious: not too sweet, moist, and of course, chocolatey. I stopped here the other day since it's close to the office I work at and was craving something sweet and this was it! This location which is usually very busy has never disappointed me. But, I always use the drive-thru. Try it the next time and I know I will order it again.....in moderation.

This is a short and updated review on my recent experiences with the Chick-fil-A. Of the three times I have been here as a customer and the many times I have been here as a food delivery driver since the pandemic, there were only a very few instances where I considered my time there to be remotely pleasant. You are likely going to be subject to some of the rudest, most mismanaged staff imaginable. To have a couple of young, irritated workers who looked like they didn't want to be there and to be worried that you will be missing side items makes you question whether this location is an outlier in terms of what Chick-Fil-A is known for. Also, good luck waiting in your car for an hour for your order to finish. And let's not even get started with the lack of COVID regulations this place had. Some staff aren't even wearing gloves or covering their noses with the masks. I was debating between a 1-star and a 2-stars update, but opted for the former because this is one of the very few Chick-fil-A locations that have unforgivable waittimes, customer service, and the tendency to forget certain side items in spite of them being part of the main order. None of the other restaurants that I have been to demonstrated this combination of shortcomings. I would drive a few additional miles to the Fairgrounds or Santa Clara locations instead.

Chick-Fil-A Sandwich...WITHOUT the chicken.. YUMM Today was probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had so far. The order was simple .. a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and a 30pk of chicken nuggets. When we arrived home, to our surprise, we opened a cold sandwich without the main ingredient- CHICKEN. Luckily, we live across the street, and when we walked in to complain, one employee yelled out to the back staff, "AGAIN!" Clearly, it seems this team has an issue with delivering a simple stapled item from the Chick-fil-A menu. The worst part came when they gave back the same cold sandwich and just slapped in a piece of regular chicken. They didn't care to make us a new one or pay close attention to the fact that this was a spicy chicken sandwich. GREAT! At this point, it was clear the quality and care of this Chick-fil-A was far from par with others. Do better!

North first street Chick Fil A is an all time fav. S/o to Mr Wong the manager. Besides the drive through being crazy at times or crazy waits for mobile orders, this chick fil a's quality is the most consistent, the staff are nice here, and my orders are always fresh and hot. My all time favs: mac n cheese, chicken strips, spicy chicken deluxe with American or pepper Jack cheese, strawberry shake, chocolate Oreo shake, Oreo shake, chocolate shake, chicken noodle soup Breakfast: chicken egg and cheese biscuit, chicken minis, egg and cheese biscuit, chicken biscuit & hashbrowns + simply orange juice Sauces: honey mustard (all time fav now), chick fil a sauce, Buffalo sauce (second fav), Polynesian then BbQ. With chicken tenders the honey mustard and bbq or honey mustard and chick fil is a MUST. Their salads also have really good dressing too FYI. Thanks for taking all my money at this location especially if I can make it there before 1030 for breakfast. The parking can be a little bad but they have ample seating, clean bathrooms, and a little play area inside (if I'm not mistaken). Always a good experience here

we were in the drive thru . we clearly stated that we wanted an 8 piece chicken nuggets, large fries and 2 packs of mayo. Which were then confirmed by employee Keyra. And once we get our food, we drive away, go to a far spot to eat, and we find out our order was grilled chicken and there was no mayo. We paid almost 30 dollars for this, not good service. Fire the person who took my order.

Customer Service at the First St San Jose location near Alviso needs training. Instead of telling the customer I did not sign in to pick up my food, personnel should have helped find my order. Who else needs to sign in when picking up an online order? Service and ordering app needs serious changes.

You know, it's really pathetic when you order something and they purposely F' up your order. Just because you want to ensure that your order is correct. Seeing how they clearly don't understand what a side is. When you order something and they stick it on the sandwich, and you want to make sure that doesn't happen again. Then they intentionally leave out the sauce that you ordered, and they give you the wrong dry sandwich. It's pretty pathetic and they want you to get paid twenty dollars an hour, and they can't even do the job correctly. Karma is gonna come back for you. And I truly hope that it comes back 10x worse!

I've haven't frequented Chick-fil-A's around the world, but at least this location really looked for certain service-minded people, and has them well-trained. Kudos. "My pleasure" and "Have a nice day" are the sentiments and salutations from the staff. Almost sickening of how nice the young workers are. I ordered the 4 count/strip meal with wedge fries and a large soda. Sauces are aplenty, and you can order as many kinds as you want. The chicken had a tasty batter, light, seasoned just right, and were perfectly cooked. When one's biggest issue is that the wedge fries were too large to dip into the ketchup, but hey, there pretty good regardless. In this category, it's certainly one of the best around. It's fast / proficient. After you order, the staff brings out your order, brings you more ketchup or sauces, refills your drinks -- that's more than a fast food experience. Location: North San Jose, CA ======================== In a mini-mall with 2 hotels, and a large apartment building across the street and a plethora of nearby businesses -- this location is a busy busy. During COVID, I must have been 40th in line at the drive-thru, and it took only 20 mins! YES! It does look like they have a large indoor dining area, and it's looks new and nice. Let's hope, for everyone's sake, we get back to normalcy soon.

If you craving a fried chicken sandwich this chain will serve you I went thru the drive thru not too bad no traffic but I can see how other reviews state you block traffic it's a small drive thru fits about 6 cars max be in the 6 and it's all cool Great service for a bunch of high school kids I'm surprised Crispy chicken sandwich 8/10 uneven meat size and salty but still crispy Fries waffle fries 8/10 Lemonade house 8/10 Overall 8/10 The service and freshness I'd come back if starbird was closed

I dined inside the restaurant with my wife and my toddler daughter. There are plenty of seats available on a Saturday afternoon. I got a high chair which was quite clean. Ordering was very smooth and the delivery of the food to the table was pretty fast. The sandwiches were as we expected and the food tasted great.

I don't know what's been going on with this location. Ever since the pandemic hit, their service and politeness has gone down the drain. The pick up order has you go in the drive thru which results in the lines taking about 45-60 minutes just to get to the window! The parking situation is entirely counter productive. My husband ordered breakfast and waited in line for 45 minutes then when he got to the window, they stated they couldn't even process his order anymore since it's 11:00a & they aren't even going to compensate for the money and time wasted. They didn't even try to resolve the issue at all. This is NOT the service this company is known for. The owners of this location need to be notified!

There was no line for breakfast. Pretty much there were two cars in the drive-through. There was no line for a pick up either our food was ordered and I went to go pick it up I had to wait outside and they brought it out to me and everything was correct that we order. No issues

This is an easy place for lunch if you like chicken sandwiches. I always order my sandwich with extra pickles and they clearly mark my order. They have different sauce for your sandwiches like a honey mustard (house) sauce, hot sauce, buffalo hot sauce. Today the chicken seemed a little salty, but we still ate it! We also knew that we might want one for lunch the following day (Sunday), so we ordered 2 extra sandwiches because they are closed on Sundays. Their cross cut fries are also good to order with the meal, which comes with a drink, but definitely better to eat in rather than take home and eat later. Our fries were not as crunchy as we would like, but that also won't be a deal breaker in us returning again. Pros - easy parking even in strip mall - drive thru easy to grab a meal in way to errands! - close to freeway and strip mall with other stores (coffee, Target!) - made to order: your food is not microwaved! - always clean location - good customer service Tips - not open on Sunday! great for employees - my friend orders lettuce on her sandwich in SoCal. i have not asked up here - ask for extra pickles

I go to a LOT of Chick fil A's and this was just an ok location. I would say a 4 star fast food location but 3 stars for Chick fil A standard It was really close to the hotel we were staying at so we naturally went through the drive through and got some dinner. It was a bit tricky because this is a small drive through area despite being in a fairly open place. I think whoever designed this shopping area just didn't account for a chick fil a type of business What I was disappointed with was they didnt ask if we wanted dipping sauce, I had to tell them and then remind them when we were in the front. Drinks were dirty, like it overflowed but no one bothered to wipe it so it was sticky and wet when handed to us. When we pulled up to the drive way, the ladies working were speaking with each other and did verify our name to hand us our food, but no greeting or thank you / goodbye. IDK my food was good. Salad portion (greens) was a lil less than normal with more corn and beans than normal, so maybe whoever is in the kitchen isn't measuring but eyeballing?

I know this is said often however I wish EVERYONE will pay attention to this. instead of ranting for paragraphs I am going to make this super fast and to the point. I ordered the grilled chicken and the center was RAW, not under cooked but 100% with no doubt RAW. how does a business based on selling chicken not have a sure proof way to sell chicken that is not raw. Semolina contamination is not a joke. at the least causes sever vomiting, diarrhea, fever, dehydration...and at the worst can kill someone. I will never go there again (it was only our second time) and I don't encourage anyone else to either. is was disgusting, I will never get that taste and texture out of my mind forever. PS: I reached out in that moment to their legal team and was promised a follow up (last Wednesday) and still no one has called.

I only come here to order their Spicy Chicken Deluxe! The chicken is cooked so well and I enjoy their waffle fries. I would like to try their grilled chicken nuggets. The staff are always friendly and provide great customer service. The drive thru is always crowded similar to In & Out Burger. My favorite sauces: garlic and herbs ranch, honey mustard, siracha, and polynesian. Closed on Sundays!

Excuse me Mr. Wong? Since when did you decide to implement a 2 sauce per 12 nugget rule? Because that's what your cashier, Angela, just told me. I've gone through this drive thru several times a month for lunches and have received 4-5 sauces every single time. Today I was told there's a 2 sauce per order rule. I don't know who in their right mind thinks 2 sauces is sufficient for a 12 piece nugget. Thanks for ruining my lunch. "It's a great day a Chick-fil-A..." my a**!

Dirty, trash cans overflowing, dining room has all the ambiance of eating in a storage closet. Not enough lighting. Bathrooms were a wreck. Food was good. But dang.

This location is a little bit disorganized to the other locations in the area, ie Tully and Almaden. I ordered online and came for pick-up and there was no one at the door. Took awhile for my food to come out. People around me seem to have the same experience too. The service seems lacking here, but food is still good. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich w/ Polynesian sauce!

So apparently they don't serve lunch until 10:10am or 10:15am which is really confusing because they couldn't give me a solid time after talking to 3 different people. I asked them since when and they said they don't know. Also I've been to this location multiple times and ordered lunch for breakfast but I think someone is being lazy and doesn't want to make my lunch food right now. I am 7 months pregnant and I just want my spicy chicken deluxe. I cannot wait until the one in Milpitas opens. So I don't have to come here! Just my little rant other than that most days I don't mind coming here in the morning. Don't go in the afternoon though because they give you the old waffle fries like I know you made my food fresh but lazy to make my fries fresh too. This is written at 9:58am

I was super hungry, trying to be healthy, ordered a salad. Second bite, there's HAIR in my salad!!! I thought hairnets and gloves were required when preparing food - especially after COVID-19. Ugh, good luck with your order. I'm still hungry. (Attached a few pictures as it's tough to see the gray/blonde hair, but trust me it's there! )

This busy restaurant was clean and well attended to. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I'm not a huge chicken food fan like so many other people and therefore am very critical about said foods. At the request of a friend, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich with strawberry jam. The jam tempered the spiciness a bit and gave the sandwich an added layer of flavor that I really enjoyed. I would order it again. The fries were delicious and not overly cooked. I was offered a bite of my hubby's chicken sandwich. It was lack luster and oh so average. Nothing I raved over. Ultimately my decision to shave one star off the rating was based on the "Oh-so-average" factor. I would appreciate any suggestions on a great sandwich place that can outshine a Chick filet sandwich.
