No dining area so they should excel at making food yet the 5 times I have been here I’ve had my order wrong in someway, Either random plastics in my food, or they won’t give me the correct order, and I waste my lunch break while they correct it… The only area they have improved is handing out sauces and some of them say thank you or my pleasure! Definitely more of McDonalds kind of experience, I can’t even say boJangles because they have this location beat in quality control and service! WOW! GA needs to get some reps here ASAP!

Crazy parking. Slow service. Got our order wrong. New pretzel club is small and didn't have anything on it except cheese, lettuce and tomato. The lettuce looked like seaweed and the tomato slices were not much better. I've seen worse at windys but come on. Why bother putting such on a sandwich? The "pretzel bun" is barely bigger in diameter than a standard waffle fry. Picture added for proof. Nothing like the advertisements on TV. We also ordered 2 spicy chickens with extra pickles and only 1 had a pickle whereas the other one was devoid of pickles. Just a small but with a breaded chicken patty. Picture added for proof. Nearly $13 for a plain jane chicken patty, fries and a drink. You have to order 2 sandwiches to get full since they are so small. Worse Chick-fil-A experience to date and we've eaten at a lot of Chick-fil-As across a few states.

The drive thru seems to take forever, so I prefer ordering in the app. Whenever I have an online pickup order, I feel like I have to announce I'm there and pester the workers to see if my order is ready yet. Otherwise, they just ignore you - even when there's a staff of over 5 people "working". I thought they would call out the completed orders/names, but they usually don't, so I've ended up with a melting ice cream cup before which I had to send back. It would be easier if they had a designated worker and area to check in for pick ups. The dining area is a decent size at this location. I'm glad they have different receptacles for recycling, compost, and trash, since a lot of fast food places only have one bin to throw away everything.

I would say expectations were high. The restaurant has a very limited menu. I placed my order online. This was my first time trying the restaurant. I decided on the spicy chicken sandwich (deluxe), fries, soda, and a chocolate shake. The chicken was not spicy and I couldn't tell the sauce's flavor. The lettuce wilted. The fries were already cold when given to me. The chocolate shake barely tasted of chocolate. Get ready to get creative with parking as the place is super busy with drive through customers. A little too hectic for me. I had to ask for my drinks more than once. Condiments were missing but that was an easy fix. Not worth the wait and trouble, unfortunately. The staff kept their cool. That place was busy!

Veggie Manchurian at Hello India is a standout appetizer- crispy, flavorful and perfectly balanced between sweet sour and spicy and savory sauce. Highly recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best. I have been attending Chick-fil-A for over 15 years and I believe this was the best experience I’ve had. From greetings of service person at the door, quality of the food, and watching the manager influence from the sidelines. An excellent experience, from kindness, service, and professionalism.

The quality of the food has drastically gone down. Raw chicken dishes are mixed up with regular dishes and trash room is always full. Multiple staff including management assembling orders without hairnets or gloves. On numerous occasions fried foods and Mac n cheese are served after their shelf life and each employee is instructed to under fill sides to save money. Chick fil a on Aurora was the best place for food at one point but upon changing their policy of never using chickens with antibiotics to never using chickens with anti biotics that affect human health. domore research and you’ll also find studies talking about the forever chemicals and how the beloved chick fil a sandwich has 55 ingredients. What a horrible experience here at this location. I ordered a spicy south west salad that included chicken, when receiving the salad there was no chicken in it. I proceeded to take it up for the counter and kindly explained the situation and the manager words were “it’s in there girl it’s shredded” once again I mixed the salad infront of her to prove there was no chicken and she turned around and went to go get another one made but didn’t give me the toppings for it

I was on the hunt for the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies at Sprouts Farmers Market nearby, but I saw there is a Chick-fil-A and had to stop by. I've been annoyed how difficult it is to access Chick-fil-A's in Seattle, so I was happy to be there. Despite the random location, this shop was really nice. The interior is clean and maintained very well. I was surprised that they put real flowers in a little vase for all the dining tables - a nice touch! Staff were friendly and attentive too. It was also first time for me to see a Chick-fil-A hosting bingo nights. I'm curious what kind of crowd they get here. Since I was there in the morning, I could only choose from the breakfast menu (lunch menu becomes available at 10:30 am), but it did not disappoint! I had the biscuit sandwich and it went very well with the Chick-fil-A sauce. And it was under $6. The only thing that I found off-putting was that the building is fenced almost all the way that I have to walk a long way to enter. It makes sense because the shop is located in a very car-centric area, and it was not pedestrian friendly at all. I guess one other good thing is that even though you have to walk extra around the block, the bus stop is right next to the store. I wish they leave the part of the fence facing the bus stop open so that you can go right from the bus stop to the shop.

I just went through the drive threw and my order was wrong on the fries instead of a large tthey gave me a medium after I told them they replaced my fries with a large and took the old fries and gave them to the next person in line after I already touched them! Gross! And they forgot to give me my drink! After going back through traffic I went back in the store and asked for my drink and a small fry for the inconvenience and the manage ignored me and didn't do anything about it! I think it's unfair that they messed up and I had to come back and didn't satisfy the customer

Please check your bags before leaving if you order pickup. This is not the first time but I was missing a whole 12-ct nugget in my meal. The Cobb salad is what I usually get and today the chicken was very salty. I also tried their new lime lemonade and I'm a fan. The food definitely isn't the cheapest fast food out there but it's worth to get once in a while.

Stopped in for lunch today. Friendly staff, great food, clean surroundings, easy in-and-out/parking. I had the chicken strips with zesty buffalo sauce. it was a quiet place to knock off a few work tasks too. Staff came by to ask if they could take my tray and empties when I was done.

We had lunch today at the Bitter Lake Chick-Fil-a. This was our first visit to any Chick-Fil-a. We brought our 5-year-old grandson because he really likes the play area there. We were very pleasantly surprised - the food was good (chicken nuggets and fries) and better than other fast-food chicken & fries we've ever had. I understand now why they are so popular. Also, the restaurant was very clean and all of the staff who we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We don't live near that store, but we will make the trip down to the one nearest to us in Marysville soon to check it out. Good job Chick-Fil-a!

I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A, including this one which I've been to before, until today. Usually I order through the app but today I didn't - when I pull up through the drive through they ask for my name. I figured they thought I placed an online order so I said "Oh, I actually didn't order ahead" to which the boy with red hair who was working the drive through said "Okay cool, I still need your name" in a very condescending tone. Again, I have never had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A so this was very disappointing. And then he did not put the right order into the system so when we got home our order turned out to be wrong.

My favorite fast food chain and my favorite fried chicken sandwich! Post Covid, I always used the drive-through service and this location is very quick. My favorites are spicy chicken sandwiches, nuggets, Fries, and chicken noodle soup. Highly recommend this place for chicken sandwiches . There is plenty of parking available on the premises.

I went to chipotle during lunch with my friends and let me tell you.. BEST CUSTOMER SERVKCE EVER!!! We all came in a big group and we thought they would hate us all since were teens but they were all so nice!!

4 th time I've been to Chic-fil-A. All were bad. This time I tried the chicken"strips". They were more like big nuggets. They were not warm and were dry, which has been the case for me every time. I don't see what people see in this company.

This is the closest location to me.. and on my second visit.. there looked to be people to man the register but then they just didn't help the customers or anyone which was frustrating. The other days when I did use the app, I've had no issues with the service. They've always been friendly and addressing me by name. Even took my trash away when I was done. It has always been clean and lots of tables available when I come in which I do my best to avoid peak hours. Food is always good and they do take the time to cut some lemon wedges for me for my free water which I always appreciate. Will definitely be back.

Did the drive through on New Year's Eve for a quick lunch. Surprisingly it was very slow (not the quick pace normally at chick-fil-a). As I drove home I was shocked that my drink was empty when I got home I found it was mostly ice with a shot of ice tea in it. The sandwich and fries were delicious but the drink left a lot to be desired. Check your drink before you drive off!

Unfortunately, still not the best. Their portions are notably less than other stores and little things like sauces you ordered are forgotten etc... staff are nice and work hard! Just some fine tuning and polishing.

This location is very clean, has excellent staff who are friendly and helpful and is spacious! I dined in, the service was fast, and the food was brought to the table. I opted in for the chicken biscuit which had a light and fluffy biscuit with breaded chicken cooked to perfection. I added lettuce, tomato and Mayo to my biscuit as that's how I like it. As for the hash rounds, they were good but the container made them a little soft. However, they were worth getting. Overall, this is a great location and I will be back.

Whatever you do... refrain from ordering over the app. I've had the exact SAME breakfast order for years. I've received the correct order ... maybe a third of the time I've ordered it. - grilled chicken - egg white - yellow egg - American cheese. - no bun. Today was the last straw, they messed up the order and forgot the egg white. How difficult is it... to follow these simple instructions on the app. You know what, bring on ai, bring on the bots... because this company has proven the lack of quality and care they have for anything nowadays. Absolute BS that I need to waste 20-30min making calls over their mistake. Why even exist if you cannot get the SIMPLEST of SIMPLE orders correct. Never returning here.

Super disgusting Bug eggs in lettuce in a Deluxe Spicy sandwich. The store did not refund for the meal and asked us to drive all up 20 miles to its store to buy another meal and will just send us a free sandwich. With this healthy issue/product quality, who would ever go for a meal there again?! Super disappointed. If this is not resolved appropriately, I would need to notify authorities.

I placed my order on the app and it literally took 30 minutes to get the food. I am still waiting to get my food waiting at the counter and it's been 10 minutes since they closed the restaurant. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they would give me free stuff as if I cared, this is the second time this happened and I will never go back again. I have explained to the manager that this wasn't the first time this actually happened and it's a shame that instead of trying to be genuine, he tried to somehow make it seem that getting a free food would solve the issue at hand.

I'm really puzzled why CFA has an average of 3 stars! Granted, this is the first CFA I have ever been to, but I was really pleased with the experience from start to finish. First off, the food is excellent for fast food. We always get the standard CFA sandwich, spicy deluxe and fries. The food has always come out hot! I like that there are so many sauces to choose from (my favorite is the original CFA sauce). My one small complaint is that I think they could do a better job packing in the fries ;). The staff is polite and friendly, and the restaurant space is clean. We've done dine-in and mobile order and the food comes out fast. For dine-in, our wait time to get the food is generally less than 5 minutes. One time we waited about 15 minutes for food ordered via mobile, but it was a busy day during COVID times, so I'm not critical of that.

This place was crazy! Sparling clean and the world's most friendly employees. Actually they may have been robots. If not they love their jobs beyond reason. The low rating is because while hyper friendly and clean it took AGES to get our food. As much as we enjoyed chatting with every single employee that walked by us, we would have enjoyed getting our food even more!

Pros: - I've always had quality good here. Top notch chicken (in tenders and nuggets form). I like their salads, milkshakes, sandwiches, and tender meals. They've never messed up an order (so far) and I've ordered there quite a bit so that's definitely a plus. They give you plenty of sauces even though it's suppose to be capped. - You can order ahead on the app and then do drive through. I liked it better when they were doing parking lot delivery/pick up. They were doing that earlier in the pandemic but I don't believe that is an option anymore. For that, we were able to park at a designated spot and then let them know we were here and someone would bring out the food. Now, I believe everyone goes through the drive through. Cons: - it was always always always backed up. And if you are coming from the main road, good luck. The easiest is making a right off Aurora so if you are coming the other way, make sure you make a U-Turn - there is almost no way you can squeeze into line from the other side. Even though the line is always long, they keep it moving pretty quickly - just be patient. Order ahead on the app, then wait in the line, check in, and you'll get you food alright.

This place is the bomb.com, first of all! Second, the young lady that was outside in the freezing wind, Jazell,was the sweetest thing and NEEDS A RAISE(wink wink) anyways, the food is always good, and the customer service is top notch for having young people working there! I will always come to get food here!

As you wait in the incredulous line of cars that seems to stretch out forever from the drive thru, you will begin to think to yourself, is this chicken sandwich worth this? Yes. Yes it is. Every time. For after the first bite of the crispy, juicy, chicken, sandwiched between two pillowy buns, you will find it impossible to not let out an audible "Wow" from your lips. And while I might not agree with their corporate political stance, I gotta say this is some dang good chicken. At this specific location; the crew was friendly and spoke with the correct script which I find unnerving more than pleasant but I digress. The establishment was spotless. My food was made quickly and was piping hot out of the bag. I ordered the grilled chicken club this time. It was great. I will get it again.

First time visiting this Chick Fil a. We did the mobile drive through. The employee, he was very nice. I ordered a 12 count nugget meal for one of my kids. The drive thru was quick and the food was hot.

It took me years to go to Chicj-fil-A due to their "political views." It wasn't until I gave in out of hunger and convenience of their location that I let my political views aside and wanted some food. This is by far one the best fast food places I have ever been to. The food is always fresh and yummy and cooked to perfection. The staff and management are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No matter how crazy busy it gets the employees all keep a positive attitude and all seem to have a great sense of humor! It's quite obvious this company treat their employees with kindness and respect and pays well (I'm assuming). Political views aside. I recommend this place and appreciate how they keep it safe and clean for everyone.

Shannon the manager on shift was super friendly and helpful and patient to walk me through the process. I came to redeem the rewards given during the football game. Apparently it's not based on your game ticket to redeem. You had to download through the app. The downfall is with the app, you can only redeem one, so if you were trying to redeem as many as the number of tickets you have, you would have to create a new account for each person. This is bad advertisement cause what if you have kids, you have to create an email to create an account to redeem for your kids. They should be able to redeem rewards based on the actual football ticket.

This is my go-to chick fil a stop! Although the drive through line is usually pretty long, the customer services is friendly & efficient. However, with the new Spicy Pimento Cheese Sandwich going viral on social media, I was hoping to snag my fair share and at this location it wasn't available. When asked about the employee just said "we don't do that here." Excuse me? What does that mean?! Frustratedly, I drove 10 miles out to a Chick-fil-a that actually had sandwich the franchise has been promoting for the past month.

I love chick fil a. We all do. Going in is always the best option. When going though drive though my order is almost always wrong and they give me the wrong sauces. I'll order a meal with no pickles or no tomatoes and they always have them on there. I ask for 4 different sauces and 1 or if I'm lucky 2 of them are the ones I wanted. Before leaving the window, check your bag because 80% chances there's something wrong.

This is a really nice store for the kids and families can stay and enjoy their food. And the worker Madison is so wonderful and hopeful. Also, she always has a great smile to everyone in the store. Although she was busy working on something, she still gave me a help to refill my drink. I really appreciate for her help. Thank you.

Having had a good handful of experiences at other Chick-Fil-A's in the area, I have to say the biggest take-away is the service, cleanliness and timeliness we very disappointing. I'm a creature of habit, and get the same spicy chicken sandwich every time i go, and unlike other "fast food" chains, I almost ALWAYS dine-in. Which is where majority of my disdain lies in my experience. And is a huge disappointment because I have always viewed Chick-Fil-A as a very "elevated" fast food restaurant. From the obviously clean fryer oil, to the unique dipping sauces and superb customer service. Not to mention a clean dining area and fast service no matter how busy. When my boyfriend and I first walk-in, its apparent the work place is a lot more leisure than I'm used to. There was casual talking and yelling on the front line, the manager on site was just sort of leaning on the end on the guest side of the counter. And the gentleman who took our order was courteous and hastily enough, but got our order wrong. There weren't any straws in the condiment area, and when we were finished we just left our meal mess on the table because the garbage was insanely full. Not to mention after I ate my "at-par" chicken sandwich, I went to use the restroom. And spent probably over a minute cleaning the facilities before I used it. Otherwise...It just wouldn't have been usable or sanitary at all! Really frustrating of an experience. To be honest, if it weren't for the food, I would be very vocal about never recommending this location. So my bottom line is: If the ABSOLUTE only criteria you care about is the food. And literally nothing else, go ahead and enjoy. Otherwise save your time, money and peace of mind and travel to ANY other location in the area!

I am a senior, low income person. I occassionally treat myself. I came to this very "Christian" establishment and ordered a chicken sandwich. After getting the bill, I noticed an 8 cent charge for a 'Take Out" bag. Maybe before you charge me, you should ask me?I I am food stamp elligeble. You are not asking people??????? I would be willing to pay, mayhaps, BUT, You SHOULD, Make Everyone AWARE! establishment and orderd a sandwich I specifically asked for EXTRA pickles. I said I will buy a SIDE. I got home, and there was 4 pickles. I was disappointed, but, live around the corner. Drove back, went in. The Manager was nice and gave me a side of pickles. Not a New Hot Sandwich/Extra pickles. Took it home and Microwaved....NO longer Crispy....but I had my Pickles. ???????????

WHY IS YOUR SERVICE SO SERIOUSLY SLOW!! I laughed when I saw national news that the drive through is the slowest in the nation as I experienced this Monday afternoon around 130pm... I spent 20 min stuck in the slowest drive thru of my life and when I got up to the window the staff were having the funnest time laughing like they had no idea customers like myself were so irritated.. I love that employees can have fun in fast food service but I didn't even get a thank you for waiting they were too busy talking to themselves and filling my drink .. Unsure why they are so slow they don't make the food as it's ordered ... Anyway my basic #wsandwich and waffle fries were great tasting like I have experienced and love their Lemonade.. would rather eat elsewhere though where they care about their customers valuable time ..

I'm so glad they opened a location in shoreline. I love chick-fil-a and it's definitely one of my top fast food chains. Outstanding service and food. Their sauces are great and they have a lot of choices to pick from. My favorites are they Chick-fil-A sauce, honey mustard, and ranch. The place seems to be pretty busy, having the drive thru line out of the parking. The food comes out pretty fast and they don't disappoint.

It is no surprise that the lines for lunch are out the door at Chick-fil-A ! Their juicy chicken and delicious savory waffle fries are always consistent and the service with your order is always friendly and kind ! Seriously , it's like visiting a friend , every time when you go to Chick-fil-A ! Sometimes you can get free food too with their One App and after answering surveys so they can better serve you ! So kid friendly and we always look forward to going to Chick-fil-A! For a fast food restaurant, it's quite a treat ! I am so pleased that there is finally a Chick-fil-A in Seattle and I hope there will be more opening up soon!

This location is always busy but Chick-Fil-A customer service are excellent. They have staffs outside to take orders to make sure the line doesn't build up. The staff are very friendly and make sure your order is correct. They are very fast and efficient with their orders as I didn't wait for long during drive-through, even though there was a chain of cars waiting. They always get my order right and all the food taste amazing.

I just can't imagine how this place has bad reviews. Must be impatient people in the drive-thru. So far the best service I've received while moving to Seattle from Dallas. Just witnessed an associate jump to action to help a customer with hands full. She even stopped to make sure she grabbed straws and napkins before heading out in the rain. Both with enough bags and drinks for a family of 8 it seemed. No hesitation and she just knew what to do and did it with a smile.

My wife and I love chick-fil-a and this one is conveniently located near our home. But, this is without a doubt the worst chick-fil-a I've been to. Constantly messing up orders and the slowest service.

This really is the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Chick fil a is known for speedy service (have you seen how fast they can move people through a drive through??), friendly service and competent workers (it's my pleasure) and quality fast food. This location appears to be in some alternate chick fil a universe. The workers are always borderline rude. The food always tastes like it's been sitting around for a while. The drive through routinely takes 30 minutes to get through. On one occasion, we waited for over 45 minutes with no way to exit. On a separate trip, we arrived when there was a very short drive through line. It was at least 90 degrees out and they had two employees outside taking orders. There was nobody behind me, and one of the employees sat down on the curb momentarily to take a brief break. The heat was unbearable. I saw the manager come out and berate her for sitting down and telling her that she wasn't conveying friendliness and approachability. All within earshot of multiple customers. I felt so bad for that employee. Today, we tried dine-in for breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for our order. When I asked at the counter about the long wait, I was informed that they ran out of biscuits, and our order would be another 10 minutes. When my order did eventually come, they practically threw my tray on the table.

This is now my 3rd order in a row that was missing items or was the wrong order entirely. Today the bag was supposed to contain 3 fries and a bottle of sauce according to the sticker and my order. The bag contained NO FRIES and NO SAUCE. Why can't you have the person who puts on the sticker verify it matches what's in the bag? This is the only Chick-fil-A location that seems to have this issue.
