hard to find. other than that food was great. chicken was great. chick fil a sauce is great. theres only a drive through with no inside portion of restaurant. the building is just the kitchen so you would have to eat outside (there are tables). i ordered take out and it was relatively fast (7 mins for five items). my friend really enjoyed the cool wrap. their honey mustard stings—similar to wasabi. i did not enjoy the honey mustard

Ordered a Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Cheese through the app. I wanted to eat inside the restaurant but when I got there, I realized they only had outdoor seating. The app said to go to the pickup area but it was not obvious where that was, so I walked around the perimeter of the building. The food itself was decent, although a bit dry for what I expect from Chick-fil-A. The service was fast once we got to the restaurant. The problem is they only start cooking your food when you get there. I will go to an indoor seating Chick-fil-A next time.

Phenomenal service. They had my order out to me before the rest my party finished ordering. The outside worker refilled our drinks and thanked us for visiting their restaurant. Excellent, excellent, service and food. I highly recommend the peach milkshake too!

I ordered off of uber eats from the location and when the delivery driver went in for pickup the workers hear won’t make sure that the delivery driver confirms there pickup order which gives crooked drivers to take free food. This happened to me today and they said “their policy is to just give the order to the driver and they take care of the rest”. DONT ORDER FOR PICKUP THEY WILL GET AWAY WITH TAKING IT.

This is one of the most impressive Chick-fil-A's I have ever seen! This is one of these new Chick-fil-A's that has only outdoor dining along with drive thru. Even then, there are many employees on hand taking orders in the Drive-Thru standing outside resolving any orders, announcing any orders for pickup and doing so in a timely manner!

I went through the drive-through, but it was kind of an odd experience. I expected the person who was taking an order from the car next to me to step over to me when he was done taking that order. Instead, he acknowledged me and walked three cars ahead of me. As he took that order, I noticed there was another staffer taking orders in the other lane. That line just kept going and I saw five cars passed me by before my order got taken. Once I got my food, the chicken sandwiches were awesome. Very fresh buns and the chicken was hot, juicy and tender. Unfortunately, after I finish eating those, I took a sip of my large Coke and found that it tasted like water, bubbly water. I put on the light (as I'm driving home in the dark) and saw there was very little caramel color in that water. So, I dug up the receipt, and called the restaurant. A young man answered the phone. I explained the condition of my soda, he replied "we just changed the syrup. You probably just came through at the wrong time. As I was hanging up, I heard him say "You can come back..." It's late, I'm on the freeway with 2 hour drive home and I'm not going to turn around to go get a proper soda. I understand that these things can happen. Chick-fil-A is a popular restaurant and they move fast to get the orders out quick. And these guys are very consistent and have a great reputation. I've probably had a hundred meals there over the years and never had a bad meal. But I was not happy to discover the much anticipated, refreshing, flavorful, ice cold large Coca-Cola was undrinkable as I drove the next two hours.

For a slow night as the cashier said to another customer they are slow... food was supposedly done in 10 mins yes granted it took 15 but don't promise anything if u cant deliver by wat your app say.... Either people needs to be trained on how to READ orders or not work requires you to read... husband is allergic to cheese and low and behold it had cheese in it... funny thing is he ordered a sandwich with no cheese already and just added extra pickles... guess what?!? my soup was the wrong soup too... then drinks how many people does it need to redo the soda... 2 people 3 times... the only thing right was the fries hahaha...hmmm I guess they need to do MORE training... Reading is FUNdamental people. So maybe check your food people especially those with allergies. And yes i know they just open but it's been at least a month already... oh while I waited for my corrected food (yes we had to drive back) 2 people had complaints on not getting the right food/drink.

Just picked up lunch in the drive through and it was a super fast experience. All of the workers were very professional and friendly. My sandwich and fries were piping hot and very tasty. I don't eat fast food very often so this was a pleasant experience.

Don't ever trust that they're gonna get your order right in the drive-through. I think they deliberately leave things out to be honest. Every time I go there, I have to check the order. They even asked to see in my bag because they thought I was lying that they forgot my child's french fries. What a joke. And now we drove away again without checking and they did forget my child's french fries again. This really pisses me off.

This time it was Chick-fil-A. I honestly rarely get food from this chain, but a chicken sandwich sounded good, so I thought why not?! Ended up getting the Chick-fil-A® Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich with Chick-fil-A® Sauce and Garden Herb Ranch Sauce. I adore a good chicken sandwich. But I guess I just don't get the hype. Chick-fil-A seems comparable to other sandwiches I've had. I don't see how this is better than other sandwiches I've had at other fast food establishments. But, I will say, I adore their unlimited sauce policy. I am a HUGE fan of dipping sauces, so this makes me happy. Since the bro in law was picking up tho, i limited my sauce requests. Good chicken sandwiches. Happy I can get all the sauces I want without paying extra.

I had not had breakfast in Chick-fil-A in a long time and I got the chicken biscuit and parfait with granola. The biscuit was tasty but the chicken way too salty which caught me by surprise. The parfait was great.

Don't even order anything on the app they don't have it anyways. They just have it up for purchase but you can't get it till a certain time. I ordered my self a cool wrap for lunch because I didn't bring any food for work just to find out after i ordered my food I had come after 1030 to pick it up like whatt. I'd go somewhere else then if that's the case. The lady gave me attitude when I asked for a refund.

Every. Single. Time. without fail they forget to give me the lemonade I always order. Every time, I have to flag down the employee running over to the curbside parking spot pickups and tell them "I also got a lemonade". That's OK since I'm going to start saying I also have a lemonade before they hand me the bag. Be careful in the parking lot. If you park on the right side you could get blocked by the cars waiting in the drive-thru. If you park on the section behind that, you could get hit by people leaving the Starbucks. Park on the closest spots to the left when you enter the Shell.

Please do not go to this location. This is the worst Chick Fil A I have been to in my life for the following reasons: 1) The food was so so bad. The food was so cold, the chicken in the sandwiches were so small and undercooked. It was not the typical style of chicken, it felt old and mushy. The fries were very hard and tasted terrible. 2) There is no indoor seating, despite a large enough building, gets uncomfortable outside when it is warm and is constantly blowing away napkins 3) There are only 2 single person bathrooms that are really tight and were occupied the entire time i was there 4) The staff looked so unprofessional - kitchen workers and managers wearing Crocs, and no one smiled. Embarrassing. Very slow service, and they make you walk to pick up your food. Chick Fil A - PLEASE PLEASE shut down this location. It is leaving a horrible stain on your name and company. Worst experience I have had at One of your locations.

I've tried this place a few times thinking maybe I just went on a bad day but no. Food is served cold, nothing worse than cold fries. Sauces were so thick they almost seemed like they had been frozen - not creamy at all. Chick Fil A used to be delicious and such a treat. What happened?

Came here after little kick soccer at the plex. The order came out 12 minutes after mobile order confirmation as I as pulling in. Fresh food, fast service and reliable. The lemonade had a new insulation sleeve. Nice to have but not really needed in my opinion.

I had a super standard and smooth drive through experience. This was actually one of the least stressful and congested CFA drive through experiences I've ever had. The employee who took my order was extremely sweet, thorough, and patient making sure that everything was correct. Once I drove up to the front of the line, I waited 5 minutes max. My total wait time from start to finished was probably 10 minutes. Everything in the order was correct and tasted good.

Ordered a chix sandwich and added things I wanted and instead of what I ordered I got a piece of bread with chicken in it. Kind of disappointed I wasted time waiting in line even though I had ordered online two hours ahead of time only to get the wrong thing. And I ordered a tortilla soup for my coworker and they did t include the chips for it and it was cold :(

The quality of the food is just the same as always, this review is entirely regarding the service. This was my first time going to this location, and it's entirely outdoor seating, so it's like old school walk up to the outdoor counter to order/pick up food. I ordered ahead of time so I could be in and out of there, and I chose the pick up at counter option. They have a designated Mobile pick-up window, so I was standing there, there were plenty of employees that you could see through the window that weren't particularly busy, they were INCREDIBLY well staffed, and yet everyone I saw would just look at me with that 'that's not my job' type of face. There was this one girl that was opening an employees only door that faced the seating area. This door was around the corner from where the mobile pick-up window is, so when I noticed she was calling out names for mobile orders, I had to go ask to clarify if that's what she's doing. She says yes and ask for my name. I give it to her and she hands me my order. I asked her if the mobile pick-up window doesn't open and she just said 'it does, but it's fine.' What? No, it's not fine. I'm not the type to write scathing reviews, but this is by far the worst encounter I've had at chick-fil-a, and the entire encounter just rubbed me the wrong way. What's the point of having a window specifically designated for mobile pick-ups if no ones going to open the window anyway? If the restaurant was busy, and understaffed, I'd be much more understanding of the situation, but the fact that there were so many workers that looked at me, and just completely ignored the situation was just crazy to me. Even if the mobile order window isn't your job, it takes all of 30 seconds to open the window, clarify if the customer has a mobile order, and hand them their order or redirect them to where they need to go. After all of this, to add insult to injury, I get home and they didn't even give me my buffalo sauce. I'm inclined to give this place another chance since it's the closest location to me, but word of caution to everyone else, if you go late, perhaps try the curbside pick up or the drive thru pick up instead of the window pick up.

So we finally got a Chick-fil-A in Silver Creek. I would call this Chick-fil-A the "commuter" Chick-fil-A. Off top, you will notice there is no indoor seating. Everything is ordered thru their order window, double drive-thru, or mobile order pick-up window. This place was obviously busy when I went today for the grand opening! I placed my mobile order ahead of time. I checked in on the app when I arrived, the order still took about 15-20 mins. This place is still figuring things out so I'd double-check your orders. Overall the service was okay I guess, there were many employees standing around. The food was delicious, top-notch Chick-fil-A. I can't say this place is a 5 because I've been to better Chick-fil-A's but I'm happy it is here. Oh, check out my "behind the scenes" pic!

I was in line at 9:45pm with my lane on the right side going slower than the left lane. At 9:59pm someone came out to myself and the three cars in front of me (four cars in the left lane) that they were no longer taking orders. Myself and the cars in front were there prior to closing. They did not care and told us they were not taking anymore orders because they close at 10pm. I find this ridiculous considering we were all in line well before the closing time. This one star review is well earned for that inconvenience.

I love coming here for a quick bite. I actually think this outdoor dining concept is super cool and convenient. Sometimes it can be a long wait because a lot of people come to order, but you can just sit out here under the umbrellas and relax and enjoy the weather. The food typically comes out very fresh and well made. I recommend ordering ahead of time via the app before you come if you don't want to wait.

I came to this location on Friday wanting breakfast before I head into work. The wait did took a while but I didn't mind it since it was a Friday morning around 10:15 and I knew everyone was rushing to get their breakfast before heading into work. Once it was my turn I ordered chicken mini 4 ct meal with an OJ. I paid for my food, received it and was on my way to work. As soon as I parked I was excited to open up the first box which was the hash browns delicious as always. As soon as I got to the 2nd box i kept hearing the food moving around. I quickly opened the box and saw I was left with mini chicken nuggets! I was beyond upset. I was not wanting to eat chicken nuggets but the minis! I did ate 4 pieces and later on gave the rest to one of my coworkers. I usually never check the bag because the location in Sunnyvale are always on top of everything. The was the first and last time I come to this location. The location is in a nice area but the service was not welcoming and the workers seemed annoyed to be there. I will not be recommending this location to anyone

I don't know what happened to this place! They used to have the hottest food and the biggest fillets on their biscuits and sandwiches, but now they come out lukewarm and they are almost half the size of the fillets from when they first opened. Two stars for the fast service, but corporate needs to put the chicken back into the chicken sandwich. Btw, this location has no inside seating so be prepared if it's a hot day...

I always order a spicy deluxe, but this particular sando was extra special- crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, a little extra spicy and a little more meat... absolutely delicious. That being said, the service was sub par. Tatyana jumped into our lane, confusing the server in front of us, and proceeded to take our order. She seemed polite. But, I ordered a side of chicken soup and watermelon mint tea and received fries and lemonade instead. To top it off, the receipt seemed to put a funny spin on my name. Maybe she was thinking more of going home than getting our order correct because it seemed like we were her last car. I will continue to order meals at this location because it is convenient, I still like Chick-fill-a meals, and service at other South San Jose fast food locations are also on the decline. Service used to be extraordinary, compared to other drive thru venues. But, I guess this generation of teenieboppers still have a lot to learn about customer service and work ethic.

I'd like to start off by saying the employee that helped was amazing great customer service. So she gets a star but the FOOD omg terrible, zero stars for this place. Which is very unfortunate because I love this place. This was my first time at this location and I came for lunch and totally regretted it. The Sunjoy was just sour my chicken strips didn't seem to be fully cooked and my Mac n cheese was not so great. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

The food is aways great at Chick-fil-A including this one. We ordered our food at outside walk up counter which something I have never seen at any other location. The food was done quick, and brought it out fast, so great service. No indoor seating so as long as the weather is nice all is good.

Slowest CFA location in San Jose, you're already a TO-GO ONLY location what takes you so long to prepare one sandwich? Employees are always rude and condescending, always looks like they don't even wanna be there. Save yourself the headache and time, to go to the Almaden & Blossom Hill location, because even driving from Almaden back to south east side san jose would be quicker than this.

I'm disappointed that I have to make this review. This location just opened so I'm sure there are a lot of learning moments and mistakes to be made. That's understandable. To be transparent, service was really bad today. I completed a mobile order before arriving and it took about 30 mins to get two sandwiches and two hash browns. People who may or may not have mobile ordered after me received their food first. I didn't complain, I just waited my turn. They did tell me they were sorry for the wait and gave me a free brownie. Upon arriving at my home and opening the bag, there was no sauce included and one of my hash browns was only filled up 1/3 of the box. It just felt they rushed and didn't look at what was included in my order. I write this as non-biased criticism as I want this location to be better in the future. The reason I gave two stars is because my food was actually really good and they we're proactive in their apology. Everything else would be a one star for me.

My gf placed an order for curbside pick up 15 minutes before we arrived to this location. Waited another 15 minutes to get our food which I didn't think was that bad considering it was 9pm until we noticed 2 sides of Mac & Cheese were missing along with a medium drink. We went to the counter to let them know there's been a mistake with our order & they gave us the medium drink right then & there but asked to bring the bag to confirm the items were missing. Once they acknowledged their mistake we were told it'll be another 9 minutes for the Mac & Cheese because they were all out & asked if we wanted a complimentary dessert for the trouble so we ended up asking for a Strawberry Milkshake. 25 minutes later & we got the 2 sides of Mac & Cheese but no Milkshake. We also noticed later on once we got home that they didn't add any of the sauces we selected with our order.

I've been waiting for this location to open up. I've seen it in the works for months and it's finally open! My group and I ordered via the app because it was around lunch time and we didn't want to wait in the long drive-thru lanes. As we arrived I checked in and notice they have curbside pick up but there's no curbside button when I ordered. It would have been so easy that way. I walked out expecting to go inside the building but quickly realized that it was set up like Costco when you get a pizza slice. You come to a window order your food and wait to be called. Our orders were mobile orders so we just waited to be called. There was a section by the door for mobile orders outside of the building. Our orders weren't ready so I went to restroom off to the side. The bathroom had no toilet covers and was clean when I used it. When I came out I waited about 5 more minutes and finally heard employee call out my name and I asked her if they had a dinning room area and she said no only what outdoor seating is out here. This is definitely a different set up than what I'm used too. Our food was hot and delicious. Instructions were followed correctly. Enjoyed my meal! You can use the drive thru or walk up to the window, order, and wait. Outdoor seating will be nice in the summer but in the cold fall and winter it won't be as comfortable. The parking lot has spaces for drive-thru overflow or curbside pick up. The rest of the space is shared with the other nearby shops. Ordering via the app is by far the most efficient way to go with this location. It's a new location and remains very busy.

Ordered delivery through the Chick-fil-A app and they delivered the wrong sandwich. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe and I got a grilled chicken. I don't order fast-food often, so I was looking forward to some yummy chick-fil-a and then got disappointed. This is the second time Chick-fil-A has messed up my order. Really put-off and not going to get Chick-fil-A again.

Went here on a Friday afternoon used their drive thru the line wasn't even long but it took them more than 30 minutes to complete our order (chicken nuggets and fries)... Seriously, I fully understand if it's fall on a weekend or when they're crowded but this is on a Friday afternoon... First time and will be my last time to this location.....

Food is still good, I'm deducting so many stars for the dining concept. You stand outside to order at a counter, and then you either eat in your car or sit outside in the patio. There's no indoor dining whatsoever. If you're cold or if it's raining you go eat in your car, if you make a mess oh well you better clean it up in your car. It is such a dumb concept. First of its kind, and I hope all the fast food places do not follow. What a way to save real estate money

Food is good and comparable to other chick-fil-a locations, but the service and wait times are HORRIBLE. It took over an hour to receive my drive through order. They didn't get my order right and shorted me a sandwich. I tried calling to let them know.... And No answer. So I had drove all the way back to pick up my missing sandwich. The manager did apologize but I was so annoyed at this point that her apology didn't matter. They need to replan their Saturday staff in order to keep up with the hungry weekend rush! Quite disappointing!!!!

Good food. Horrible wait time, spent at least 25min waiting after a mobile order was placed for almost 45 minute wait time. To be fair, this is not a dine-in location. It has a walk up - pick up window and drive through. Looks like they have plenty of staff, just a high volune location. At least 10 people waiting outside to pick up orders. It is an organized chaos. Summary: place your order 30minutes in advanced.

This is the worst location I have been to. I have done three drive thru orders as well as a mobile pick up and they have messed up my order EVERY time. It just feels like a bunch of kids who have no clue what they are doing. The drive thru is a cluster. Someone get these people training.

Horrible service. Messed up our order and they handled it very poorly. Spoke to the manager Kim and she has a disgusting attitude. She made it very clear that she's the owner of that location. Goes to show they needed someone random to fill in that spot. Needs to be retained or fired if they don't want to keep losing customers.

Chick-fil-a nation wide has slowly declined their service over the past few years. My recent visit this morning at this location further proves so. I came through the drive thru at about 10:15am, no line, no rush. Not really any excuse for mix ups or errors right? I ordered 3 meals and one entree: 12ct minis meal, 4ct minis meal, chicken biscuit entree, and breakfast bowl meal. I feel like it shouldn't be my job to double-check my order every single time. It should just be what I ordered in the correct bag given to the correct person. I ended up receiving a partial of someone else's order (leslie) and missing partial of my order, of course it's the order for my kids ugh. Its unfortunate because I do enjoy chick-fil-a's food and since this is the closest location to Morgan hill but it's a 17 minutes drive to have an error realization once at home. Chick fil a is off the menu for us. Might as well go to your local McDonald's for the same price and correct orders

They forget items and then take about 30 mins to give you the item that are missing and they always forget the sauces
